Description

笔具握持结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种笔具,特别涉及一种笔具的握持结构。
背景技术
现有笔具的握持姿势,请参阅图1所示,对于最普遍的圆形笔杆而言,由于其表面缺少手指的着力点,故使用者在操作该笔具时,为维持笔具的稳定,实际上是以“抓笔”的方式抓住圆形笔杆进行书写。换言之,手指随时随地都在用力,长期下来,难免引起手指酸痛、起水泡等手指伤害(此症状进一步延伸到整个手掌的病变(如图6所示区域N))进而引发手臂酸痛和疲劳等手臂伤害现象(如图6所示区域M)。特别对于小朋友而言,因其手掌尚未发育完全,在无法牢牢紧握圆形笔杆的因素下,其手指会逐渐下移至笔尖的位置(如图2所示),不仅写字有如雕刻一般生硬,且因小手遮蔽视线,让小朋友不知不觉采取斜着头或趴着的方式进行书写,时间一久即造成视力甚至于脊椎的伤害。
另外,如图3所示,业界也有不同于圆形的三角形笔杆的设计,借助于三角形笔杆以加速手指的定位,但是仍然无法避免“抓笔”及其衍生的问题。而该三角形笔杆可直接成型,或者是将一软质材料的三角形胶套套设在笔杆外部,其作用仅在于增加握笔的摩擦力,以解决前述手指用力或滑动的问题。然而,即使采用如图4所示的较厚的胶套,其仍然是采取“抓”紧书写的手法,虽然较厚的胶套在“抓”紧书写的初期会有较舒缓的感觉,但是在一段短时间后,采取“抓”着书写的手指由于施力较大,仍会透过胶套而碰触隐藏在胶套底部的硬笔杆,因此仍然会受到压迫;另外,如图5所示,也有较厚的胶套的下缘企图挡住手指下滑,故特别设计成凸出状,不过,因为仍然不脱离“抓”紧书写的方式,因此在书写一段时间后,其手指及手臂仍然是酸痛疲劳,无助于解决问题。
此外,对于手指有病变的人员,例如因伤害、病变而造成手指不全的人员,或是手指尚未发育完全的小朋友,传统的握笔方法显然无法适用,而必须改用其它方式,且不能再对这类人员产生沉重负担,以避免其对书写产生恐惧,因 而影响生活作息。
发明内容
鉴于现有的笔具必须采用“抓笔”的方式进行书写,而存在造成手指及手臂伤害且手指容易滑动的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种笔具握持结构,其具有引导手指定位、防滑效果好、握持方便、符合人体工学并可避免遮挡视线的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为令该笔具握持结构包括:
一主体,呈空心筒状,并具有两端,分别为书写端与连接端,并且设置在笔具上用于书写的一端,该书写端的底部开设有一供笔芯穿设的开孔;
一限位凸块,其一体成型凸出在主体的一侧,并且是设置在主体上便于食指抵靠的位置处,限位凸块为的弧状凸块,并具有一供食指指腹抵靠的限位面;
至少一支撑部,其斜向延伸形成在限位凸块的左右两侧适于食指支撑的位置处,支撑部的壁面与限位凸块的限位面之间自然地延伸过渡,形成一供食指指腹抵靠的弧面。

(2)通过支撑部、止滑部与抵靠部的设置,可快速引导手指定位并舒适地抵靠于其上,有利于在舒适的前提下固定握笔姿势,培养良好的书写习惯。
(3)支撑部、止滑部与抵靠部可两两左右对称设置,适用具有于左、右手不同握持习惯的使用者,可间接降低笔具的购买成本。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及本发明的优选实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
参阅图7与图8所示,本发明的笔具握持结构包括一主体10、一限位凸块20及至少一支撑部30。为了方便叙述,定义笔的左右侧是以右手握持笔具时,其与拇指接触的一侧为左,与食指接触的一侧为右。
该主体10呈空心筒状,并且设置在笔具上用于书写的一端。主体10具有一书写端11及一连接端12,该书写端11呈半径减缩的锥形以避免遮挡视线,书写端11的底部开设有一供笔芯穿设的开孔13;该连接端12连接在笔具的笔杆60上,可通过螺纹连接或活扣卡设的方式,亦或者可一体成型延伸为整个笔杆,而主体10的长度可依据需连接的笔杆的长度进行选择。
该限位凸块20一体成型凸出在主体10的一侧,并且限位凸块20是设置在主体上便于食指抵靠的位置处,限位凸块20为光滑的弧状凸块,并具有一供食指指腹抵靠的限位面21,同时限位凸块20相对于笔具的自身呈左右对称。
参阅图7与图9所示,该支撑部30为三角形块体,并斜向延伸形成在限位凸块20的左右两侧适于食指支撑的位置处。如图7中的虚线L1、L2所示,支撑部30的壁面与限位凸块20的限位面21之间自然地延伸过渡,形成一供食指指腹抵靠的光滑弧面。参阅图10至图12所示,本发明的笔具握持结构可应用于多种笔具,例如圆珠笔、钢笔、自动铅笔或按压弹簧式笔,只要将本发明通过连接端12连接在不同笔具的笔杆上,并在主体10的空心内部装设对应的笔芯或笔头即可。

参阅图17所示,本发明笔具的握持结构可进一步在主体10两侧适于握持的位置处设置有至少一供拇指抵靠的止滑部40,以防止出汗时拇指从笔杆20上滑落,具体来说该止滑部40是自支撑部30的上方沿着远离支撑部30的方向凸出形成,且凸出的高度与宽度沿着远离支撑部30的方向均增加,使该止滑部40形成楔形,该止滑部40上斜向设置有多条防滑凸纹41。
图18与19分别示出了右手与左手握持笔具的方式,食指的指腹抵靠在对应一侧的支撑部30与限位凸块20形成的光滑弧面上,拇指的中部抵靠在对应一侧的止滑部40上,此时食指对笔具施以向下的力(如图中向下的箭头所示),笔具则通过止滑部40对拇指施以向上的反作用力(如图中向上箭头所示),使拇指轻松抵撑在止滑部40上便可有效防止拇指下滑,相较于普通的笔具需拇指、食指、中指三个手指均向下用力握持笔杆,不但容易造成手指酸痛,而且向下施力容易导致手指下滑,本发明仅需食指稍微向下施力,使得握持更为省力舒适,同时楔形止滑部40的设置可增大拇指与笔具的接触面积,防滑效果较好,止滑部40上的防滑凸纹41也可进一步加强防滑效果。同样地,可在主体10的左右两侧同时设置两对称的止滑部40,也可针对左、右手握持习惯的使用者而仅在左侧或右侧设置一止滑部40。
参阅图20与图21所示,本发明笔具的握持结构可进一步设有至少一倾斜的抵靠部50,于是本发明的握持结构可包括限位凸块20、支撑部30、止滑部40与抵靠部50,该四部分可任意组合或单独设置,但其重要性依限位凸块20、支撑部30、抵靠部50、止滑部40的顺序依次降低,并且在图20至图25所示的实施例中不包括止滑部40。该抵靠部50设置在主体10上与限位凸块20相对的一侧,同时位于与中指接触的位置处,该抵靠部50呈凹入状,供中指抵靠定 位。在本实施例中设有一个抵靠部50,该抵靠部50的倾斜方向与右手握持时中指的倾斜方向一致,因此本优选实施例的异轴笔适于右手握持。参阅图22所示,本实施例在握持时,食指的抵靠方式与前述实施例相同,同时中指的一侧抵靠定位在抵靠部50上,于是本实施例可实现对食指与中指的快速定位与抵靠。
在图23所示的实施例中是设有两个左右交叉对称的抵靠部50,该两抵靠部50交叉形成蝴蝶形;或者参阅图24或图25所示,直接设置一个蝴蝶形或心形的抵靠部50,因此抵靠部50的数量与形状可依据需要或喜好设置,使得本实施例的异轴笔同时适用于左、右手握持,且外形美观。
在图26所示的实施例中则是同时设有一限位凸块20、两支撑部30、一心形抵靠部50及两止滑部40。
本发明笔具握持结构的支撑部30、止滑部40与抵靠部50可单独设置,或两两组合设置,也可三者同时设置;并且可在主体10上同时左右对称地设置两个,也可针对左、右手握持习惯的使用者而仅在相对应的一侧设置一个。
前述实施例当中是将抵靠部50设为与主体10一体,其亦设为可分离状,请参阅图27、28,主体10A由邻近支撑部30处分隔成可拆的连接段120与书写段110,所述支撑部30、限位凸块20及书写端11设于该书写段110上,而所述连接端12则设在该连接段120上。该连接段120及书写段110之间设有互相匹配的螺杆111与螺孔(图中未显示),该螺杆110可以是设于连接段120或者书写段110,螺杆111外径小于书写段110,所述抵靠部50A是设于一套环51上,该套环51可套设在该螺杆111上。使用时可以如图28所示依使用者所需而调整抵靠部50A的位置。此外,如图29所示,可以设有二个对合的抵靠部50B、50C,两抵靠部50B、50C分别设于一套环51B、51C上,二抵靠部50B、50C对合呈心型,分开就如破碎的心,一方面有其创意,另一方面亦可依使用者需要而调整其位置。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以优选实施例披露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,应当可以利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许改变或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种笔具握持结构,其特征在于包括:
    一主体,呈空心筒状,并具有两端,分别为书写端与连接端,并且设置在笔具上用于书写的一端,该书写端的底部开设有一供笔芯穿设的开孔;
    一限位凸块,其一体成型凸出在主体的一侧,并且是设置在主体上便于食指抵靠的位置处,限位凸块为的弧状凸块,并具有一供食指指腹抵靠的限位面;
    至少一支撑部,其斜向延伸形成在限位凸块的左右两侧适于食指支撑的位置处,支撑部的壁面与限位凸块的限位面之间自然地延伸过渡,形成一供食指指腹抵靠的弧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:主体的连接端一体成型延伸为一笔杆。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:进一步包括至少一供拇指抵靠的止滑部,该止滑部自支撑部的上方沿着远离支撑部的方向凸出形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:该止滑部相对于主体凸出的高度与宽度沿着远离支撑部的方向均增加。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:止滑部上斜向设置有多条防滑凸纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:进一步包括至少一倾斜的抵靠部,该抵靠部设置在主体上与限位凸块相对的一侧,同时位于与中指接触的位置处,该抵靠部呈凹入状。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:进一步包括至少一倾斜的抵靠部,该抵靠部设置在主体上与限位凸块相对的一侧,同时位于与中指接触的位置处,该抵靠部呈凹入状。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:进一步包括至少一倾斜的抵靠部,该抵靠部设置在主体上与限位凸块相对的一侧,同时位于与中指接触的位置处,该抵靠部呈凹入状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:包括两个左右交叉对称的抵靠部,该两抵靠部交叉形成蝴蝶形。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:包括一蝴蝶形抵靠部。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:包括一心形抵靠部。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:该主体包括可拆装的书写段、连接段,所述书写端设于书写段,而所述书写端、限位凸块、支撑部则设于该书写段上,于书写段与连接段之间套接一套环,该套环上设有一抵靠部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:该抵靠部为一心形抵靠部。
  14. 根据权利要求1或2所述的笔具握持结构,其特征在于:该主体包括可拆装的书写段、连接段,所述书写端设于书写段,而所述书写端、限位凸块、支撑部则设于该书写段上,于书写段与连接段之间套接二套环,该二套环上分别设一抵靠部,两抵靠部对合形成一心形抵靠部。
