- the package box used is a square structure, which is usually made of a foamed material such as EPP (polypropylene plastic foamed material) or EPO (from 30% polyethylene and 70% polyphenylene). Made of a copolymer foam material composed of ethylene.
- the inner side of the box is made up of a number of uneven grooves to provide a cushioning effect during transportation or transfer.
- the bottom of the box ⁇ forms a block-like support, and the bottom surface generally includes four or eight support blocks, and the bottom surface has a certain thickness to play the role of shock absorption during transportation or transportation.
- the liquid crystal panel 2' Before transporting or transporting, the liquid crystal panel 2' is first placed in the package box, as shown in Fig. 5, the liquid crystal panel 2' is placed in the package box by lamination, and then packaged and transported.
- the foamed materials of EPP or EPO may expand or contract with the change of the ambient temperature
- the temperature of the package is relatively high, and the temperature is relatively low.
- B-inch due to the cold shrinkage of the EPP or EPO foaming material, causes the size of the package box to shrink as the ambient temperature changes, and the inner diameter size becomes smaller.
- a technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal panel package device which can fix a liquid crystal panel well during transportation and which can be easily taken out when it is necessary to take out the liquid crystal panel.
- a technical solution to this problem is to provide a liquid crystal panel package device having the following structure, including a square case for accommodating a liquid crystal panel, wherein one of the inner sides of the square case has an upper end opening larger than the lower end Tilting direction a sloped surface, a detachable member is disposed on an inner side surface of the square box opposite to the inclined inner side surface;
- the detachable member is configured to: after the detachable member is mounted, the detachable member protrudes toward the side 1 of the inclined inner side to realize fixing of the liquid crystal panel to be transported; after the detachable member is removed, The upper end opening of the square case becomes large, which is advantageous for the removal of the liquid crystal panel.
- the liquid crystal panel package device of the present invention has the following advantages as compared with the prior art. Inside the case, a detachable member is then mounted, and the detachable member is attached to protrude from the opposite inner side surface, so that the effective movable distance of the liquid crystal panel between the opposite side faces is shortened.
- the opposite sides of the liquid crystal panel abut against the inclined inner side surface and the surface of the detachable member due to the presence of the protruding detachable member, thereby realizing the fixing of the liquid crystal panel.
- the detachable member is first removed. In this case, even if the square case is cooled and contracted, the ffi is removed from the detachable member, so that the square case body is provided with a smaller size than the liquid crystal panel. Large containment space. In particular, when the liquid crystal panel is taken out from above, the upper end opening becomes large due to the presence of the inclined inner side surface, so that the liquid crystal panel can be easily taken out.
- the angle of inclination of the inwardly facing surface of the detachable member after being mounted on the opposite inner side thereof toward the side of the liquid crystal panel is not less than the angle of inclination of the inclined inner side surface. Since the inclination angle of the introversion surface of the detachable member after installation is not less than the inclination angle of the inclined inner side surface, the detachable member and the inclined inner side surface can better prevent the liquid crystal panel from moving in the transportation direction and the axial direction. The window is moved, so that it can function to better fix the liquid crystal panel.
- the inclination angle of the inner inclined surface and the inclination angle of the inclined inner side surface are all in the range of 90°, otherwise the inconvenience may be caused to the loading of the liquid crystal panel.
- the inclination angle of the introversion plane and the inclination angle of the inclined inner side surface cannot be set too small, for example, less than 10°, which causes the effect and effect to be inconspicuous.
- the introverted surface formed after the detachable member is mounted is parallel to the inclined inner side surface. That is, the slanting angle of the sloping surface of the detachable member is equal to the inclination angle of the inclined inner side surface.
- the inclined inner side surface forms an angle of 15° to 45° with the longitudinal direction of the square box body, and the inner inclined surface of the detachable member after installation and the longitudinal direction of the square box body
- the angle formed is! 5 ° ⁇ 45 °.
- the angle is too small, and the ease of taking out the liquid crystal panel is less noticeable when the square case is cooled and contracted.
- the angle is too large, for example, greater than 60°.
- the bottom portion needs to be thick, so that the number of liquid crystal panels that can be placed is reduced, thereby lowering the liquid crystal.
- Panel transportation or turnover efficiency In the range of 15 ° ⁇ 45 °, after the detachable parts are removed, the accommodation space in the square box is relatively large, and the liquid crystal panel can be conveniently taken out while ensuring Certain transportation efficiency.

Description
的斜面, 与所述倾斜的内侧面相对的方形箱体的内侧面上设有可拆卸件;
