Claims (11)
- 각각 단일체로 분리 제작되어, 화물창의 코너부에 설치되는 제1코너부 단열보드와 제2코너부 단열보드를 포함하는 코너부 하부단열보드를 포함하되,상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제2코너부 단열보드는 하부보호판, 하부단열부재 및 하부보조패널이 적층된 형태이고,상기 제1코너부 단열보드의 일측 경사면에 상기 제2코너부 단열보드의 경사면이 밀착되어 계면을 형성하는 화물창 코너부 방벽구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 계면을 중심으로 곡면 형상의 코너부위가 배치되며, 상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제2코너부 단열보드 상부에 걸쳐서 양쪽 단부 측이 체결부재에 의해 결합되는 곡면형 2차방벽을 더 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 계면을 중심으로 상기 곡면형 2차방벽을 지지하도록 상기 코너부 하부단열보드 상부에 배치되며, 상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제2코너부 단열보드 간 결합각도에 대응되는 후면 모서리부와, 상기 곡면형 2차방벽의 코너부위 형상에 대응되는 형상의 상단부를 가진 지지부재를 더 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 곡면형 2차방벽과 연결되도록 상기 화물창의 평탄부에 설치되는 평탄부 하부단열보드와 상기 코너부 하부단열보드에 걸쳐서 평판형 2차방벽이 배치되고,상기 코너부 하부단열보드 간에 걸쳐서 배치되어 상기 곡면형 2차방벽 간의 공간을 커버하며, 상기 곡면형 2차방벽과 상기 평판형 2차방벽과 연결되는 조인트 2차방벽을 더 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽구조.
- 제4항에 있어서,일체형으로 제작되며, 상기 코너부 하부단열보드와 대응되도록 상기 코너부 2차방벽 상부에 배치되는 코너부 상부단열보드를 더 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽구조.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 상부단열보드는 상부보조패널, 상부단열부재 및 상부보호판이 적층된 구조이고,상기 하부보조패널의 상부홈에 삽입되어 체결부재에 의해 결합된 고정편과,상기 고정편의 결합홈에 수직 결합되어 상기 상부단열보드의 내부홀 쪽으로 돌출된 결합볼트와,상기 결합볼트에 결합되어, 상기 상부보조패널에 의해 지지되는 와셔와,상기 결합볼트에 결합되어 상기 와셔 상부에서 하방으로 힘이 가해지도록 조여지는 너트를 더 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽구조.
- (a) 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제1코너부 단열보드 일측에 일정 결합각도를 가지면서 설치되는 제2코너부 단열보드를 포함하는 코너부 하부단열보드를 화물창의 코너부에 설치하는 단계;(b) 상기 코너부 하부단열보드 상부에 2차방벽을 설치하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 2차방벽 상부에 코너부 상부단열보드를 설치하는 단계;를 포함하되,상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 제2코너부 단열보드는 각각 단일체로 분리 제작되며, 상기 코너부 상부단열보드는 일체형으로 제작된 화물창 코너부 방벽 설치방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는,상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제2코너부 단열보드 간의 결합각도에 대응되게 굽어진 곡면형 2차방벽을 체결부재에 의해 상기 제1코너부 단열보드 및 상기 제2코너부 단열보드 상부에 걸쳐서 결합시키는 단계와,상기 화물창의 평탄부에 설치되는 평탄부 하부단열보드와 상기 코너부 하부단열보드에 걸쳐서 상기 곡면형 2차방벽과 연결되도록 평판형 2차방벽을 배치시키는 단계와,상기 곡면형 2차방벽 간의 공간을 커버하면서 상기 곡면형 2차방벽과 상기 평판형 2차방벽이 연결되도록 조인트 2차방벽을 상기 코너부 하부단열보드 상에 배치시키는 단계를 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽 설치방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계 이후에,상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제2코너부 단열보드 간 결합각도에 대응되는 후면 모서리부와, 상기 곡면형 2차방벽의 코너부위 형상에 대응되는 오목 형상의 상단부를 가진 지지부재를 상기 코너부 하부단열보드 상부에 배치시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽 설치방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계는상기 제1코너부 단열보드의 일측 경사면에 상기 제2코너부 단열보드의 경사면이 밀착되어 계면을 형성하도록 상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제2코너부 단열보드를 설치하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 곡면형 2차방벽을 결합시키는 단계는 상기 계면을 중심으로 상기 곡면형 2차방벽의 곡면 형상의 코너부위가 배치되도록 하는 화물창 코너부 방벽 설치방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1코너부 단열보드와 상기 제2코너부 단열보드는 하부보호판, 하부단열부재 및 하부보조패널이 적층된 형태이고,상기 상부단열보드는 상부보조패널, 상부단열부재 및 상부보호판이 적층된 형태이고,상기 하부보조패널의 상부홈에는 체결부재에 의해 결합된 고정편이 마련되고,상기 (c) 단계는,상기 고정편의 결합홈에 수직 결합되어 상기 상부단열보드의 내부홀 쪽으로 돌출된 결합볼트에 상기 상부보조패널에 의해 지지되도록 와셔를 체결하는 단계와,상기 와셔 상부에 너트를 체결하여 하방으로 가압하는 단계를 포함하는 화물창 코너부 방벽 설치방법.
