Abstract

良好なめっき外観を得ることができ、かつ、引張強度の低下を抑制することが可能な、合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法を提供する。 本発明の合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法は、鋼帯を焼鈍炉の内部で、直火型加熱炉を含む加熱帯、均熱帯及び冷却帯の順に搬送して、前記鋼帯に対して焼鈍を行う工程と、前記冷却帯から排出される鋼帯に溶融亜鉛めっきを施す工程と、前記鋼帯に施された亜鉛めっきを加熱合金化する工程と、を有し、均熱帯の高さ方向の下部1/2の領域に設けられた少なくとも1つのガス供給口から加湿ガスと乾燥ガスとの混合ガスを均熱帯内に供給して、均熱帯の高さ方向の上部1/5の領域で測定される露点と、下部1/5の領域で測定される露点とを、共に-20℃以上0℃以下とすることを特徴とする。
