本发明提供的一种食物烘烤机,通过采用相对设置且材质透明的发热件来形成烘烤食物的烘烤腔,这样能够实时查看食物烘制的程度,而且发热件中的微晶玻璃发热板发热迅速、发热点分布均匀,确保了食物烘烤受热的均匀性,避免出现局部烤糊的问题,并且发热件可以拆卸,提高了清洗的便捷性。另外,通过设置有升降机构,便于食物的取放,升降机构驱动支架组件升降运动平稳,不会突动,故障率低,而且使用寿命长,提高了食物烘烤机使用的可靠性。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供的一种食物烘烤机,用于食物的烘烤制作(如用于烘烤面包、三明治、肉扒等食物),包括底座100和设置在底座100内的控制电路组件(图中未示出),底座100上可拆卸设置有用于烘烤食物的烘烤组件300,通过将烘烤组件300设置成为可拆卸式,这样可以将整个烘烤组件300从底座100上拆下来清洗,提高了清洗的便捷性。烘烤组件300包括两相对设置、可形成烘烤腔200的透明的发热件310,发热件310包括玻璃基板311和设置在玻璃基板311上的微晶玻璃发热板312。微晶玻璃发热板312在通电后能够迅速发热,并且整个面板上各点的温度相同,这样食物在烘烤过程中受到相同温度的烘制,确保了食物能够受热均匀,不会出现局部烤糊,克服了现有的烘烤机由于采用电阻丝或发热管来加热食物而造成局部烧糊的问题。食物在烘烤腔200内烘烤时,为了便于食物的取放,便在烘烤腔200内设置有用于放置待烘烤食物的支架组件400,另外烘烤腔200内还设置有用于检测温度的温度传感器500,以对烘烤的温度进行实时监控,确保烘烤的温度处在合适的范围。微晶玻璃发热板 312和温度传感器500均与控制电路组件电连接,通过控制电路组件的控制处理,使整个食物烘烤机能够稳定、可靠的实现其烘烤的功能。另外,底座100内设置有用于调节支架组件400升降的升降机构600,升降机构600能够平稳的驱动支架组件400,保证了支架组件400上食物的平稳性,不会突动,运动噪音低,使用可靠高,克服了传统的食物烘烤机采用突然将食物弹出的方式而存在噪音高以及易发生故障的问题。
本发明提供的食物烘烤机,用于烘烤食物的烘烤组件300采用材质透明的玻璃基板311和微晶玻璃发热板312组成,不仅能够均匀的烘烤食物,而且整体透明,提升整个食物烘烤机的档次,同时能够实时监控到食物的烘烤程度,可烘烤出不同程度的食物,满足了不同的需求。并且,整个烘烤组件300能够拆卸,便于清洗。同时,设置在烘烤腔200内的支架组件400在升降机构600的驱动下,能够平稳地升降,方便食物的取放。升降机构600驱动平稳可靠,故障率低,提高了食物烘烤机使用的可靠性。
具体地,如图2和图8所示,玻璃基板311的外侧周边设置有固定边框313,玻璃基板311与固定边框313之间设置有密封构件314。由于玻璃基板311是钢化玻璃材质,因此在其四周设置固定边框313,不仅起到了美观的作用,而且也可为玻璃基板311提供保护,防止意外情况下直接碰撞玻璃基板311。另外,在玻璃基板311和固定边框313之间设置有密封构件314,将两者之间的缝隙密封,防止在烘烤时油的渗入或者在清洗时水的渗入,清洗更方便。
具体地,如图1、图2和图7所示,底座100设置有用于调控烘烤腔200大小的调节机构700。由于在实际使用过程中,食物的大小、厚度不一,因此通过设置有调节机构700来调整烘烤腔200的大小,以满足不同大小食物的烘烤要求。同时还可以通过调整,使两发热件310紧贴待烘烤食物的表面,直接对食物进行加热,提高了烘烤的效率,节省了电能的消耗。调节机构700包括滑动座710、导轨 720、调节电机730和调节齿条740。在本实施例中,滑动座710为板状构件,导轨720分别设置在位于滑动座710两端的底座100上,滑动座710通过滑套750滑动设置在导轨720上,调节齿条740固定设置在底座100上,且位于滑动座710侧面中部的垂直方向,调节电机730和其中一发热件310均设置在滑动座710上,调节电机730的转轴连接有第一传动齿轮(图中未示出),第一传动齿轮与调节齿条 740啮合。通过这样的设置,由于调节齿条740是固定不动的,位置不可变动,而调节电机730设置在位置可移动的滑动座710上,因此当调节电机730转动时,第一传动齿轮通过与调节齿条740啮合产生驱动力,使滑动座710在驱动力的作用下沿着导轨720移动,而由于其中的一个发热件310是设置在滑动座710上的,因此当滑动座710在移动时,便能带动其上的发热件310移动,从而实现了调整烘烤腔200大小的目的。另外,调节电机730还电连接有行程传感器(图中未示出),能够自动控制滑动座710移动的最大行,自动化程度高。本实施例中,将调节齿条740固定设置在底座100上、且位于滑动座710侧面中部的垂直方向,这样确保了滑动座710受力的平衡性,滑动座710能够平稳移动,避免出现卡死的现象。
具体地,如图1、图2和图7所示,两发热件310均分别可拆卸插设在底座100和滑动座710上,且其中一发热件310与底座100以及另一发热件310与滑动座710之间均设置有用于安装固定发热件310的锁紧机构800。通过将两发热件310分别可拆卸式插设在底座100和滑动座710上,这样在清洗时可以将发热件310拆下清洗,提高了清洗的方便性。并且,设置有锁紧机构800,用于在发热件310安装好之后能够将相应的发热件310锁紧固定,防止在使用过程中出现松动。同时,发热件310是采用插头的形式与控制电路组件电连接的,因此设置的锁紧机构800还能起到固定两者间电连接的作用,保证了两者间电连接的可靠性。另外,在本实施中,每个发热件310的两侧都设置有锁紧机构800,进一步确保了发热件 310安装固定的稳定性。
具体地,如图1至图10所示,锁紧机构800包括分别设置在底座100以及滑动座 710内的活动锁座810和设置在玻璃基板311两侧边的固定边框313内的活动顶杆 820,活动锁座810设置有锁舌830和连接有驱动弹簧840,玻璃基板311底部处的固定边框313上设置有与锁舌830配合的缺口850,锁舌830卡设于缺口850内,活动顶杆820的底端以及活动锁座810上相应的设置有导向斜面860,固定边框313上还设置有用于驱动活动顶杆820运动以用于解锁的把手870。把手870在不需要解锁时是折合在侧面的固定边框313内,与固定边框313的表面齐平。通过这样的设置,在安装发热件310时,随着发热件310的插入,发热件310底部位置的固定边框313逐渐挤压锁舌830,进而使活动锁座810移动挤压驱动弹簧840,当移动到锁舌830对准缺口850的位置时,被压缩的驱动弹簧840推动活动锁座810复位,使锁舌830卡入到缺口850内实现挂扣固定。而当需要解锁时,通过翻折把手870,把手870的一端头挤压活动顶杆820,使活动顶杆820往下移动,此时活动顶杆820的底端开始挤压活动锁座810,而由于活动顶杆820的底端以及活动锁座810上相应的设置有导向斜面860,因此,活动顶杆820在挤压活动锁座810时,通过导向斜面860的导向作用,活动锁座810移动挤压驱动弹簧840,从而使锁舌830从缺口850中退出,最后便实现了解锁的功能,解锁方便、快捷。而在下一次的安装过程中,就能使活动顶杆820实现自动复位,以便进行下一次的解锁。
进一步地,如图2所示,发热件310还包括设置在玻璃基板311外侧面且可翻转的玻璃挡板315,玻璃挡板315与固定边框313之间设置有防震固定组件900。由于发热件310在通电后会产生高温,为避免意外碰触到玻璃基板311而发生烫伤,便在玻璃基板311的外侧面设置有玻璃挡板315,将玻璃基板311隔离,从而保证了使用时的安全性。并且,玻璃挡板315还能起到保温的作用。另外,为了便于清洗,将玻璃挡板315设置成可翻转式,从而提高了清洗的方便性。而由于玻璃挡板315是属于比较易碎的构件,为防止在翻转时挡板玻璃与固定边框313发生硬性碰撞,便在玻璃挡板315与固定边框313之间设置有防震固定组件900,通过防震固定组件900的缓冲作用,从而确保了翻转玻璃挡板315的安全性。
具体地,防震组件900可以是弹簧组件,或是橡胶组件。在本实施例中,如图2和图9所示,防震固定组件900包括吸磁片910和磁铁920,磁铁920套设有胶套 930,吸磁片910设置在玻璃挡板315内侧壁的边角处,磁铁920和胶套930相对应设置在固定边框313上。通过这样的设置,磁铁920与吸磁片910吸合时,玻璃挡板315不会晃动,保持玻璃挡板315折合的稳定性。并且,套设在磁铁920外的胶套930则起到了减震缓冲的作用,从而避免硬性碰撞,确保了玻璃挡板315翻转的安全性。
具体地,如图1至图5所示,支架组件400包括横梁410、支撑杆420和设置在横梁410上的可弹性伸缩的支架组430,支撑杆420一端转动连接在横梁410上,另一端与升降机构600连接,支撑杆420还转动连接有用于引导支撑杆420滑动升降的导向杆440。这样,支撑杆420以导向杆440为支点,而升降机构600为能够提供往复水平移动的机构,其能够驱使支撑杆420与其连接的那一端水平移动,而这样,便使支撑杆420在导向杆440的支撑下,另一端逐渐往上翘起抬升或是下沉降落,从而实现横梁410的升降。横梁410的降落能够带动支架组430降落,从而实现了放置在支架组430上的食物的升降。整个运动过程中,升降机构600以匀速来驱动支架组430的升降,驱动平稳,运行噪音低,不会突动,使用寿命长,提高了整个食物烘烤机使用的可靠性。而将支架组430设置成可弹性伸缩的结构形式,可以张开或收缩,这样,在调整烘烤腔200的大小时能够依靠相应玻璃基板311的挤压来支架组430,使支架组430两端都紧贴在相应的玻璃基板311上,从而能够可靠的支撑食物,避免掉落。
具体地,如图2至图5所示,支架组430由多根支架片431组成,各支架片431的一端与横梁410转动连接、且各支架片431与横梁410之间设置有复位弹簧432,另一端悬空,各支架片431两两交叉叠设,且中部位置通过连接片433铰接相连。通过将各支架片431两两交叉叠设,然后通过连接片433铰接,串联成为一个整体,这样在复位弹簧432的作用力下能够同时张开,而在发热件310挤压时可以同时收缩,各支架片431收缩自如,能够可靠的支撑食物,给使用带来了方便。在本实施例中,只在其中一根支架片431与横梁410之间设置有复位弹簧432,同样能够满足使用要求。
具体地,如图3和图7所示,升降机构600包括升降电机610和滑动齿条620,升降电机610固定在底座100上,升降电机610的输出轴连接有第二传动齿轮630,第二传动齿轮630与滑动齿条620啮合,支撑杆420与滑动齿条620转动连接。升降电机610通电后能够在相应控制程序的作用下正转或反转,从而通过第二传动齿轮630的传动,驱动滑动齿条620往复水平运动,而支撑杆420的一端转动连接在滑动齿条620上,这样在滑动齿条620运动时,便实现了整个支架组430的升降。升降电机610通过第二齿条传动与滑动齿条620的啮合传动,升降平稳,可靠性高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食物烘烤机,用于食物的烘烤制作,包括底座和设置在所述底座内的控制电路组件,其特征在于,所述底座上可拆卸设置有用于烘烤食物的烘烤组件,所述烘烤组件包括两相对设置、可形成烘烤腔的透明的发热件,所述发热件包括透明的玻璃基板和设置在所述玻璃基板上的微晶玻璃发热板,所述烘烤腔内设置有用于放置待烘烤食物的支架组件和用于检测温度的温度传感器,所述微晶玻璃发热板和所述温度传感器均与所述控制电路组件电连接,所述底座内设置有用于调节所述支架组件升降的升降机构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述玻璃基板的外侧周边设置有固定边框,所述玻璃基板与所述固定边框之间设置有密封构件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述底座设置有用于调控所述烘烤腔大小的调节机构,所述调节机构包括滑动座、导轨、调节电机和调节齿条,所述导轨分别设置在位于所述滑动座两端的所述底座上,所述滑动座通过滑套滑动设置在所述导轨上,所述调节齿条固定设置在所述底座上,所述调节电机和其中一所述发热件均设置在所述滑动座上,所述调节电机的转轴连接有第一传动齿轮,所述第一传动齿轮与所述调节齿条啮合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,两所述发热件分别可拆卸插设在所述底座和所述滑动座上,且其中一所述发热件与所述底座之间以及另一所述发热件与所述滑动座之间均设置有用于安装固定所述发热件的锁紧机构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括分别设置在所述底座以及所述滑动座内的活动锁座和设置在所述玻璃基板两侧边的固定边框内的活动顶杆,所述活动锁座设置有锁舌和连接有驱动弹簧,所述玻璃基板底部处的固定边框上设置有与所述锁舌配合的缺口,所述锁舌卡设于所述缺口内,所述活动顶杆的底端以及所述活动锁座上相应的设置有导向斜面,所述固定边框上还设置有用于驱动所述活动顶杆运动以用于解锁的把手。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述发热件还包括设置在所述玻璃基板外侧面且可翻转的玻璃挡板,所述玻璃挡板与所述固定边框之间设置有防震固定组件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述防震固定组件包括吸磁片和磁铁,所述磁铁套设有胶套,所述吸磁片设置在所述玻璃挡板内侧壁的边角处,所述磁铁和所述胶套相对应设置在所述固定边框上。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述支架组件包括横梁、支撑杆和设置在所述横梁上的可弹性伸缩的支架组,所述支撑杆一端转动连接在所述横梁上,另一端与所述升降机构连接,所述支撑杆还转动连接有用于导引所述支撑杆滑移升降的导向杆。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述支架组由多根支架片组成,各所述支架片的一端与所述横梁转动连接,且各所述支架片与所述横梁之间设置有复位弹簧,另一端悬空,各所述支架片两两交叉叠设,且中部位置通过连接片铰接相连。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的食物烘烤机,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括升降电机和滑动齿条,所述升降电机固定在所述底座上,所述升降电机的输出轴连接有第二传动齿轮,所述第二传动齿轮与所述滑动齿条啮合,所述支撑杆与所述滑动齿条转动连接。
