Description

一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种扬声器、喇叭、耳机等用的发声单元的屏蔽壳体,更具体地说,涉及一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体。
背景技术
动铁耳机作为目前市场上中高端产品,动铁耳机中其发生关键部件为动铁单元,其针对动圈耳机来说,频响曲线更稳定、灵敏度更高、入耳深、阻力小等优点,逐渐被注重音质的音乐爱好者所接受所重视所拥趸。动铁单元其发生原理为电磁能转换,也即动铁单元为一声音换能器。通过将声音以交流电信号模式传送给电磁线圈,电磁线圈产生的电磁传导给平衡衔铁,位于平衡衔铁两侧的磁铁在磁力作用下带动平衡衔铁运动,交流电信号有强有弱,则平衡衔铁其上下振动幅度也随之不同。平衡衔铁一端通过导线与振膜连接,振动膜片在平衡衔铁的振动下也随之做相应频率振动,从而鼓动周围空气做相应运动,传导声音。
目前的动铁单元的屏蔽壳体分为下壳体和上盖(参见图2所示),其下壳体和上盖的接口处结构尺寸相同,且对接面为平面,对接后通过焊接或胶粘进行连接固定。由于上下壳体的接口处结构尺寸相同,且都为平面,在对接时,上下壳体很难定位,稍不注意就会造成对接口处位置偏差,影响外观质量。而且,采用该结构,上下壳体只能采用金属材料,否则,无法进行焊接。且对接口处焊接的难度较大,焊接操作精度要求很高,因此加工质量难以保证。
经检索,已有针对上述问题进行改进的技术方案,如中国专利号ZL201220441685.X,授权公告日为2013年3月13日,发明创造名称为:一种用于扬声装置的动铁单元,该申请案涉及一种一种用于扬声装置的动铁单元,其包括屏蔽壳体,位于所述屏蔽壳体中的平衡衔铁、磁铁、电磁线圈、振膜、导线、导音管,所述屏蔽壳体分为上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和下壳体通过嵌套方式进行密封连接。该申请案中的上壳体和下壳体为拉伸件,制造所采用的模具复杂,冲压拉伸完后还需进行二次加工(平切,冲侧孔,冲侧凸台等工艺),由于上壳体和下壳体为拉伸件且体积小,厚度薄,因此在上壳体和下壳体上进行二次加工不便,费时费力,生产效率低。
发明内容
1.实用新型要解决的技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的问题,提供了一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,采用本实用新型的技术方案,加工方便,可实现自动化生产,省时省力,生产效率高。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:
本实用新型的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,包括上壳体和下壳体,所述的上壳体和下壳体均为两次折弯的“凵”结构,且上壳体和下壳体对插接形成放置动铁单元的容置空间。
更进一步地,所述的上壳体和下壳体的连接处采用焊接连接。
更进一步地,所述的上壳体和下壳体的连接处采用胶粘连接。
更进一步地,所述的上壳体和下壳体的连接处采用焊接和胶粘组合的方式连接。
更进一步地,所述的上壳体的材质为金属或塑料均可;所述的下壳体的材质为金属或塑料均可。
更进一步地,所述的下壳体的一侧壁上设有正对动铁单元出音孔的导音孔,该下壳体的另一侧壁的上边缘上设有用于放置导线的凹槽。
3.有益效果
采用本实用新型提供的技术方案,与已有的公知技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本实用新型的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其上壳体和下壳体均为两次折弯的“凵”结构,且上壳体和下壳体对插接形成放置动铁单元的容置空间,加工方便,可实现自动化生产,省时省力,生产效率高;
(2)本实用新型的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其上壳体和下壳体的连接处采用焊接连接,或上壳体和下壳体的连接处采用胶粘连接,或上壳体和下壳体的连接处采用焊接和胶粘组合的方式连接,装配固定方式多,固定方便;
(3)本实用新型的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其下壳体的一侧壁上设有正对动铁单元出音孔的导音孔,该下壳体的另一侧壁的上边缘上设有用于放置导线的凹槽,在下壳体被折弯之前,已经在下壳体上加工完毕,加工方便,省去了二次加工工艺;
(4)本实用新型的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其结构简单,组装方便。

实施例1
结合图1,本实施例的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,包括上壳体1和下壳体2,上壳体1和下壳体2均为两次折弯的“凵”结构,且上壳体1和下壳体2对插接围构形成放置动铁单元的容置空间,加工方便,可实现自动化生产,省时省力,生产效率高;下壳体2的一侧壁上开设有正对动铁单元出音孔的导音孔21,该下壳体2的另一侧壁的上边缘上开设有用于放置导线的凹槽22,在下壳体2被折弯之前,已经在下壳体2上加工完毕,加工方便,省去了二次加工工艺;本实施例中上壳体1的材质为金属或塑料均可,下壳体2的材质为金属或塑料均可,本实施例中上壳体1和下壳体2的连接处采用焊接连接。
实施例2
本实施例的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体的基本结构同实施例1,不同之处在于:上壳体1和下壳体2的连接处采用胶粘连接。
实施例3
本实施例的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体的基本结构同实施例1,不同之处在于:上壳体1和下壳体2的连接处采用焊接和胶粘组合的方式连接。
先在未被折弯的下壳体2上加工导音孔21和凹槽22,在将下壳体2两次折弯成“凵”结构,此时导音孔21正对设置在下壳体2内的动铁单元的出音孔,凹槽22可使动铁单元的线通过;上壳体1经两次折弯成“凵”结构,且和下壳体2对插接围构形成能放置动铁单元的容置空间,加工方便,省去了二次加工工艺,省时省力,生产效率高。
本实用新型的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,加工及组装方便,省时省力,生产效率高。

  1. 一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,包括上壳体(1)和下壳体(2),其特征在于:所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)均为两次折弯的“凵”结构,且上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)对插接形成放置动铁单元的容置空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其特征在于:所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)的连接处采用焊接连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其特征在于:所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)的连接处采用胶粘连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其特征在于:所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)的连接处采用焊接和胶粘组合的方式连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其特征在于:所述的上壳体(1)的材质为金属或塑料均可;所述的下壳体(2)的材质为金属或塑料均可。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于扬声器的动铁单元用屏蔽壳体,其特征在于:所述的下壳体(2)的一侧壁上开设有正对动铁单元出音孔的导音孔(21),该下壳体(2)的另一侧壁的上边缘上开设有用于放置导线的凹槽(22)。
