一种绝缘环检测装置以及装配装置,该绝缘环检测装置包括:气缸(201)、固定板(202)、物料固定座(203)以及控制器;所述气缸(201)与所述固定板(202)连接设置,所述控制器用于若所述物料固定座(203)运动至所述固定板(202)下方时,通过所述气缸(201)控制所述固定板(202)沿朝向或远离所述物料固定座(203)方向运动;所述固定板(202)靠近所述物料固定座(203)的端部设置有检测单元(204),所述控制器用于通过所述检测单元(204)检测所述绝缘环(303)是否已插设在所述外电极(302)内。因所述控制器与所述检测单元(204)电连接,则所述控制器通过所述检测单元(204)即可确定所述绝缘环(303)是否插设在所述外电极(302)内部,以防止在自动装配电子烟电极连接头过程中因绝缘环(303)未插设在所述外电极(302)内而出现废品,进而导致生产效率的降低。

Description

一种绝缘环检测装置以及装配装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟装配领域,尤其涉及的是一种可检测绝缘环是否插设在 外电极内的绝缘环检测装置以及装配装置。
背景技术
请参阅图 1, 现有技术中的电子烟包括: 用于雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸 食的烟雾的雾化器 110以及用于给所述雾化器 110供电的电池杆组件 120, 所 述雾化器 110具有雾化器电极连接头,所述雾化器电极连接头设置有雾化器电 极, 所述电池杆组件具有电池杆电极连接头, 所述电池杆电极连接头设置有电 池杆电极, 其中, 通过所述雾化器电极连接头与电池杆电极连接头进行连接, 以实现所述雾化器电极与所述电池杆电极电连接,即所述雾化器 110和所述电 池杆组件 120 分别通过作为电子烟电极连接头的所述雾化器电极连接头和所 述电池杆电极连接头相互连接实现两者的机械连接和电连接。
所述雾化器电极连接头包括外电极 111、 插设在所述外电极 111内的内电 极 112以及位于所述外电极 111和所述内电极 112之间的绝缘环 113。 所述电 池杆电极连接头包括外电极 121、 插设在所述外电极 121内的内电极 122以及 位于所述外电极 121和所述内电极 122之间的绝缘环 123。
基于申请人申请而未公开的国际专利申请号为 PCT/CN2014/077679,国际 申请日为 2014-05-16, 发明名称为《一种用于装配电子烟电极连接头的装配设 备以及装配方法》可知,装配电子烟电极连接头可实现自动装配,以减少人工, 提高装配效率。 但是若装配过程中, 装配设备出现故障, 即绝缘环未插设在外 电极内, 而装配设备正常运行, 则装配完成的电子烟电极连接头中会缺少绝缘 环而无法正常使用,提升了自动装配电子烟电极连接头过程中的废品率,提升 了生成成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可检测绝缘环是否插设在外电极内的绝缘环检测装置以 及装配装置。
一种绝缘环检测装置, 其用于检测所述绝缘环是否已插设在外电极内, 其 中, 包括: 气缸、 固定板、 用于放置所述外电极和所述绝缘环的物料固定座以 及控制器;
所述气缸与所述固定板连接设置,所述控制器用于若所述物料固定座运动 至所述固定板下方时,通过所述气缸控制所述固定板沿朝向或远离所述物料固 定座方向运动;
所述固定板靠近所述物料固定座的端部设置有检测单元,且所述检测单元 与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于通过所述检测单元检测所述绝缘环是否 已插设在所述外电极内。
所述的绝缘环检测装置, 其中, 所述检测单元包括: 设置在所述固定板靠 近所述物料固定座端部的两个导电探针,且两个所述导电探针中的至少一个与 所述控制器电连接, 若所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环, 则所述外电极与所 述导电探针形成通电回路; 若所述外电极内插设有所述绝缘环, 则所述绝缘环 与所述导电探针之间绝缘;所述控制器还用于若所述控制器检测到所述外电极 与所述导电探针形成通电回路, 则确定所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环。
所述的绝缘环检测装置, 其中, 所述检测单元包括:
固定平台,且所述固定平台沿靠近所述物料固定座的方向设置在所述固定 板的下方, 且所述固定平台上设置有通孔;
所述通孔内插设有由弹性材质制成的弹柱,以使所述弹柱与所述通孔过盈 配合; 且所述弹柱与所述外电极的中空部间隙配合, 以使所述弹柱可插设在所 述外电极的中空部内;
所述固定板与所述固定平台之间设置有用于连接所述固定板和所述固定 平台的连接杆, 且所述连接杆上设置有与所述控制器电连接的光纤探头; 所述控制器用于通过所述气缸控制所述弹柱插入位于所述物料固定座上 的所述外电极内,且若所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环, 则所述弹柱相对于 所述固定平台静止; 若所述外电极内插设有所述绝缘环, 则所述绝缘环抵持所 述弹柱以使所述弹柱在所述通孔内沿远离所述绝缘环的方向运动,以使所述光 纤探头感应到所述弹柱并对应生成触发信号;所述控制器还用于若未接收到所 述触发信号, 则确定所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环。
所述的绝缘环检测装置, 其中, 所述绝缘环检测装置还包括: 与所述控制器电连接的发声装置,所述发声装置用于若所述控制器确定所 述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环,则发出报警声以指示用户所述外电极内未插 设有所述绝缘环;
和 /或,
与所述控制器电连接设置有发光元件,所述发光元件用于若所述控制器确 定所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环,则所述发光元件发光以指示用户所述外 电极内未插设有所述绝缘环。
一种用于装配电子烟电极连接头的装配装置, 其中, 包括: 控制器、 可转 动的转盘、用于拾取绝缘环的绝缘环拾取手臂、用于拾取外电极的外电极拾取 手臂、用于拾取内电极的内电极拾取手臂、用于检测内电极是否插设在所述绝 缘环上的内电极检测装置以及如上述任一项所述的绝缘环检测装置;
所述物料固定座围绕设置在所述转盘上;
所述控制器分别与所述外电极拾取手臂、所述绝缘环拾取手臂和所述内电 极拾取手臂电连接,且所述外电极拾取手臂、所述绝缘环拾取手臂以及所述内 电极拾取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;所述控制器用于依次控制所述 外电极拾取手臂将所述外电极插设在所述物料固定座上,控制所述绝缘环拾取 手臂将所述绝缘环插设在所述外电极内,控制所述内电极拾取手臂将所述内电 极插设在所述绝缘环上;
与所述控制器电连接的所述绝缘环检测装置沿所述转盘旋转方向设置在 所述绝缘环拾取手臂和所述内电极拾取手臂之间,与所述控制器电连接的所述 内电极检测装置沿所述转盘旋转方向设置在所述内电极拾取手臂下游;
所述控制器用于若通过所述绝缘环检测装置确定所述绝缘环未插设在所 述外电极内, 和 /或所述控制器通过所述内电极检测装置确定所述内电极未插 设在所述绝缘环上, 则所述控制器控制所述转盘停止旋转或控制所述转盘复 位。
所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述内电极检测装置设置有支撑臂, 且所述支撑 臂上设置有用于感应光源的光纤探头,若位于所述物料固定座上的所述内电极 运动至与所述光纤探头沿与所述转盘所在的平面平行的位置时,所述光纤探头 用于根据所述内电极对应生成触发信号,所述控制器用于根据所述触发信号确 定所述内电极插设在所述绝缘环上。
所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述装配装置还包括:
用于将物料沿所述转盘方向输送的物料导轨; 其中, 所述物料导轨包括用 于输送所述外电极的外电极物料导轨、用于输送所述绝缘环的绝缘环料导轨以 及用于输送所述内电极的内电极物料导轨;
所述物料导轨靠近所述转盘的端部设置有物料感应区,所述物料感应区设 置有用于感应所述物料且与所述控制器电连接的感应器;所述控制器用于通过 所述感应器确定所述物料是否已运动至所述物料感应区;
所述物料导轨设置有挡料阀,所述挡料阀用于将所述物料固定在所述物料 感应区。
所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述装配设备还包括: 的物料震动盘;所述预设状态为各个所述物料中空部的轴线与所述物料震动盘 所在平面垂直;
且所述物料震动盘、所述物料导轨和所述转盘沿远离所述转盘方向依次设 置;
其中, 所述物料震动盘包括: 用于放置所述外电极的外电极物料震动盘、 用于放置所述绝缘环的绝缘环物料震动盘以及用于放置所述内电极的内电极 物料震动盘。
基于上述任一项所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述装配设备还包括: 用于朝向所述物料固定座运动, 直至位于所述物料固定座上的所述外电 极、 所述绝缘环以及所述内电极相对固定以形成电子烟电极连接头的压紧手 臂;
所述压紧手臂沿所述转盘旋转方向设置在所述内电极检测装置的下游。 所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述装配设备还包括支撑柱;
所述支撑柱设置在所述转盘下方, 且所述支撑柱与所述压紧手臂位置对 应, 以使所述压紧手臂压紧所述物料固定座时, 所述支撑柱顶起以平衡所述转 盘。
基于上述任一项所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述装配设备还包括: 与所述控 制器电连接的第一抓取手臂以及用于放置所述电子烟电极连接头的出料导轨; 与所述控制器电连接的第一抓取手臂,所述第一抓取手臂用于抓取所述电 子烟电极连接头并进行 180度旋转以进行上焊锡,并将上焊锡完成的所述电子 烟电极连接头再进行 180度旋转,并将旋转完成的所述电子烟电极连接头放置 于用于放置所述电子烟电极连接头的出料导轨上;
其中,所述第一抓取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向设置在所述压紧手臂的下 游。
基于上述任一项所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述装配设备还包括: 与所述控制器电连接的第二抓取手臂,所述第二抓取手臂用于抓取所述电 子烟电极连接头, 并将所述电子烟电极连接头放置于运输平台上;
用于传送所述电极连接头以进行上焊锡的焊锡导轨;
与所述控制器电连接的,用于对位于所述焊锡导轨上的电子烟电极连接头 上焊锡的焊锡手臂;
与所述运输平台导通设置有能够将电极连接头旋转 180度的转向导轨,且 所述转向导轨还与所述焊锡导轨连通,所述运输平台所在的水平面高于所述焊 锡导轨所在的水平面; 所述控制器还与所述焊锡手臂电连接, 所述控制器还用 于控制所述焊锡手臂对位于所述焊锡导轨上的所述电子烟电极连接头上焊锡; 用于将位于所述运输平台上的所述电子烟电极连接头吹入所述转向导轨 的气嘴;
与所述气嘴连接设置有供气机构,且所述供气机构与所述控制器连接, 所 述控制器用于控制所述供气机构为所述气嘴供气,以使所述气嘴吹出的沿所述 转向导轨延伸方向的气流将所述电子烟电极连接头吹入所述转向导轨,直至所 述电子烟电极连接头运动至所述焊锡导轨;
其中, 所述转向导轨设置有旋拧部, 以使经过所述旋拧部的所述电子烟电 极连接头进行旋转,经过所述旋拧部运动至所述焊锡导轨上的所述电子烟电极 连接头相对于位于所述运输平台上的所述电子烟电极连接头旋转 180度; 所述第二抓取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向设置在所述压紧手臂的下游。 基于上述任一项所述的装配装置, 其中, 所述物料固定座包括: 底座; 所述底座顶端设置有用于容纳并定位所述绝缘环的定位槽,所述定位槽内 周面与所述绝缘环的外周面匹配设置;
所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱,所述定位柱的一端经过所述定位槽以穿 过所述底座,且所述定位槽与所述定位柱同轴设置, 所述定位柱远离所述底座 的一端端面所在的水平面高于所述定位槽所在的水平面;所述定位柱的直径小 于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,以使套设在所述定位柱上的所述绝缘环与所述定 位柱间隙配合, 且容置在所述定位槽中。
本发明提供一种绝缘环检测装置以及装配装置, 该绝缘环检测装置包括: 气缸、 固定板、 用于放置所述外电极和所述绝缘环的物料固定座以及控制器; 所述气缸与所述固定板连接设置,所述控制器用于若所述物料固定座运动至所 述固定板下方时,通过所述气缸控制所述固定板沿朝向或远离所述物料固定座 方向运动; 所述固定板靠近所述物料固定座的端部设置有检测单元,且所述检 测单元与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于通过所述检测单元检测所述绝缘 环是否已插设在所述外电极内。 本发明因所述控制器与所述检测单元电连接, 则所述控制器通过所述检测单元即可确定所述绝缘环是否插设在所述外电极 内部,以防止在自动装配所述电子烟电极连接头过程中因绝缘环未插设在所述 外电极内而出现废品, 进而导致生产效率的降低。 附图说明

实施例一,本实施例对可检测绝缘环是否插设在外电极内的绝缘环检测装 置的具体结构进行详细说明:
结合图 2所示, 本实施例所示的绝缘环检测装置包括:
气缸 201;

其中, 所述气缸 201 与所述固定板 202连接, 本实施例对所述气缸 201 的具体结构不做赘述, 其具体结构可参见现有技术中的气缸的结构, 只要本实 施例所示的气缸 201可推动所述固定板 202沿远离物料的方向运动或沿靠近所 述物料的方向运动即可。
用于放置所述外电极和所述绝缘环的物料固定座 203;
本实施例中所述物料固定座 203设置在转盘 205上,所述转盘 205可带动 所述物料固定座 203运动,以使所述物料固定座 203可运动至靠近所述固定板 202的位置或运动至远离所述固定板 202的位置。
控制器;
所述气缸 201与所述固定板 202连接设置,所述控制器用于若所述物料固 定座 203运动至所述固定板 202下方时, 通过所述气缸 201控制所述固定板 202沿朝向或远离所述物料固定座 203方向运动。
为检测所述绝缘环是否插设在所述外电极内,所述固定板 202靠近所述物 料固定座 203的端部设置有检测单元 204。

本实施例对所述检测单元 204的具体结构不作限定, 只要该检测单元 204 能够检测所述绝缘环是否插设在所述外电极即可。
本实施例中, 因所述控制器与所述检测单元 204电连接, 则所述控制器通 过所述检测单元 204即可确定所述绝缘环是否插设在所述外电极内部,以防止 在自动装配所述电子烟电极连接头过程中因绝缘环未插设在所述外电极内而 出现废品, 进而导致生产效率的降低。
实施例二, 本实施例对所述检测单元 204的具体结构进行详细说明: 本实施例所示的所述检测单元 204有两种结构, 需明确的是, 本实施例所 示的所述检测单元 204的结构为较佳的结构举例, 不作限定, 只要所述检测单 元 204能够检测所述绝缘环是否插设在所述外电极即可。
第一种: 结合图 3所示:
所述检测单元 204包括: 设置在所述固定板 202靠近所述物料固定座 203 端部的两个导电探针 301;
且两个所述导电探针中的至少一个与所述控制器电连接。
具体的, 所述控制器与一个为高电平电位的所述导电探针 301电连接, 而 另一个所述导电探针 301接地并为低电平电位; 当然, 在其它实施例中, 也可 设置为该低电平电位的探针 301也与所述控制器电连接的形式,在此不作具体 限定。
如图 4所示, 当所述两导电探针 301向下运动, 若所述外电极 302内未插 设有所述绝缘环,则两个所述导电探针 301均与所述外电极 302内壁抵接并电 连接而使所述外电极 302与所述导电探针 301形成通电回路,此时所述控制器 接收到一个由接地的所述导电探针 301传输过来的低电平信号,则所述控制器 即可确定所述外电极 302内未插设有所述绝缘环;
如图 5所示, 若所述外电极 302内插设有所述绝缘环 303, 则所述外电极 302通过所述绝缘环 303与所述导电探针 301绝缘, 则所述控制器即可确定所 述外电极 302内插设有所述绝缘环 303。
通过本实施例实现所述控制器通过所述外电极 302 与所述导电探针 301 之间是否形成通电回路以判断绝缘环是否套设在所述物料固定座上的目的。
其中, 所述控制器预先确定预设时长, 所述控制器控制两导电探针 301 向下运动的时长即为所述预设时长;
所述控制器确定两个所述导电探针 301运动至抵持所述外电极内部,的位 置所需的时间为所述预设时长。
第二种, 如图 6所示, 所述检测单元包括:
固定平台 601 ;
且所述固定平台 601沿靠近所述物料固定座 203的方向设置在固定板 202 的下方, 且所述固定平台 601上设置有通孔;
所述通孔内插设有由弹性材质制成的弹柱 602, 以使所述弹柱 602与所述 通孔过盈配合;
所述弹柱 602与所述外电极 302的中空部间隙配合, 以使所述弹柱 602 可插设在所述外电极 302的中空部内;
所述固定板 202与所述固定平台 601之间设置有用于连接所述固定板 202 和所述固定平台 601的连接杆 603, 且所述连接杆 603上设置有与所述控制器 通信连接的光纤探头 604。
进一步如图 7所示, 若所述外电极 302内未插设有绝缘环; 所述控制器用于通过所述气缸 201控制所述弹柱 602插入位于所述物料固 定座 203上的所述外电极 302内,且若所述外电极 302内未插设有所述绝缘环, 则所述弹柱 602相对于所述固定平台 601静止。
因所述弹柱 602相对于所述固定平台 601静止,则所述光纤探头 604不会 感应到所述弹柱 602, 进而不会生成触发信号, 则控制器即可确定所述外电极 302内未插设有绝缘环。
进一步如图 8所示, 若所述外电极 302内插设有绝缘环 303;
所述控制器用于通过所述气缸 201控制所述弹柱 602插入位于所述物料固 定座 203上的所述外电极 302内,所述绝缘环 303抵持所述弹柱 602以使所述 弹柱 602在所述通孔内沿远离所述绝缘环 303的方向运动,以使所述光纤探头 604感应到所述弹柱 602并对应生成触发信号;
所述控制器若接收到所述触发信号,则确定所述外电极 302内插设有所述 绝缘环 303。
在本实施例中所述控制器预先确定所述弹柱 602插入所述外电极 302内的 预设时长, 所述控制器确定该预设时长的方式为, 若所述外电极内未插设有 绝缘环, 经过该预设时长, 所述弹柱 602顶端抵靠所述外电极中空部内, 且该 弹柱 602相对于所述固定平台 601静止; 若所述外电极内插设有绝缘环, 经过 该预设时长, 所述弹柱 602顶端抵靠所述绝缘环, 以使所述弹柱 602在所述通 孔内沿远离所述绝缘环 303的方向运动,使得所述光纤探头 604感应到所述弹 柱 602并对应生成触发信号。
本实施例中, 若所述控制器确定所述绝缘环未插设在所述外电极内, 则所 述控制器可控制所述转盘 205空转一周或者控制所述转盘 205复位,以使重新 在物料固定座 203上插设所述绝缘环。
优选的, 为使得通过本实施例所示的绝缘环检测装置,在所述控制器确定 所述绝缘环未插设在所述外电极内的情况能够有效的通知给用户,以使用户能 够根据绝缘环未插设在外电极内的情况进行对应的操作,则所述绝缘环检测装 置还包括:
与所述控制器电连接的发声装置,所述发声装置用于若所述控制器确定所 述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环,则发出报警声以指示用户所述外电极内未插 设有所述绝缘环;
本实施例对所述发声装置的具体设置位置不作限定,只要其能够在所述控 制器的控制下发声以提醒用户绝缘环未插设在外电极内即可。

与所述控制器电连接设置有发光元件,所述发光元件用于若所述控制器确 定所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环,则所述发光元件发光以指示用户所述外 电极内未插设有所述绝缘环。
本实施例对所述发光元件的具体设置位置不作限定,只要其能够在所述控 制器的控制下发光以提醒用户绝缘环未插设在外电极内即可。
较佳的, 所述发光元件可为 LED灯。
实施例三, 如图 9所示, 本实施例提供一种可自动装配电子烟电极连接头 的装配设备:
所述装配设备包括:
机架 600; 本实施例中所述机架 600可为封闭设置的, 可进一步的避免装 配所述电子烟电极连接头过程中的污染, 所述机架 600也可为非封闭设置的, 便于用户随时查看, 保障装配过程的顺利进行。
位于所述机架 600上的可转动的转盘 601 ;
本实施例中, 所述转盘 601的具体位置不作限定, 在本实施例中, 所述转 盘 601较佳的可设置在所述机架 600的中央。
与所述转盘 601传动连接设置有转盘驱动装置 602, 以使所述转盘 601在 所述转盘驱动装置 602的带动下旋转。本实施例中的转盘驱动装置 602的具体 位置不作限定, 只要其能够驱动所述转盘 601旋转即可。
固定设置在所述转盘 601上的物料固定座 603;
本实施例中, 所述物料固定座 603的具体设置方式不作限定, 只要所述物 料固定座 603在所述转盘 601 带动下旋转即可。 较佳的可为所述物料固定座 603围绕设置在所述转盘 601上, 且相邻的所述物料固定座 603之间的间隔相 等。
为实现自动装配电子烟电极连接头,则所述装配设备还包括用于拾取外电 极的外电极拾取手臂 604、 用于拾取绝缘环的绝缘环拾取手臂 605以及用于拾 取内电极的内电极拾取手臂 606。
本实施例中, 所述外电极拾取手臂 604、 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 605以及所 述内电极拾取手臂 606沿所述转盘 601的旋转方向依次设置。
本实施例对各个拾取手臂的具体结构不作限定,只要其能够在控制器的控 制下拾取各个物料即可。其中, 本实施例装配设备的所述控制器与所述绝缘环 检测装置的控制器为同一个控制器, 当然, 所述装配设备的所述控制器与所述 绝缘环检测装置的控制器也可以为两个相互通信的不同控制器,在此不作具体 限定。
所述控制器分别与所述外电极拾取手臂 604、 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 605和 所述内电极拾取手臂 606电连接,且所述控制器依次控制所述外电极拾取手臂 604拾取外电极, 并将已拾取的所述外电极放置在所述物料固定座 603上; 且 还控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂 605 拾取绝缘环并将所述绝缘环放置插设在所述 外电极内,且所述控制器还控制所述内电极拾取手臂 606拾取所述内电极, 并 将所述内电极插设在所述绝缘环内, 以形成所述电子烟电极连接头。

所述物料导轨设置有挡料阀,所述挡料阀用于将所述物料固定在所述物料 感应区。
通过所述挡料阀使得所述物料导轨所输送的靠近所述转盘 601 的物料能 够固定在所述物料感应区, 以提高所述物料感应区感应到所述物料的精度。
较佳的, 为使得位于所述物料震动盘上的物料能够顺利输送至所述转盘

通过本实施例所示, 使得物料能够自动的输送至所述转盘 601, 且输送过 程中无需人工参与, 避免了对物料的物料以及损耗。
本实施例对所述物料导轨的说明为举例进行说明, 不作限定, 只要该物料 导轨能够将物料输送至所述转盘 601即可。
例如还可将所述物料导轨内设置成光滑的,且所述物料导轨远离所述转盘 601的一端高于所述物料导轨靠近所述转盘 601的一端, 进而使得位于所述物 料导轨内的所述物料沿光滑的斜面滑向所述转盘 601。

在实际工作中, 所述控制器通过所述精密调压阀调节给所述物料固定座
603压力的大小, 且使得给所述物料固定座 603的压力等于所述预设压力, 以 防止压紧位于所述物料固定座 603上的物料时, 所述转盘 601发生倾斜。

本实施例对所述旋拧部的各个位置的旋转角度不作限定,只要位于所述焊 锡导轨 1305上的所述电子烟电极连接头相对于位于所述运输平台 1302上的所 述电子烟电极连接头旋转 180度即可。在本实施例中, 所述旋拧部内设置有贯 穿所述旋拧部两端的供所述电极连接头通过的旋扭状通孔。
为使得位于所述运输平台 1302上的所述电子烟电极连接头能够顺利的输 送至所述焊锡导轨 1305, 则所述运输平台 1302所在的水平面高于所述焊锡导 轨 1305所在的水平面。

所述绝缘环拾取手臂包括与所述物料拾取组件 1401转动连接的转动组件 1402, 即所述转动组件 1402的具体结构请见图 14所示的圓圈 1402所示。

所述压块 1517的两端各延伸设置有抵持臂 1518, 且所述抵持臂 1518所 在的水平面与所述传动 1504所在的水平面平行,以使所述第一滑块 1507沿所 述导向槽 1505运动至所述导向槽 1505的端部时, 靠近所述导向槽 1505端部 的所述抵持臂 1518抵持靠近所述导向槽端部的所述顶柱 1516, 以使靠近所述 导向槽 1505端部的所述顶柱 1516给所述 4氏持臂 1518—个远离所述导向槽 1505端部的力, 以使得所述旋转气缸 1503正常运转。
以所述第一滑块 1507沿所述导向槽 1505左端运动为例进行说明: 即若所述第一滑块 1507沿所述导向槽 1505运动至所述导向槽 1505的左 端时(如图 17所示), 靠近所述导向槽 1505左端部的所述 4氏持臂 15184氏持靠 近所述导向槽左端部的所述顶柱 1516, 以使靠近所述导向槽 1505左端部的所 述顶柱 1516给所述抵持臂 1518—个远离所述导向槽 1505左端部的力, 以使 得所述绝缘环拾取手臂放下所述绝缘环后在所述弹力的作用下自动远离所述 转盘 601, 以防止所述绝缘环拾取手臂被所述物料固定座 603卡住。
较佳的,所述顶柱 1516为可伸缩的弹簧,以使呈压缩状态的所述顶柱 1516 给所述 4氏持臂 1518—个远离所述导向槽 1505端部的力;
或,
所述顶柱 1516为与所述控制器电连接的电磁铁, 所述控制器若确定所述 第一滑块 1507沿所述导向槽 1505运动至所述导向槽 1505的端部时, 所述控 制器给所述电磁铁通电, 以使所述电磁铁给所述抵持臂 1518—个远离所述导 向槽 1505端部的力。
其中, 本实施例中所述控制器确定所述第一滑块 1507是否运动至所述导 向槽 1505端部的具体方式不作限定, 例如所述控制器可预先确定位于所述导 向槽 1505中央的所述第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505任一端部所需要 的预设时长, 则所述控制器控制所述第一滑块 1507运动的时间达到所述预设 时长后, 即可确定所述第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505任一端部。
当然, 也可在所述导向槽 1505的端部设置有感应器, 以使所述感应器感 应到所述第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505的端部时对应生成触发信号, 所述控制器根据该触发信号即可确定所述第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505任一端部。
本实施例中, 所述控制器可通过在所述导向槽 1505内运动的所述第一滑 块 1507带动所述物料拾取组件 1401运动, 即如图 17所示, 若所述控制器控 制所述第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505的左端部时,所述物料拾取组件 1401拾取所述物料, 若所述控制器控制所述第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505的右端部时, 所述物料拾取组件 1401放下所述物料。
当然, 也可若所述控制器控制所述第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505 的左端部时, 所述物料拾取组件 1401放下所述物料, 若所述控制器控制所述 第一滑块 1507运动至所述导向槽 1505的右端部时, 所述物料拾取组件 1401 拾取所述物料。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种绝缘环检测装置, 其用于检测所述绝缘环是否已插设在外电极内, 其特征在于, 包括: 气缸、 固定板、 用于放置所述外电极和所述绝缘环的物料 固定座以及控制器;
所述气缸与所述固定板连接设置,所述控制器用于若所述物料固定座运动 至所述固定板下方时,通过所述气缸控制所述固定板沿朝向或远离所述物料固 定座方向运动;
所述固定板靠近所述物料固定座的端部设置有检测单元,且所述检测单元 与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于通过所述检测单元检测所述绝缘环是否 已插设在所述外电极内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的绝缘环检测装置, 其特征在于, 所述检测单元 包括: 设置在所述固定板靠近所述物料固定座端部的两个导电探针,且两个所 述导电探针中的至少一个与所述控制器电连接,若所述外电极内未插设有所述 绝缘环, 则所述外电极与所述导电探针形成通电回路; 若所述外电极内插设有 所述绝缘环, 则所述绝缘环与所述导电探针之间绝缘; 所述控制器还用于若所 述控制器检测到所述外电极与所述导电探针形成通电回路,则确定所述外电极 内未插设有所述绝缘环。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的绝缘环检测装置, 其特征在于, 所述检测单元 包括:
固定平台,且所述固定平台沿靠近所述物料固定座的方向设置在所述固定 板的下方, 且所述固定平台上设置有通孔;
所述通孔内插设有由弹性材质制成的弹柱,以使所述弹柱与所述通孔过盈 配合; 且所述弹柱与所述外电极的中空部间隙配合, 以使所述弹柱可插设在所 述外电极的中空部内;
所述固定板与所述固定平台之间设置有用于连接所述固定板和所述固定 平台的连接杆, 且所述连接杆上设置有与所述控制器电连接的光纤探头;
所述控制器用于通过所述气缸控制所述弹柱插入位于所述物料固定座上 的所述外电极内,且若所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环, 则所述弹柱相对于 所述固定平台静止; 若所述外电极内插设有所述绝缘环, 则所述绝缘环抵持所 述弹柱以使所述弹柱在所述通孔内沿远离所述绝缘环的方向运动,以使所述光 纤探头感应到所述弹柱并对应生成触发信号;所述控制器还用于若未接收到所 述触发信号, 则确定所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的绝缘环检测装置, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘 环检测装置还包括:
与所述控制器电连接的发声装置,所述发声装置用于若所述控制器确定所 述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环,则发出报警声以指示用户所述外电极内未插 设有所述绝缘环;
和 /或,
与所述控制器电连接设置有发光元件,所述发光元件用于若所述控制器确 定所述外电极内未插设有所述绝缘环,则所述发光元件发光以指示用户所述外 电极内未插设有所述绝缘环。
5、 一种用于装配电子烟电极连接头的装配装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 控 制器、 可转动的转盘、 用于拾取绝缘环的绝缘环拾取手臂、 用于拾取外电极的 外电极拾取手臂、用于拾取内电极的内电极拾取手臂、用于检测内电极是否插 设在所述绝缘环上的内电极检测装置以及如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的绝缘 环检测装置;
所述物料固定座围绕设置在所述转盘上;
所述控制器分别与所述外电极拾取手臂、所述绝缘环拾取手臂和所述内电 极拾取手臂电连接,且所述外电极拾取手臂、所述绝缘环拾取手臂以及所述内 电极拾取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;所述控制器用于依次控制所述 外电极拾取手臂将所述外电极插设在所述物料固定座上,控制所述绝缘环拾取 手臂将所述绝缘环插设在所述外电极内,控制所述内电极拾取手臂将所述内电 极插设在所述绝缘环上;
与所述控制器电连接的所述绝缘环检测装置沿所述转盘旋转方向设置在 所述绝缘环拾取手臂和所述内电极拾取手臂之间,与所述控制器电连接的所述 内电极检测装置沿所述转盘旋转方向设置在所述内电极拾取手臂下游;
所述控制器用于若通过所述绝缘环检测装置确定所述绝缘环未插设在所 述外电极内, 和 /或所述控制器通过所述内电极检测装置确定所述内电极未插 设在所述绝缘环上, 则所述控制器控制所述转盘停止旋转或控制所述转盘复 位。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述内电极检测装置 设置有支撑臂,且所述支撑臂上设置有用于感应光源的光纤探头, 若位于所述
制器用于根据所述触发信号确定所述内电极插设在所述绝缘环上。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装配装置还 包括:
用于将物料沿所述转盘方向输送的物料导轨; 其中, 所述物料导轨包括用 于输送所述外电极的外电极物料导轨、用于输送所述绝缘环的绝缘环料导轨以 及用于输送所述内电极的内电极物料导轨;
所述物料导轨靠近所述转盘的端部设置有物料感应区,所述物料感应区设 置有用于感应所述物料且与所述控制器电连接的感应器;所述控制器用于通过 所述感应器确定所述物料是否已运动至所述物料感应区;
所述物料导轨设置有挡料阀,所述挡料阀用于将所述物料固定在所述物料 感应区。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装配设备还包括: 的物料震动盘;所述预设状态为各个所述物料中空部的轴线与所述物料震动盘 所在平面垂直;
且所述物料震动盘、所述物料导轨和所述转盘沿远离所述转盘方向依次设 置;
其中, 所述物料震动盘包括: 用于放置所述外电极的外电极物料震动盘、 用于放置所述绝缘环的绝缘环物料震动盘以及用于放置所述内电极的内电极 物料震动盘。
9、 根据权利要求 5至 8任一项所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装配 设备还包括:
用于朝向所述物料固定座运动, 直至位于所述物料固定座上的所述外电 极、 所述绝缘环以及所述内电极相对固定以形成电子烟电极连接头的压紧手 臂;
所述压紧手臂沿所述转盘旋转方向设置在所述内电极检测装置的下游。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装配设备还包括 支撑柱;
所述支撑柱设置在所述转盘下方, 且所述支撑柱与所述压紧手臂位置对 应, 以使所述压紧手臂压紧所述物料固定座时, 所述支撑柱顶起以平衡所述转 盘。
11、 根据权利要求 8或 10任一项所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 配设备还包括:与所述控制器电连接的第一抓取手臂以及用于放置所述电子烟 电极连接头的出料导轨;
与所述控制器电连接的第一抓取手臂,所述第一抓取手臂用于抓取所述电 子烟电极连接头并进行 180度旋转以进行上焊锡,并将上焊锡完成的所述电子 烟电极连接头再进行 180度旋转,并将旋转完成的所述电子烟电极连接头放置 于用于放置所述电子烟电极连接头的出料导轨上;
其中,所述第一抓取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向设置在所述压紧手臂的下 游。
12、 根据权利要求 8或 10任一项所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 配设备还包括:
与所述控制器电连接的第二抓取手臂,所述第二抓取手臂用于抓取所述电 子烟电极连接头, 并将所述电子烟电极连接头放置于运输平台上;
用于传送所述电极连接头以进行上焊锡的焊锡导轨;
与所述控制器电连接的,用于对位于所述焊锡导轨上的电子烟电极连接头 上焊锡的焊锡手臂;
与所述运输平台导通设置有能够将电极连接头旋转 180度的转向导轨,且 所述转向导轨还与所述焊锡导轨连通,所述运输平台所在的水平面高于所述焊 锡导轨所在的水平面; 所述控制器还与所述焊锡手臂电连接, 所述控制器还用 于控制所述焊锡手臂对位于所述焊锡导轨上的所述电子烟电极连接头上焊锡; 用于将位于所述运输平台上的所述电子烟电极连接头吹入所述转向导轨 的气嘴;
与所述气嘴连接设置有供气机构,且所述供气机构与所述控制器连接, 所 述控制器用于控制所述供气机构为所述气嘴供气,以使所述气嘴吹出的沿所述 转向导轨延伸方向的气流将所述电子烟电极连接头吹入所述转向导轨,直至所 述电子烟电极连接头运动至所述焊锡导轨;
其中, 所述转向导轨设置有旋拧部, 以使经过所述旋拧部的所述电子烟电 极连接头进行旋转,经过所述旋拧部运动至所述焊锡导轨上的所述电子烟电极 连接头相对于位于所述运输平台上的所述电子烟电极连接头旋转 180度;
所述第二抓取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向设置在所述压紧手臂的下游。
13、 根据权利要求 5至 12任一项所述的装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述物 料固定座包括:
底座;
所述底座顶端设置有用于容纳并定位所述绝缘环的定位槽,所述定位槽内 周面与所述绝缘环的外周面匹配设置;
所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱,所述定位柱的一端经过所述定位槽以穿 过所述底座,且所述定位槽与所述定位柱同轴设置, 所述定位柱远离所述底座 的一端端面所在的水平面高于所述定位槽所在的水平面;所述定位柱的直径 'J、 于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,以使套设在所述定位柱上的所述绝缘环与所述定 位柱间隙配合, 且容置在所述定位槽中。
