液晶显示器的生产是一个组装过程。其中,液晶显示器的部件之一液晶面板,在生产完成后,首先封存在液晶面板包装箱中,然后运送至相应的组装工站。
液晶面板上的电路板由多个不同的元器件组成,有些元器件的高度高于液晶面板的厚度,液晶面板在包装箱中堆叠时,电路板一端的堆叠高度会远高于液晶面板一端的堆叠高度。现有技术中,液晶面板通常采用发泡箱或者塑料箱来周转运送,液晶面板与液晶面板之间常采用厚度较薄的可发性聚乙烯垫片(英文:EPE spacer)来间隔缓冲,避免液晶面板相互之间的摩擦、碰撞。

其中,所述包装箱进一步包括多个垫片,所述垫片分别设置在相邻两个所述显示面板之间或者所述显示面板与所述箱体的底部之间。
其中,所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙中的各阶阶梯的高度不小于一个所述显示面板与一个所述垫片的高度之和。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明在包装箱箱体内第一侧面和相对的第二侧面分别设置阶梯状的第一类型挡墙和第二类型挡墙,液晶面板依次堆叠在第二类型挡墙的阶梯上,使得不同高度位置的液晶面板呈台阶状相互错开一定的距离,电路板上凸起的元器件也因此而依次错开,通过这种方式,可以降低凸起的元器件在堆叠时所累计形成的高度,从而使得包装箱内能放入更多的液晶面板,提高包装箱空间利用率,降低包装成本。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1,图1是本发明一种包装箱一实施方式的结构示意图,本实施方式一种包装箱用于装载显示面板,包括箱体1、至少一个阶梯状的第一类型挡墙2和至少一个阶梯状的第二类型挡墙3,箱体1具有第一侧面11和与第一侧面11相对的第二侧面12,其中,当放置显示面板至箱体1内时,显示面板具有电路板的第一侧靠近第一侧面11放置,而显示面板的相对于第一侧的第二侧靠近第二侧面12放置;第一类型挡墙2抵靠在第一侧面11上,且显示面板中的电路板暴露在第一类型挡墙之外,以使电路板上凸起的元器件有充分的堆叠空间;第二类型挡墙3抵靠在第二侧面12上。
其中,如图2,第一类型挡墙2中的阶梯从箱体1的顶部向箱体1的底部进行延伸,即第一类型挡墙2从箱体1顶部至箱体1底部方向逐渐变窄,使第一类型挡墙2的阶梯朝向箱体1的底部,而第二类型挡墙3中的阶梯从箱体1的底部向箱体1的顶部进行延伸,即第二类型挡墙3从箱体1顶部至箱体1底部方向逐渐变宽,使第二类型挡墙3的阶梯朝向箱体1的顶部,且第一类型挡墙2中的各阶阶梯与第二类型挡墙3中的各阶阶梯一一对应,以将显示面板交错地堆叠在一起,即第一类型挡墙2的阶梯数和第二类型挡墙3的阶梯数相同,且第一类型挡墙2与第二类型挡墙3各对应的阶梯高度相同,第二类型挡墙3各阶梯的高度可以不完全相同,以适应包装箱内放入不同高度规格的显示面板,优选地,第二类型挡墙3各阶梯的高度相同,优选地,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3各对应的阶梯之间的距离相等,该距离等于或稍大于面板的长度,使面板放入包装箱内后,能平稳地装载在第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3之间而不发生移动,避免了显示面板不必要的破损;优选地,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3的阶梯在阶梯向两侧的延伸方向与第一侧面11或第二侧面12平行。
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明在包装箱箱体内第一侧面和相对的第二侧面分别设置阶梯状的第一类型挡墙和第二类型挡墙,液晶面板依次堆叠在第二类型挡墙的阶梯上,使得不同高度位置的液晶面板呈台阶状相互错开一定的距离,电路板上凸起的元器件也因此而依次错开,通过这种方式,可以降低凸起的元器件在堆叠时所累计形成的高度,从而使得包装箱内能放入更多的液晶面板,提高包装箱空间利用率,降低包装成本。
参阅图3,图3是本发明一种包装箱一实施方式的装配示意图,在本发明一种包装箱的另一实施方式中,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3可拆卸地固定在箱体1内,即第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3可以更换,由于在装载和运送过程中,显示面板和第一类型挡墙2及第二类型挡墙3不可避免地发生碰撞、摩擦,久而久之,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3就会破损,这时,只需将第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3更换即可,如果没有本发明实施方式的可更换的第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3,则破损的将会是箱体1,所以本实施方式有效地保护了箱体1,提高了箱体1的使用寿命,进一步降低了包装成本;在本发明的其它实施方式中,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3也可与箱体1为一体成型结构。
其中,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3分别设置有卡合部4,而箱体1在与卡合部4对应位置处分别设置有与卡合部4对应的卡合腔5,卡合部4可容置于对应的卡合腔5内以将第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3可拆卸地固定在箱体1内,卡合部4可以为柱体,例如圆柱、棱柱等,也可以为椎体。
其中,卡合部4设置在第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3抵靠在第一侧面11或者第二侧面12的一侧,可以在中间,也可以在端部,当卡合部4设置在在第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3抵靠在第一侧面11或者第二侧面12的一侧的端部时,卡合部4优选地设置在第一侧面11或第二侧面12和与其相邻的箱体1的侧面的相交处。
其中,卡合部4也可设置在第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3的底部,如图4和图5。另外,卡合部4也可设置在第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3的侧面。
在本发明其它实施方式中,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3也可通过螺丝等方式固定在箱体1内。
其中,包装箱包括两个第二类型挡墙3,其分别设置在第二侧面12的两端,设置两个第二类型挡墙3,使两个第二类型挡墙3之间留出一定空间,在将显示面板装入箱体1或从箱体1取出时,方便操作。
其中,包装箱包括两个第一类型挡墙,其分别设置在第一侧面的两端,使显示面板的电路板暴露在两个第一类型挡墙之间。在其他实施方式中,第一类型挡墙也可以是一个,当显示面板上的电路板设置在显示面板底部的一侧时,第一类型挡墙则位于显示面板底部的另外一侧。
其中,如图6,两个第一类型挡墙2之间的距离不小于显示面板6中的电路板7的长度,使得当显示面板6装入包装箱内时,电路板7不至于被第一类型挡墙2盖住,可以有效地保护电路板7,同时也能保证将交错堆叠的电路板7的总高度降到最低。
其中,如图7,第二类型挡墙的各阶阶梯的宽度大于显示面板6中的电路板7上的凸起元器件至电路板7外侧之间的距离,使得当显示面板6堆叠在第二类型挡墙的阶梯上时,其电路板7上的元器件能充分错开,保证各个电路板7上的元器件不堆叠在一个位置,有效降低电路板7一端的堆叠高度;当然,第二类型挡墙的各阶梯的度宽不能太宽,稍大于电路板7上的凸起元器件至电路板7外侧之间的距离即可。
其中,包装箱进一步包括多个垫片8,垫片8分别设置在相邻两个显示面板6之间或者显示面板6与箱体1的底部之间,垫片8用于将显示面板6和显示面板6或显示面板6和箱体1隔离开,防止显示面板6在装载或运送过程中磨损破坏,优选地,垫片8与显示面板6具有相同大小。
其中,如图8,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3中的各阶阶梯的高度不小于一个显示面板6与一个垫片8的高度之和,使每个阶梯至少能容纳一个显示面板6和垫片8,优选地,第一类型挡墙2和第二类型挡墙3中的各阶阶梯的高度等于一个显示面板6与一个垫片8的高度之和,这样当阶梯上放置显示面板6和垫片8后,相邻两层显示面板6和垫片8之间没有间隙,保证箱体1内空间的充分利用。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种包装箱,用于装载显示面板,其中,所述包装箱包括:
    箱体,具有第一侧面和相对的第二侧面,其中,当放置所述显示面板至所述箱体内时,所述显示面板具有电路板的第一侧靠近所述第一侧面放置,而所述显示面板的相对于所述第一侧的第二侧靠近所述第二侧面放置;
    至少一个阶梯状的第一类型挡墙,抵靠在所述第一侧面上,且所述显示面板中的所述电路板暴露在所述第一类型挡墙之外;
    至少一个阶梯状的第二类型挡墙,抵靠在所述第二侧面上;
    其中,所述第一类型挡墙中的阶梯从所述箱体的顶部向所述箱体的底部进行延伸,而所述第二类型挡墙中的阶梯从所述箱体的底部向所述箱体的顶部进行延伸,且所述第一类型挡墙中的各阶阶梯与所述第二类型挡墙中的各阶阶梯一一对应,以将所述显示面板交错地堆叠在一起;所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙可拆卸地固定在所述箱体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙分别设置有卡合部,而所述箱体在与所述卡合部对应位置处分别设置有对应的卡合腔,所述卡合部可容置于对应的所述卡合腔内以将所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙可拆卸地固定在所述箱体内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡合部设置在所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙抵靠在所述第一侧面或者所述第二侧面的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡合部设置在所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙的底部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述包装箱分别包括两个所述第一类型挡墙和两个所述第二类型挡墙,两个所述第一类型挡墙分别设置在所述第一侧面的两端,两个所述第二类型挡墙分别设置在所述第二侧面的两端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装箱,其中,所述两个第一类型挡墙之间的距离不小于所述显示面板中的所述电路板的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二类型挡墙的各阶阶梯的宽度大于所述显示面板中的所述电路板上的凸起元件至所述电路板外侧之间的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述包装箱进一步包括多个垫片,所述垫片分别设置在相邻两个所述显示面板之间或者所述显示面板与所述箱体的底部之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙中的各阶阶梯的高度不小于一个所述显示面板与一个所述垫片的高度之和。
  10. 一种包装箱,用于装载显示面板,其特征在于,所述包装箱包括:
    箱体,具有第一侧面和相对的第二侧面,其中,当放置所述显示面板至所述箱体内时,所述显示面板具有电路板的第一侧靠近所述第一侧面放置,而所述显示面板的相对于所述第一侧的第二侧靠近所述第二侧面放置;
    至少一个阶梯状的第一类型挡墙,抵靠在所述第一侧面上,且所述显示面板中的所述电路板暴露在所述第一类型挡墙之外;
    至少一个阶梯状的第二类型挡墙,抵靠在所述第二侧面上;
    其中,所述第一类型挡墙中的阶梯从所述箱体的顶部向所述箱体的底部进行延伸,而所述第二类型挡墙中的阶梯从所述箱体的底部向所述箱体的顶部进行延伸,且所述第一类型挡墙中的各阶阶梯与所述第二类型挡墙中的各阶阶梯一一对应,以将所述显示面板交错地堆叠在一起。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙可拆卸地固定在所述箱体内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙分别设置有卡合部,而所述箱体在与所述卡合部对应位置处分别设置有对应的卡合腔,所述卡合部可容置于对应的所述卡合腔内以将所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙可拆卸地固定在所述箱体内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡合部设置在所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙抵靠在所述第一侧面或者所述第二侧面的一侧。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡合部设置在所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙的底部。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述包装箱分别包括两个所述第一类型挡墙和两个所述第二类型挡墙,两个所述第一类型挡墙分别设置在所述第一侧面的两端,两个所述第二类型挡墙分别设置在所述第二侧面的两端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的包装箱,其中,所述两个第一类型挡墙之间的距离不小于所述显示面板中的所述电路板的长度。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二类型挡墙的各阶阶梯的宽度大于所述显示面板中的所述电路板上的凸起元件至所述电路板外侧之间的距离。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述包装箱进一步包括多个垫片,所述垫片分别设置在相邻两个所述显示面板之间或者所述显示面板与所述箱体的底部之间。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一类型挡墙和所述第二类型挡墙中的各阶阶梯的高度不小于一个所述显示面板与一个所述垫片的高度之和。
