一种显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示装置。
【背景技术】
传统的显示装置一般包括前盖、显示模组、后盖以及其他组件,显示模组包括前框、中框、背框以及夹持固定于三者之间的显示面板。
为了降低生产成本,一般将显示模组的前框、中框和背框去掉,改由组装显示装置的前盖和后盖完成支撑显示面板的功能,此种显示装置即为一体机显示装置。
一体机显示装置的前盖和后盖均由模具一体成型,其尺寸形状在成型后不可改变。当采用不同尺寸的显示面板组装成同一尺寸的显示装置时,前盖、后盖与显示模组限定的用于容置软性电路板的容置空间的大小不相同。若软性电路板的长度过长,而容置空间相对较小,则需要将软性电路板弯折以容置于其中。然而,在组装或其他操作中,针对不恰当的弯折形状,若重复弯折则极易损坏软性电路板中的线路,导致信号传递异常,进而影响显示装置的显示。
综上所述,有必要提供一种显示装置,以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种显示装置,能够有效控制软性电路板的弯折形状,保护软性电路板不受重复弯折影响,避免其内部线路产生断裂,且成本较低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,包括前盖、后盖、设置于前盖和后盖之间的显示模组和软性电路板,显示装置还包括弹性件,弹性件设置于前盖的顶部的底面和软性电路板之间,弹性件的一端固定在前盖的顶部的底面上,弹性件的另一端抵接于软性电路板的表面,弹性件为软性泡棉或弹簧。
其中,弹性件包括多个弹性体,多个弹性体间隔设置于前盖的顶部的底面上,且多个弹性体的设置高度相同。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,包括前盖、后盖、设置于前盖和后盖之间的显示模组和软性电路板,显示装置还包括弹性件,弹性件设置于前盖的顶部的底面和软性电路板之间。
其中,弹性件的一端固定在前盖的顶部的底面上,弹性件的另一端抵接于软性电路板的表面。

本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明设计在一体机显示装置的前盖增加与软性电路板相抵接触的弹性件,利用弹性件自身具有的弹性改变其收缩状态,从而有效控制软性电路板的弯折形状,保护软性电路板不受重复弯折影响,避免其内部电路产生断裂,且成本较低。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是本发明显示装置第一实施方式的结构示意图。如图1所示,显示装置100包括:前盖110、后盖120、显示模组130、软性电路板140以及弹性件150。
其中,以显示模组130为侧入式的液晶显示模组为例,显示模组130包括依次叠加设置的反射片131、导光板132、光学膜片133以及显示面板134。前盖110和后盖120相固定,以将显示模组130稳固压持于后盖120上。
软性电路板140用于显示面板134和固定在前盖110的侧部113上的电路板160之间的信号传输。
弹性件150设置于前盖110的顶部111的底面112和软性电路板140之间,且一端固定在前盖110的底面112上,另一端抵接于软性电路板140的表面。其中,弹性件150的材质为软性泡棉。在其他实施方式中,如图2所示,本发明实施方式中的弹性件也可以为弹簧250或其他满足设计需求的具有弹性的材料。
在本实施方式中,弹性件150与软性电路板140相抵接触,通过其自身具有的弹性改变其自身的收缩,有效控制软性电路板140的弯折形状,进而保护软性电路板140不受重复弯折影响,避免其内部线路产生断裂。
值得注意的是,尽管前文以显示模组130为侧入式的液晶显示模组为例进行说明,然而,本发明的弹性件150不仅适用于具有液晶显示模组的液晶显示装置,而且适用于具有软性电路板的其他类型的显示装置。
基于弹性件的上述工作原理,应理解,在本发明实施方式中,弹性件的设置还有其他实施方式,例如:
图3是本发明显示装置第三实施方式的局部示意图。参阅图3,本实施方式与图1或图2所示实施方式相比,不同之处在于,弹性件350包括第一弹性体351、第二弹性体352,第一弹性体351与第二弹性体352间隔设置于显示装置的前盖的顶部的底面上,且第一弹性体351与第二弹性体352的设置高度相同。
本实施方式显示装置的弹性件350在前盖的主体部与显示模组的间隔距离较长时,能够更加有效的控制软性电路板340的弯折形状,使其不受重复弯折影响,避免其内部线路产生断裂。
需要说明的是,在其他实施方式中,弹性件350设置弹性体的数量可以根据实施需要进行设置,并不仅限于图中所示的两个。
图4是本发明显示装置第四实施方式的局部示意图。参阅图4,本实施方式与图3所示实施方式相比,不同之处在于,弹性件450的第一弹性体451、第二弹性体452的设置高度不相同,即沿着靠近显示装置的显示模组的方向(图1中箭头所示方向),第一弹性体451和第二弹性体452的设置高度逐渐减小,呈阶梯状排布设置。
结合图4所示实施方式,容易理解,在如图5所示的另一实施方式中还可以设置弹性件550的第一弹性体551和第二弹性体552的设置高度不相同,沿着靠近显示装置的显示模组的方向(图1中箭头所示方向),第一弹性体551和第二弹性体552的设置高度逐渐增大,呈阶梯状排布设置。
参阅图6,图6是本发明显示装置第六实施方式的局部示意图。在本实施方式中,弹性件650包括依次间隔设置的第一弹性体651、第二弹性体652和第三弹性体653。
其中,第一弹性体651和第三弹性体653的设置高度相同,第二弹性体652的设置高度小于第一弹性体651或第三弹性体653的设置高度。
参阅图7,图7是本发明显示装置第七实施方式的局部示意图。在本实施方式中,弹性件750包括依次间隔设置的第一弹性体751、第二弹性体752和第三弹性体753。
其中,第一弹性体751和第三弹性体753的设置高度相同,第二弹性体752的设置高度大于第一弹性体751或第三弹性体753的设置高度。
图4、图5、图6和图7所示的弹性件的工作原理与上述实施方式相同,此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明设计在一体机显示装置的前盖增加与软性电路板相抵接触的弹性件,利用弹性件自身具有的弹性改变其收缩状态,从而有效控制软性电路板的弯折形状,保护软性电路板不受重复弯折影响,避免其内部电路产生断裂,且成本较低。
在本发明的其他实施方式中,本领域技术人员完全可以在不付出创造性劳动的前提下对弹性件的位置以及弹性体的设置数量进行互换或其他变化,只需使得弹性件一端固定在前盖的顶部的底面上,另一端抵接于软性电路板的表面,有效控制软性电路板的弯折形状,进而使得软性电路板的内部线路不产生断裂即可实现本发明之目的,并不局限于图1-图7所示的实施方式。

  1. 一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括前盖、后盖、设置于所述前盖和所述后盖之间的显示模组和软性电路板,其中:
