本发明涉及一种几何体的制作方法,尤其是一种正方形的制作方法。

目前,公知的正方形框架都是90度锐利尖角,将90度锐利尖角处理成不锐利尖角的正方形框架比较少见。
发明内容
为了克服现有的正方形框架都是90度锐利尖角,将90度锐利尖角处理成不锐利尖角的正方形框架比较少见的不足,本发明提供一种正方形框架的制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:正方形框架由部件一、部件二……部件六共六个相同部件组合而成;
取正三角形纸一,做三条第一角平分线指示线相交于正三角形纸一中点;
取正三角形纸二,做三条第二角平分线指示线相交于正三角形纸二中点;
将正三角形纸一叠放于正三角形纸二之上,正三角形纸一中点与正三角形纸二中点重合,三条第一角平分线指示线分别与三条第二角平分线指示线重合为重合指示线,使叠放的两个正三角形纸形成正六角形;重合指示线与正三角形纸一的纸边相交于第一交点,重合指示线与正三角形纸二的纸边相交于第二交点;在正六角形表层的正三角形纸一与底层的正三角形纸二的纸边重合处,做表层的表层反折线;
依照表层反折线,将正三角形纸一的角折叠至正三角形纸二的反面相贴,形成与正三角形纸二等面积的重叠三角形;重叠三角形由正三角形纸二的三个单层角与重叠的正六边形组成;重叠的正六边形与单层角相连的边为夹层开口边;在夹层开口边上第一交点的两侧,各做一条与夹层开口边垂直的垂直线反折线,与夹层开口边相交于第三交点,两条垂直线反折线的长度相等,两个第 三交点至第一交点的距离相等,两个第三交点之间的距离是夹层开口边长度的1/2;垂直线反折线的一端与重叠三角形的边相交,另一端与重合指示线相交于第四交点,以短反折线两两连接第四交点,在重叠三角形的中部形成一个小三角形;在重合指示线上,做小三角形顶点至重叠三角形的边部分的短正折线;

如是插接,用余下的另外四个部件插接成另一个正方形框架的1/2部分,最后将两个正方形框架的1/2部分互相插接,即成正方形框架。
本发明的有益效果是,设计奇巧直观;部件制作简单;部件插接容易;造型独特美观。

具体实施方式
正方形框架由部件一、部件二……部件六共六个相同部件组合而成;采用虚线表示正面对折的正折线,即折叠时,纸的正面和正面相对折叠;实线加圈表示反面对折的反折线,即折叠时,纸的反面和反面相对折叠;实线加点表示指示线;
取正三角形纸一,做三条第一角平分线指示线相交于正三角形纸一中点;如图1;

如是插接,将部件二的一个插入部分插入部件三的一个被插入开口,再将部件三的一个插入部分插入部件四的一个被插入开口,再将部件四的一个插入部分插入部件一的一个被插入开口,即成一个正方形框架的1/2部分;如图7;
如是插接,用余下的另外四个部件插接成另一个正方形框架的1/2部分,最后将两个正方形框架的1/2部分互相插接,即成正方形框架;如图8。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种正方形框架,其中:正方形框架由部件一、部件二……部件六共六个相同部件组合而成;
    取正三角形纸一,做三条第一角平分线指示线相交于正三角形纸一中点;
    取正三角形纸二,做三条第二角平分线指示线相交于正三角形纸二中点;
    将正三角形纸一叠放于正三角形纸二之上,正三角形纸一中点与正三角形纸二中点重合,三条第一角平分线指示线分别与三条第二角平分线指示线重合为重合指示线,使叠放的两个正三角形纸形成正六角形;重合指示线与正三角形纸一的纸边相交于第一交点,重合指示线与正三角形纸二的纸边相交于第二交点;在正六角形表层的正三角形纸一与底层的正三角形纸二的纸边重合处,做表层的表层反折线;
