Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fuel injection device that is used in an internal combustion engine and mainly injects fuel.
  • Patent Document 1 As background art in this technical field, there is JP 2011-137442 A (Patent Document 1).
  • Patent Document 1 a magnetic attraction force is generated by energization in a valve opening operation for opening a nozzle hole, while a coil that passes through a movable core and a magnetic attraction force disappears by a stop of energization in a valve closing operation for closing the nozzle hole.
  • a stopper penetrating portion that penetrates the core and protrudes from the end surface of the movable core on the fixed core side has a stopper penetrating portion abutting against the valve projecting portion from the opposite side to the fixed core in a state where energization to the coil is stopped
  • the movable core moves through the gap formed between the valve projection and the movable core by the movable stopper without the valve member, and the accelerated movable core collides with the valve projection. .
  • An impact force corresponding to the momentum of the movable core at the time of the collision is given to the valve protrusion, and the movement time of the valve member by a distance necessary to open the nozzle hole can be shortened (see paragraph 0011).
  • Acceleration of atomization of spray and stabilization of injection amount are required for fuel injection devices.
  • the cause of the deterioration of spray atomization is that the fuel flow rate becomes slow during the low lift period when the valve member (hereinafter referred to as the valve body) starts to open.
  • the deterioration factor of the injection amount stabilization is that the convergence of the valve operation after the valve opening is slow. For this reason, it is necessary for the fuel injection device to quickly increase the speed of the valve body that begins to open, and at the same time to quickly converge the operation of the valve body after the valve is opened.
  • the movable stopper is configured to always slide with both the valve body and the movable iron core, and has a structure that always exerts force when the valve body and the movable iron core are in relative motion.
