技术领域
本公开涉及显示领域,特别是涉及一种用于连接驱动芯片和显示面板的布线板、柔性显示屏及显示装置。
背景技术
显示设备的显示面板是由驱动芯片进行驱动,驱动芯片通过多条扇出线与显示面板进行连接。随着电子技术的发展,为了节省空间,驱动芯片的尺寸越来越小。而显示面板需要根据客户的需要来设计,一般显示面板的尺寸大于驱动芯片。
随着显示设备尺寸的增大,驱动芯片与面板之间成对设置的信号输出接口和信号输入接口之间的距离差也逐渐增大,进而造成连接信号输出接口和信号输入接口的扇出线的长度差也逐渐增大。由于各条扇出线的长度不相同,导致了扇出线的电阻不同,从而出现了经过扇出线时的传播信号的延迟问题,对于屏幕均一度的影响与日俱增。
发明内容
为了解决现有的驱动芯片和显示面板尺寸不匹配,从而导致的扇出线的长度和电阻不同,进而影响到屏幕均一度的问题,本公开提供了一种用于连接驱动芯片和显示面板的布线板、柔性显示屏及显示装置。
本公开采用的技术方案是:一种用于连接驱动芯片和显示面板的布线板,所述驱动芯片和所述显示面板上成对设置有信号输出接口和信号输入接口,所述布线板包括用于连接成对设置的信号输出接口和信号输入接口的扇出线,所述布线板包括一基板,在所述基板的第一表面设置有多段具有第一电阻率的第一连接线,在所述基板的与第一表面相对的第二表面设置有多段具有第二电阻率的第二连接线,所述扇出线中的至少一部分由所述第一连接线和第二连接线连接形成。
可选地,所述扇出线至少部分相邻段的连接线之间形成预定夹角。
可选地,所述预定夹角的度数为30-150度。
可选地,所述扇出线上的第一连接线和/或第二连接线与所述显示面板中的电极线成一夹角设置。
可选地,所述扇出线中的第一连接线和第二连接线是通过过孔进行连接的。
可选地,多条扇出线中的连接线在位于基板上的同一位置至少部分交叠。
可选地,所述第一连接线采用第一电阻率的材料形成,所述第二连接线采用与第一电阻率不同的第二电阻率的材料形成。
可选地,所述第一连接线为铜线,所述第二连接线为铁线。
可选地,所述基板由柔性材料制成。

本公开的有益效果是:本公开的扇出线的至少一部分由位于基板不同表面上具有不同电阻率的第一连接线和第二连接线连接形成。由于第一连接线和第二连接线的电阻率不同,从而可以控制各个扇出线的电阻,达到控制各个扇出线上信号传播的时间的目的。

具体实施方式
为使本公开要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合 附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
图1为本公开一种实施例的驱动芯片、布线板与面板的结构关系图。本公开的布线板100用于连接驱动芯片200和显示面板300,所述驱动芯片200和所述显示面板300上成对设置有信号输出接口和信号输入接口。所述布线板100包括用于连接成对设置的信号输出接口和信号输入接口的扇出线,该扇出线实现驱动芯片和显示面板之间的信号连接。
图2为现有一种布线板的结构示意图,现有的布线板100在基板的一面上形成多条由导电材料成型的扇出线101。由于每条扇出线101的电阻率相同,而扇出线101的长度不同,从而导致信号延迟的问题。
图3-7为本公开一种实施例的布线板的结构示意图。本实施例的布线板用于连接驱动芯片200和显示面板300,所述驱动芯片200和所述显示面板300上成对设置有信号输出接口和信号输入接口。所述布线板100包括用于连接成对设置的信号输出接口和信号输入接口的扇出线101。所述布线板100包括一基板(未示出),在所述基板的第一表面设置有多段具有第一电阻率的第一连接线1011,在所述基板与第一表面相对的第二表面设置有多段具有第二电阻率的第二连接线1012。所述扇出线101中的至少一部分由所述第一连接线1011和第二连接线1012连接形成。第一连接线1011和第二连接线1012可以采用铜、铁等金属材料形成。基板可以采用各种适合的材料形成。例如,当应用到柔性显示屏上时,基板可以对应采用树脂、塑料等柔性材料形成。在本实施例中,具体可以通过在基板的表面形成导电薄膜层,然后对导电薄膜层进行刻蚀来形成多段第一连接线或者第二连接线。
电阻率用于衡量材料的电阻,是指长1米、横截面积是1平方米的导线在常温下(20℃时)的电阻。本实施例的第一连接线可以采用第一电阻率的材料形成,第二连接线采用第二电阻率的材料形成。两者电阻率不同,从而可以控制各条扇出线的电阻,进而使得每条线上对信号造成的RC延迟相同,进而使每条线上的信号传输时间相同。例如,第一连接线为铜线,第二连接线为铁线。此时,即使扇出线的长度不一致,也可以根据选择第一连接线或者第二连接线的比例来实现对每条扇出线的电阻的控制。
如图3所示,由于显示面板300的面积远大于驱动芯片200的面积。此 时,连接驱动芯片200和显示面板300之间的扇出线101的长度不相同。如果每条扇出线101采取相同电阻率的材料形成,扇出线101上的信号传递时间就与扇出线101的长度成正相关。此时,对各个栅线进行驱动时,就会存在延迟,影响到屏幕的均一度。为此,本实施例的扇出线101的至少一部分由位于基板不同表面上具有不同电阻率的第一连接线1011和第二连接线1012连接形成。因为第一连接线1011和第二连接线1012的电阻率不同,所以可以控制各个扇出线101的电阻,进而控制各个扇出线101上信号传播的时间。例如,可以使得具有不同长度的扇出线101具有相同的电阻,以使各不同的扇出线101信号传递时间相同。
如图4-5所示,为本公开一种实施例的扇出线的结构示意图,图4中示出的该扇出线为折弯形状,相邻的两段连接线之间具有预定夹角。可选地,该预定夹角的度数为30-150度。该布线板可以应用到柔性显示屏上,在显示屏进行弯折时,对扇出线产生的压力与扇出线上各段延伸方向存在一夹角,从而减小了施加到各段连接线的直接作用力,使弯折时对各段金属线的损害减小。
图5中示出了扇出线的部分示意图,该部分的扇出线包括两段,其中第一段为第一连接线1011,第二段为第二连接线1012。第一段1011位于基板的第一面上,第二段1012位于基板的第二面上。第一段和第二段之间通过过孔1013进行连接。本实施例的布线板与显示面板一体成型,第一连接线和第二连接线刻蚀形成,第一连接线和/或第二连接线与所述显示面板中的电极线成一夹角设置。具体可以是与显示面板中的栅线、数据线或者公共电极线成一夹角设置。
图6为本公开一种实施例的扇出线分布的示意图。在图6中,该实施例的扇出线包括九条扇出线,分别对应图上的扇出线a-i。扇出线i由16段位于基板第一面的第一连接线1011组成,相邻的第一连接线1011之间成一夹角。扇出线h由15段第一连接线1011(较浅颜色的线段,下同)和一段位于基板第二面的第二连接线1012(较深颜色的线段,下同)组成。该段第二连接线1012与其中一段第一连接线1011通过过孔进行连接。从扇出线g到扇出线a,扇出线中的第一连接线1011数量逐渐减少,第二连接线1012的数量逐 渐增多。
图7为本公开另一种实施例的扇出线分布的示意图。在图7中,该实施例的扇出线为六条,多条扇出线中的连接线在位于基板上的同一位置至少部分交叠。该实施例的六条扇出线紧凑分布,使得扇出线占用的面积较小,节省了基板的空间。
本公开还公开了一种柔性显示屏,包括所述的布线板。布线板的基板采用树脂、塑料等柔性材料形成,在柔性基板的两表面上分别经刻蚀形成多段第一连接线和第二连接线,所述扇出线中的至少一部分由所述第一连接线和第二连接线连接形成。
本公开还公开了一种显示装置,包括所述的柔性显示屏,该显示装置使用了如上述实施例所述的任意一种柔性显示屏。所述显示装置可以为:液晶面板、电子纸、OLED面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
上述技术方案的扇出线的至少一部分由位于基板不同表面上具有不同电阻率的第一连接线和第二连接线连接形成。由于第一连接线和第二连接线的电阻率不同,此时,就可以实现具有不同长度的扇出线具有相同的或所需要的电阻,从而可以根据需要来控制不同长度的扇出线上信号传播的时间。
以上所述是本公开的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于连接驱动芯片和显示面板的布线板,所述驱动芯片和所述显示面板上成对设置有信号输出接口和信号输入接口,所述布线板包括用于连接成对设置的信号输出接口和信号输入接口的扇出线,其中:
    所述布线板包括一基板,在所述基板的第一表面设置有多段具有第一电阻率的第一连接线,在所述基板的与第一表面相对的第二表面设置有多段具有第二电阻率的第二连接线,所述扇出线中的至少一部分由所述第一连接线和第二连接线连接形成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的布线板,其中,所述扇出线至少部分相邻段的连接线之间形成预定夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的布线板,其中,所述预定夹角的度数为30-150度。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的布线板,其中,所述第一连接线采用第一电阻率的材料形成,所述第二连接线采用与第一电阻率不同的第二电阻率的材料形成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的布线板,其中,所述第一连接线为铜线,所述第二连接线为铁线。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任何一项所述的布线板,其中,所述基板由柔性材料制成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的布线板,其中,所述柔性材料为树脂或塑料。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8任何一项所述的布线板,其中,所述扇出线的多段连接线由导电薄膜层刻蚀形成。
  12. 一种柔性显示屏,包括如权利要求1-11任何一项所述的布线板。
  13. 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求12所述的柔性显示屏。
