Description
本发明涉及一种立体形的制作方法,尤其是一种插接立体形的制作方法。
目前,公知的插接立体形的三角部件是由两个等腰三角形组合而成,两个三角形的结合不紧密,容易变形,导致插接不牢固。
发明内容
为了克服现有的插接立体形的三角部件是由两个等腰三角形组合而成,两个三角形的结合不紧密,容易变形,导致插接不牢固的不足,本发明提供一种三角部件插接立体形。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种三角部件插接立体形,其特征是:三角部件插接立体形,由部件1、部件2……部件20共20个相同部件插接而成;
取横长纵宽的矩形纸,做三条垂直于矩形纸长边的纵向反折线,将矩形纸分成四个小矩形,即自左至右为第一小矩形、第二小矩形、第三小矩形和第四小矩形;四个小矩形全等;小矩形的长宽比例为1∶0.5774,也即1.732∶1;做小矩形左上角与右下角的对角线正折线;
依照纵向反折线折叠,第一小矩形和第四小矩形重合相贴为重合小矩形,形成重合小矩形、第二小矩形和第三小矩形三面合围的立体状;
依照对角线正折线折叠并压平,即成中部为一等边三角形,等边三角形的三条边外各有一小三角形的多边形状;在等边三角形和小三角形的连接处做连接正折线;
依照连接正折线,将小三角形折向等边三角形相贴,即成新等边三角形里面;将新等边三角形里面翻个身,即为新等边三角形表面;新等边三角形表面中部为正六边形,三个角为三个小等边三角形;小等边三角形为插接组合时的插入部分,小等边三角形与正六边形相连的边,为夹层开口,即插接组合时的被插入开口;做新等边三角形表面三个角的角平分线,相交叉于新等边三角形

如是插接,将部件2的一个插入部分插入部件3的一个被插入开口,部件3插入部件4,部件4插入部件5,部件5插入部件1,即成五边形组合件;
如是插接,将五边形组合件一个边的两个未使用的插入部分,与另三个部件插接出第二个五边形组件;20个部件即插接成有12个五边形组合件的三角部件插接立体形。
本发明的有益效果是,设计新颖,构思巧妙;部件制作容易,内夹层的设计,使部件形体结实牢固,不易散形;形体美观漂亮,别具一格。

三角部件插接立体形,由部件1、部件2……部件20共20个相同部件插接而成;采用虚线表示正面对折的正折线,即折叠时,纸的正面和正面相贴;实
线加圈表示反面对折的反折线,即折叠时,纸的反面和反面相贴;箭头线表示插接方向的指示线,箭头线的虚线部分表示已插入部分,箭头线的实线部分表示未插入部分。

依照纵向反折线折叠,第一小矩形和第四小矩形重合相贴为重合小矩形,形成重合小矩形、第二小矩形和第三小矩形三面合围的立体状;如图2。
依照对角线正折线折叠并压平,即成中部为一等边三角形,等边三角形的三条边外各有一小三角形的多边形状;在等边三角形和小三角形的连接处做连接正折线;如图3。
依照连接正折线,将小三角形折向等边三角形相贴,即成新等边三角形里面;如图4。
将新等边三角形里面翻个身,即为新等边三角形表面;新等边三角形表面中部为正六边形,三个角为三个小等边三角形;小等边三角形为插接组合时的插入部分,小等边三角形与正六边形相连的边,为夹层开口,即插接组合时的被插入开口;做新等边三角形表面三个角的角平分线,相交叉于新等边三角形表面的中点,即表面中点,角平分线与对边相交于对边中点;在角平分线上,表面中点至角的顶点部分为角平分线反折线,表面中点至对边中点部分为角平分线正折线;如图5。
依照角平分线反折线和角平分线正折线折叠,即成折叠三角形状,插入部分成折叠插入部分,被插入开口成折叠被插入开口;一个部件做成;如图6;
将部件1的一个折叠插入部分插入部件2的一个折叠被插入开口,至插入部分的夹层开口和被插入开口重合;如图7。
如是插接,将部件2的一个插入部分插入部件3的一个被插入开口,部件3插入部件4,部件4插入部件5,部件5插入部件1,即成五边形组合件;如图8;
如是插接,将五边形组合件一个边的两个未使用的插入部分,与另三个部件插接出第二个五边形组件;20个部件即插接成有12个五边形组合件的三角部件插接立体形;如图9。
