Description
本公开的实施例涉及一种身体清洁头及身体清洁工具。
对于不方便通过传统方式进行身体清洁的人员,通常采用带有身体清洁头的身体清洁器,通过身体清洁头与皮肤接触,可同时实现身体的清洗和洗后脏水抽回清洁器的功能。
为同时实现身体的清洗和洗后脏水抽回清洁器的功能,如图1所示,身体清洁头包括外壳01,外壳内设有吸气口011以及与吸气口连通的回流通道012,外壳内设有出水管02,清水沿图中出水管02内箭头方向流动,并从出水口喷出至皮肤,清洗后的脏水被抽气电机(图中未示出)从吸气口011沿回流通道012内所示箭头方向抽走,抽气电机在抽气时,不能长时间保持在一个非常稳定的状态。
由此,抽气电机的不稳定造成抽气效力时大时小,当抽气效力大时,出水口喷洒出的清水还没有到达皮肤便被抽气电机抽走,达不到身体清洁的效果;当抽气效力小时,清洗完皮肤的脏水不能及时地被抽回身体清洁器,流到其它部位,不能很好地达到洗后脏水回收的效果。
发明内容
本公开的至少一个实施例提供一种身体清洁头及身体清洁工具,可以使出水口的出水速度和吸气口的抽气效力达到一个相对稳定的状态,很好地实现身体清洗以及洗后脏水抽回清洁器的功能。
本公开的至少一个实施例提供了一种身体清洁头,包括:外壳,所述外壳开设有吸气口,所述外壳内设有与所述吸气口连通的回流通道;水管组件,所述水管组件设置于所述回流通道内,所述水管组件包括固定设置于所述外壳内的水管支架,所述水管支架内配合穿设有出水软管,所述出水软管靠近所述吸气口的一端伸出水管支架,且伸出端套设有弹性体和滑套,所述弹性
体位于所述水管支架与滑套之间,所述滑套可在气流作用下相对于水管支架轴向移动,挤压所述出水软管,使得可以改变所述出水软管得与所述弹性体相对应的部分的内径。

动;当清洁头吸气时,回流通道12内的气流可推动滑套24向靠近水管支架21的方向移动并挤压弹性体23,使弹性体23沿出水软管的径向的尺寸变大,从而挤压出水软管22,使出水软管22的与弹性体23相对应的部分的内径变小,当吸气口的气压由大变小时,滑套24可向远离水管支架21的方向移动,使弹性体23沿出水软管的径向的尺寸减小,从而使出水软管22的与弹性体23相对应的部分的内径增大。
本公开实施例提供的身体清洁头,包括外壳1和水管组件2,当开始使用时,同时进行出水和抽气,此时,参考图4,当清洁头还未接触皮肤时,回流通道12的气压最大,和大气压相同,回流通道12内的气流沿图中向下的箭头方向流动,可推动滑套24向靠近水管支架21的方向移动到最大并挤压弹性体23,使弹性体23沿出水软管的径向的尺寸变大,从而挤压出水软管22使其形变达到最大,使出水软管22与弹性体23相对的部分内径变到最小,出水软管22处于关闭状态,因此,在未接触皮肤时,清洁头不会喷洒出水。在出水软管22中的水压恒定的前提下,出水口的喷水距离同时与出水口截面积以及吸气口11的压力有关系,因此,当吸气口11的压力不稳定时,可以通过改变出水口的截面积来保证出水口的喷水距离,参考图3,当清洁头接触皮肤时,抽气时会有比较大的阻力,回流通道12的气压比大气压小,作用在滑套24上的压力减小,滑套24的移动的位移量减小,同时,弹性体23的形变量减小,出水软管22的与弹性体23相对应的部分内径变大,出水软管22打开,出水软管内的水沿图中向上箭头方向流动并喷洒出来对皮肤进行清洗。在清洗的过程中,抽气效力时大时小,当抽气效力增大时,回流通道12内的压力增大,因而滑套24的位移量和弹性体23的形变量也均增大,出水软管与弹性体23相对的部分的内径变小,清洁头的出水速度变快,即随着抽气效力的增大清洁头的出水速度加快,因此可以避免出现抽气效力增大时出水管的水没有到达皮肤便被抽走的问题;当抽气效力减小时,回流通道12内的压力减小,因而滑套24的位移量和弹性体23的形变量也均减小,出水软管与弹性体23相对的部分的内径变大,清洁头的出水速度变慢,即随着抽气效力的减小清洁头的出水速度减慢,因此可以避免出现抽水效力减小时清洗完皮肤的脏水不能及时被抽走的问题。清洗完成后,把清洁接头拿离皮肤时,回流通道12的气压恢复到和大气压相同,水不会喷洒到任何地方。因
此,只要同时进行出水和抽气,身体清洁工具还可以根据清洁头是否与皮肤接触自动调节出水软管22的开闭。
滑套24可以为圆柱形套或锥形套,采用圆柱形套时受力面积仅为圆柱形底面,因此为方便滑套24受力移动。在本公开的一个实施例中,滑套24为锥形套,且直径较小的一端靠近外壳1的吸气口11设置,回流通道12的压力作用于直径较小的一端,该端底面以及锥形侧面均可以受力,增大了受力面积,使滑套24更容易在压力的作用下移动。
为使弹性体23在工作时更稳定,在滑套24内壁开设有环槽241,弹性体23设置于环槽241内,水管支架21的端部伸入环槽241内且与弹性体23相抵靠,弹性体23可被牢牢扣在环槽241里,保证了弹性体23在工作时的可靠性。在本公开的一个实施例中,弹性体23可采用橡胶材料制作。
弹性体23可以为分布在环槽241内的多个弹性块状体,弹性块状体可以为球形或方块形等;弹性体23也可以为单个弹性圆环。在一个实施例中,为保证弹性体23在工作中的稳定性,弹性体23为弹性圆环,此时,为避免弹性圆环受压时出现反应延迟,环槽241的最大直径与弹性圆环的外径相适应,滑套24一旦产生位移量,弹性圆环便可即刻产生形变量并作用于出水软管22,保证了出水速度及时随着随抽气效力变化而变化,从而保证了清洁效果。
为保证出水软管22的出水口喷洒的水在被吸走之前有足够的时间清洗皮肤,出水软管22的出水口应位于外壳1内,且外壳1的吸气口11与出水软管22的出水口沿轴向间隔一定距离设置。
在本公开的一个实施例中,外壳1的吸气口11与出水软管22的出水口沿轴向间隔的距离应小于或等于出水口的喷水距离,这样在使用时水才能以恰当的力道喷洒到皮肤上。
为避免出水口的喷水距离过远,水速过快,在清洗皮肤时给人体皮肤造成不适,外壳1的吸气口11与出水软管22的出水口沿轴向间隔的距离与出水口的喷水距离的差值不能太大,例如为1-2cm。
本公开的至少一个实施例还提供了一种身体清洁工具,包括供水电机(图中未示出)和抽气电机(图中未示出),还包括上述任一实施例所述的身体清洁头,供水电机与出水软管22连通,抽气电机与身体清洁头的回流通道12连通,抽气电机可将外部空气以及出水软管22喷出的水流通过回流通道
12抽入清洁工具内部。
在恒定的水压以及有限的形变量两个条件限制下,出水速度有一定范围,因此,相应的抽力的大小也应有一定的范围限制,如果抽力过大,出水软管22总是处于关闭状态;如果抽力过小,出水速度过快,在清洁时有可能给人带来不适感,而且喷出的水也有可能回收不完全。所以在选择弹性体23时,弹性体23的弹性系数要与抽气电机功率和供水电机功率相匹配。
关于本公开实施例的身体清洁工具的其他构成部件等已为本领域的技术人员所熟知,在此不再详细说明。

Claims (10)
- 一种身体清洁头,包括:外壳,所述外壳开设有吸气口,所述外壳内设有与所述吸气口连通的回流通道;水管组件,所述水管组件设置于所述回流通道内,所述水管组件包括固定设置于所述外壳内的水管支架,所述水管支架内配合穿设有出水软管,所述出水软管靠近所述吸气口的端部伸出水管支架设置,且该端部套设有弹性体和滑套,所述弹性体位于所述水管支架与滑套之间,所述滑套可在气流压力的作用下相对于水管支架轴向移动,使所述弹性体挤压所述出水软管,使得所述出水软管的与所述弹性体相对应的部分的内径随气流压力的改变而改变。
- 根据权利要求1所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述滑套为锥形套,且直径较小的一端靠近所述外壳的吸气口设置。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述滑套内壁开设有环槽,所述弹性体设置于所述环槽内,所述水管支架的端部伸入所述环槽内且与所述弹性体相抵靠。
- 根据权利要求3所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述弹性体为弹性圆环,所述环槽最大直径与所述弹性圆环的外径相适应。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述弹性体为多个弹性块状体。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任何一项所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述出水软管的出水口位于所述外壳内,且所述外壳的吸气口与所述出水软管的出水口沿轴向间隔一定距离设置。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任何一项所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述外壳的吸气口与所述出水软管的出水口沿轴向间隔的距离小于或等于所述出水口的喷水距离。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任何一项所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述外壳的吸气口与所述出水软管的出水口沿轴向间隔的距离与所述出水口的喷水距离的差值为1-2cm。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任何一项所述的身体清洁头,其中,所述弹性体由橡胶材料制作。
- 一种身体清洁工具,包括供水电机和抽气电机,其还包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的身体清洁头,所述供水电机与出水软管连通,所述抽气电机与身体清洁头的回流通道连通,所述抽气电机可将外部空气以及出水软管喷出的水流通过回流通道抽入清洁工具内部。
