【技术领域】
本发明涉及家用电器领域,更具体的说,涉及一种微型音响。 【背景技术】
三线接头的 USB数据线包括与 USB接口相配合的 USB插头、 并排设置的 耳机插孔和与电脑或者充电适配器上的 USB插孔相配合的充电插头。

优选的 ,所述壳体包括相对设置的面壳与底壳,所述第一螺丝孔设置在所 述面壳上。 这是发声磁铁固定在壳体内的具体位置。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至 3所述,微型音响包括壳体,所述壳体的两端平整设置且侧边呈两 端到中间逐渐向外凸的弧状结构、壳体包括相对设置的面壳 1和底壳 2;固定在 壳体内部的发声磁铁 5 ,环所述发声磁铁 5设置的导电线圈;发声磁铁 5的一端 设置有用来固定发声磁铁 5的第一螺丝孔柱 51 ,对应的面壳 1上设置有与第一 螺丝孔柱 51相配合的第一螺丝孔 11 ,发声磁铁 5用螺丝固定在面壳 1内。螺丝 固定牢固且操作简单。
发声磁铁 5与面壳 1的顶部相适应,第一螺丝孔 11设置在面壳 1的顶部。 面壳 1与底壳 2的顶部均呈圆饼状,发声磁铁 5呈圆柱状且发声磁铁 5的顶部 与面壳 1的顶部等大设置。面壳 1上至少设置两个且均勻分布的第一螺丝孔 11 , 这样可以更好的固定发声磁铁 5。 在该具体实施例中 ,在面壳 1的顶部设置有 4 个第一螺丝孔,对应的,发声磁铁 5上设置有 4个第一螺丝孔柱,用四个螺丝 将发声磁铁固定在壳体内。
为了增强面壳 1的第一螺丝孔 11的强度,在面壳 1内设置环第一螺丝孔 11 的第一柱状孔 12 ,防止在安装螺丝时,面壳 1的第一螺丝孔的边缘发生损坏。 在第一螺丝孔柱 51及第一柱状孔 12的内部均设置有螺纹。
微型音响还包括设置在所述发声磁铁 5与面壳之间的音腔柱 3、 音腔柱 3凸 出面壳 1且在面壳 1上设置有用来穿过音腔柱 3的第一避让孔 13。 在面壳的外 部设置有环第一螺丝孔 11的用来避让螺丝的凹陷 ,这样螺丝就不会凸出面壳。 微型音响还包括与面壳顶部等大设置且用胶水固定在面壳 1外侧的保护部 3,保 护部 3将固定面壳 1与发声磁铁 5的螺丝覆盖住,避免在使用过程中螺丝刮到 使用者的手。 在保护部 3上设置有避让音腔柱 3的第二避让孔。
微型音响还包括与导电线圈用导线连接的设置有 USB 接口的电路板, 电路 板用螺丝固定在底壳 2内 ,在底壳 2内设置有与 USB接口相适应的 USB避让孔 21 ,该微型音响通过 USB接口用三接头的 USB数据线分别于生源和电源连接, 发声磁铁 5即可震动发声。

3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述面壳顶部平整设置且 与所述发声磁铁相适应,所述的第一螺丝孔设置在所述面壳的顶部。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述面壳内设置有环所述 第一螺丝孔的第一柱状孔。

7、如权利要求 2所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述面壳的顶部呈圆饼状, 所述发声磁铁呈圆柱状且所述发声磁铁的端部与面壳的顶部等大设置。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述面壳上设置有至少两 个且均勻分布的第一螺丝孔,所述的第一螺丝孔柱与第一螺丝孔相对应。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述面壳的外部设置有环 所述第一螺丝孔的用来避让螺丝的凹陷。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的微型音响,其特征在于,所述微型音响还包括与 所述面壳顶部的等大设置用胶水固定在所述面壳外侧的保护部。
