Claims (7)
- 一种外杯旋转式轴向电涡流阻尼器,包括传动组件和电涡流阻尼产生器,所述传动组件包括螺旋传动副和分别由导磁材料制成的定子、转子;其特征是,所述螺旋传动副包括螺杆(1)和套装在螺杆(1)上的螺母(2);所述定子(3)为上下开口的一段圆管,定子(3)的上部开口安装上法兰盘(4),而定子(3)的下部开口安装下法兰盘(5),所述螺杆(1)顺次穿过上法兰盘(4)的中心孔和下法兰盘(5)的中心孔,而螺母(2)置于定子(3)内部,所述螺母(2)的上端面通过上轴承(8)与上法兰盘(4)的底面连接,而螺母(2)的下端面通过下轴承(9)与下法兰盘(5)的顶面连接;所述转子包括外转子(12)和底端设有下连接法兰盘的内转子(11),所述下连接法兰盘固定在螺母(2)的上端面与上轴承(8)的下端面之间,内转子(11)穿过上法兰盘(4)的中心孔且内转子(11)的顶端与置于定子(3)外周的外转子(12)连接,所述螺杆(1)与内转子(11)之间留有间隙;所述定子(3)与外转子(12)之间设有一个或多个电涡流阻尼产生器;所述螺杆(1)的上端伸出外转子(12)的顶端且螺杆(1)的顶端设有上连接端13,所述下法兰盘(5)的下方设有下连接管(6),所述下连接管(6)的顶端与下法兰盘(5)连接而将螺杆(1)的下端包围在下连接管(6)内侧,所述下连接管(6)的底端设有下连接端7。
- 根据权利要求1所述外杯旋转式轴向电涡流阻尼器,其特征是,所述外转子(12)下端与定子(3)之间安装转动轴承(10)。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述外杯旋转式轴向电涡流阻尼器,其特征是,所述电涡流阻尼产生器包括多个磁体(14)、导体圆管(15)和多个阻尼力调节器(16),所述磁体(14)沿定子(3)的周向均匀安装在定子(3)的外表面,相邻磁体(14)的极性相反;而导体圆管(15)套装在外转子(12)的内壁,且导体圆管(15)与外转子通过沿外转子周向均匀设置的多个阻尼力调节器(16)连接;所述磁体(14)与导体圆管(15)之间留有间隙。
- 根据权利要求3所述外杯旋转式轴向电涡流阻尼器,其特征是,所述磁体(14)与定子(3)之间加装导磁垫块。
- 根据权利要求3所述外杯旋转式轴向电涡流阻尼器,其特征是,所述导体圆管(15)的外表面与外转子(12)的内表面形成滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求3所述外杯旋转式轴向电涡流阻尼器,其特征是,所述阻尼力调节器(16)为螺栓。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述外杯旋转式轴向电涡流阻尼器,其特征是,所述磁体(14)为永磁体或电磁铁。
