如图6和图7所述,根据本发明的一个示例,第一引脚202的左(即如图6中所示的箭头左所指示的方向)表面与本体201的左表面平齐,第二引脚203的右即如图6中所示的箭头右所指示的方向)表面与本体201的右表面平齐。有利地,第一引脚202的右侧的根部具有第一凹缺2021,第二引脚203的左侧的根部具有第二凹缺2031。由此,当第一引脚和第二引脚中的一个与铝线线头焊接后,便于该引脚折弯。
如图9所示,根据本发明实施例的用于电机的定子组件1,包括:磁极120;和上述任一项所述的线框环组件110。线框环组件110设在磁极120的上表面和/或下表面上。
基于线框环组件110的组成方式,定子组件1即可以是整体式定子组件,也可以是分体式定子组件,这是可以理解的。
如图10所示,根据本发明的电机,包括上述的用于电机的定子组件1。更具体地,定子组件1制作完成后,压入后端盖总成4,再放入转子总成3,并与前端盖总成2扣铆或螺钉固定,电机引线5连接在定子组件1上。
定子组件1可以是整体式定子结构,包括N个集中绕组式磁极;也可以是分块式定子结构,由N个集中绕组式磁极拼装成整个定子总成;还可以是条形式定子结构,由N个集中绕组式磁极连成条形,弯转成整个定子总成。
在本发明的一个示例中,每个集中绕组式磁极上下两端面装有线框环组件110,接线片20插入相对应的线框10中,铝线绕组线头30缠绕在接线片20上。
电机绕线后,电机引线5需要与铝线绕组线头30连接,如果直接连接,铝线绕组线头30连接处密封保护就非常困难。为了实现电机引线5与铝线绕组线头30分离,本申请巧妙设计了一种接线片20,第一引脚202和第二引脚203中的一个与铝线绕组线头30连接(焊锡或浸锡),第一引脚202和第二引脚203中的另一个与电机引线5连接。
同时在线框10上设计插槽101,密封槽102和定位凸楞103。
这样,绕线前根据绕组接线需要,在线框10相对应的插槽101中插入一定数量的接线片20。在插片过程中,通过卡槽204和定位凸楞103定位,连接有铝线绕组线头30的引脚与密封槽102对齐。集中式绕组电机定子,直接在磁极上绕线,绕线后铝线绕组线头30缠绕在第一引脚202上,然后进行去漆包线上漆膜、焊锡或浸锡,使铝线绕组线头20与接线片20连通。把焊锡或浸锡后的第一引脚202弯折到相对应的密封槽102内。
第一引脚202弯折到密封槽102内后,在密封槽102内灌注密封胶40,直至铝线绕组线头30完全密封为止。第一引脚202以及铝线绕组线头30完全被密封胶覆盖。电机引出线直接或通过接线板间接与第二引脚203连接,再对电机进行装配,形成完整的集中绕组式铝线电机。
根据本发明实施例的线框组件,可以对铝线绕组线头保护进行防呆,铝线绕组线头完全与空气隔绝,防止其氧化,保障密封一致性和电机可靠性,对铝线大批量运用在风扇电机上起到促进作用,尤其针对小线径的铝线电机效果更明显,降低了成本,有利于抢占市场份额。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所 指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种线框组件,其特征在于,包括:
    线框,所述线框上具有开口向上的插槽,所述线框的上表面上具有一端与所述插槽连通的密封槽;和
    接线片,所述接线片包括本体和位于所述本体的上边沿且左右间隔布置的第一引脚和第二引脚,所述本体插接在所述插槽内且所述第一引脚和所述第二引脚中的一个与所述密封槽相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线框组件,其特征在于,所述插槽内还具有定位凸楞,所述本体上具有开口向下且与所述定位凸楞相适配的卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的线框组件,其特征在于,所述定位凸楞沿竖直方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的线框组件,其特征在于,所述插槽的开口的中心线与所述密封槽的中心线正交。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的线框组件,其特征在于,所述第一引脚的左表面与所述本体的左表面平齐,所述第二引脚的右表面与所述本体的右表面平齐。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的线框组件,其特征在于,所述第一引脚的右侧的根部具有第一凹缺,所述第二引脚的左侧的根部具有第二凹缺。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的线框组件,其特征在于,所述接线片一体成形。
  8. 一种线框环组件,其特征在于,包括:
    线框环本体,所述线框环本体上具有沿所述线框环本体的周向间隔布置的多个线框,多个所述线框中的任一个具有开口向上的插槽,该所述线框的上表面上具有一端与所述插槽连通的密封槽;
    至少一个接线片,所述接线片包括本体和位于所述本体的上边沿且左右间隔布置的第一引脚和第二引脚,所述本体插接在至少一个所述插槽内且所述第一引脚和所述第二引脚中的一个与所述密封槽相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的线框环组件,其特征在于,所述插槽内还具有定位凸楞,所述本体上具有开口向下且与所述定位凸楞相适配的卡槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的线框环组件,其特征在于,所述定位凸楞沿竖直方向延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的线框环组件,其特征在于,所述插槽的开口的中心线与所述密封槽的中心线正交。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的线框环组件,其特征在于,所述第一引脚的左表面与所述本体的左表面平齐,所述第二引脚的右表面与所述本体的右表面平齐。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的线框环组件,其特征在于,所述第一引脚的右侧的根部具有第一凹缺,所述第二引脚的左侧的根部具有第二凹缺。
  14. 根据权利要求8-13中任一项所述的线框环组件,其特征在于,所述接线片一体成形。
  15. 一种用于电机的定子组件,其特征在于,包括:
    磁极;和
    根据权利要求8-14中任一项所述的线框环组件,所述线框环组件设在所述磁极的上表面和/或下表面上。
  16. 一种电机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求15所述的用于电机的定子组件。
