由此可见, 上述现有的电子产品外壳在结构与使用上, 显然仍存在有 不便与缺陷, 而亟待加以进一步改进。 为了解决其存在的问题,相关厂商莫 不费尽心思来谋求解决之道,但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成, 而一般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题, 此显然是相关业者急欲 解决的问题。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种导光装饰复合片材及其部件, 其具有 立体的印刷视觉效果, 可以导光发光。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现的。 依据本发明提出的一种 导光装饰复合片材, 其包含具表面四凸结构的透明基板, 至少一侧边缘的 厚度比中间的厚度大, 基板边缘截面呈喇叭口形状; 在透明基板的凹凸结 构面上有印刷层及硬涂层, 在透明基板的另一面具有接着层。

实施例 6: 使用表面具有半球型微结构的模具, 将实施例 1至实施例 4的装饰片材,将硬涂层 4朝向模面,以塑料德固赛压克力树脂 (Degussa 8N) 或丙烯腈、 丁二烯、 苯乙烯共聚物射出成型于接着层 6面, 形成具导光功 能的装饰塑料件。 在单面结构塑料 11的侧面, 选择膜具转印的微结构的高 低差与密度低的一侧, 再将 4 毫米发光二极管(亿光光电股份有限公司, 59-146UTD/TR8)光源 9安置于旁边, 如此便可得到如图 6所示的导光装饰 复合部件。
实施例 7:使用实施例 1至实施例 4的装饰片材, 将接着层 6面外贴, 在依预成型的双面结构塑料 (德固赛压克力树脂 (Degussa 8N)或丙烯腈、丁二 烯、 苯乙烯共聚物)件双面结构塑料 13的侧面, 选择膜具转印的微结构的 高低差与密度低的一侧, 再将 4毫米发光二极管(亿光光电股份有限公司, 59 - 146UTD/TR8)光源 9安置于旁边, 如此便可得到如图 7所示的导光装饰 复合部件。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式 上的限制, 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发 明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利 用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但 凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例 所作的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于包含具表面凹凸结构的透明基 板, 至少一侧边缘的厚度比中间的厚度大, 基板边缘截面呈喇叭口形状; 在透明基板的凹凸结构面上有印刷层及硬涂层, 在透明基板的另一面具有 接着层。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该透明 基板的另一面也具有表面凹凸结构, 凹凸结构的高低差介于 1 微米至 100 微米之间。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该凹凸 结构选自条紋、 菱镜、 半球形、 半圆柱状、 金字塔透镜、 菲涅尔结构或以 上的组合。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该接着 层为热熔胶。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该透明 基板边缘的厚度大于或等于发光二极管的厚度。
6、 一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于包含具表面 Off凸结构的透明基 板, 至少一侧边缘的厚度比中间的厚度大, 基板边缘截面呈喇叭口形状; 在透明基板的凹凸结构面上有印刷层, 在透明基板的另一面具有硬涂层, 在印刷层外有接着层。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该透明 基板的另一面也具有表面凹凸结构, 凹凸结构的高低差介于 1 微米至 100 微米之间。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该凹凸 结构选自条紋、 菱镜、 半球形、 半圆柱状、 金字塔透镜、 菲涅尔结构或以 上的組合。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该接着 层为热熔胶。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种导光装饰复合片材, 其特征在于该透 明基板边缘的厚度大于或等于发光二极管的厚度。
1 1、 一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于利用如权利要求 1 或 6所述 的导光装饰复合片材, 进一步将该硬涂层朝向模面, 以透明塑料射出成型 于接着层, 形成具导光功能的装饰塑料件, 再将发光二极管光源安置于喇 叭口形状透明基板的侧面, 其中凹凸结构的分布密度不规则, 近光源的区 域比远离光源的区域分布稀疏; 其中该接着层与透明基板之间, 进一步包 含耐高温耐热层, 其热变形温度比射出塑料温度高 10摄氏度以上。
12、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于该耐 热层具有局部反射的效果, 其选自半透明材料、 含金属粉、 具金属层或是 高折射率涂层材料的片材。
13、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于该透 明塑料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯腈、 丁二烯、 苯乙烯共聚物, 该耐高温 耐热层为聚碳酸酯、 聚胺酸酯或丙烯腈、 丁二烯、 苯乙烯共聚物。
14、 一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于利用如权利要求 1 或 6所述 的导光装饰复合片材, 进一步将该硬涂层朝向模面, 以透明塑料射出成型 于接着层, 塑料的非接着层面, 由模具转印透镜微结构, 再将发光二极管 光源安置于塑料射出件的侧面, 形成具导光功能的装饰塑料件, 其中模具 转印的透镜微结构的分布密度不规则, 近光源的区域比远离光源的区域分 布稀疏; 其中该接着层与透明基板之间, 进一步包含耐高温耐热层, 其热 变形温度比射出塑料温度高 10摄氏度以上。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于该塑 料射出件的侧面具有透镜微结构。
10、 根据权利要求 14所述的一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于该透 明塑料为聚甲基丙烯酸曱酯或丙烯腈、 丁二烯、 苯乙烯共聚物, 该耐高温 耐热层为聚碳酸酯、 聚胺酸酯或丙烯腈、 丁二烯、 苯乙烯共聚物。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于该塑 料射出件的透镜微结构面上具有反射层, 其选自反光粉、 金属镀膜材料或 是高折射率树脂材料。
18、 一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于利用如权利要求 1 或 6所述 的导光装饰复合片材, 进一步将接着层外贴于透明塑料件上, 形成具导光 功能的装饰塑料件, 再将发光二极管光源安置于喇八口形状透明基板的側 面, 其中凹凸结构的分布密度不规则, 近光源的区域比远离光源的区域分 布稀疏 o
19、 一种导光装饰复合部件, 其特征在于利用如权利要求 1 或 6所述 的导光装饰复合片材, 进一步将接着层外贴于透明塑料件上, 其中该塑料 件的单面或双面具有预成型的透镜微结构, 形成具导光功能的装饰塑料件, 再将发光二极管光源安置于透明塑料件的侧面, 其中透镜微结构的分布密 度不规则, 近光源的区域比远离光源的区域分布稀疏。
20、 一种制作如权利要求 1所述的具表面凹凸结构的透明基板的方法, 其特征在于包括: 将塑料膜, 以一支表面刻有微结构的热滚轮, 温度保持 在塑料膜的软化温度 ±20摄氏度之间, 将微结构转印到塑料膜的一面, 再经 过冷却滚轮降温定型, 随即在已定型的微结构表面涂上一层耐热层, 其软 化温度高于第二支滚轮的设定温度至少 10摄氏度; 第二支滚轮设定温度比 第一支滚轮高 1 0摄氏度至 30摄氏度之间, 以第二支滚轮转印微结构于塑 料膜的另一面。
21、 一种利用如权利要求 20所述的方法所制造的具表面凹凸结构的透 明基板, 其特征在于该微结构, 选自条紋、 菱镜、 半球形、 半圆柱状、 金 字塔透镜、 菲涅尔结构或以上的組合。
