Description

异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置 技术领域
本实用新型公开一种异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,按国际专利分类表(IPC)划分属于石材切割设备制造技术领域,尤其是石材异形加工的绳锯机旋转头。
背景技术
传统的石材切割机主要由机架、工作台、回转装置、金刚石绳锯及电气控制系统组成,金刚石绳锯绕设于回转装置之间形成一个闭环连接。中国文献CN200920138436.1公开一种金刚石串珠绳切割机,包括机架、工作台、回转装置、绳锯条及电气控制系统,所述机架用于固定和支撑其它组成部分,工作台设于机架上用于固定石材,回转装置设于机架上用于驱动绳锯条转动,绳锯条设于回转装置上,电气控制系统与回转装置电连接用于控制绳锯条的转动,机架上设有两个导绳轮总成,所述两个导绳轮总成对称设于工作台上方横向两侧用于对切割过程中的绳锯条进行导向。文献CN200920138436.1公开的导绳轮总成,行业内也称为旋转头,其作用是石材异形加工时对串珠绳绳进行导向,由该文献说明及配图可知,金刚石绳穿过旋转头的空心轴并由上下两导轮夹持形成一个闭环连接。因此,目前异形石材绳锯机的金刚石绳锯,都是现场通过一个接头套(金属管)将绳锯头和尾穿入管内,用液压钳将金属管压紧,达到头尾连接的目的,即一条断开的金刚石绳先穿过旋转头的空心轴及回转装置,然后在首尾端由液压钳或其他专用工具进行串接相连。在绳锯机切割石材时,由于接头套的长度较长(比金刚石绳锯上的金刚石串珠长),金刚石绳锯运行线速度在15m-20m/s以上,尤其是绳锯频繁地由直线段到弯曲段变化,容易导致接头处的应力集中,容易使金刚石绳锯从接头处断裂。一条现场串接的金刚石绳,在切割石材中, 从开始使用到磨耗失效,使用过程中的中断次数达到五次,甚至十几次。每次金刚石绳锯断开后,都要重新将头尾连接起来;更严重的是每次断开后,会对绳锯本身和石材造成损害,并且严重影响到切割的效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,适用于无缝金刚石绳,装配在切割机的绳锯为相配合的闭环,不存在接头点,切割过程绳锯断裂。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,包括导向轮、旋转架、齿轮箱及其内的旋转齿轮,旋转齿轮轴向通孔形成绳锯贯穿通道,导向轮安装在旋转架上,旋转齿轮带动旋转架及导向轮转动,所述的绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口以使闭环状的绳锯装配到旋转头的通道内。
进一步,所述旋转齿轮为斜齿轮,其上的开口位于齿轮的一斜齿上且开口宽度小于斜齿一端到另一端之间距。
进一步,所述旋转齿轮一侧设有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮置于齿轮箱内并连接驱动齿轮轴,该驱动齿轮轴伸出于齿轮箱外。
进一步,所述旋转齿轮通孔处设有导向轴管,该导向轴管两端通过轴套及法兰与固定连接,导向轴管其中一端与旋转架相连,所述的旋转齿轮、导向轴管、轴套、法兰及旋转架开口形成绳锯装配槽道,其中的旋转齿轮与导向轴管为一体成型或装配为一体。
进一步,所述齿轮箱侧面开口与绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口对应。
进一步,所述齿轮箱开口处及中心通孔内壁开口密封,该密封作业是在安装好无缝金刚石绳锯后进行。
进一步,所述齿轮箱由两部分箱体组成,绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口对应的箱体部分为封闭结构,即齿轮箱不开口,而在内部进行安装无缝金刚石绳锯,然后锁附齿轮箱。
本实用新型在旋转头的绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口,以使闭环状的金刚石绳锯条能直接进入,然后由密封条将外壳开口及中心孔内壁开口密封。本实用新型配合的金刚石绳锯在加工时就直接制成闭环状,不存在绳锯接头,避免了绳锯在接头处的断裂问题,具有结构合理、切割效率高等优点。
本发明的另一种方式是侧面开口通道,可以从齿轮箱盖内部开始,即齿轮箱盖不需要通道。安装金刚石绳锯时,先打开齿轮箱盖,然后将金刚石绳锯先延着齿轮箱盖下面的开口通道装入后,再将齿轮箱盖安装好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
实施例1:请参阅图1至图5,一种异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,包括导向轮1、旋转架2、齿轮箱3及其内的旋转齿轮6,旋转齿轮轴向通孔并与齿轮箱3、旋转架2配合形成绳锯贯穿通道100,导向轮1安装在旋转架2上,旋转齿轮带动旋转架及导向轮转动,所述的绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口200以使闭环状的绳锯装配旋转头的通道内。本实用新型旋转齿轮6为斜齿轮,其上的开口位于 齿轮的一斜齿上且开口宽度小于斜齿一端到另一端之间距,目的是在齿轮的一斜齿上虽然开口,但不影响齿轮的啮合传动。在旋转齿轮6一侧设有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮置于齿轮箱3内并连接驱动齿轮轴4及旋转驱动电机,该驱动齿轮轴4伸出于齿轮箱外。本实用新型的旋转齿轮6通孔处设有导向轴管61,该导向轴管两端通过轴套7及法兰5与固定连接,导向轴管其中一端与旋转架2相连,所述的旋转齿轮、导向轴管、轴套、法兰及旋转架开口形成绳锯装配槽道,其中的旋转齿轮与导向轴管为一体成型或由两部件(旋转齿轮与导向轴管)装配为一体,本实用新型采用的轴套为铜轴套。最后,在安装好无缝绳锯后,在齿轮箱的开口及法兰开口处配合一密封条,以使箱体内的齿轮在密封的空间中运行。本实用新型齿轮箱3开口侧形状可以是矩形或与其内齿轮配合的弧形,其通过螺栓等连接件与另一侧箱体连接形成齿轮箱。
实施例2:除了齿轮箱盖300不设开口通道外,其它措施参考实施例1。侧面开口通道,可以从齿轮箱盖内部开始,即齿轮箱盖不需要通道。安装金刚石绳锯时,先打开齿轮箱盖(齿轮箱两部分中的其中可活动箱体),然后将金刚石绳锯先延着齿轮箱盖下面的开口通道装入后,再将齿轮箱盖安装好。最后,在安装好无缝绳锯后,在齿轮箱盖下面的开口及法兰开口处配合一密封条,以使箱体内的齿轮在密封的空间中运行。本实用新型齿轮箱3开口侧形状可以是矩形或与其内齿轮配合的弧形,其通过螺栓等连接件与另一侧箱体连接形成齿轮箱。
本实用新型在旋转头的绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口,以使闭环状的金刚石绳锯条能直接进入,然后由密封条将开口密封。本实用新型配合的金刚石绳锯在加工时直接形成闭环状,不存在绳锯接头,避免了绳锯在接头处的断裂问题,同时提高了金刚石绳锯使用性能和切割效率。

  1. 一种异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,其特征在于:包括导向轮、旋转架、齿轮箱及其内的旋转齿轮,旋转齿轮轴向通孔形成绳锯贯穿通道,导向轮安装在旋转架上,旋转齿轮带动旋转架及导向轮转动,所述的绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口以使闭环状的绳锯装配到旋转头的通道内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,其特征在于:所述旋转齿轮为斜齿轮,其上的开口位于齿轮的一斜齿上且开口宽度小于斜齿一端到另一端之间距。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,其特征在于:所述旋转齿轮一侧设有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮置于齿轮箱内并连接驱动齿轮轴,该驱动齿轮轴伸出于齿轮箱外。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,其特征在于:所述旋转齿轮通孔处设有导向轴管,该导向轴管两端通过轴套及法兰与固定连接,导向轴管其中一端与旋转架相连,所述的旋转齿轮、导向轴管、轴套、法兰及旋转架开口形成绳锯装配槽道,其中的旋转齿轮与导向轴管为一体成型或装配为一体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱侧面开口与绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱开口处及中心通孔内壁开口密封。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的异形石材绳锯机旋转头装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱由两部分箱体组成,绳锯贯穿通道侧面开口对应的箱体部分为封闭结构。
