背景技术
平板显示装置,例如薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD)或有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)显示器,具有厚度薄、功耗低、无辐射等特点,近年来得到了迅速地发展,广泛应用于电脑显示器产品、电视产品或者大屏幕公共显示产品。
平板显示装置通常包括:用于显示图像的显示面板、用于保护该显示面板的正面的前框和用于保护显示面板背面的后壳。对于TFT-LCD而言,后壳还用于容纳背光模组。近年来,平板显示装置的尺寸不断增大(例如100英寸或以上的平板显示装置),因此平板显示装置的后壳的尺寸也随着平板显示装置的尺寸增大而增加。平板显示装置的后壳通常整体由金属压制或注塑工艺形成,当后壳尺寸过大时,需要增大压制机的尺寸,而且,生成的后壳容易产生扭曲和/或弯曲而造成损坏,且不利于运输。上述因素造成平板显示装置的后壳开模周期长且成型困难。
发明内容

第三壳体3的两侧边分别通过连接部件4与第一壳体1和第二壳体2相互连接。
在本公开的一个实施例中,显示装置后壳包括多个可分离的壳体,各壳体通过彼此连接即可形成完整的显示装置后壳,可分离的壳体相对完整的显示装置后壳尺寸明显示减小,有利于缩短开模周期和降低成型难度。
连接部件4可以采用卡槽和卡扣的结构,也可能采用叶片和狭缝结构, 叶片插入狭缝中能够被固定。下文以图2示出了第一壳体1的结构示意图、图3示出了第二壳体2的结构示意图;连接部件4包括卡槽41和卡扣42为例,结合图1所示的显示装置后壳的结构示意图,对第一壳体1和第二壳体2进行说明。
第一壳体1的第一固定部11朝向第二壳体2的一端设置有卡槽41,第二壳体2的第二固定部21朝向第一壳体1的一端设置有卡扣42,第一固定部11上的卡槽41与第二固定部21上的卡扣42连接。在本实施例中,第一壳体1和第二壳体2之间通过卡槽41和卡扣42连接,在组装过程中,将第一壳体1的第一固定部11端部的卡槽41和第二壳体2的第二固定部21端部的卡扣42对准连接即可,因此易于组装。
当然,也可以以下列方式进行配置:第一壳体1的第一固定部11朝向第二壳体2的一端设置有卡扣42,第二壳体2的第二固定部21朝向第一壳体1的一端设置有卡槽41,第一固定部11上的卡扣42与第二固定部21上的卡槽41连接。
图4示出了第三壳体3的结构示意图,其与图2示出的第一壳体1和图3示出的第二壳体2进行组合,三者结构如下:
第一壳体1与第三壳体3相对的一侧上部设置有卡槽41,第二壳体2与第三壳体3相对的一侧上部设置有卡槽41,第三壳体3两侧边上部分别设置有与第一壳体1和第二壳体2的一侧上的卡槽41对应的卡扣42;第三壳体3两侧边上的卡扣42分别与第一壳体1和第二壳体2相对的一侧上的卡槽41连接。
本实施例中,第三壳体3通过其上的卡扣42分别与第一壳体1和第二壳体2上的卡槽41连接,其组装方法与第一壳体1和第二壳体2之间的组装方法相同,且同样易于组装,不再赘述。
在根据本公开的一个实施例中,第一壳体1的与第三壳体3侧边相邻一侧的内表面设置有至少一个第一定位柱5,第二壳体2的与第三壳体3另一侧边相邻的一侧的内表面设置有至少一个第二定位柱6,第三壳体3两侧边分别设置有与第一定位柱5和第二定位柱6对应的搭桥7,且每一搭桥7具有螺孔,各搭桥7与相对应的各第一定位柱5和各第二定位柱6一一对应的由螺纹固定连接。在该实施例中,第三壳体3通过其上的搭桥7与第一壳体 1和第二壳体2上的定位柱连接,以实现准确定位且使上述三者的连接更紧固,能够承受较大的形变压力。
在根据本公开的一个实施例中,第三壳体3的两侧边具有分别与第一壳体1和第二壳体2搭接的搭接面8。图5为第三壳体3的搭接面8的局部放大示意图,该放大示意图为图4所示的第三壳体3的虚线31对应部位的局部放大示意图。搭接面8与第三壳体3的主体形成阶梯结构,各搭桥7设置于搭接面8上。在该实施例中,第三壳体3的侧边具有搭接面8,与第一壳体1和第二壳体2的侧边搭接,而且第三壳体3的卡扣与第一壳体1和第二壳体2上的卡槽41连接,使第三壳体3不易脱落,第一壳体1、第二壳体2和第三壳体3三者之间的结构能够承受较大的形变压力。
在根据本公开的一个实施例中,第三壳体3的底部具有与第一壳体1的第一固定部11和第二壳体2的第二固定部21配合形成的结构相配合的阶梯面32。在该实施例中,第三壳体3的底部的阶梯面32,与第一壳体1的第一固定部11和第二壳体2的第二固定部21配合形成的结构配合,结合第三壳体3与第一壳体1和第二壳体2通过卡扣42和卡槽41连接方式、第三壳体3的侧边搭接结构,使第三壳体3不易脱落,第一壳体1、第二壳体2和第三壳体3三者之间的结构能够承受较大的形变压力。
第一壳体1、第二壳体2和第三壳体3组装后的示意图如图6和图7所示。在图6示出的组装后的显示装置后壳外表面的视觉效果图中,第一壳体1、第三壳体3和第二壳体2横向依次排列。在图7示出的组装后的显示装置后壳内表面的视觉效果图,第二壳体2、第三壳体3和第一壳体1横向依次排列。
此外,还可以在第三壳体3上设置用于粘贴、嵌入或热熔标识图形的区域或镂空。例如,可以在第三壳体3上设置与标识图形相同的镂空图案,同样形状和大小的标识图形嵌入或热熔至该镂空,该标识可以采用各种颜色。各壳体上还可以设置用于壁挂的孔洞,用于安装壁挂固定件。
本公开的实施例可产生以下有益效果:显示装置后壳包括多个可分离的壳体,各壳体通过彼此连接即可形成完整的显示装置后壳,可分离的壳体相对完整的显示装置后壳尺寸明显示减小,有利于缩短开模周期和降低成型难度;同时,第一壳体的底部朝向第二壳体延伸,第二壳体的底部朝向第一壳 体延伸,二者连接后形成“U”形结构,第三壳体设置于第一壳体和第二壳体所形成的“U”形结构中,从而使三者在组合后更紧固,能够承受较大的形变压力。
本公开的至少一个实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括一前框,还包括如上实施例提供的显示装置后壳,前框和后壳组装在一起形成显示装置的外壳。
本公开的实施例可产生以下有益效果:显示装置后壳包括多个可分离的壳体,各壳体通过彼此连接即可形成完整的显示装置后壳,可分离的壳体相对完整的显示装置后壳尺寸明显示减小,有利于缩短开模周期和降低成型难度;同时,第一壳体的底部朝向第二壳体延伸,第二壳体的底部朝向第一壳体延伸,二者连接后形成“U”形结构,第三壳体设置于第一壳体和第二壳体所形成的“U”形结构中,从而使三者在组合后更紧固,能够承受较大的形变压力。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种显示装置后壳,包括:第一壳体、第三壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体、所述第三壳体和所述第二壳体在横向上依次排列;
    所述第一壳体的底部具有朝向所述第二壳体延伸的第一固定部,所述第二壳体的底部具有朝向所述第一壳体延伸的第二固定部,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部由第一连接部件连接;
    所述第三壳体的两侧边分别通过第二连接部件与所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体相互连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置后壳,其中,所述第一连接部件包括第一卡槽和第一卡扣;
    所述第一卡槽设置在所述第一固定部和第二固定部中的一个的一端,所述第一卡扣设置在所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部中的另一个的一端,所述第一卡槽与所述第一卡扣连接。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的显示装置后壳,其中,所述第二连接部件包括第二卡槽和第二卡扣,所述第二卡槽设置于所述第一壳体的与所述第二壳体相对的一侧上部以及所述第二壳体的与所述第一壳体相对的一侧上部,所述第二卡扣设置于所述第三壳体的两侧边上部并对应于所述第二卡槽,所述第二卡扣与所述第二卡槽连接。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的显示装置后壳,其中,所述第一壳体的与所述第三壳体侧边相邻的一侧的内表面设置有至少一个第一定位柱,所述第二壳体的与所述第三壳体另一侧边相邻的一侧的内表面设置有至少一个第二定位柱,所述第三壳体两侧边分别设置与所述第一定位柱和所述第二定位柱对应的搭桥,且每一所述搭桥具有螺孔,各所述搭桥与相对应的各所述第一定位柱或各所述第二定位柱由螺纹固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的显示装置后壳,其中,所述第三壳体的两侧边具有分别与所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体搭接的搭接面,所述搭接面与所述第三壳体的主平面形成阶梯结构,每一个所述搭桥均设置于所述搭接面上。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的显示装置后壳,其中,
    所述第三壳体的底部具有与一阶梯面,该阶梯面与第一壳体和第二壳体 配合形成的结构相配合。
  7. 一种显示装置,包括一前框,其还包括如权利要求1至6任一项所述的显示装置后壳,所述前框和所述后壳组装在一起形成所述显示装置的外壳。
