Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit formé à la presse à chaud, dans lequel le produit formé à la presse à chaud est fabriqué par pressage à chaud d'une tôle d'acier traitée en surface (1) comprenant une couche plaquée de Zn-Ni formée sur la surface d'une tôle d'acier de base, qui comprend les étapes suivantes afin de supprimer la génération de microfissures tout en supprimant la détérioration de la fixabilité de forme pendant un formage à la presse à chaud, à savoir : une étape de chauffage de la tôle d'acier traitée en surface à une température dans une plage au moins égale au point de transformation Ac3 et au plus égal à 1000 °C; une étape de refroidissement de la tôle d'acier traitée en surface à une vitesse de refroidissement d'au moins 100 °C/s à une température au plus égale à 550 °C et au moins égale à 410 °C, par intercalation de la tôle d'acier traitée en surface dans une matrice de refroidissement (3) dont la surface qui est en contact avec la tôle d'acier traitée en surface est plane; une étape d'obtention d'un corps formé en commençant par le formage à la presse de la tôle d'acier traitée en surface au moyen d'une matrice de formage à la presse (11) dans un délai de 5 secondes après le refroidissement, et tandis que la température de la tôle d'acier traitée en surface est dans une plage au plus égale à 550 °C et au moins égale à 400 °C; et une étape de maintien du corps formé au niveau de l'arête centrale inférieure de formage tandis que le corps formé est encore intercalé dans la matrice de formage à la presse, et le refroidissement rapide du corps formé pour obtenir le produit formé à la presse à chaud.
