对于桌子及收纳柜、组合柜、衣柜、橱柜等家具,通常会设有抽屉柜来装配抽屉,藉以利用抽屉提供收纳储藏物品的空间。目前应用于桌子及各种橱柜家具的抽屉的装配模式及装配方向,一般均为固定形式,无法因应不同的使用需求而变动抽屉的装配位置、装配数量及拉出方向,也无法变换抽屉柜为直向摆置或横向摆置等不同的摆置方式,难以满足不同使用人或使用环境的需求。
发明内容
为解决现有抽屉柜的抽屉装配方式固定而难以因应不同使用需求而变动的不足及限制,本发明的主要目的在于提出一种可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其在柜体单元的容设空间的四个角落结合设有在组装上不具方向性限制的滑轨,能够让抽屉的装配方向及装配数量不受限制,提升设置抽屉的组装适用性。
本发明的目的是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。
依据本发明提出的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,包括:一柜体单元,其具有至少一呈矩形状的容设空间及至少一个连通所述容设空间的抽屉入口,于所述容设空间的四个角落各结合设有一滑轨,各滑轨具有二个以九十度角相连接的板件且于两该板件之间形成一朝向所述容设空间的滑槽,各滑槽的截面形状是以两该板件的角平分线相对称;以及至少一个抽屉单元,所述的抽屉单元滑动结合于所述的容设空间,所述的抽屉单元于两侧的上缘或下缘至少设有一对连接单元,各连接单元是滑动结合于相对应的所述滑轨且设有一与所述滑槽相匹配的滑杆。

具体实施方式
本发明提出的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,该抽屉柜可以为独立设置或为桌子、收纳柜、衣柜等各种家具的一部分,本发明不作特定的限制,只要是包含用来提供抽屉设置的柜体即属于本发明所述的抽屉柜。图1至图3所示为本发明的第一优选实施例,该抽屉柜包括:一柜体单元10、一可滑动地设于该柜体单元10的抽屉单元20、四个安装于该柜体单元10的滑轨30,以及一对设置于该抽屉单元20的连接单元40;其中:
该柜体单元10具有一呈矩形状的容设空间11及一连通该容设空间11的抽屉入口12,该柜体单元10可以利用木材、塑料或金属等各种材料制成,本发明不作特定的限制,在本实施例中的该抽屉入口12的形状为正方形。
该抽屉单元20以能够滑动方式穿置结合于该柜体单元10的该容设空间11,其包括二呈平行间隔设置的侧板21、一连接于两该侧板21前端且规格形状略大于该抽屉入口12的前板22、一连接于两该侧板21后端的后板23及一位于该抽屉单元20底部的底板24,该抽屉单元20以前述的各板件包围形成一收纳空间25,并于该前板22结合设有一可以为手把、凹缘或孔洞等各种形式的拉动部221。
四个所述的滑轨30的截面形状概呈L形且对应结合设置于该容设空间11的四个角落,各滑轨30可以是由铝挤制、铝压铸或塑料射出成形等方式制成,其具有二片以九十度角相连接的板件31,于两该板 件31之间形成一滑槽32,如图2所示,该滑槽32的截面形状是以两该板件31的角平分线B相对称,其截面形状可以为C形、等腰三角形、等腰梯形或凸形等各种适合的形状,在本实施例中的该滑槽32具有二相对称的矩形凹槽321,并且基于安装的方便性及节省材料等因素考虑,本发明于两该板件31相连接的外侧转角位置凹设有一退让槽33。
两个所述的连接单元40是对称设置于该抽屉单元20的两个侧板21的外侧下缘,在本实施例中的各连接单元40是直接一体成形连接于各侧板21,各连接单元40设有一规格形状与该滑槽32相匹配的滑杆41,在本实施例中的该滑杆41包含二个与相对应矩形凹槽321相符合的凸杆411。
请参阅图1至图3所示,本发明于该柜体单元10的该容设空间11的四个角落相对应地结合设有截面概呈L形的所述滑轨,由于各滑轨30所设的滑槽32的截面形状是以角平分线B相对称,无论是该柜体单元10以直向摆置或旋转九十度角后以横向摆置,各滑轨30的相对应位置及形状均没有改变,不会受到方向限制,均能够顺利地让该抽屉单元20以开口朝向的方式可滑动地结合于该柜体单元10的该容设空间11,有效提升抽屉柜设置抽屉的灵活性及变化性。
如图4及图5所示的本发明的第二优选实施例中,该实施例与第一优选实施例的差别在于设有二个抽屉单元20A、20B;其中,位于下方的该抽屉单元20A的高度约为第一优选实施例所设的抽屉单元20的三分之二,让该抽屉单元20A利用所述的连接单元40以能够滑动形态结合于该柜体单元10;位于上方的该抽屉单元20B的高度约为第一优选实施例所设的抽屉单元20的三分之一,并且于该抽屉单元20B的两个侧板21的外侧上缘一体成形设有一对连接单元40,各连接单元40包括一与相对应矩形凹槽321相符合的滑杆41,让该抽屉单元20B利用所述的连接单元40以能够滑动形态结合于该柜体单元10。
请参阅图1至图5所示,在相同的该柜体单元10及相对设置的所述滑轨30的条件下,本发明能够灵活地选择一个或二个符合该容设空间11的所述抽屉单元20、20A、20B,有效地让抽屉的装配数量及装配方向不受限制。
如图6及图7所示的本发明的第三优选实施例中,该实施例与第 一优选实施例的差别在于一对可拆换的连接单元40A;其中,各连接单元40A可以是由铝挤制、铝压铸或塑料射出成形等方式制成,并包括有一用以贴靠结合于该抽屉单元20两侧的结合板42及一连接成形于该结合板42侧缘的滑杆41,该结合板42于对应贴靠该抽屉单元20的一侧凹设有一贴抵部421,让该结合板42能够以粘贴结合或以多个螺丝43锁合的方式结合固定于该抽屉单元20,该滑杆41包含二个与相对应矩形凹槽321相符合的凸杆411,于各凸杆411的端缘形成弧顺状的导缘412,让该抽屉单元20利用所述的连接单元40A以能够滑动形态结合于该柜体单元10。
如图8至图12所示的本发明的第四优选实施例中,该抽屉柜包括:一柜体单元10A、多个可滑动地设于该柜体单元10A的抽屉单元20、20C、20D、20E、多个安装于该柜体单元10A的滑轨30A和双拼滑轨30B,以及多对分别结合设置于各抽屉单元20、20C、20D、20E的连接单元40B;其中:
如图8及图9所示,该柜体单元10A为长矩立体状且包括有二个呈正方形状的容设空间11,且各容设空间11均连通设有一抽屉入口12,其中一个容设空间11结合设有一个最大尺寸的抽屉单元20,另外一个容设空间11则匹配地结合设有四个不同大小的抽屉单元20C、20D、20E。如图9至图11所示,在本实施例中将该容设空间11以九宫格方式区分为九个区域单元,于该容设空间11的四个角落相对应地各结合设有一截面形状概呈L形的滑轨30A,以及于各内壁面的三等分位置各结合设有一双拼滑轨30B,所述的滑轨30A与第一优选实施例的滑轨30的差异在于将其中的一板件31A的外侧缘延伸出一方便于结合固定的定位部,所述的双拼滑轨30B是以二个概呈L形的滑轨30一体连接形成,其包括一板件31及一垂直连接于该板件31中间位置的中隔板件31B,于该中隔板件31B的两侧各形成一滑槽32,各滑槽32的截面形状是以角平分线相对称,并且基于节省材料等因素考虑,本发明于两板件31及该中隔板件31B的相连接的外侧位置凹设有一退让槽33。
对应于该容设空间11的九个区域单元,本实施例选用二个规格尺寸为一个区域单元的抽屉单元20C、一个规格尺寸为四个区域单元的 矩形抽屉单元20D及一个规格尺寸为三个区域单元的长型抽屉单元20E来搭配使用;其中,为方便于将所述的抽屉单元20C、20D任意安装结合,本发明于所述矩形状的抽屉单元20C、20D的两个侧板21的外侧上缘与下缘位置各设有一对连接单元40B,对于所述的长型抽屉单元20E则仅于的两个侧板21的外侧下缘位置设有一对连接单元40B;其中,各连接单元40B包括有一用以贴靠结合于所述抽屉单元20、20C、20D、20E的结合板42、一由该结合板42侧缘以45度角斜向伸出的延伸片422及一连接成形于该延伸片422端缘的滑杆41,该滑杆41包含二个与相对应滑槽32的矩形凹槽321相符合的凸杆411,所述抽屉单元20、20C、20D、20E的结合板42能够利用所述的连接单元40B结合于该柜体单元10A所设的滑轨30A及双拼滑轨30B。
请参阅图8、图9及图12所示,本发明于该柜体单元10A的各容设空间11以九宫格方式装配有多个滑轨30A及多个双拼滑轨30B,搭配各滑轨30A、30B所设的滑槽32的截面形状以角平分线相对称,无论是该柜体单元10A以直向摆置或以横向摆置,均能够顺利地让所述抽屉单元20、20C、20D、20E可滑动地结合于该柜体单元10A的该容设空间11,并且能够灵活地选择安排所述抽屉单元20、20C、20D、20E的装配位置,让抽屉柜能够灵活地选择抽屉的设置方向、规格及数量,满足各种不同的使用需求及喜好。
如图13至图15所示的本发明的第五优选实施例中,该抽屉柜包括:一柜体单元10B、多个可滑动地设于该柜体单元10B的抽屉单元20C、20F、多个安装于该柜体单元10B的滑轨30和双拼滑轨30B,以及多对分别结合设置于各抽屉单元20C、20F的连接单元40B;其中:该柜体单元10B是以四根对称设于四个角落的角柱13及二分别结合于各角柱13顶端和底端的柜板14所组成,于该柜体单元10B形成一立方形的容设空间11及四个各相差九十度角而位于不同方向且均连通该容设空间11的抽屉入口12。
在本实施例中将该容设空间11以四宫格方式区分为四个区域单元,于该容设空间11的两个不同方向的四个角落相对应地各结合设有一截面形状概呈L形的滑轨30,以及于上、下柜板14的内壁面的对分位置各结合设有一双拼滑轨30B,并且将各滑轨30、30B的交错位置 断开而避免互相干涉,优选的,本发明可进一步于各断开位置设置相匹配的接头来衔接,让各滑轨30、30B能够更为顺畅地交错衔接连接。对应于该容设空间11的四个区域单元,本实施例选用二个规格尺寸为一个区域单元的抽屉单元20C及一个规格尺寸为两个区域单元的矩形抽屉单元20F,并于各抽屉单元20C、20F的两个侧板21的外侧上缘与下缘位置各设有一对连接单元40B。
请参阅图13至图15所示,本发明利用不同方向交错设置的多个滑轨30和双拼滑轨30B,能够灵活地让各抽屉单元20C、20F自由选择装配结合的装配位置、装配数量及拉出方向,满足各种不同的使用需求及喜好。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,对本发明而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内,本领域技术人员能够理解而进行的修改或等效改变,都将属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,包括:
    一柜体单元,其具有至少一呈矩形状的容设空间及至少一个连通所述容设空间的抽屉入口,于所述容设空间的四个角落各结合设有一滑轨,各滑轨具有二个以九十度角相连接的板件且于两该板件之间形成一朝向所述容设空间的滑槽,各滑槽的截面形状是以两该板件的角平分线相对称;以及
    至少一个抽屉单元,所述的抽屉单元滑动结合于所述的容设空间,所述的抽屉单元于两侧的上缘或下缘至少设有一对连接单元,各连接单元滑动结合于相对应的所述滑轨且设有一与所述滑槽相匹配的滑杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的滑轨于两个所述板件相连接的外侧转角位置凹设有一退让槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的滑槽具有二相对称的矩形凹槽,所述的滑杆具有二相对称的凸杆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的连接单元一体成形连接于所述的抽屉单元。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的连接单元具有一贴靠结合于所述抽屉单元的结合板,所述的滑杆是连接于该结合板的一侧缘。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的连接单元具有一贴靠结合于所述抽屉单元的结合板,于该结合板的一侧缘斜向延伸设有一延伸片,所述的滑杆是连接于该延伸片的端缘。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中于所述柜体单元的内壁面设有至少一对双拼滑轨,各双拼滑轨具有一板件及一垂直连接于板件中间位置的中隔板件,于该中隔板件的两侧各形成一滑槽,各滑槽的截面形状以角平分线相对称。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的抽屉单元于两侧的上缘及下缘均设有一对所述的连接单元。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的柜体单元设有至少二个方向相差九十度角的抽屉入口,并于所述容设空间的两个不同方向的四个角落相对应地各结合设有一个所述的滑轨,各滑轨的交错位置断开而不互相干涉。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的可调整抽屉装配模式的抽屉柜,其特征在于,其中所述的柜体单元设有至少二个方向相差九十度角的抽屉入口,并于所述容设空间的两个不同方向的四个角落相对应地各结合设有一个所述的滑轨,各滑轨的交错位置断开而不互相干涉。
