如图5-10所示,滚边装置包括动力装置、由动力装置驱动的滚边转盘15、滚边模具和模具安装座16,滚边模具包括固定块17和转动块18,固定块17和转动块18分别具有的模具曲线处于同一平面并组成一滚边槽,固定块17安装在模具安装座16上,滚边转盘15的周向安装转动块18,推饼舌8靠近滚边装置的一侧开设有与坯饼形状相对应的槽孔19,坯饼定位桶7内壁形状与坯饼形状相对应,动力装置包括带减速箱的电机21、联轴器22、编码器23和分度器24,分度器有一根横轴和一根竖轴,两者相互垂直,横轴一端连接电机接入动力,另一端连接编码器,横轴在电机的带动下做匀速转动,经过分度器内部结构的转换,由竖轴输出四等分的间歇转动,竖轴与滚边设备主轴由联轴器连接,
最终主轴带动滚边转盘做间歇转动,固定块17为月牙块,转动块18为光边块,光边块通过滚边转盘15和分度器24间歇转动,坯饼定位桶7连接有电磁振荡器26,第一驱动装置1是转盘电机,第二驱动装置9是气缸A,气缸A连接有液压缓冲器20,输饼转盘2与输饼滑道5的连接处设置有卡饼清除机构25。模具的曲线控制坯饼的尺寸和形状到达预设的值,使金属向坯饼正反两面流动而形成一圈均匀的隆起,模具上的图纹在坯饼边部柱面上印出相应图纹。
一种异形币滚边设备的滚边工艺,步骤如下
a.存饼斗3中的落料坯饼滑入振荡加饼口4,当输饼转盘2中的落料坯饼少于预设量时会触发振荡加饼口4的振荡开关使坯饼定量的加入到输饼转盘2中,第一驱动装置1带动输饼转盘2内的坯饼沿输饼转盘2外圆转动到达输饼转盘2与输饼滑道5的连接处,在拔饼装置6的作用下使坯饼依次有序地进入输饼滑道5并来到坯饼定位桶上方;
b.坯饼进入带有电磁振荡器26的坯饼定位桶7,坯饼定位桶7内壁的正多边形形状与正多边形的坯饼对应,即可经过坯饼定位桶7多边形腔体实现坯饼的周向定位,随后,坯饼落入推饼舌8的槽孔19内;
c.坯饼连同推饼舌8在气缸A的作用下快速到达接饼头10上方,液压缓冲器20保证气缸A的活塞杆稳定停止;
d.坯饼到位前下气缸12上移至预设位置等待,坯饼到位稳定后与上气缸11一起将坯饼夹持在接饼头10上,然后两气缸夹持坯饼下移至滚边初始位置,同时,确保坯饼相位不变,此时,坯饼在起始位置与月牙块起始点相切,接着下气缸12驱动接饼头10继续下降,上气缸11上升,坯饼脱离夹持状态处于自由状态,等待滚边;
e.光边块随滚边转盘15在分度器24的作用下做间歇转动,带动坯饼完成
整个滚图纹过程,模具的曲线控制可使坯饼的尺寸和形状到达预设的值,使金属向坯饼正反两面流动而形成一圈均匀的隆起。
滚边槽的内壁上是凸图纹则在坯饼边部柱面上印出凹图纹。
一种异形币,异形币的形状为多边形、梅花形或任意几何图形;异形币可以为所有固态金属材料;异形币外接圆直径的公差值为±0.04mm,直径差值≤0.06mm,内外清边的相位公差为±1°;异形币的侧壁上具有图纹,图纹的形状可以为圆形、三角形、菱形或任意几何形状;图纹为凹坑,该装置落料速度不低于450次/分,滚图纹速度不低于400枚/分,压印速度不低于450枚/分。
异形币加工需要经过三个步骤:异形坯饼落料、异形坯饼滚图纹和异形硬币压印;异形坯饼落料是将异形落料模架安装在高速冲床上对专用钢带进行冲裁来实现;异形坯饼滚图纹是通过滚边设备和滚边工艺形成,异形硬币压印是在多功能压印设备上通过正模、背模、模圈对坯饼进行压印,形成所需图纹,得到异形币。异形落料模架包括凹模、凸模、定位键一、定位键二,凹模通过定位键一将其固定在凹模固定板上,凸模通过定位键二将其固定在凸模固定板上,保证了凸凹模具有自身的定位精度以及凸凹模相对的定位精度。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。
Claims (12)
- 一种异形币,其特征在于:所述异形币的形状为多边形,所述异形币由固态金属材料制成,所述异形币外接圆直径的公差值为±0.04mm,直径差值≤0.06mm,所述的异形币表面周向具有一圈凸起部,所述的凸起部具有内外清边,内外清边的相位公差为±1°,所述异形币的边缘侧壁设置有图纹,所述的图纹为凹坑。
- 一种如权利要求1所述的异形币制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工序,(1)异形坯饼落料,所述异形坯饼落料是将异形落料模架安装在高速冲床上对专用钢带进行冲裁来实现;所述异形落料模架包括凹模、凸模、定位键一、定位键二;凹模通过定位键一固定在凹模固定板上,凸模通过定位键二固定在凸模固定板上,保证了凸凹模具自身的定位精度以及凸凹模相对的定位精度;(2)异形坯饼滚图纹,所述异形坯饼滚图纹是采用异形币滚边设备以及异形币滚图纹模具,在坯饼滚边的过程中同时滚印出图纹,得到滚图纹坯饼;所述异形币滚边设备包括坯饼分离装置、坯饼定位输送装置和滚边装置;(3)异形币压印,所述异形币压印在多功能压印设备上通过正模、背模、模圈对坯饼进行压印,形成所需图纹,得到异形币。
- 一种异形币滚边设备,其特征是:包括坯饼分离装置、坯饼定位输送装置和滚边装置,所述的坯饼分离装置包括第一驱动装置(1)、由所述第一驱动装置(1)驱动且与所述第一驱动装置(1)的转轴同轴转动的输饼转盘(2)、设置在输饼转盘(2)上方的存饼斗(3)、能够将坯饼从存饼斗(3)输送到输饼转盘(2)内的振荡加饼口(4)、输饼滑道(5)和将输饼转盘(2)内的坯饼输送到输饼滑道(5)上的拨饼装置(6),所述的输饼转盘(2)具有缺口,所述的输饼滑道(5)的一端正对输饼转盘(2)的缺口处,所述的坯饼定位输送装置包括与输饼滑道(5)另一端相通的坯饼定位桶(7)、水平传输装置和垂直传输装置,所述的水平传输装置包括位于坯饼定位桶(7)底部的推饼舌(8)和驱动推饼舌(8)往复运动的第二驱动装置(9),所述的垂直传输装置包括与推饼舌(8)配合使用的接饼头(10)、位于接饼头(10)上方的上气缸(11)和位于接饼头(10)下方的下气缸(12),所述的下气缸(12)的伸出端依次连接有导杆(13)和套筒(14),所述的套筒(14)连接接饼头(10),所述的接饼头(10)设置在推饼舌(10)推出后的坯饼下方,所述的接饼头(10)可相对滚边装置上下移动,所述的滚边装置包括动力装置、由动力装置驱动的滚边转盘(15)、滚边模具和模具安装座(16),所述的滚边模具包括固定块(17)和转动块(18),所述的固定块(17)和转动块(18)分别具有的模具曲线处于同一平面并组成一滚边槽,所述的固定块(17)安装在模具安装座(16)上,所述的滚边转盘(15)的周向安装转动块(18)。
- 如权利要求3所述的异形币滚边设备,其特征是:所述的推饼舌(8)靠近滚边装置的一侧开设有与坯饼形状相对应的槽孔(19)。
- 如权利要求4所述的异形币滚边设备,其特征是:所述的坯饼定位桶(20)内壁形状与所述的坯饼形状相对应。
- 如权利要求5所述的异形币滚边设备,其特征是:所述的动力装置包括带减速箱的电机(21)、联轴器(22)、编码器(23)和分度器(24),所述的分度器(24)具有横轴和竖轴,所述的横轴和竖轴相互垂直,所述的横轴的一端与电机(21)连接,另一端连接编码器(23),所述的竖轴一端通过联轴器(22)与滚边转盘(15)传动连接,所述的固定块(17)为月牙块,所述的 转动块(18)为光边块,所述的光边块通过滚边转盘(15)和分度器(24)间歇转动。
- 如权利要求6所述的异形币滚边设备,其特征是:所述的坯饼定位桶(7)连接有电磁振荡器(26)。
- 如权利要求7所述的异形币滚边设备,其特征是:所述的第一驱动装置(1)是转盘电机,所述的第二驱动装置(9)是气缸A。
- 如权利要求8所述的异形币滚边设备,其特征是:所述的气缸A连接有液压缓冲器(20)。
- 如权利要求9所述的异形币滚边设备,其特征是:所述的输饼转盘(2)与输饼滑道(5)的连接处设置有卡饼清除机构(25)。
- 一种利用如权利3-10中任一项所述的异形币滚边设备的滚边工艺,其特征是:a.存饼斗3中的落料坯饼滑入振荡加饼口(4),当输饼转盘(2)中的落料坯饼少于预设量时会触发振荡加饼口(4)的振荡开关使坯饼定量的加入到输饼转盘(2)中,第一驱动装置(1)带动输饼转盘(2)内的坯饼沿输饼转盘(2)外圆转动到达输饼转盘(2)与输饼滑道(5)的连接处,在拔饼装置(6)的作用下使坯饼依次有序地进入输饼滑道5并来到坯饼定位桶上方;b.坯饼进入带有电磁振荡器(26)的坯饼定位桶(7),坯饼定位桶(7)内壁的正多边形形状与正多边形的坯饼对应,即可经过坯饼定位桶(7)多边形腔体实现坯饼的周向定位,随后,坯饼落入推饼舌(8)的槽孔(19)内;c.坯饼连同推饼舌(8)在气缸A的作用下快速到达接饼头(10)上方,液压缓冲器(20)保证气缸A的活塞杆稳定停止;d.坯饼到位前下气缸(12)上移至预设位置等待,坯饼到位稳定后与上气 缸(11)一起将坯饼夹持在接饼头(10)上,然后两气缸夹持坯饼下移至滚边初始位置,同时,确保坯饼相位不变,此时,坯饼在起始位置与月牙块起始点相切,接着下气缸(12)驱动接饼头(10)继续下降,上气缸(11)上升,坯饼脱离夹持状态处于自由状态,等待滚边;e.光边块随滚边转盘(15)在分度器(24)的作用下做间歇转动,带动坯饼完成整个滚图纹过程,模具的曲线控制可使坯饼的尺寸和形状到达预设的值,使金属向坯饼正反两面流动而形成一圈均匀的隆起。
- 如利用如权利要求11所述的异形币滚边设备的滚边工艺,其特征是:所述的滚边槽的内壁上是凸图纹则在坯饼边部柱面上印出凹图纹。
