一种包装箱,包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)的中间向内凹陷形成四面的阻挡部(11),还包括多个支撑件(100),所述支撑件(100)具有大头端和小头端且固定连接于所述阻挡部(11),且所述小头端位于所述阻挡部(11)上表面;所述大头端底面向内凹陷,当多个包装箱上下堆叠时,下面包装箱的所述支撑件(100)的所述小头端嵌于上面包装箱的所述支撑件(100)的所述大头端内。通过在包装箱的箱体(1)上设置多个支撑件(100),结构简单且节约成本,在不增加箱体壁厚的情况下提升了包装箱的承重能力。

Description

一种包装箱 技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种包装箱。
背景技术
目前液晶面板在出货时通常采用吹塑工艺的包装箱进行包装。往往多片液晶玻璃堆叠在一起放入包装箱内,使得吹塑的包装箱在设计过程中需要考虑到其具有一定的抗压能力。
为了增加吹塑包装箱的抗压能力,从而提高液晶玻璃的装片数量、达到降低包装成本的目的,通常采用增加吹塑箱箱体壁厚的对策。但是这种设计会导致包装箱自身重量增加,给搬运周转带来一定困难。箱体中间做镂空处理可以降低箱体重量但无法有效提升箱体的抗压能力。如何在不增加箱体壁厚的同时又能提升吹塑箱的承重能力就成为影响液晶面板包装成本的重要因素。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种节约成本、抗压能力强且不增加箱体壁厚的包装箱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的中间向内凹陷形成四面的阻挡部,还包括多个支撑件,所述支撑件具有大头端和小头端且固定连接于所述阻挡部,且所述小头端位于所述阻挡部上表面;所述大头端底面向内凹陷,当多个包装箱上下堆叠时,下面包装箱的所述支撑件的所述小头端嵌入上面包装箱的所述支撑件的所述大头端内。
其中,所述阻挡部上竖直开设有多个连通的通孔和盲孔,所述通孔直径小于所述盲孔的直径;所述支撑件的小头端和大头端分别为第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第二支撑件插入所述盲孔内,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件螺纹连接将所述箱体夹持于其中。
其中,所述第二支撑件上设有具有外螺纹的凸柱,所述第一支撑件设有内螺纹,所述凸柱穿过所述通孔并与所述第一支撑件连接。
其中,所述第二支撑件底面与所述箱体平齐。
其中,所述箱体的至少一个所述阻挡部上表面凸设有筋板,所述箱体的底面向内凹陷形成与所述筋板对应的台阶部,多个包装箱堆叠时,下面包装箱的所述筋板位于上面包装箱的所述台阶部内。
其中,所述箱体的至少一对相对的所述阻挡部内壁设有向所述箱体中间凸出的凸台。
其中,所述箱体的底板与所述阻挡部相邻的边缘低于中间平面。
其中,所述箱体中间为镂空结构。
其中,所述支撑件设置于所述箱体的四个角上。
其中,所述支撑件和箱体一体吹塑成型。
本发明在包装箱的箱体上设置有多个支撑件,结构简单且节约了成本,在不增加箱体壁厚的情况下提升了包装箱的承重能力。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将结合附图用实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
请参阅图1,为本发明实施例的包装箱结构的爆炸图。本实施例提供了一种包装箱,包括箱体1和多个支撑件100,箱体1的中间向内凹陷形成四面的阻挡部11,支撑件100具有大头端和小头端且固定连接于阻挡部11,且其小头端位于阻挡部11上表面;大头端底面向内凹陷,当多个包装箱上下堆叠时,下面包装箱的支撑件100的小头端嵌入上面包装箱的支撑件100的大头端内。
通过设置支撑件100,提升了包装箱的承重能力,从而提高了包装箱液晶玻 璃的装片数量。且当多个包装箱上下堆叠时,支撑件100之间互相配合,提高了包装箱之间的配合精度的同时,也缩小了包装箱堆叠体积。
本实施例的支撑件100为4个,分别设置于箱体1的四个角上。
结合图2,阻挡部11上竖直开设有多个连通的通孔10和盲孔50,通孔10直径小于盲孔50的直径;附图实施例中,支撑件100的小头端和大头端分别为第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3,第二支撑件3插入盲孔50内,第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3螺纹连接将箱体1夹持于其中。
在其它实施方式中,大头端位于盲孔50内,小头端穿过通孔10并直接与通孔10螺纹连接,小头端露出于阻挡部11上表面。
第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3的其中一个上设有具有外螺纹的凸柱31,第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3的另一个设有内螺纹,凸柱31穿过通孔10并与内螺纹连接。本实施例中,凸柱31设置在第二支撑件3上。
其中,第二支撑件3底面与箱体1平齐。当多个包装箱发生堆叠时,下面包装箱的第一支撑件2插入堆叠于上方的包装箱的第二支撑件3的下端,上下包装箱之间没有空隙。
在其它实施方式中,第二支撑件3稍长,当支撑件100装入箱体1后,第二支撑件3部分凸出于箱体外,使得上下包装箱堆叠后箱体之间存在间隙。
如图3和图4所示,进一步地,箱体1的至少一个阻挡部11上表面凸设有筋板12,箱体1的底面向内凹陷形成与筋板12对应的台阶部13,多个包装箱堆叠时,下面包装箱的筋板12位于上面包装箱的台阶部13内。
箱体1的至少一对相对的阻挡部11内壁设有向箱体1中间凸出的凸台14。凸台14的设置使得承载物两侧与箱体1之间存在间隙,方便承载物的取出。进一步地,箱体1的底板与阻挡部11相邻的边缘低于中间平面,即箱体1的底板中间部分形成拱起的承载面(图未标),可以防止承载物卡在箱体1内而无法取出,与凸台14的配合也更方便手或工具探入到承载物的底面取出承载物。
上下包装箱堆叠时,支撑件100对箱体100进行精确定位,筋板12与台阶部13紧密贴合,增加了箱体之间的接触面积,分散了单位接触面的压力,从而保护了包装箱内的承载物。
进一步地,箱体1中间为镂空结构,减小了包装箱的重量的同时也节约了 制造成本。
更进一步地,第一支撑件2、第二支撑件3和箱体1一体吹塑成型。本实施例在箱体1的镂空部分对应的塑料型胚部分包括多对间隔排布的第一支撑件2型胚部分和第二支撑件3型胚部分,吹塑完成后,第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3直接从成型的箱体1的镂空部分分离即可。这种吹塑方式提高了生产效率且降低了生产成本。同时,第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3采用吹塑方式成型,具有一定的缓冲能力,有利于提高箱体1的减震效果。
本发明在包装箱的箱体上设置有多个支撑件,结构简单且节约了成本,在不增加箱体壁厚的情况下提升了包装箱的承重能力。同时,筋板12与台阶部13紧密贴合,分散了上下堆叠的包装箱之间的压力,且支撑件采用吹塑成型工艺,对包装箱内的承载物进行了多重保护。
以上仅是本申请的几种实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的中间向内凹陷形成四面的阻挡部,其中,还包括多个支撑件,所述支撑件具有大头端和小头端且固定连接于所述阻挡部,且所述小头端位于所述阻挡部上表面;所述大头端底面向内凹陷,当多个包装箱上下堆叠时,下面包装箱的所述支撑件的所述小头端嵌入上面包装箱的所述支撑件的所述大头端内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述阻挡部上竖直开设有多个连通的通孔和盲孔,所述通孔直径小于所述盲孔的直径;所述支撑件的小头端和大头端分别为第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第二支撑件插入所述盲孔内,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件螺纹连接将所述箱体夹持于其中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二支撑件上设有具有外螺纹的凸柱,所述第一支撑件设有内螺纹,所述凸柱穿过所述通孔并与所述第一支撑件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二支撑件底面与所述箱体平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述箱体的至少一个所述阻挡部上表面凸设有筋板,所述箱体的底面向内凹陷形成与所述筋板对应的台阶部,多个包装箱堆叠时,下面包装箱的所述筋板位于上面包装箱的所述台阶部内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述箱体的至少一对相对的所述阻挡部内壁设有向所述箱体中间凸出的凸台。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包装箱,其中,所述箱体的底板与所述阻挡部相邻的边缘低于中间平面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述箱体中间为镂空结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述支撑件设置于所述箱体的四个角上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装箱,其中,所述支撑件和箱体一体吹塑成型。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其中,所述支撑件设置于所述箱体的 四个角上。
