优选的 ,所述面壳与底壳的端部均平整设置,且所述面壳与底壳的侧壁均 呈从端部逐渐向外凸出的弧状结构;所述底壳上设置有向内凸出的卡扣,所述 面壳上设置有与所述卡扣相配合的卡位。 这是面壳与底壳的具体结构和具体卡 接方式。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至 3所示,微型音响包括壳体,所述壳体包括相对设置的且卡接固定 在面壳 1与底壳 2。面壳 1与底壳 2的端部均平整设置,且面壳 1与底壳 2的侧 壁均呈从端部逐渐向外凸出的弧状结构;底壳 2 上设置有向内凸出的卡扣(图 中未示出),面壳 1上设置有与卡扣相配合的卡位 12。这是面壳与底壳的具体结 构和具体卡接方式。
如图 3所示,底壳 2边沿的外侧设置有向上凸出的第一环状凸起 21,卡扣设 置在所述第一环状凸起 21上,结合图 2 ,面壳 1边沿的内侧设置有与第一环状 凸起 21相配合的第二环状凸起 11 ,卡位 12设置在第二环状凸起上;当面壳 1 与底壳 2卡接固定时,第二环状凸起 11抵在第一环状凸起 21上。 第二环状凸 起 11插入到第一环状凸起 11内 ,方便将面壳 1与底壳 2卡接在一起。 第一环 状凸起 21与第二环状凸起 11等高设置,这样第一环状凸起与第二环状凸起就 互为限位装置,限定了面壳 1插入到底壳 2内的距离。
底壳的内侧设置有限位第二环状凸起 11的第一挡件 23。 这样第二环状凸起 11就卡在第一环状凸起 21与第一挡件 23之间 ,可以更好的固定面壳与底壳。 第一环状凸起 21内侧设置有高于第一环状凸起 21的第二凸起 24 ,在第二环状 凸起 11上设置有与第二凸起相 24配合的开口 13。第二凸起 24卡在开口 13内 , 在面壳 1的内侧设有位于开口 13范围内的第二挡件 23 ,第二挡件 23抵住第二 凸起 24的内侧 ,这样也可以更好的固定面壳 1与底壳 2。
微型音响还包括用螺丝固定在面壳 1内的发声磁铁、 环发声磁铁设置在导电 线圈、 与导电线圈电连接且设置有 USB接口的电路板, 电路板用螺丝固定在底 壳 2内 ,在底壳 2上设置有与 USB接口相适应的 USB避让孔。 通过 USB接口 将微型音响用三接头的 USB数据线连接电源和声源,微型音响震动发声。
发声磁铁呈圆柱状且两端与所述面壳 1与底壳 2的端部等大设置;在面壳 1 内设置有连接面壳侧壁与端部的加强板 15。设置加强板 15可以增强面壳的受力 强度。 加强板呈块状结构且在所述加强板的两端设置有向外凸出的条状加强筋 (图中未示出)b 在加强板 15上设置条状加强筋,可以增强加强板 15的受力强 度。 在实施例中。 加强板 15为四个且均勻分布。

3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述底壳边沿的外侧设置 有向上凸出的第一环状凸起,所述卡扣设置在所述第一环状凸起上,且所述面 壳边沿的内侧设置有与所述第一环状凸起相配合的第二环状凸起,所述卡位设 置在所述第二环状凸起上;所述的第二环状凸起抵在所述第一环状凸起上。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述第一环状凸起与第二 环状凸起等高设置。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述发声磁铁呈圆柱状且 两端与所述面壳与底壳的端部等大设置;所述面壳内设置有连接面壳侧壁与端 部的加强板。
