を有する液体吐出装置。 - 前記モータ制御部は、
前記電動モータに電流を供給するためにオンオフされる複数のスイッチング素子を備えたインバータ回路と、
前記複数のスイッチング素子のオンオフを制御するマイクロコンピュータと、を備え、
前記スイッチ機構は、
電源から前記インバータ回路に至る経路をオンオフする切替スイッチと、
前記ポンプの吐出圧を検出し、その検出結果に基づいて、前記切替スイッチの動作を切り替える圧力検出部と、
を備えている、請求項1に記載の液体吐出装置。 - 前記ポンプの吐出圧の目標値を設定する圧力設定部が設けられ、
前記スイッチ機構は、前記ポンプの吐出圧が第1の所定圧以上になると、前記経路をオフして前記電動モータを停止する、請求項1または2に記載の液体吐出装置。 - 前記スイッチ機構は、前記ポンプから吐出される液体の流路が遮断されている場合に、前記経路をオフして前記電動モータを停止する、請求項3に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記スイッチ機構は、前記ポンプの吐出圧が前記第1の所定圧よりも低い第2の所定圧以下になると、前記経路をオンする、請求項3に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記モータ制御部は、前記ポンプから吐出される液体の流路が開かれている場合に、前記電動モータに電流を供給して前記電動モータを回転させる制御を実行し、かつ、前記ポンプの吐出圧の目標圧に基づいて前記電動モータの回転数を制御する、請求項5に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記目標圧は、前記第2の所定圧よりも低い、請求項6に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 電流が供給されている前記電動モータの負荷を検出する負荷検出部が設けられ、
前記モータ制御部は、前記負荷が所定値以上である場合は前記電動モータを停止させておく制御と、前記負荷が所定値未満である場合は前記電動モータを回転させる制御と、を実行する、請求項6に記載の液体吐出装置。 - 電流が供給されて回転する電動モータと、前記電動モータの回転力で駆動して液体を吸入及び吐出するポンプと、を備えた液体吐出装置であって、
前記ポンプの圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記圧力検出部から入力される信号に基づいて前記電動モータを停止する第1回路部と、
前記電動モータに電流を供給する経路に前記第1回路部とは別に設けられ、前記圧力検出部から入力される信号に基づいて前記電流の経路を遮断して前記電動モータを停止する第2回路部と、
を有する液体吐出装置。 - 前記圧力検出部は、前記ポンプの圧力が所定圧以上になると前記信号を変化させ、
前記第1回路部及び前記第2回路部は、前記圧力検出部の前記信号が変化すると前記電動モータを停止する、請求項9に記載の液体吐出装置。 - 前記第1回路部は、前記電流の経路に設けられ、かつ、前記電動モータに電力を供給するためにオンオフされるスイッチング素子と、前記スイッチング素子のオンオフを制御するマイクロコンピュータと、を備え、
前記第2回路部は、前記電流の経路に設けられた半導体スイッチを備え、
前記電動モータは、前記圧力検出部の前記信号が変化して前記スイッチング素子または前記半導体スイッチの少なくとも一方がオフされて停止する、請求項10に記載の液体吐出装置。 - 前記電流の経路に定格以上の電流が流れた際に前記経路を遮断するヒューズが、前記電流の経路に設けられている、請求項9~11のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出装置。
