更进一步的,本发明所述的自动洗头机,还包括控制器,所述控制器与各个控制阀门连接,通过控制相应的阀门来实现不同的工作模式,控制器还同时与各个空心按揉指连接,以实现控制相应的空心按揉指进行工作的目的;优选的,采用无线遥控的方式来实现,即增设一个遥控器。
所述空心按揉指分为两组,两组空心按揉指交替工作,当其中一组工作时,另一组起到固定的作用。
本发明实施例的技术方案带来的有益效果如下:
本发明公开的自动洗头机,用户不需要躺卧或俯身即可进行洗头,并且整个过程中通过喷水罩对头部进行喷淋和按摩,舒缓紧张情绪;通过空心按揉指可以对太阳穴等部位进行按摩,保证足够的舒适度;通过雾化器将洗发液与水的混合液进行雾化,便于对头部进行清洗;而循环泵的设计,可以在洗头的过程中不断地循环使用,节省用水,并且使洗发效果更好,去屑作用更明显。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明提供的自动洗头机,包括由顶罩11和后罩12一体成型而形成的罩体1,所述罩体1制作成与头部形状相同的形状,在制作的过程中一般要按照头部的形状来制作,并且要保证罩体1安置在头部以后,罩体的内壁与头部之间保留至少1-2厘米的空隙,便于进行清洗。
洗头机:制作成头盔模式,具有充电功能与记忆功能;可分为3种头型档级设置,可以准确地让洗头机适应家庭成员头部大小不同的需求。
沿着罩体1的边缘设有一圈环状的延展性防水圈2,所述延展性防水圈2采用弹性材料制造,使其与人体头部可以紧密贴合,延展性防水圈2应具有良好的伸缩性和弹性,保证其在使用的过程中与额头、脸颊、耳后以及脖颈等部位紧密接触,保证延展性防水圈2在安装以后,罩体1内部充水也不会造成水流。
所述延展性防水圈2与罩体1密封连接,以使罩体1与延展性防水圈2之间不会产生透水、漏水等问题。
所述延展性防水圈2的内部设有若干个充气气囊21,每个所述充气气囊21对应与头部的特定位置,例如设置于对应两个耳朵后部、后颈部中心、眉角及眼角处的延展性防水圈上。
若干个充气气囊21通过空气泵进行充气,保证罩体在使用状态下,与头部紧密贴合,保证不漏水。
由于每个人的头部形状都有大小和形状的差异,所以普通的延展性防水圈2不可能同时满足所有用户的需要,那么通过充气气囊21进行充气,充气气囊膨胀之后可以增加与人体头部的贴合度和紧密度,进一步保证自动洗头机的使用效果,保证人体的舒适度和安全性,基本可以满足所有用户的需求,这在本领域来说是一个突破,目前没有相类似的技术采用充气气囊21的结构来实现人体头部和罩体1的贴合度。
在罩体1内部设有喷水罩3,所述喷水罩3与进水管4连接,所述进水管4延伸入罩体1的后罩12的内部,由进水管4对喷水罩进行补充水并且增压,使喷水罩进行高速喷水,一方面可以达到高效清洗的目的,另一方面也可以对头部进行水压按摩,保证头部皮肤的舒适度。
在所述罩体1内部还设有洗发液存储器5,所述洗发液存储器5也可以置于罩体1的外部,只要保证洗发液存储器5中的洗发液,在需要的时候及时的进行喷淋,保证洗发的效果即可。
沿着所述罩体1的内部设有多个呈阵列的可旋转驱动的空心按揉指6,所述空心按揉指与所述喷水罩连接,每个头部空心按揉指6 可以绕自身的转轴实现120度角的圆周旋转,在旋转地过程中对头部皮肤产生按摩的作用;在需要的时候,可以将空心按揉指6设置于罩体1内部更为广泛的位置,使空心按揉指6可以对头部进行全皮肤按摩,而此时的自动洗头机也可以实现作为头部按摩器来使用。
所述的空心按揉指:洗头机内布列有可360度旋转的空心按揉指若干个,其顶部的压力弹簧在未工作时,处于自然伸展状态下,以起到洗头机与头部之间的支柱作用。该按揉与支撑功能在工作状态下分为两组运作:当空心按揉指在A组按揉时,B组停止按揉并起支撑洗头及固定的作用;当B组按揉时,A组停止按揉并起支撑洗头机固定的作用。
空心按揉指在发挥功能时,具有洗发按揉与护发按揉两种方式(其转速与压力为可调节型,使洗发按揉与护发按揉产生不同的频率与力度)。
各空心按揉指上部连接进水管、洗发液管、护发素管,所有按揉指中间位空心,围绕按揉指的圆周均匀布列三圈喷水孔,其功能为喷水、喷洗发液、喷护发素发挥作用。
在所述后罩12的底部设有排水口,在所述排水口的上部设有锥形的收水部,使洗发液、水等液体自然流下。
在排水口处设有双向阀门7,所述双向阀门与所述喷水罩3的下部的进水管连接,所述双向阀门7可以同时对排水口和进水管起到开关的作用,节省进水管上设置的开关。一般情况下排水口和进水管,最多只要保证其中一个关闭即可;即可以实现三种状态:
第一、排水口打开,进水管关闭,此时即使洗头结束后进行排水的过程;
第二、排水口和进水管均打开,此时可以通过循环泵91实现自循环的作用,保证洗头的效果;
第三、排水口关闭,进水管打开,此时就是刚刚洗头的过程中,对头部进行清洗和按摩。
所述洗发液存储器5的出口与一个雾化器51连接,并且所述雾 化器51同时通过一个细管52与进水管4连接,在所述细管52上设有控制阀(图中未示)。
同样的道理,还可以包括护发素存储器(图中未示),所述护发素存储器的出口与所述雾化器51连接,但是此时护发素不再与细管52连接,这样就可以实现洗头结束以后,对头部进行喷淋护发素,而普通的洗头机显然无法实现护发素的均匀喷施,本发明采用的雾化器51可以很好的解决这个技术问题,使洗头、护发、按摩三合一,使用户得到最佳的体验。
所述雾化器51的出口与所述喷水罩3的后部连接,使经过雾化后的洗发液和水的混合液(或者单纯的护发素),由于雾化器的出口较小,覆盖面积也不能达到使用的要求,所以在雾化器51雾化之后的洗发液、护发素经由喷水罩3喷出,便于进行发泡和扩散,保证洗发、护发的效果更好。
所述喷水罩设有2个,其中一个位于顶罩11的中心,另一个位于后罩12的中心,两个喷水罩3分别与进水管4连接或者串联后与进水管4连接,这样两个喷水罩2组合使用之后,可以分别对头顶和后脑部位实现清洗,洗头效果更佳。最佳的方式是,将每个喷水罩2的后部都与一个雾化器、洗发液存储器和护发素存储器连接,保证更好的洗发、护发效果。
所述排水口与一个排水管8连接;同时所述排水口与一个循环水管9连接,所述循环水管9连接到进水管4上,并且在所述循环水管9上设有循环泵91,可以实现对头部的反复冲洗和按摩,所述循环水泵可以起到控制阀门的作用,当打开所述循环水泵的时候,循环水泵工作,而此时需要在循环水管与排水管连接处的下游和循环水管与进水管4连接处的下部上各设置一个阀门进行控制,以免水流出去。
在实施的过程中,在进水管、循环水管和排水管上,可根据需要进行设置相应的阀门,来达到不同的程序控制。
本发明实施例的技术方案带来的有益效果如下:
本发明公开的自动洗头机,用户不需要躺卧或俯身即可进行洗 头,并且整个过程中通过喷水罩对头部进行喷淋和按摩,舒缓紧张情绪;通过按摩器可以对太阳穴等部位进行按摩,保证足够的舒适度;通过雾化器将洗发液与水的混合液进行雾化,便于对头部进行清洗;而循环泵的设计,可以在洗头的过程中不断地循环使用,节省用水,并且使洗发效果更好,去屑作用更明显。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的特征并不局限于此,任何熟悉该项技术的人在本发明领域内,可轻易想到的变化或修饰,都应涵盖在以下本发明的申请专利范围中。

Claims (9)

  1. 自动洗头机,其特征在于,包括由顶罩和后罩一体成型而形成的罩体,所述罩体制作成与头部形状相同的形状,沿着罩体的边缘设有一圈环状的延展性防水圈,在罩体内部设有喷水罩,所述喷水罩与进水管连接,在所述罩体内部或外部还设有洗发液存储器,所述洗发液存储器与所述喷水罩连接,沿着所述罩体的内部设有多个呈阵列排列的可旋转驱动的空心按揉指,所述空心按揉指与所述喷水罩连接,在所述后罩的底部设有排水口,并且在排水口处设有双向阀门,所述双向阀门与所述喷水罩的下部的进水管连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,所述洗发液存储器的出口与一个雾化器连接,并且所述雾化器同时通过一个细管与进水管连接,在所述细管上设有控制阀。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,还包括护发素存储器,用于存储护发素,所述护发素存储器的出口与所述雾化器连接。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,所述雾化器的出口与所述喷水罩的后部连接,使经过雾化后的洗发液和水的混合液,经由喷水罩喷出。
  5. 如权利要求1-4所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,所述排水口与一个排水管连接;同时所述排水口与一个循环水管连接,所述循环水管连接到进水管上,并且在所述循环水管上设有循环泵,可以买现对头部的反复冲洗和按摩。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,所述延展性防水圈采用弹性材料制造。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,所述延展性防水圈与罩体密封连接,并且所述延展性防水圈的内部设有若干个充气气囊,每个所述充气气囊对应与头部的特定位置,例如设置于对应两个耳朵后部、后颈部中心、眉角及眼角处的延展性防水圈上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,若干个充气气囊通过空气泵进行充气,保证罩体在使用状态下,与头部紧密贴合,保证不漏水。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一权利要求所述的自动洗头机,其特征在于,所述空心按揉指分为两组,两组空心按揉指交替工作,当其中一组工作时,另一组起到固定的作用。
