【背景技术】
现有技术液晶显示器的生产过程基本包括:
前段的Array制程:整块阵列基板的制作以及彩色滤光片基板的制作;
中段的Cell制程:将整块阵列基板和彩色滤光片基板结合并在两片基板间滴上液晶后贴合、将滴上液晶后贴合的整块面板切割成多个液晶显示面板的制作;
后段的Module制程:将切割后得到的液晶显示面板与其他组件如背光板、电路、外框等多种零组件组装的制作。
其中,将滴上液晶后贴合的整块面板切割成多个液晶显示面板并进行检查之后,需要用包装构件将液晶显示面板包装起来运送到专门负责Module制程的模组厂完成Module制程。
现有技术一种包装构件如图1与图2所示,该包装构件10包括顶盖11、底盖12、液晶显示面板14以及缓冲材13。缓冲材13与液晶显示面板14从底盖12往上交错叠装,叠装足够液晶显示面板14以及缓冲材13后,组装顶盖11,将整个包装构件10立起来,放在托盘或者栈板上运输。
缓冲材13一般为柔性,在包装构件10立起来的时候,缓冲材13也位于竖立的状态。但是,由于缓冲材13的柔性特性,在重力的作用下容易滑落到包装构件10竖立时的底部。此时,缓冲材13只有一小部份面积与液晶显示面板14接触,失去缓冲保护液晶显示面板14的作用。因此,现有技术的设计是:缓冲材13必须选用带有一定硬度的材料,例如:PP(Polypropylene)塑料膜片,带有一定硬度的材料的四个边分别与顶盖11、底盖12的内壁接触固定。在包装构件10立起来的时候,缓冲材13不容易滑落,使其与液晶显示面板14的接触面积仍然保持不变,有效地保护液晶显示面板14。
但是,目前带有一定硬度的缓冲材料价格贵,材料成本高。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种包装构件,使得既能够选用较便宜的柔性材料作为缓冲材,在包装构件立起来的时候缓冲材料又能够有效地起到缓冲保护液晶显示面板的作用,降低材料成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种包装构件,其中,该包装构件包括:顶盖、底盖、固定件以及缓冲材;固定件固定于底盖的内表面,并且固定件与底盖的内表面的侧边相邻设置;缓冲设置有固定孔,固定孔卡入固定件,顶盖的内表面设置凹槽结构,固定件插入凹槽结构,使得包装构件立起来的时候,缓冲材悬挂于固定件并且固定于底盖与顶盖之间。

包装构件20包括:盖体21、固定件22以及缓冲材23。盖体21包括顶盖211以及底盖212。
固定件22固定于底盖212的内表面,且向上延伸。缓冲材23的边沿设置有耳部231,耳部231上设置有固定孔232。缓冲材23选择较为便宜的柔性材料,例如:EPE(Expandable Polyethylene, 可发性聚乙烯)复合泡棉,且其表面可复合PE膜。

固定件22的一端设置有螺纹221,底盖212上设置有螺纹凹槽2121,固定件22一端的螺纹221固定于螺纹凹槽2121内。螺纹凹槽2121的数量为多个,分别设置于底盖212的内表面的一侧,或者分别设置于底盖212的内表面的对侧,或者分别设置于底盖212的内表面的四侧。当然,也可以按照不同被包装物的尺寸在底盖212的内表面的不同位置设置螺纹凹槽2121,使得不同尺寸的被包装物都可以共用此包装构件。当然,在实际应用中,也可以把螺纹凹槽2121设置于顶盖211,其设置方式与底盖上212上的螺纹凹槽2121设置方式相类似,此处不再一一赘述。
当然,固定件22也可以不采用螺纹221螺接于螺纹凹槽2121的结构设置于底盖212或顶盖211,而是为直接从底盖212向上延伸的凸缘结构,或者为直接从顶盖211向下延伸的凸缘结构。凸缘结构的截面可以为圆形、矩形或者其它形状。
本发明中,固定件22设置于盖体21的内表面,缓冲材23与液晶显示面板24交错放置于盖体21的内空间中,并且缓冲材23的固定孔232卡入固定件22,缓冲材23选择较便宜的柔性材料。组装上顶盖211,包装构件20立起来运输,缓冲材23也随之竖立起来并悬挂于固定件22,使得缓冲材23保持在液晶显示面板24之间,并且保持大部份面积与液晶显示面板24接触;缓冲材不因为柔软特性在重力的作用滑落到包装构件20立起来的底部,在运输过程中有效地起到缓冲保护液晶显示面板的作用。选用较便宜的柔性材料作为缓冲材,降低材料成本,进而降低产品的成本。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种包装构件,其中,所述包装构件包括:
    顶盖、底盖、固定件以及缓冲材;
    所述固定件固定于底盖的内表面,并且所述固定件与底盖的内表面的侧边相邻设置;
    所述缓冲材设置有固定孔,所述固定孔卡入固定件,所述顶盖的内表面设置凹槽结构,所述固定件插入所述凹槽结构,使得所述包装构件立起来的时候,所述缓冲材悬挂于固定件并且固定于所述底盖与顶盖之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装构件,其中,所述固定件为从底盖的内表面向上延伸的凸缘结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装构件,其中,所述固定件的一端设置有螺纹,底盖的内表面设置有螺纹凹槽,所述固定件设有螺纹的一端固定于螺纹凹槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的包装构件,其中,所述固定件的数量为多个,分别位于底盖的内表面的一侧两端,或者分别位于底盖的内表面的两对侧,或者分别位于底盖的内表面的四侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装构件,其中,所述缓冲材为柔性材料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装构件,其中,所述柔性材料为可发性聚乙烯复合泡棉。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装构件,其中,所述包装构件用于收容液晶显示面板。
  8. 一种包装构件,其中,所述包装构件包括:
    盖体、固定件以及缓冲材;
    所述固定件设置于盖体的内表面上;
    所述缓冲材设置有固定孔;
    所述固定孔卡入固定件,使得所述包装构件立起来的时候,所述缓冲材悬挂于固定件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中:
    所述盖体包括顶盖以及底盖;
    所述固定件设置于所述底盖面向所述顶盖的一表面上,所述顶盖盖设于底盖。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中,所述顶盖面向所述底盖的一表面与与固定件相对应的位置设置有凹槽结构,所述固定件插入所述凹槽结构,使得所述缓冲材固定于所述顶盖与底盖之间。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中,所述固定件的长度等于所述底盖的一表面到所述顶盖的一表面之间的距离。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中,所述固定件为从底盖的一表面向上延伸的凸缘结构。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中,所述固定件的一端设置有螺纹,底盖的一表面设置有螺纹凹槽,所述固定件设有螺纹的一端固定于螺纹凹槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中,所述固定件的数量为多个,分别位于盖体内表面的一侧两端,或者分别位于盖体内表面的两对侧,或分别位于盖体内表面的四侧。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中,所述缓冲材为柔性材料。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的包装构件,其中,所述柔性材料为可发性聚乙烯复合泡棉。
  17. 根据权利要求8所述的包装构件,其中,所述包装构件用于收容液晶显示面板。
