Description

吸油烟机及其蜗壳 技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸油烟机和用于该吸油烟机的蜗壳。
背景技术
相关技术中,为了便于与不同位置的排风烟道相连进行室外排风,吸油烟机通常设有开口方向正交的多个排风口。设有多个排风口的吸油烟机存在风量和风压损失大、风轮效率低、噪音高的缺陷。
发明内容

例如,在内排风模式下,内切换盖板103处于打开位置,如果外切换盖板40处于第一位置(即打开第一外排风口201且关闭第二外排风口202),此时,外排风密封板41需要密封第一外排风口201,如果外切换盖板40处于第二位置(即关闭第一外排风口201且打开第二外排风口202),此时,外排风密封板41需要密封第二外排风口202。
在后外排风模式下,内切换盖板103处于关闭位置,外切换盖板40处于第一位置(即打开第一外排风口201且关闭第二外排风口202)。
在上外排风模式下,内切换盖板103处于关闭位置,外切换盖板40处于第二位置(即关闭第一外排风口201且打开第二外排风口202)。
优选地,内切换盖板30的形状形成为在所述关闭位置,内切换盖板103的、与内出风 口104对应的部分与侧围板102形成完整的蜗壳曲面。更优选地,内出风口104形成在所述蜗壳曲面的螺旋线曲面上。
也就是说,在所述关闭位置,内切换盖板103的用于关闭内出风口104的部分与侧围板102形成完整的蜗壳曲面。换言之,可以通过在侧围板102上切除一部分来形成内出风口104,侧围板102上被切除的部分相当于内切换盖板103或内切换盖板103的与内出风口104对应的部分。
根据本发明实施例的,通过设置在所述打开位置与所述关闭位置之间可移动的内切换盖板103,从而可以利用内切换盖板103打开和关闭内出风口104。由于在所述关闭位置内切换盖板103的与内出风口104对应的部分与侧围板102形成完整的蜗壳曲面,因此当吸油烟机100向室外排风时,蜗壳1的蜗壳曲面可以保持完整而不会被内排风口104破坏,从而可以极大地减小气流的流动损失、提高吸油烟机100的风轮的效率。
而且,通过设置用于打开和关闭内出风口104的内切换盖板103,内出风口104与内排风口203之间的风道长度减小甚至无需风道,由此可以极大地减小气流的流动损失、提高吸油烟机100的风轮的效率。
如图13所示,在一个示例中,侧围板102包括第一侧围板1023和第二侧围板1024,第一侧围板1023的第一端10231与第二侧围板1024的第一端10241间隔开以形成内出风口104,第一侧围板1023的第二端10232与第二侧围板1024的第二端10242间隔开以形成外出风口105。
具体而言,第一侧围板1023的前端与第二侧围板1024的前端间隔开以形成内出风口104,第一侧围板1023的后端与第二侧围板1024的后端间隔开以形成外出风口105。前后方向如图21中的箭头J所示。
如图18和图22所示,在本发明的一个具体示例中,内出风口104沿侧围板102的周向远离外出风口105。
如图15和图19所示,第一侧围板1023的第一端10231设有第一限位槽1021,第二侧围板1024的第一端10241设有第二限位槽1022。其中,在所述关闭位置内切换盖板103的第一端1036配合在第一限位槽1021内,在所述打开位置内切换盖板103的第二端1037配合在第二限位槽1022内。
通过在第一侧围板1023的第一端10231上设置第一限位槽1021且在所述关闭位置内切换盖板103的第一端1036配合在第一限位槽1021内,从而可以确保完全关闭内出风口104,以便避免风从内出风口104泄露。
通过在第二侧围板1024的第一端10241上设置第二限位槽1022且在所述打开位置内切换盖板103的第二端1037配合在第二限位槽1022内,从而可以将内切换盖板103稳定 地保持在所述打开位置,由此在向室内排风时可以避免内出风口104被关闭。
有利地,如图14和图18所示,内切换盖板103的形状与侧围板102的一部分的形状适配,内切换盖板103沿侧围板102的周向移动的同时贴靠在侧围板102上。
如图16-图18所示,底板101上设有滑槽1011,内切换盖板103可滑动地配合在滑槽1011内,以便内切换盖板103在打开内出风口104的打开位置与关闭内出风口104的关闭位置之间可移动地设在底板101上。
在一些实施例中,滑槽1011沿底板101的厚度方向贯通底板101,内切换盖板103设有位于底板101上面的卡凸1033和用于沿滑槽1011移动内切换盖板103且位于底板101下面的操作部1032。也就是说,底板101可以夹持在卡凸1033与操作部1032之间,用户可以通过握持操作部1032来带动内切换盖板103移动。
如图16、图17、图20和图21所示,底板101上设有第一限位凸台1014和第二限位凸台1015,操作部1032上设有第一限位孔1034和第二限位孔1035,在所述关闭位置第一限位凸台1014配合在第一限位孔1034内,在所述打开位置第二限位凸台1015配合在第二限位孔1035内。由此可以将内切换盖板103稳定地保持在所述关闭位置和所述打开位置,从而在向室外排风时可以避免内出风口104被打开以及在向室内排风时可以避免内出风口104被关闭。
具体而言,第一限位凸台1014和第二限位凸台1015均设在底板101的下表面上,第一限位孔1034和第二限位孔1035均沿上下方向贯通操作部1032。其中,上下方向如图2和图23中的箭头I所示。
如图18和图19所示,在本发明的一个示例中,底板101上设有第一限位柱1012和第二限位柱1013,可以将第一切换盖板103限制在侧围板102和所述第一限位柱1012和第二限位柱1013之间移动;由此在打开和关闭内出风口104时,可以防止第一切换盖板103向远离侧围板103的方向摆动,起到导向的作用。
具体地,如图19所示,第二限位槽1022的前壁向远离第二限位槽1022的方向翻卷以便形成第二限位柱1013。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性 或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种吸油烟机,其特征在于,包括:
    机壳,所述机壳上设有第一外排风口和第二外排风口;
    蜗壳,所述蜗壳设在所述机壳内,所述蜗壳包括蜗壳本体,所述蜗壳本体包括底板、顶板和设在所述底板与所述顶板之间的侧围板,所述蜗壳本体设有与所述第一外排风口和所述第二外排风口连通的外出风口,所述外出风口的开口方向与所述第二外排风口的开口方向正交;
    风轮,所述风轮设在所述蜗壳本体内;和
    外切换盖板,所述外切换盖板在打开所述第一外排风口且关闭所述第二外排风口的第一位置与关闭所述第一外排风口且打开所述第二外排风口的第二位置之间可移动地设在所述蜗壳或所述机壳上,其中在所述第二位置所述外切换盖板与所述第二外排风口的开口方向之间的夹角α大于零且小于90度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述第一外排风口的开口方向与所述第二外排风口的开口方向彼此正交。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述夹角α大于等于30度且小于等于60度。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述外切换盖板在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间可枢转地设在所述侧围板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述侧围板上设有卡槽,所述外切换盖板包括板体和设在所述板体上的枢轴,所述枢轴可旋转地配合在所述卡槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述第一外排风口设在所述机壳的后壁板上,所述第二外排风口设在所述机壳的顶壁板上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述外切换盖板为平板或曲线板。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述机壳上设有切换板限位孔,所述外切换盖板包括板体和设在所述板体上的卡爪,其中在所述第一位置所述卡爪配合在所述切换板限位孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述吸油烟机还包括外排风口密封板,所述机壳上设有内排风口,所述蜗壳本体设有与所述内排风口连通的内出风口,所述蜗壳进一步包括内切换盖板,所述内切换盖板在打开所述内出风口的打开位置与关闭所述内出风口的关闭位置之间可移动,其中在所述打开位置,所述外排风口密封板密封所述第一外排风口和所述第二外排风口中打开的一个。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述内切换盖板的形状为在所述关闭位置所述内切换盖板的、与所述内出风口对应的部分与所述侧围板形成完整的蜗壳曲 面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述内出风口形成在所述蜗壳曲面的螺旋线曲面上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述侧围板包括第一侧围板和第二侧围板,所述第一侧围板的第一端与所述第二侧围板的第一端间隔开以便所述第一侧围板的第一端、所述第二侧围板的第一端、所述顶板和所述底板形成所述第一出风口,所述第一侧围板的第二端与所述第二侧围板的第二端间隔开以便所述第一侧围板的第二端、所述第二侧围板的第二端、所述顶板和所述底板形成所述第二出风口。
  13. 根据权利要求12的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述第一侧围板的第一端设有第一限位槽,所述第二侧围板的第一端设有第二限位槽,在所述关闭位置所述内切换盖板的第一端配合在所述第一限位槽内,在所述打开位置所述内切换盖板的第二端配合在所述第二限位槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述内切换盖板在所述打开位置与所述关闭位置之间移动时紧贴所述侧围板。
  15. 根据权利要求14的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述底板上设有沿所述底板的厚度方向贯通所述底板的滑槽,所述内切换盖板可滑动地配合在所述滑槽内,其中所述内切换盖板设有位于所述底板上面的卡凸和用于沿所述滑槽移动所述内切换盖板且位于所述底板下面的操作部。
  16. 根据权利要求15的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述底板上设有第一限位柱和第二限位柱,在所述关闭位置所述卡凸抵靠在所述第一限位柱上,在所述打开位置所述卡凸抵靠在所述第二限位柱上。
  17. 根据权利要求15的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述底板上设有第一限位凸台和第二限位凸台,所述操作部上设有第一限位孔和第二限位孔,在所述关闭位置所述第一限位凸台配合在所述第一限位孔内,在所述打开位置所述第二限位凸台配合在所述第二限位孔内。
  18. 一种蜗壳,其特征在于,包括:
    蜗壳本体,所述蜗壳本体包括底板、顶板和设在所述底板与所述顶板之间的侧围板,所述蜗壳本体设有第一外出风口和第二外出风口,所述第一外出风口的开口方向与所述第二外出风口的开口方向彼此正交;和
    外切换盖板,所述外切换盖板在打开第一外出风口且关闭所述第二外出风口的第一位置,与关闭所述第一外出风口且打开所述第二外出风口的第二位置之间可移动地设在所述蜗壳本体上,其中在所述第二位置所述外切换盖板与所述第二外出风口的开口方向之间的夹角α大于零且小于90度。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的蜗壳,其特征在于,所述夹角α大于等于30度且小于等于60度。
