이와 같은 복부비만은 배에 과도한 지방이 축적된 상태로, 한국인 허리둘레 기준으로 남자 90cm(35.4인치), 여자 85cm(33.5인치) 이상인 경우에 해당된다. 체내의 지방은 그 분포에 따라 피하지방과 내장지방으로 나눌 수 있는데, 특히 내장지방(체내 장기를 둘러싸고 있는 체강 내에 축적되는 지방)의 축적이 심할 경우 건강 위험률이 높아져 내장비만을 복부비만과 같은 용어로 사용하기도 한다.
내장에 지방이 축적되는 이유는 나이의 증가, 과식, 운동 부족, 흡연, 유전적 영향 등이 복합적으로 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 남자의 경우 군대에서 제대한 후 또는 결혼 직후이며, 여자가 복부 비만이 되는 시기는 폐경기 이후이다.
그런데 복부비만은 건강과 직결된다는 의미에서 개선이 시급한 실정인데 운동을 위해 시간을 내거나 마땅한 운동 장소를 찾기가 쉽지 않은 문제점이 있었다.
이를 개선할 수 있도록 특허 제 10-1330564 호와 같은 많은 복부 운동기구들이 등장하였으나, 운동기구의 구조가 복잡하고 고가이어서 구매에 따른 비용 부담이 증가하였으며, 별도의 운동시간을 할애하여야 하는 것이었으므로 실생활에 적용하기 어려운 문제가 있다.
한편, 사람은 항상 호흡을 하며 산다. 호흡은 큰 운동의 하나이며, 호흡하는 동안 복부의 움직임이 있다. 그 움직이는 힘은 상당하고, 이것 자체가 복부 운동이며, 특히 복식호흡의 경우는 더하다. 이때의 복부의 움직이는 힘은 상당히 강해서 그 힘으로 복부를 묶은 줄을 끊기도 하는 차력사도 있고, 무거운 물건을 올려놓아도 버티는 사람도 있다.
그런데, 혁대를 착용하게 되면 사용자의 호흡시 자연적으로 발생되는 복부의 팽창-수축 운동을 혁대가 방해하여 위장 등 장기능에 악영향을 끼치게 되는바, 혁대를 착용하면서도 위장 등 장기능을 방해하지 않고 오히려 장기능을 더욱 활성화할 수 있는 혁대가 요구된다고 할 수 있다.
또한, 장은 음식을 소화하고, 흡수하고, 노폐물을 외부로 배출하는 중요한 역할을 하는 중요한 기관으로서, 장은 제 2의 뇌라고 불리우고 있으며, 면역세포의 70~80%가 장에 있어 장의 건강이 신체 건강에 있어 매우 중요하다.
장기는 대부분 스스로 연동운동을 하고 있지만, 장기 중 대장, 소장의 길이는 상대적으로 길고, 또 굽어 있고 겹쳐있으며, 장내도 요철로 되어 있고, 융모도 있어 음식의 찌꺼기와 노폐물이 외부로 배출되는데 어려움이 많으며, 노폐물이 장내 곳곳에 쌓이고 적체되면 건강상 많은 문제점이 야기된다.
따라서, 신체 어느 부분보다도 운동이 많이 필요한 곳이 장이지만 사용자의 의지에 따라 장기를 운동시킬 수는 없는 것이어서 여기에 외부의 자극에 의해 장의 운동을 도와줄 필요가 있다.
본 발명은 이러한 점을 감안하여 제안된 것으로, 허리띠에 간편하게 장착한 상태에서 사용자가 호흡을 하는 것만으로도 복부, 허리 및 장 마사지가 지속적으로 이루어지도록 하여 복부비만 감소 및 내장지방 분해효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 복부 운동기구를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명은, 버클과 벨트의 사이에 탄력밴드가 연결되어 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부의 팽창-수축운동에 의해 탄성력이 작용되는 허리띠 부재; 및 일측 단부는 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클에 장착되는 버클 장착부를 이루고, 타측 단부는 사용자의 복부에 직접 접촉하는 마사지부를 이루며, 상기 버클 장착부와 상기 마사지부의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 제1 몸체부가 구비되어 상기 버클 장착부를 통해 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클에 장착된 상태에서 상기 마사지부가 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동과, 상기 허리띠 부재의 탄성력과, 상기 제1 몸체부의 탄성력에 의해 사용자의 복부를 탄력적으로 마사지해주는 마사지 부재를 포함한다.
바람직하게는, 상기 마사지 부재의 버클 장착부는 측면상 "" 형상으로 이루어지면서 내부면에는 되빠짐 방지를 위한 다수의 쐐기가 형성되어 이루어지고; 상기 버클 장착부와 상기 제1 몸체부의 사이에는 상기 제1 몸체부의 자연스러운 움직임이 가능토록 하면서 상기 제1 몸체부를 상기 버클 장착부에 탄력적으로 고정해주도록 목부가 연결될 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 마사지 부재의 제1 몸체부는 탄성력을 갖는 재질로 이루어지면서 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성될 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 제1 몸체부의 하단부는 외측방향으로 벌어지도록 형성되면서 하단부로부터 중간부까지 등간격으로 다수개로 절개되어 상기 절개된 각각의 부위가 상기 마사지부를 이루도록 구성될 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 제1 몸체부의 내부에는 상기 제1 몸체부와 동일한 탄성력있는 재질로 이루어지면서 상기 제1 몸체부보다는 작은 크기의 보조 몸체부가 보조 목부를 통해 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 보조 몸체부는 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성되며, 상기 보조 몸체부의 하단부는 외측방향으로 벌어지도록 형성되면서 하단부로부터 중간부까지 등간격으로 다수개로 절개되어 이루어질 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 보조 목부는 2중관식으로 구성되면서 상기 제1 몸체부의 내면과 상기 보조 몸체부의 상면 사이에 압축 코일 스프링이 개재되어 이루어질 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 보조 몸체부는 흡착판 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 마사지부는, 상기 제1 몸체부 하단부에 고정된 고정판에 다수의 마사지 돌기가 핀부에 의해 고정되어 이루어질 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 일측은 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클 반대측 위치에서 상기 벨트에 장착되는 벨트 장착부를 이루고, 타측은 사용자의 허리 뒤쪽에 직접 접촉하는 접촉부를 이루며, 상기 벨트 장착부와 상기 접촉부의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 제2 몸체부가 구비되어 상기 벨트 장착부를 통해 상기 벨트에 장착된 상태에서 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동시 상기 제2 몸체부로부터 발생된 탄성력을 상기 마사지 부재에 제공해주는 탄성 지지부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명은 허리띠 부재의 버클과 벨트의 사이에 탄력밴드가 연결되어 있고, 사용자의 복부와 직접 접촉하는 마사지부를 갖는 마사지 부재가 허리띠 부재의 버클에 장착되어 있으므로 마사지 부재를 허리띠 부재에 장착한 상태에서는 사용자의 호흡시 자연스럽게 발생되는 복부의 수축-팽창 운동에 의해 마사지 부재는 탄력밴드로부터 탄성을 제공받아 마사지 부재의 마사지부가 사용자의 복부를 탄력적으로 마사지해줄 수 있으며, 따라서 별도의 운동을 하지 않고 단순히 사용자의 호흡만으로도 사용자의 복부를 자극하고 마사지해줄 수 있으며, 지속적인 복부 자극 및 마사지를 통해 장기 구석구석에 자극을 주어 내장 지방을 분해해줄 수 있고, 뭉쳐져 있거나 경직된 장을 풀어주고 장의 연동운동을 도와주며 소화 촉진 및 변비 예방의 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 밑으로 내려가 있는 장을 정위치로 올려주어 치질 예방은 물론 항문의 괄약근을 강화시켜 줄 수 있다.
또한, 마사지 부재의 제1 몸체부는 자체적인 탄성이 있고, 마사지부는 제1 몸체부의 하단부가 등간격으로 절개되어 이루어지거나 다수의 마사지 돌기를 포함하고 있어 마사지 부재를 통한 복부 마사지시 제1 몸체부 또는 마사지부의 탄성이 더해져 마사지 효율을 더욱 높여줄 수 있으며, 제1 몸체부 내부에 보조 몸체부를 갖는 경우 마사지 효율을 더욱 높여줄 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 자체 탄성을 가진 탄력 지지부재가 구비되는 경우 사용자의 등쪽에서 허리 뒤쪽을 지지해주면서 사용자 복부의 수축-팽창 운동시 탄성을 발생시켜 마치 지렛대와 같이 이를 전위측의 마사지 부재에 제공해주게 되므로 마사지 부재의 마사지 효율을 더욱 높여줄 수 있으며, 탄성 지지부재가 허리 뒤쪽을 받쳐주어 허리를 반듯하게 펴주는 작용을 하게 됨은 물론 허리 부위의 근육을 강화시켜 허리를 보호해줄 수 있는 것이다.

본 발명은, 버클과 벨트의 사이에 탄력밴드가 연결되어 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부의 팽창-수축운동에 의해 탄성력이 작용되는 허리띠 부재; 및 일측 단부는 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클에 장착되는 버클 장착부를 이루고, 타측 단부는 사용자의 복부에 직접 접촉하는 마사지부를 이루며, 상기 버클 장착부와 상기 마사지부의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 제1 몸체부가 구비되어 상기 버클 장착부를 통해 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클에 장착된 상태에서 상기 마사지부가 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동과, 상기 허리띠 부재의 탄성력과, 상기 제1 몸체부의 탄성력에 의해 사용자의 복부를 탄력적으로 마사지해주는 마사지 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명을 제시되는 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명에 따른 복부 운동기구는, 도면상에 도시한 바와 같이 허리띠 부재(100)의 버클(101)에 마사지 부재(200)가 장착되고, 허리띠 부재(100)의 벨트(102)에 탄성 지지부재(300)가 선택적으로 장착되는 형태이다.
허리띠 부재(100)는 버클(101)과 벨트(102)의 사이에 탄력밴드(103)가 연결되어 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부의 팽창-수축운동시 탄력밴드(103)를 통해 탄성력이 작용되도록 구성된다.
마사지 부재(200)는, 그 일측 단부가 허리띠 부재(100)의 버클(101)에 장착되는 버클 장착부(210)를 이루고, 타측 단부는 사용자의 복부에 직접 접촉하는 마사지부(220)를 이루며, 버클 장착부(210)와 마사지부(220)의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 제1 몸체부(230)가 구비되어 버클 장착부(210)를 통해 허리띠 부재(100)의 버클(101)에 장착된 상태에서 마사지부(220)가 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동과, 허리띠 부재(100)의 탄성밴드(103)를 통한 탄성력과, 제1 몸체부(230)의 탄성력에 의해 사용자의 복부를 탄력적으로 마사지해주도록 구성된다.
이때, 마사지 부재(200)의 버클 장착부(210)는 측면상 "" 형상으로 이루어지면서 내부면에는 되빠짐 방지를 위한 다수의 쐐기(211)가 형성되어 이루어지고, 버클 장착부(210)와 제1 몸체부(230)의 사이에는 제1 몸체부(230)의 자연스러운 움직임이 가능토록 하면서 제1 몸체부(230)를 버클 장착부(210)에 탄력적으로 고정해주도록 목부(240)가 연결된다.
마사지 부재(200)의 제1 몸체부(230)는, 탄성력을 갖는 재질로 이루어지면서 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성될 수 있고, 제1 몸체부(230)의 하단부는 외측방향으로 벌어지도록 형성되면서 하단부로부터 중간부까지 등간격으로 다수개로 절개되어 상기 절개된 각각의 부위가 마사지부(220)를 이루도록 구성되어 복부 마사지시 이러한 마사지부(220)가 각각 방사상으로 벌어지면서 자체의 탄성력이 더 발휘되어 마사지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구성될 수도 있다. 또한, 제1 몸체부(230)의 형상은 반구에 가까운 형태 또는 타원에 가까운 형태 등 다양하게 구성할 수 있으며, 마사지부(220)를 이루는 절개부위 길이에 따라 제1 몸체부(230)의 탄성이 달라질 수 있다.
또한, 제1 몸체부(230)의 내부에는 제1 몸체부(230)와 동일한 탄성력있는 재질로 이루어지면서 제1 몸체부(230)보다는 작은 크기의 보조 몸체부(250)가 보조 목부(251)를 통해 일체로 형성되어 제1 몸체부(230)가 수축되면서 마사지 작용할 때 보조 몸체부(250)가 같이 사용자의 복부와 밀착되어 마사지 면적을 더욱 넓혀줄 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.
이러한 보조 몸체부(250)는 제1 몸체부(230)와 마찬가지로 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성되며, 보조 몸체부(250)의 하단부는 외측방향으로 벌어지도록 형성되면서 하단부로부터 중간부까지 등간격으로 다수개로 절개되어 이루어질 수 있으며, 보조 목부(251)는 제1 몸체부(230)와 일체로 형성될 수도 있고, 보조 목부(251)가 2중관식으로 구성되면서 제1 몸체부(230)의 내면과 보조 몸체부(250)의 상면 사이에 압축 코일 스프링(252)이 개재되어 보조 몸체부(250)에 보다 큰 탄성을 부여하도록 구성될 수도 있으며, 보조 몸체부(250)를 흡착판 형상으로 구성하여 사용자의 복부에 밀착되도록 함으로써 손으로 복부를 쓸어주는 것과 같이 복부 내외곽을 마사지해주어 소화를 도와줌은 물론 밑으로 쳐져있던 장기를 정위치로 올려줄 수 있도록 작용할 수도 있다.
또한, 마사지 부재(200)의 마사지부(220)는 다양하게 구성할 수 있는데, 전술한 바와 같이 반구형 제1 몸체부(230)의 하단부를 등간격으로 절개하여 마사지부(220)를 이루도록 구성할 수도 있고, 제1 몸체부(230) 하단부에 고정된 고정판(221)에 다수의 마사지 돌기(222)가 핀부(223)에 의해 고정되도록 구성할 수도 있으며, 이와 같이 마사지부(220)를 다수의 마사지 돌기(222)를 포함하도록 구성하는 경우에도 빗과 같이 핀부(223)를 플렉시블하도록 얇게 구성하면서 그 단부에 작은 크기의 마사지 돌기(222)를 구성할 수도 있고, 핀부(223)를 보다 굵은 형상으로 구성하면서 그 단부에 상대적으로 큰 크기의 마사지 돌기(222)를 구성할 수도 있으며, 목부(240)를 길게 구성하여 제1 몸체부(230) 역할을 수행토록 하면서 목부(240)의 하단부에 고정판(221)을 고정하고, 고정판(221)에 방사상으로 핀부(223)를 고정하며, 핀부(223)의 단부에 마사지 돌기(222)를 각각 구성하여 탄성은 상대적으로 작지만 복부를 보다 강한 자극으로 눌러 주도록 할 수도 있다.
탄성 지지부재(300)는, 그 일측이 허리띠 부재(100)의 버클(101) 반대측 위치에서 벨트(102)에 장착되는 벨트 장착부(310)를 이루고, 타측은 사용자의 허리 뒤쪽에 직접 접촉하는 접촉부(320)를 이루며, 벨트 장착부(310)와 접촉부(320)의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 제2 몸체부(330)가 구비되어 벨트 장착부(310)를 통해 벨트(102)에 장착된 상태에서 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동시 제2 몸체부(330)로부터 발생된 탄성력을 전위의 마사지 부재(200)에 제공해주도록 구성된다.
이러한 탄성 지지부재(300)의 벨트 장착부(310) 역시 측면상 "" 형상으로 이루어지면서 내부면에는 되빠짐 방지를 위한 다수의 쐐기(311)가 형성되고, 벨트 장착부(310)와 제2 몸체부(330)의 사이에는 제2 몸체부(330)의 자연스러운 움직임이 가능토록 하면서 제2 몸체부(330)를 벨트 장착부(310)에 탄력적으로 고정해주도록 목부(340)가 연결되며, 제2 몸체부(330)는 탄성력을 갖는 재질로 이루어지면서 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 복부 운동기구는, 먼저 허리띠 부재(100)를 사용자 자신의 허리 부위에 착용할 때 조금 느슨하게 착용을 하게 되고, 허리띠 부재(100)의 버클(101)에는 마사지 부재(200)를 버클 장착부(210)를 통해 장착하게 되며, 허리띠 부재(100)의 벨트(102)에는 탄성 지지부재(300)를 벨트 장착부(310)를 통해 장착하게 된다.
허리띠 부재(100)를 조금 느슨하게 착용하더라도 마사지 부재(200)의 제1 몸체부(230)와 탄성 지지부재(300)의 제2 몸체부(330) 두께로 인하여 허리띠 부재(100)는 사용자의 복부에 팽팽하게 착용될 수 있으며, 사용자는 운동강도 또는 자신의 몸 상태 등을 감안하여 허리띠 부재(100)를 착용 강도를 조절할 수 있다.
마사지 부재(200)가 반구 형상으로 된 제1 몸체부(230) 하단부가 등간격으로 절개되어 마사지부(220)를 이루는 형상일 경우 마사지 부재(200)를 착용할 때 마사지부(220)가 사용자의 복부에서 방사상으로 조금 벌어진 형태가 되며, 마사지 부재(200)의 마사지부(220)가 다수의 마사지 돌기(222)를 포함하는 경우 마사지 부재(200)를 착용하면 마시지 돌기(222)가 사용자의 복부에 밀착된 상태가 된다. 마사지부재(200)의 착용시 사용자가 마사지부(220)를 인위적으로 벌려 착용할 수도 있다.
허리띠 부재(100), 마사지 부재(200), 탄성 지지부재(300)를 모두 착용한 상태에서 사용자는 별도의 운동을 하는 것이 아니라 호흡만 하면 되며, 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부의 수축-팽창 운동력이 마사지 부재(200)에 전달되고, 마사지 부재(200)는 사용자 복부의 수축-팽창 운동에 따라 탄성력을 가진 제1 몸체부(230)에 의해 복부를 기준으로 전후 방향으로 탄성력이 작용되고, 마사지 부재(200)가 장착되어 있는 허리띠 부재(100)의 버클(101) 역시 사용자 복부의 수축-팽창 운동에 따라 탄력밴드(103)가 전후 방향으로 늘어났다 줄어들었다하면서 복부를 기준으로 전후 방향으로 탄성력이 작용하게 되어 이러한 마사지 부재(200)의 제1 몸체부(230)와 허리띠 부재(100)의 탄력밴드(103)의 상호작용으로 마사지 부재(200)의 마사지부(220)가 사용자의 복부를 마사지해주게 된다.
이때, 사용자가 외부의 어떠한 자극에 대해 아무런 힘을 들이지 않는다면 운동의 효과가 반감될 것이나, 본 발명에 따른 마사지 부재(200)를 통해 복부에 자극이 이루어지면 사용자는 자극을 이겨내기 위해 자극에 대한 저항으로 근력을 소요하는 힘을 들이게 되므로 이를 통해 복부 운동이 자연스럽게 이루어져 운동의 효과를 더욱 발휘할 수 있게 된다.
마사지 부재(200)가 반구 형상으로 된 제1 몸체부(230) 하단부가 등간격으로 절개되어 마사지부(220)를 이루는 형상일 경우 마사지부(220)가 사용자의 복부에서 방사상으로 조금 벌어져 있다가 전술한 마사지 부재(200)의 제1 몸체부(230)와 허리띠 부재(100)의 탄력밴드(103)의 상호작용과 자체 탄성력에 의해 오므려졌다 벌어졌다하는 수축-팽창 작용을 반복하면서 사용자의 복부를 안쪽으로 밀어주는 힘을 발휘하여 복부를 주물러주는 작용을 하게 된다. 즉, 사용자가 호흡을 들이마시면 복부가 팽창되면서 마사지부(220)가 벌어짐과 동시에 탄성밴드(103)는 늘어나 그 탄성에 의해 사용자의 복부를 마사지부(200)가 강한 압력으로 쓸어주게 되고, 마사지부(220)가 팽창될 때 제1 몸체부(230)는 탄성을 내재한 상태로 수축되며, 사용자가 호흡을 내뱉으면 마사지부(220)에 가해졌던 압력이 해제되면서 제1 몸체부(230)의 탄성에 의해 원래의 형태로 오므려듦에 따라 사용자의 복부를 안쪽으로 모아주고, 탄성밴드(103) 역시 원래의 위치로 복귀되면서 탄성력이 발휘되어 사용자의 복부를 주물러주는 동작을 수행하는 것이며, 이러한 동작을 사용자의 호흡에 따라 반복하는 것이다.
또한, 제1 몸체부(230)의 내부에 보조 몸체부(250)가 더 구비되는 경우 마사지부(220)가 벌어지면서 보조 몸체부(250)가 사용자의 복부에 밀착되어 사용자의 호흡에 따라 사용자의 복부 중앙부를 마사지해줌으로써 마사지 영역을 넓혀줄 수 있게 된다.
보조 몸체부(250)의 형상에 따라 약간의 다른 작용을 하게 되는데, 보조 몸체부(250)가 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성되고, 보조 몸체부(250)의 하단부는 외측방향으로 벌어지도록 형성되면서 하단부로부터 중간부까지 등간격으로 다수개로 절개되어 이루어지는 경우 제1 몸체부(230)의 탄성, 마사지부(220)의 탄성, 탄력밴드(103)의 탄성, 보조 몸체부(250)의 탄성이 상호작용하여 오므려졌다 벌어졌다하는 수축-팽창 작용을 반복하면서 사용자의 복부 중앙부를 주물러주는 작용을 하게 되고, 보조 목부(251)가 2중관식으로 구성되면서 제1 몸체부(230)의 내면과 보조 몸체부(250)의 상면 사이에 압축 코일 스프링(252)이 개재되는 경우 보조 몸체부(250)의 탄성이 더욱 높아져 전술한 보조 몸체부(250)의 주물러주는 작용이 강한 압력으로 더욱 활발하게 일어날 수 있게 되며, 보조 몸체부(250)가 흡착판 형상으로 이루어지는 경우 사용자의 복부 중앙부에 밀착되어 보다 편안하게 쓸어주는 작용을 함으로써 손바닥으로 복부를 문지르는 것과 같이 속을 편안하게 하고, 장기를 정위치로 올려주는 작용을 해줄 수 있다.
또한, 제1 몸체부(230)는 내부가 빈 반구형상으로 구성되고, 이러한 제1 몸체부(230)에 고정판(221)이 고정되며, 고정판(221)에 빗과 같이 다수의 핀부(223)가 얇게 구성되면서 그 단부에 작은 크기의 마사지 돌기(222)가 각각 구성되어 마사지 부재(200)를 이루는 경우 사용자의 호흡에 따라 핀부(223)가 사용자의 복부 굴곡에 따라 각각 구부러지면서 각각의 마사지 돌기(222)가 사용자의 복부를 전체적으로 자극하여 지방 분해에 탁월한 효과를 발휘할 수 있으며, 구부러지지 않을 정도의 굵기로 다수의 핀부(223)가 고정판(221)에 고정되면서 그 단부에 상대적으로 큰 크기의 마사지 돌기(222)가 각각 구성되어 마사지 부재(200)를 이루는 경우 사용자의 호흡에 따라 각각의 마사지 돌기(222)가 사용자 복부의 경혈점을 지압함으로써 체기를 내려주는 등 한방적 효과를 가질 수 있다.
목부(240)를 길게 구성하여 제1 몸체부(230) 역할을 겸하도록 하면서 그 하단부에 방사상으로 핀부(223)를 고정하고, 핀부(223)의 단부에 마사지 돌기(222)를 구성하여 마사지 부재(200)를 이루는 경우 제1 몸체부(230)가 내부가 빈 반구형으로 이루어지는 것에 비해 탄성은 상대적으로 작지만 마사지 돌기(222)가 보다 강한 힘으로 사용자의 복부를 자극해줄 수 있게 된다.
따라서, 사용자는 마사지 용도, 기호, 자신의 몸 상태 등을 고려하여 최적의 마사지 부재(200)를 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 복부 운동기구는 복부 구석구석을 자극하여 누르고, 문지르고, 마사지하고, 주물러서 복부 운동과 장운동이 자연스럽게 이루어질 수 있으며, 장시간 사용하게 되면 복부 지방과 내장 지방을 분해해주게 된다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 복부 운동기구를 통해 장운동이 이루어지면 밑으로 쳐져 있던 장기를 정위치로 올려주게 되며, 장은 항문으로 이어져 있어 치질 예방은 물론 항문의 괄약근을 강화시켜 줄 수 있다.
이러한 본 발명에 따른 복부 운동기구는 사용자가 참을 수 있는 최대한의 한계까지 강하게 허리띠 부재를 조여 강도를 세게 해주면 마사지 강도가 세져 더욱 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 호흡시 의식적으로 복부에 힘을 주어 호흡하면 더욱 양호한 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 일반 호흡도 어느 정도의 효과를 얻을 수 있으나 복식호흡시 더욱 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
한편, 허리띠 부재(100)의 버클(101) 반대측 위치에서 벨트(102)에 장착된 탄성 지지부재(300) 역시 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동시 제2 몸체부가 눌리거나 복원되면서 탄성력이 발생되며, 이러한 탄성력이 전위의 마사지 부재(200)에 전달되어 마사지 부재(200)의 마사지 작용에 조력하게 되며, 사용자의 허리 뒤쪽을 탄성 지지부재(300)가 받쳐주게 되므로 사용자의 허리를 반듯하게 펴주는 작용을 하게 됨은 물론 허리 부위의 근육을 강화시켜 허리를 보호해줄 수 있게 된다.
본 발명에 따른 복부 운동기구는, 임산부나 복부 또는 흉부에 질병이 있는 경우에는 삼가하는 것이 좋고, 복부를 만져 굳은 부위나 통증이 느껴지는 경우는 본 발명에 따른 복부 운동기구를 약하게 착용하여 딱딱한 부위가 풀어지거나, 통증이 사라지면 그때부터 서서히 착용 강도를 세게하여 운동효과를 높여주는 것이 좋다.
그리고, 본 발명에서는 제1 몸체부(230) 또는 제2 몸체부(330)가 탄성력있는 재질로 이루어지면서 내부가 빈 반구형상으로 이루어진 것으로 설명하였지만 주름진 형태 등 탄성력을 가질 수 있도록 다양한 형상으로 제1 몸체부(230) 및 제2 몸체부(330)를 구성할 수도 있음은 자명하다.
또한, 버클(101)과 버클 장착부(210)의 형태를 변경하여 서로 장착이 용이하도록 다양하게 구성할 수도 있다.
본 발명은 허리띠에 장착한 상태에서 사용자가 호흡을 하는 것만으로도 복부 및 장 마사지가 이루어지도록 하여 복부비만 감소 및 내장지방 분해효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 장운동 촉진용 운동기구 분야에 적용할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 버클과 벨트의 사이에 탄력밴드가 연결되어 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부의 팽창-수축운동에 의해 탄성력이 작용되는 허리띠 부재; 및
    일측 단부는 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클에 장착되는 버클 장착부를 이루고, 타측 단부는 사용자의 복부에 직접 접촉하는 마사지부를 이루며, 상기 버클 장착부와 상기 마사지부의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 제1 몸체부가 구비되어 상기 버클 장착부를 통해 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클에 장착된 상태에서 상기 마사지부가 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동과, 상기 허리띠 부재의 탄성력과, 상기 제1 몸체부의 탄성력에 의해 사용자의 복부를 탄력적으로 마사지해주는 마사지 부재를 포함하여서 된 복부 운동기구.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지 부재의 버클 장착부는 측면상 "" 형상으로 이루어지면서 내부면에는 되빠짐 방지를 위한 다수의 쐐기가 형성되어 이루어지고;
    상기 버클 장착부와 상기 제1 몸체부의 사이에는 상기 제1 몸체부의 자연스러운 움직임이 가능토록 하면서 상기 제1 몸체부를 상기 버클 장착부에 탄력적으로 고정해주도록 목부가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지 부재의 제1 몸체부는 탄성력을 갖는 재질로 이루어지면서 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 몸체부의 하단부는 외측방향으로 벌어지도록 형성되면서 하단부로부터 중간부까지 등간격으로 다수개로 절개되어 상기 절개된 각각의 부위가 상기 마사지부를 이루도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 몸체부의 내부에는 상기 제1 몸체부와 동일한 탄성력있는 재질로 이루어지면서 상기 제1 몸체부보다는 작은 크기의 보조 몸체부가 보조 목부를 통해 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 보조 몸체부는 내부가 빈 반구 형상으로 이루어져 탄성력과 복원력을 동시에 갖도록 구성되며, 상기 보조 몸체부의 하단부는 외측방향으로 벌어지도록 형성되면서 하단부로부터 중간부까지 등간격으로 다수개로 절개되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 보조 목부는 2중관식으로 구성되면서 상기 제1 몸체부의 내면과 상기 보조 몸체부의 상면 사이에 압축 코일 스프링이 개재되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 보조 몸체부는 흡착판 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지부는, 상기 제1 몸체부 하단부에 고정된 고정판에 다수의 마사지 돌기가 핀부에 의해 고정되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복부 운동기구.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    일측은 상기 허리띠 부재의 버클 반대측 위치에서 상기 벨트에 장착되는 벨트 장착부를 이루고, 타측은 사용자의 허리 뒤쪽에 직접 접촉하는 접촉부를 이루며, 상기 벨트 장착부와 상기 접촉부의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 제2 몸체부가 구비되어 상기 벨트 장착부를 통해 상기 벨트에 장착된 상태에서 사용자의 호흡에 따른 복부 운동시 상기 제2 몸체부로부터 발생된 탄성력을 상기 마사지 부재에 제공해주는 탄성 지지부재를 더 포함하는 복부 운동기구.
