慢煮锅采用不直接对内锅进行加热,而是将加热装置与内锅间距设置,然后通过空气传热来加热烹制锅内食物,此种技术手段能够满足此种烹制食物的需求。
但是现有的慢煮锅,烹制食物时,检测温度的装置设在锅底加热的位置,并不能对锅内的温度进行检测,从而造成温度监控不精确,另外加热装置无法对内锅进行预热,从而造成加热的时间过长或为了提高加热速度,便需要增加加热装置的功率,从而造成电能消耗大的问题。另外,不同的食物对温度的要求也不相同,现有的慢煮锅也不能有效的进行调整。

具体地,所述安装座位于所述内锅底部侧边缘处的位置设有供所述压杆穿过的压杆座,所述压杆座内设压杆弹簧,所述压杆穿过所述压杆弹簧,一端抵顶于所述内锅的底部,另一端抵顶于所述翘板的端头。
进一步地,所述压杆抵顶于所述内锅底部的一端还套设有压杆帽,所述解锁组件设置于所述压杆抵顶于所述翘板的一端处。
具体地,所述解锁组件包括滑块、电磁铁和设置在所述电磁铁内的顶杆,所述压杆的一端抵顶在所述滑块上,所述电磁铁设置在所述滑块侧面的所述安装座上,所述翘板上开设有用于容纳所述滑块的安装孔,所述安装孔内架设有安装轴,所述滑块滑动套设在所述安装轴上,所述滑块上开设有与所述压杆的一端相对应的解锁缺口,所述滑块和所述安装孔内侧壁之间的所述安装轴上套设有复位弹簧。
具体地,所述温度检测组件可拆卸式设置在所述内锅的内侧壁上,包括温度传感器和用于固定所述温度传感器的插座,所述插座固定安装在所述内锅的内侧壁上,所述温度传感器的一端活动插设在所述插座内,另一端连接有用于挂扣在所述内锅边沿处的挂钩,所述温度传感器与所述控制电路组件电连接。
具体地,所述内锅为方形锅,所述安装座上其中的一对角布置有所述杠杆组件,另一对角布置有用于支撑所述内锅的支撑脚。
有益效果
本发明提供的一种慢煮锅,通过在内锅中设置温度检测组件,能够直接对内锅中的温度进行检测,温度检测准确,从而提高了对温度控制的精度。同时,设置在内锅底部的加热装置为可升降式,实现了能够直接对内锅进行预热,提高了食物烹制的效率,节能环保;而且,通过调节加热装置与内锅底部之间的传热距离,实现对传入内锅底部的热量进行调节,满足了不同烹饪时间的需求,功能全面。本发明提供的慢煮锅,能耗低,温控精准,有效地保留了食物的营养成分,而且烹饪效率高,烹制的食物鲜嫩,口感好,给使用带来了方便。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图4所示,本发明实施例提供的一种慢煮锅,用于食物的加热烹制,包括壳体1000,壳体1000内设置有控制电路组件(图中未示出)和用于盛装食物的内锅2000,内锅2000可取方式设置在壳体1000内,以方便内锅2000的清洗和使用。内锅2000的侧壁上设置于用于检测温度的温度检测组件3000,内锅2000的底部设置有与壳体1000连接的安装座4000,用于支撑安装加热装置,安装座 4000上设置有可升降的加热装置5000,加热装置5000包括加热组件5100和可驱使加热组件5100升降的升降机构5200,以实现调整加热组件5100对内锅2000 进行加热的距离,满足不同烹饪时间的需求。
具体地,如图1至图4所示,在实际使用过程中,加热组件5100通电后产生热量,对内锅2000进行加热烹煮食物,加热组件5100在控制电路组件的控制下,能够使内锅2000的温度保持在设定的温度范围,从而确保食物是在设定的温度范围内进行烹煮,满足慢煮锅在较低温度下(30℃~95℃)烹制食物的功能。为了能够对内锅2000的温度进行精准的控制,将用于检测温度的温度检测组件3000直接设置在内锅2000的内侧壁上,从而能够直接检测内锅2000在烹煮食物时的温度,进而能够对烹煮食物的温度进行准确控制,防止温度过高或者过低而影响食物烹制的质量,确保了食物烹制的质量。克服了传统的慢煮锅将温度检测装置设在锅底加热的位置,从而造成温度监控不准确的缺陷。同时,加热组件 5100通过升降机构5200可升降式的设置在内锅2000的底部,这样,在烹制食物时,通过升降机构5200,可以先使加热组件5100直接贴附在内锅2000的底部对内锅2000进行预热,使内锅2000能快速达到设定的预热温度,而当温度检测组件 3000检测到内锅2000的温度达到了设定的预热温度时,通过控制电路组件的控制,驱使升降机构5200工作,使加热组件5100的位置发生变动,不再贴附于内锅 2000的底部,处在与内锅2000的底部间隔一段距离的位置,然后通过空气的传导来对内锅2000进行慢速加热,确保内锅2000中的食物是在设定的较低温度下进行烹制的,保留了食物的营养成份和鲜嫩的口感。而且加热组件5100与内锅2000底部的位置距离可以根据需要烹制的时间需求来调整,位于不同的位置,以最终实现对加热速度快慢的控制。通过这样的设置,内锅2000温度控制精准,升降机构5200的设置提高了内锅2000预热的效率,无需增加加热组件5100的功率即可快速升温至设定的值,热能利用率高,节能环保。
本实用新型提供的慢煮锅,通过在内锅2000的侧壁上设置有温度检测组件3000,能够直接检测烹制时内锅2000中的温度,提高了温度监控的准确度,从而确保了食物烹制的质量。而且通过设置可升降的加热装置5000,能够直接对内锅 2000进行预热,节省了加热的时间,提高了食物烹制的效率,也降低了电能的消耗,节能环保。
具体地,如图1和图5所示,加热组件5100包括自上而下依次层叠设置的发热件5110、隔热板5120和支架5130,发热件5110通过支撑片5140设置在隔热板5120上,且与控制电路组件电连接,隔热板5120和支架5130之间设置有自动找正机构5300。隔热板5120由低导热、高熔点、不易燃的材料制成,在支架5130和发热件5110之间设置有隔热板5120,以防止发热件5110产生的热量破坏支架5130的支撑强度。发热件5110由支撑片5140架设在隔热板5120上,没有与隔热板5120直接接触,进一步降低了传导至隔热板5120上热量。在预热内锅2000时,发热件5110是直接贴设在内锅2000的底部,因此,为了确保发热件5110的上端面能够很好的贴合于内锅2000的底部,便在隔热板5120和支架5130之间设置有自动找正机构5300,通过自动找正机构5300,在内锅2000在放置好之后,能够驱使发热件5110自动找准贴合于内锅2000底部的角度,使发热件5110能够与内锅2000底部很好贴合,热量传导效率高,避免了加热温度不均匀的问题发生。
具体地,发热件5110由一根或多根呈盘卷状或迂回弯曲状或并排设置的发热管组成;或者,发热件5110为一发热板。通过这样的设置,形成一个平整的发热面,使内锅2000的底部能够均匀受热,防止出现局部温度过高的问题。在本实施例中,发热件5110为呈盘卷状的发热管,其生产制造方便,生产成本低,使用寿命长。
具体地,如图1和图5所示,自动找正机构5300包括设置在支架5130上的导轴 5310和设置在隔热板5120上供导轴5310穿过的通孔(图中未标示),导轴5310上套设有弹簧5320,且一端穿过通孔,导轴5310穿过通孔的一端连接有螺母5330。通过这样的设置,在弹簧5320的弹性支撑,并在导轴5310的导向限位作用下,隔热板5120能在一定范围内上下、左右摆动,自动调整位置,使发热件 5110能够很好的贴合与内锅2000的底部,同时,在弹簧5320弹力的作用下,能够驱使发热件5110始终贴合在内锅2000的底面,确保了导热的效率。
具体地,驱使加热组件5100升降的升降机构5200可以是齿轮齿条机构,或是链轮链条机构,或是滑轮滑绳机构等。而在本实施例中,如图1至图3所示,升降机构5200包括杠杆组件5210和解锁组件5220,杠杆组件5210设置有两组且呈对角布置在安装座4000上,解锁组件5220相应设置有两组。杠杆组件5210能够实现支撑发热件5110,使发热件5110在预热工作时,贴合在内锅2000的底部,直接对内锅2000进行加热,而解锁组件5220能够在达到设定的预热温度时作用于杠杆组件5210,使杠杆组件5210工作,让发热件5110与内锅2000的底面分离,不再贴合。将杠杆组件5210设置有两组、且呈对角布置在安装座4000上,使加热组件5100能够受力平衡,驱使加热组件5100可靠的升降,不会发生卡死的问题,功能可靠性高。而由于杠杆组件5210设置有两组,那么解锁组件5220也对应的设置有两组,确保两个杠杆组件5210工作的一致性。
具体地,如图1至图6所示,杠杆组件5210包括翘板5211、支撑轴5212、压杆 5213、设置在安装座4000上的支撑耳5214和相对设置在支架5130底部上的连接耳 5215,翘板5211的一端和中部位置分别设置有第一轴孔5216和第二轴孔5217,第一轴孔5216内穿设有转轴6000,转轴6000的两端穿设在连接耳5215上,支撑轴5212穿过第二轴孔5217,两端架设在支撑耳5214上,压杆5213的一端抵顶于翘板5211的另一端,压杆5213的另一端抵顶在内锅2000的底部。通过这样的设置,以支撑轴5212为转动支点,当将内锅2000放置好之后,其底部便会下压压杆5213,而由于压杆5213的另一端是抵顶在翘板5211的一端上的,因而便会同样下压翘板5211,这样,以位于翘板5211中部的支撑轴5212为转动支点,翘板5211的另一端往上翘,从而使通过转轴6000与翘板5211这一端连接的支架5130往上升,进而实现了使发热件5110与内锅2000底部贴合的功能。结构设计巧妙,可靠性高。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,安装座4000位于内锅2000底部侧边缘处的位置设有供压杆5213穿过的压杆座7100,压杆座7100内设压杆弹簧7200,压杆5213穿过压杆弹簧7200,一端抵顶于内锅2000的底部,另一端抵顶于翘板5211的端头。在没有放置内锅2000时,压杆5213的一端是没有抵顶在翘板5211上,因而在压杆座7100内设置有压杆弹簧7200,以驱动压杆5213上下伸缩,使压杆5213能够自动复位,满足其驱动翘板5211一端翘起的使用功能。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,压杆5213抵顶于内锅2000底部的一端还套设有压杆帽7300,解锁组件5220设置于压杆5213抵顶于翘板5211的一端处。设置有压杆帽7300,增大了顶杆与内锅2000底部的接触面积,防止压杆5213直接与内锅 2000底部接触时将内锅2000底部划伤的风险。而解锁组件5220设置于压杆5213抵顶于翘板5211的一端处,解锁容易,达到最佳的解锁效果。
具体地,如图1至图6所示,解锁组件5220包括滑块5221、电磁铁5222和设置在电磁铁5222内的顶杆5223,压杆5213的一端抵顶在滑块5221上,电磁铁5222设置在滑块5221侧面的安装座4000上,翘板5211上开设有用于容纳滑块5221的安装孔5224,安装孔5224内架设有安装轴5225,滑块5221滑动套设在安装轴5225上,滑块5221上开设有与压杆5213的一端相对应的解锁缺口5226,滑块5221和安装孔5224内侧壁之间的安装轴5225上套设有复位弹簧5227。滑块5221能在安装轴5225上自由滑动,这样,在将支架5130翘起,使发热件5110贴附在内部底部时,压杆5213是抵顶在滑块5221上的,而当内锅2000的温度达到设定的预热温度时,便需要解锁,这时,电磁铁5222通电使设置在其内的顶杆5223伸出,推动滑块5221滑动,当滑动至压杆5213掉到滑块5221上的解锁缺口5226内时,此时已也没有作用力来支撑支架5130翘起,从而整个加热组件5100在自身的重力作用下掉落,使发热件5110与内锅2000底部分离,达到解锁的目的。而滑块 5221在滑动时,可以是压缩复位弹簧5227,也可以是拉伸复位弹簧5227,在将内锅2000取出后,压杆5213在压杆弹簧7200的驱使下复位,一端不再位于解锁缺口5226内,此时滑块5221便能在复位弹簧5227的作用下复位到初始状态,以便准备进行下一次的工作。
具体地,如图2和图4所示,温度检测组件3000可拆卸式设置在内锅2000的内侧壁上,包括温度传感器3100和用于固定温度传感器3100的插座3200,插座3200固定安装在内锅2000的内侧壁上,温度传感器3100的一端活动插设在插座3200内,另一端连接有用于挂扣在内锅2000边沿处的挂钩3300,温度传感器3100与控制电路组件电连接。采用插座3200固定传感器的一端方式,从而使温度传感器3100是以平行内锅2000侧壁的方式悬置在内锅2000中的,没有与内锅2000的侧壁相贴,确保了温度检测的准确性。同时采用挂钩3300将温度传感器3100挂扣在内锅2000的边沿位置,便于温度传感器3100的安装,也便于在清洗内锅2000时将温度传感器3100取出清洗,这样设置,不仅保证了温度检测的准确性,还提高了清洗内锅2000的方便性。温度传感器3100与控制电路组件之间的电连接,可以是通过导线连接,也可以是无线连接,可根据具体的使用要求来选择。
具体地,在本实施例中,内锅2000为方形锅,安装座4000其中的一对角布置有杠杆组件5210,另一对角布置有用于支撑内锅2000的支撑脚(图中未示出)。在安装座4000的另一对角设置有支撑脚,从而保证了内锅2000在放置好之后的稳定性,而且两支撑脚也是可弹性伸缩的形式,这样在安放内锅2000时,两支撑脚和两压杆5213形成一个平整的支撑面,确保支撑内锅2000稳定性,而且,可弹性伸缩的支撑脚,在放置内锅2000时起到了缓冲的作用,防止硬性碰撞,使用更安全。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种慢煮锅,用于食物的加热烹制,包括壳体,所述壳体内设置有控制电路组件和用于盛装食物的内锅,所述内锅可取放式设置在所述壳体内,其特征在于,所述内锅的侧壁上设置于用于检测温度的温度检测组件,所述内锅的底部设置有与所述壳体连接的安装座,所述安装座上设置有可升降的加热装置,所述加热装置包括加热组件和可使所述加热组件升降的升降机构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述加热组件包括自上而下依次层叠设置的发热件、隔热板和支架,所述发热件通过支撑片设置在所述隔热板上,且与所述控制电路组件电连接,所述隔热板和所述支架之间设置有自动找正机构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述自动找正机构包括设置在支架上的导轴和设置在隔热板上供所述导轴穿过的通孔,所述导轴上套设有弹簧,且一端穿过所述通孔,所述导轴穿过所述通孔的一端连接有螺母。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述发热件由一根或多根呈盘卷状或迂回弯曲状或并排设置的发热管组成;或者,所述发热件为一发热板。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括杠杆组件和解锁组件,所述杠杆组件设置有两组且呈对角布置在所述安装座上,所述解锁组件相应设置有两组。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述杠杆组件包括翘板、支撑轴、压杆、设置在所述安装座上的支撑耳和相对设置在所述支架底部上的连接耳,所述翘板的一端和中部位置分别设置有第一轴孔和第二轴孔,所述第一轴孔内穿设有转轴,所述转轴的两端穿设在所述连接耳上,所述支撑轴穿过所述第二轴孔,两端架设在所述支撑耳上,所述压杆的一端抵顶于所述翘板的另一端,所述压杆的另一端抵顶在所述内锅的底部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述安装座位于所述内锅底部侧边缘处的位置设有供所述压杆穿过的压杆座,所述压杆座内设压杆弹簧,所述压杆穿过所述压杆弹簧,一端抵顶于所述内锅的底部,另一端抵顶于所述翘板的端头。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述压杆抵顶于所述内锅底部的一端还套设有压杆帽,所述解锁组件设置于所述压杆抵顶于所述翘板的一端处。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述解锁组件包括滑块、电磁铁和设置在所述电磁铁内的顶杆,所述压杆的一端抵顶在所述滑块上,所述电磁铁设置在所述滑块侧面的所述安装座上,所述翘板上开设有用于容纳所述滑块的安装孔,所述安装孔内架设有安装轴,所述滑块滑动套设在所述安装轴上,所述滑块上开设有与所述压杆的一端相对应的解锁缺口,所述滑块和所述安装孔内侧壁之间的所述安装轴上套设有复位弹簧。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述温度检测组件可拆卸式设置在所述内锅的内侧壁上,包括温度传感器和用于固定所述温度传感器的插座,所述插座固定安装在所述内锅的内侧壁上,所述温度传感器的一端活动插设在所述插座内,另一端连接有用于挂扣在所述内锅边沿处的挂钩,所述温度传感器与所述控制电路组件电连接。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的慢煮锅,其特征在于,所述内锅为方形锅,所述安装座上其中的一对角布置有所述杠杆组件,另一对角布置有用于支撑所述内锅的支撑脚。
