Abstract

一种电机的保护结构，电机的线圈绕组包括线框和线圈，线圈缠绕在线框上，线圈的两端分别与电源线中的零线和火线焊接为一体，焊接处的外周设置有硅胶密封层。线框的两端分别设置有固定槽，焊接处及硅胶密封层位于固定槽中。线圈的外周缠绕有绝缘胶带层。本实用新型通过固定槽能够有效的保护绕组以及跟电源线的焊接接头，并且能够使用在潮湿的环境下，电机的使用寿命得到了极大的延长；具有结构简单合理、操作灵活、制作成本低、使用寿命长高、适用范围广的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种电机，特别是一种电机的保护结构。
背景技术
现有罩极式电机的绕组保护结构是把绕组塑封或灌封，再用塑料板把绕组和电源的焊接接头封起来。如附图1所示，现有罩极式电机的线圈绕组1包括线框和漆包线，线圈绕组1的外部一般采用塑封和灌封的工艺处理，将线框和漆包线全部密封进去。这种结构的罩极式电机的缺陷在于：塑封和灌封的工艺处理需要专用的设备，从而导致制作成本较高、操作不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、操作灵活、制作成本低、使用寿命长高、适用范围广的电机的保护结构，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种电机的保护结构，电机的线圈绕组包括线框和线圈，线圈缠绕在线框上，其结构特征是线圈的两端分别与电源线中的零线和火线焊接为一体，焊接处的外周设置有硅胶密封层。
所述线框的两端分别设置有固定槽，焊接处及硅胶密封层位于固定槽中。
所述线圈的外周缠绕有绝缘胶带层。
本实用新型采用上述的技术方案后，通过固定槽能够有效的保护绕组以及跟电源线的焊接接头，并且能够使用在潮湿的环境下，电机的使用寿命得到了极大的延长。
本实用新型具有结构简单合理、操作灵活、制作成本低、使用寿命长高、适用范围广的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图2-图3，本电机的保护结构，电机的线圈绕组包括线框1和线圈2，线圈2缠绕在线框1上，线圈2的两端分别与电源线中的零线和火线(图中未画出)焊接为一体，焊接处的外周设置有硅胶密封层。
线框1的两端分别设置有固定槽10，焊接处及硅胶密封层位于固定槽10中。
线圈2的外周缠绕有用以保护线圈2的绝缘胶带层3。
在本实施例中，电机的线圈绕组经过浸漆后通过绝缘胶带层3和硅胶密封层进行保护，使电机在高湿度的环境下也能长期稳定工作。

1.一种电机的保护结构，电机的线圈绕组包括线框(1)和线圈(2)，线圈(2)缠绕在线框(1)上，其特征是线圈(2)的两端分别与电源线中的零线和火线焊接为一体，焊接处的外周设置有硅胶密封层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机的保护结构，其特征是所述线框(1)的两端分别设置有固定槽(10)，焊接处及硅胶密封层位于固定槽(10)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电机的保护结构，其特征是所述线圈(2)的外周缠绕有绝缘胶带层(3)。
