本发明由于采用由换向齿轮、双联齿轮、过渡齿轮以及设置于两对驱动轮上的第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮组成的传动机构,整个传动机构设计更为简单、巧妙,结构更为紧凑,大大节约车体的空间,通过该双联齿轮作为桥梁将电机的动力传递给两对驱动轮,从而减少了换向齿轮的数量,有效解决了多个换向齿轮与电机转轴啮合容易造成电机能量和寿命加速损耗的问题,而且双联齿轮设置于第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮之间的位置,充分利用了双面车高度方向的空间,不会额外增加车体的宽度,相比起现有的设置多个换向齿轮的双面车,本发明的双面车可设计得更加小巧和美观,而且针对车体的大小不同,该传动机构均可通用,通过增减双联齿轮的个数就可实现灵活的改变换向齿轮和输出齿轮之间的距离,即可调节或改变双面车两驱动轮距离的目的,从而达到适用于不同尺寸的双面车的目的,故适用性强;又由于双联齿轮的转轴可固定在车体上不动,也可在车体上一定距离的灵活滑动,从而使双联齿轮可移动位置,因此适用于两驱动轮可相对伸缩的适合于崎岖路面或异性轨道行走的双面车;又由于第一驱动轮的两驱动轮的轮距和第二驱动轮的两驱动轮的轮距均与从动轮组的两从动轮的轮距相同,故该双面玩具车的两侧面或上下面的车轮与轨道面的接触点可连成一个长方形,因此该双面玩具车可以在只有上方轨道面或只有侧方轨道面的轨道体上行走,具有特技效果,进一步提高该双面玩具 车的趣味性,也增加了与该双面玩具车配合使用的玩具轨道体的组装自由性和创意性。该双面玩具车设计巧妙,适用性强,性价比高,有效提高了双面玩具车的性能,为双面玩具车增添了更多的玩法和乐趣。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本发明双面玩具车,包括有车体1、设置于车体1内的驱动机构和传动机构、设置于车体1一端的从动轮组2以及设置于车体1另一端的分别向车体1上部和下部凸出的一对第一驱动轮3和一对第二驱动轮4,其中该传动机构包括换向齿轮5、双联齿轮6、过渡齿轮7以及设置于两对驱动轮的轮轴上的第一输出齿轮8和第二输出齿轮9,该换向齿轮5与驱动机构中的电机10的转轴齿轮11相啮合,换向齿轮5上设有轴向凸出的轴向齿轮51与双联齿轮6的第一齿轮61相啮合,双联齿轮6设置于第一输出齿轮8和第二输出齿轮9之间的位置且通过双联齿轮6实现将电机10的动力传递给第一输出齿轮8和第二输出齿轮9,第一输出齿轮8与双联齿轮6的第二齿轮62之间通过过渡齿轮7的啮合而实现传动,第二输出齿轮9直接与双联齿轮6的第二齿轮62相啮合而实现传动,整个传动机构设计更为简单、巧妙,结构更为紧凑,可大大节约车体的空间,使该玩具车的车体1可设计得更为小巧,通过该双联齿轮6作为桥梁将电机10的动力传递给两对驱动轮,从而减少了换向齿轮5的数量,有效解决了多个换向齿轮5与电机10转轴齿轮11啮合容易造成电机10能量和寿命加速损耗的问题,而且充分利用了双面车高度方向的空间,不会额外增加车体的宽度,相比起现有的设置多个换向齿轮的 双面车,本发明的双面车可设计得更加小巧和美观。
实施例一:
如图1至图4所示,该实施例的传动机构包括一个换向齿轮5、一个双联齿轮6、一个过渡齿轮7以及第一输出齿轮8和第二输出齿轮9,该换向齿轮5为皇冠齿轮,转轴齿轮11对应设计成与皇冠齿轮的冠齿52相啮合的直齿轮,而轴向齿轮51设置于该皇冠齿轮的背面且与皇冠齿轮同轴,双联齿轮6的大齿轮(即第一齿轮61)与该轴向齿轮51相啮合,双联齿轮6的小齿轮(即第二齿轮62)的上端与第二输出齿轮9相啮合,该第二输出齿轮9设置在第二驱动轮4的轮轴上,第二驱动轮4为设置在车体1后上部且向车体1上部凸出的两驱动轮;双联齿轮6的小齿轮(即第二齿轮62)的下端与过渡齿轮7相啮合,而过渡齿轮7再与第一输出齿轮8相啮合,该第一输出齿轮8设置在第一驱动轮3的轮轴上,第一驱动轮3为设置在车体1后下部且向车体1下部凸出的两驱动轮。该车体1的第一驱动轮3的两驱动轮的轮距与第二驱动轮4两驱动轮的轮距相同,该车体1的从动轮组2包括有一对第一从动轮21和一对第二从动轮22,其中第一从动轮21向车体1下部凸出,第二从动轮22向车体1上部凸出,同样第一从动轮21的两从动轮的轮距与第二从动轮22的两从动轮的轮距相同,而且该从动轮的轮距也与驱动轮的轮距相同,故该双面玩具车可以在只有上方轨道面行走,如图7中标识A处所示,也可在只有侧方轨道面的轨道体上行走,如图7中标识B处所示,具有特技效果,趣味性强。
实施例二:
如图5所示,该实施例的传动机构包括一个换向齿轮5、一个双联齿轮6、三个过渡齿轮7以及第一输出齿轮8和第二输出齿轮9,该换向齿轮5为皇冠齿轮,转轴齿轮11对应设计成与皇冠齿轮的冠齿52相啮合的直齿轮,而轴向齿轮51设置于该皇冠齿轮的背面且与皇冠齿轮同轴,双联齿轮6的大齿轮(即第一齿轮61)与该轴向齿轮51相啮合,双联齿轮6的小齿轮(即第二齿轮62)的上端与第二输出齿轮9相啮合,该第二输出齿轮9设置在第二驱动轮4的轮轴上,第二驱动轮4为设置在车体1后上部且向车体1上部凸出的两驱动轮;双联齿轮6的小齿轮(即第二齿轮62)的下端与其中一个过渡齿轮7相啮合,该过渡齿轮7又与第二个过渡齿轮7相啮合,第二个过渡齿轮7再与第三个过渡齿轮7相啮合,最后第三个过渡齿轮7与第一输出齿轮8相啮 合,该第一输出齿轮8设置在第一驱动轮3的轮轴上,第一驱动轮3为设置在车体1后下部且向车体1下部凸出的两驱动轮。过渡齿轮7的数量必须为奇数个,才能确保第一驱动轮组3与第二驱动轮组4异向转动。
实施例三:
如图6所示,该实施例的传动机构包括一个换向齿轮5、第一双联齿轮6A和第二双联齿轮6B、一个过渡齿轮7以及第一输出齿轮8和第二输出齿轮9,该换向齿轮5为皇冠齿轮,转轴齿轮11对应设计成与皇冠齿轮的冠齿52相啮合的直齿轮,而轴向齿轮51设置于该皇冠齿轮的背面且与皇冠齿轮同轴,第一双联齿轮6A的大齿轮(即第一齿轮6A1)与该轴向齿轮51的下端相啮合,第一双联齿轮6A的小齿轮(即第二齿轮6A2)与第一输出齿轮8相啮合,该第一输出齿轮8设置在第一驱动轮3的轮轴上,第一驱动轮3为设置在车体1后下部且向车体1下部凸出的两驱动轮;第二双联齿轮6B的大齿轮(即第一齿轮6B1)与该轴向齿轮51的上端相啮合,第二双联齿轮6B的小齿轮(即第二齿轮6B2)与与过渡齿轮7相啮合,而过渡齿轮7再与第二输出齿轮9相啮合,该第二输出齿轮9设置在第二驱动轮4的转轴上,第二驱动轮4为设置在车体1后上部且向车体1上部凸出的两驱动轮。
尽管本发明是参照具体实施例来描述,但这种描述并不意味着对本发明构成限制。参照本发明的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变化,对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料的,这种的变化应属于所属权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双面玩具车,包括有车体(1)、设置于车体(1)内的驱动机构和传动机构、设置于车体(1)一端的从动轮组(2)以及设置于车体(1)另一端的分别向车体(1)上部和下部凸出的一对第一驱动轮(3)和一对第二驱动轮(4),其特征在于所述传动机构包括一个换向齿轮(5)、至少一个双联齿轮(6)、过渡齿轮(7)以及设置于两对驱动轮的轮轴上的第一输出齿轮(8)和第二输出齿轮(9),所述换向齿轮(5)与所述驱动机构中的电机(10)的转轴齿轮(11)相啮合,所述换向齿轮(5)上设有轴向凸出的轴向齿轮(51)与双联齿轮的第一齿轮相啮合,所述双联齿轮设置于第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮之间的位置且通过所述双联齿轮实现将电机的动力传递给第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮,所述第一输出齿轮与双联齿轮的第二齿轮之间通过所述过渡齿轮的啮合而实现传动,所述第二输出齿轮直接与双联齿轮的第二齿轮相啮合而实现传动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述双联齿轮的中间设有转轴,上述车体内部两侧对应设有轴孔或槽孔,所述转轴安装于轴孔或槽孔中而实现双联齿轮可绕转轴转动或绕转轴转动且在槽孔范围内移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述换向齿轮(5)为皇冠齿轮,上述转轴齿轮(11)对应设计成与皇冠齿轮的冠齿(52)相啮合的直齿轮,上述轴向齿轮(51)设置于所述皇冠齿轮的背面且与皇冠齿轮同轴。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述换向齿轮(5)为蜗杆,上述转轴齿轮(11)对应设计成与蜗杆相啮合的涡轮,上述轴向齿轮(51)设置于所述蜗杆一端且与蜗杆同轴。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述换向齿轮(5)为第一斜齿轮,上述转轴齿轮(11)对应设计成与所述第一斜齿轮交错轴的第二斜齿轮,上述轴向齿轮(51)设置于所述第一斜齿轮的其中一面上且与第一斜齿轮同轴。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述过渡齿轮(7) 为模数与上述双联齿轮(6)的第二齿轮(62)模数相同的齿轮而实现上述第一输出齿轮和上述第二输出齿轮转速相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述第一输出齿轮(9)以及上述第二输出齿轮(9)与双联齿轮(6)的第二齿轮(62)之间均设有至少一个过渡齿轮,且所述第一输出齿轮处的过渡齿轮个数与第二输出齿轮处的过渡齿轮个数之差为单数。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述双联齿轮包括有第一双联齿轮(6A)和第二双联齿轮(6B)共两个,所述第一双联齿轮(6A)的第一齿轮(6A1)和第二双联齿轮(6B)的第一齿轮(6B1)均与上述轴向齿轮(51)相啮合,所述第一双联齿轮(6A)的第二齿轮(6A2)与上述第一输出齿轮(8)相啮合,所述第二双联齿轮(6B)的第二齿轮(6B2)与上述过渡齿轮(7)相啮合,所述过渡齿轮(7)与上述第二输出齿轮(9)相啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述第一驱动轮(3)设置于车体(1)的后下端且向车体(1)下部凸出,所述第二驱动轮(4)设置于车体(1)的后上端且向车体(1)上部凸出,所述第一驱动轮(3)的两驱动轮的轮距和第二驱动轮(4)的两驱动轮的轮距均与上述从动轮组(2)的两从动轮的轮距相同。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的双面玩具车,其特征在于上述从动轮组(2)包括一对第一从动轮(21)和一对第二从动轮(22),所述第一从动轮(21)向车体(1)下部凸出,所述第二从动轮(22)向车体(1)上部凸出,所述第一从动轮(21)的两从动轮的轮距与第二从动轮(22)的两从动轮的轮距相同。
