目前,现有技术中一般利用模内装饰技术来制作装饰膜。该技术主要是再承载基板上制作具有所需视觉效果的装饰层,然后将其成型,得到装饰膜。所得到的装饰膜一般包括承载基板、黏着层以及装饰层等结构。其中,装饰层一般为多层结构,其主要是通过在基底上制作图案层来形成。
在实现本申请过程中,申请人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:
现有技术中装饰膜上的装饰层中往往设有用于支撑图案层的基底,这使得所制成的装饰膜比较厚。

图文层30可以包括由聚合物制成的本体31以及嵌设于本体31中的图文结构32,如图4所示。图文结构32与本体31成一体结构。图文结构32的顶面高度可以与本体31的顶面高度相齐平,也可以高于本体31的顶面高度;图文结构32还可以位于本体31内部。
在至少一实施例中,图文结构32可以通过利用具有预设图案的模具压印用于制成本体31的聚合物来形成。压印形成的图文结构32可以为凸起结构,如图1所示。所述凸起结构可以为一个或多个棱镜、微透镜和/或菲涅尔透镜等,但不限于上述形状。图5示出了该装置中图文结构32为菲涅尔透镜的结构示意图。由于图文结构32直接在用于制成本体31的聚合物上压印形成,因而图文结构32和本体31成一体结构。

所述聚合物可以为一种聚合物。该种聚合物均可以是单个聚合物,也可以为由多个不会发生反应的单个聚合物混合成的混合聚合物。所述聚合物的透光率可以大于70%,即所述聚合物为透明颜色或者在视觉上显示透明。所述聚合物可以为现有技术中的热固化树脂和/或光固化树脂,例如UV胶。
所述聚合物可以为两种聚合物。这两种聚合物之间的相邻部位形成有融合部分。所述相邻部位可以是在利用模具挤压这两种聚合物形成容纳结构时,这两种聚合物之间的 接触部位。所述融合部分可以是这两种聚合物按照预设比例融合形成的区域。所述预设比例可以是N:M,其中N和M分别为融合部分中这两种聚合物的含量,其取值均可以为0~100%,但不包括0和100%。因此,本体和容纳结构可以视为一体结构,在本体和容纳结构之间不会存在分界面,或者该图文层的截面上不存在明显的层与层的分界线或者所呈现的分界线为规则整齐的分界线。
所述填充物可以为与所述聚合物对光存在折射率差异的材料,包括着色材料、染色材料、金属材料或导电材料等,例如油墨。需要说明的是,所述填充物的颜色可以与所述聚合物的颜色有所不同,以便于人们在观察图文结构时,可以明显的分辨出图文结构中的图案。所述图案可以是一个图案或微图案,也可以是多个相同或不同的图案或微图案(即微米级别的图案),例如图形、网格、文字、数字、符号、风景画和/或Logo等易于辨别形状的图案。所述不同的(微)图案可以是(微)图案的大小不同;也可以是(微)图案的形状不同;还可以是(微)图案的构成不同,例如第一个(微)图案是公司名称,第二个(微)图案是公司Logo。
通过上述描述可以看出,本申请实施例所提供的具有装饰图案的装置包括相适配的承载层粘接层以及图文层,其中图文层通过粘接层与承载层连接,图文层包括本体以及与本体成一体结构的图文结构,这使得图文层为单层结构,而不是多层结构,因而可以减少图文层的厚度,进而实现了减小装置整体厚度的目的。
在至少一实施例中,该装置还可以包括反射层40,如图9所示。反射层40可以设置于图文层30中远离承载层10的一表面上,其可以全面覆盖图文层的外表面,也可以部分覆盖图文层的外表面。反射层40可以为通过电镀方式所得到的金属层,反射层40的制成材料可以为金属氮化物。其可以用于将图文层30中的图案进行反射,以便于在承载层10的第二表面所在侧能观察到图文,这也可以增强图文的呈现效果,这有利于提高用户的体验效果。
在至少一实施例中,该装置还可以包括着色层50。着色层50可以设置于图文层30中远离承载层10的一表面上,也可以设置于反射层40中远离图文层30的表面上,如图10所示。着色层50可以全面覆盖图文层30或反射层40的外表面;也可以部分覆盖图文层30或反射层40的外表面。着色层50可以由单色或彩色油墨印刷而成,该油墨与填入在所述凹槽中的油墨的颜色有所不同。着色层50可以用于将图文层30中的图案进行着色,以使图文层30中图案的颜色更加多样化,也可以使图案的显示更加清晰,这也有利于提高用户的体验效果。
在至少一实施例中,该装置还可以包括保护层60,如图11所示。保护层60可以设置于图文层30的上方,以避免图文层30受到外界环境的污染或者破坏。
在至少一实施例中,该装置还可以包括离型层70,如图12所示。离型层70可以位于承载层10和粘接层20之间,也可以位于粘接层20和图文层30之间。其主要用于在转印后,使承载层与图文层相分离。
本申请实施例所提供的具有装饰图案的装置可以应用于手机、台式电脑、平板电脑、笔记本等电子设备以及冰箱、空调、洗衣机、电视机等家电产品中,但并不限于这些产品。
本申请实施例还提供了一种制作上述实施例所提供的具有装饰图案的装置的方法,如图13所示。该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S1:利用具有预设图案的模具,在所获取的聚合物上构建图文结构,形成图文层。
所述聚合物在常温常压下呈胶体状态。
在获取所述聚合物后,可以直接在所获取的聚合物上构建图文结构,形成图文层;也可以首先在基材上设置离型膜,然后将所获取的聚合物涂布在所述离型膜上远离所述基材的表面,再在所述聚合物上构建图文结构,得到图文层,最后将所述图文层从所述离型膜上剥离。
在一实施例中,所述在所获取的聚合物上构建图文结构,形成图文层可以包括:利用具有预设图案的模具压印所获取的聚合物的一侧,以在所述聚合物上形成凸起;然后对所述聚合物进行固化,固化后的凸起形成图文结构。所述聚合物中非凸起部分构成本体。
在另一实施例中,所述在所获取的聚合物上构建图文结构,形成图文层可以包括:可以利用具有预设图案的模具压印所获取的聚合物的一侧或者相背对的两侧,以在所述聚合物上形成容纳结构;然后对所形成的容纳结构进行固化;最后在固化后的容纳结构中填入填充物,形成图文结构。所述聚合物中除容纳结构以外的部分构成本体。
所述图文结构和所述本体构成了图文层。
S2:在所述图文层或所获取的承载层的一表面形成粘接层。
在一实施例中,可以直接在在所述图文层或所获取的承载层一表面上涂布胶粘剂(或者双面胶带),形成粘接层;或者,可以首先在基材上设置离型膜,然后将胶粘剂(或者双面胶带)涂布在所述离型膜上远离所述基材的表面,形成粘接层;再在所述粘接层上涂布所获取的聚合物,并在所述聚合物上构建图文结构,得到图文层,最后将所述图 文层和所述粘接层从所述离型膜上剥离。
S3:将所述图文层通过粘接层与所获取的承载层相粘接。
在形成图文层后,可以将所述图文层通过粘接层与所获取的承载层相粘接。具体的,可以将所述图文层上形成有粘接层的表面与所获取的承载层的一表面(即第一表面)相粘接,或者,可以将所述承载层上形成有粘接层的表面与所述图文层的一表面相粘接。
通过上述步骤可以看出,本申请实施例通过利用具有预设图案的模具,在所获取的聚合物上构建图文结构,形成图文层;将所述图文层通过粘接层与所获取的承载层相粘接,得到所述装置,所述装置没有基底,所述图文层为单层结构,因而实现了减小装置整体厚度的目的。
在另一实施例中,在形成图文层后,该方法还可以包括:
S4:在所述图文层的表面上形成反射层。
在一实施例中,在将所形成的图文层粘接在所述承载层上之前,可以在所述图文层的一表面电镀金属,形成反射层;然后将所述图文层中与反射层相背对的表面粘接在所述承载层上。
在一实施例中,在将所形成的图文层粘接在所述承载层上之后,可以在所述图文层中远离所述承载层的表面电镀金属,形成反射层。
S5:在所述反射层中远离所述图文层的表面上形成着色层。
在图文层表面形成反射层后,可以通过印刷的方式在所述反射层中远离所述图文层的表面上形成着色层。
本申请引用的任何数字值都包括从下限值到上限值之间以一个单位递增的下值和上值的所有值,在任何下值和任何更高值之间存在至少两个单位的间隔即可。举例来说,如果阐述了一个部件的数量或过程变量(例如温度、压力、时间等)的值是从1到90,优选从20到80,更优选从30到70,则目的是为了说明该说明书中也明确地列举了诸如15到85、22到68、43到51、30到32等值。对于小于1的值,适当地认为一个单位是0.0001、0.001、0.01、0.1。这些仅仅是想要明确表达的示例,可以认为在最低值和最高值之间列举的数值的所有可能组合都是以类似方式在该说明书明确地阐述了的。
除非另有说明,所有范围都包括端点以及端点之间的所有数字。与范围一起使用的“大约”或“近似”适合于该范围的两个端点。因而,“大约20到30”旨在覆盖“大约20到大约30”,至少包括指明的端点。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种具有装饰图案的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    承载层,所述承载层具有相背对设置的第一表面和第二表面;
    粘接层,所述粘接层设置于所述承载层的第一表面上;
    图文层,所述图文层设置于所述粘接层中远离所述承载层的表面上,所述图文层包括本体以及与所述本体成一体结构的图文结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述本体上开设有容纳结构,以形成所述图文结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图文结构位于所述本体中相背对的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图文结构位于所述本体的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图文结构呈凸起形状。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图文结构包括棱镜、微透镜以及菲涅尔透镜中的一种或其组合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述承载层的表面包括平面、曲面或平面与曲面的组合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述承载层的表面边缘与水平方向的夹角为0~90度。
  9. 根据权利要求1、7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述承载层包括玻璃、金属板或薄膜。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括反射层,所述反射层设置于所述图文层中远离所述承载层的表面上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括着色层,所述着色层设置于所述反射层中远离所述图文层的表面上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括着色层,所述着色层设置于所述图文层中远离所述承载层的表面上。
