在上壳 1的顶部设置有向内凸的环状的第一平台 101 , 喇叭 3用胶水固定在 第一平台 101上; 上壳 1的底部设置有下凹的第二平台 102, 蓝牙音箱还包括与 第二平台 102相配合的用来固定振动膜 4的固定圈 6,振动膜 4固定在第二平台 102与固定圈 6之间; 在上壳 1设置有与喇叭 3相配合的出音孔, 出音孔包括设 置在上壳 1端部的主出音孔 107和设置在上壳 1底部的副出音孔 106。 固定圈 6 的一端设置有与固定圈 6垂直的竖臂, 竖臂的端部设置有向外凸出的凸耳, 在 凸耳上设置有第三螺丝孔, 在上壳 1 的底部设置有与第三螺丝孔相配合的上第 二螺丝孔柱 104, 用螺丝将固定圈 6固定在上壳 1内, 蓝牙音箱还包括支撑喇叭 3和固定圈 6的固定架 5。 在本实施例中, 釆用分别四个螺丝组装固定圈 6与上 壳 1及上壳 1与下壳 2, 当然釆用两个或者 3个螺丝都可以。 第一螺丝孔柱 103 与第二螺丝孔柱 104交错设置。
电路板 8用螺丝固定在下壳 2内,在下壳 2内设置有电路板固定螺丝孔柱 28 , 在电路板 8上设置有与电路板固定螺丝孔柱 28相配合的螺丝孔。
在电路板 8上设置有控制蓝牙音箱的开关 81 , 在下壳 2上设置有避让开关 81的开关避让孔 22, 在开关 81上套接一开关推扭 11 , 通过操作开关推扭 11来 控制蓝牙音箱的开和关。
在蓝牙连接状态下, 除通过操作与蓝牙音箱蓝牙连接的设备外, 操作蓝牙音 箱也可以调节音乐的播放状态。 在电路板 8上还设置有上一曲按钮、 下一曲按 钮及暂停按钮, 蓝牙音箱还包括与上一曲按钮、 下一曲按钮及暂停按钮配合的 按压件 10, 短按上一曲按钮和下一曲按钮可以调整音乐的播放顺序, 短按暂停 按钮可以播放 /暂停音乐; 长按上一曲按钮和下一曲按钮可以调节蓝牙音箱的播 放音量。 上一曲按钮下一曲按钮及暂停按钮且与开关 31位于电路板 3的不同面 上, 在上壳 1上设置有与按压件 10相配合的按压件避让孔 105。
打开开关 81 , 蓝牙就会自动搜索并配对最后一次蓝牙连接的设备; 若首次连 接, 将待连接设置的蓝牙打开, 搜索到蓝牙音箱对应的蓝牙名称向蓝牙音箱发 送配对请求, 如果需要, 输入预设的密码即可。 一个蓝牙音箱只能配对一个设 备, 如蓝牙已连接需要跟换设备, 长按暂停按钮蓝牙音箱就进入配对状态, 重 新搜索配对即可。
蓝牙音箱还带有蓝牙接听功能, 电路板 8上还设置有麦克风集成电路。 在蓝 牙模式播放手机内的音乐时, 蓝牙音箱会自动检测手机来电。 这时音乐会自动 停止来提醒使用者手机来电, 短按暂停按钮接听来电, 或长按暂停按钮直接挂 机。 通话过程中, 长按暂停按钮, 进入通过保留状态, 再次长按回到正常通话 状态, 短短暂停按钮可以挂断电话; 接听挂断后将自动恢复到之前工作模式。
电路板 3还设置有音频输入孔, 通过音频线将未设置有蓝牙的播放器与蓝牙 音箱匹配, 电路板 8还上设置有充电接口 82, 开关 81和充电接口 82位于电路 板 8的同一面上; 对应的, 在下壳 2上设置有与充电接口 82相配合的充电插口 21 , 在下壳 2上设置有与音频输入孔相配合的音频输入避让孔 26。 电路板 8上 还设置有显示显示蓝牙音箱状态的指示灯, 其中, 指示灯有红、 蓝、 绿及关闭 四种状态。 红灯显示电池 9的信息, 红灯常亮表示电池 9正在充电; 红灯灭表 示电池 9充满。 蓝灯表示蓝牙信息, 蓝灯长亮表示蓝牙连接成功, 蓝牙音箱处 于蓝牙模式; 蓝灯慢闪, 表示等待蓝牙配对或无蓝牙连接; 蓝灯快闪, 表示蓝 牙已经入配对模式。 绿灯表示 AUX连接信息, 绿灯长亮表示处于 AUX模式。
如图 2和 4所示, 电池 9固定在电路板 8的下方, 蓝牙音箱还包括设置在下 壳 2内的增重块 7和设置在下壳 2底部的防滑垫 12, 在下壳 2的底部设置有下 凹的防滑垫放置平台 27, 防滑垫 27用胶水固定在防滑藝放置平台 27。 设置防 滑垫 27可以增大蓝牙音箱与放置部之间的摩擦,防止蓝牙音箱在放置部上滑动。
实施例二
在实施例中与实施例一不同的是, 上壳与下壳之间通过卡接固定, 在上壳设 置有卡扣, 下壳内设置有与卡扣相配合的卡位, 其余皆相同, 在此就不——赘 述。

1、一种蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 包括喇叭、 电路板、 电池和固定所述喇叭、 电路板和电池的壳体; 所述壳体包括可拆卸固定的上壳与下壳。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 所述的上壳与下壳用螺丝 固定; 所述上壳内壁设置有凸出的第一螺丝孔柱, 对应的, 所述下壳上设置有 与所述第一螺丝孔柱相配合的第一螺丝孔。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 所述下壳内设置有环所述 第一螺丝孔的第一环状凸起, 所述上壳与下壳固定时, 所述第一环状凸起与所 述第一螺丝孔柱搭接。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一环状凸起的直径 大于所述第一螺丝孔柱的直径, 所述第一环状凸起的端部设置有与所述第一螺 丝孔柱配合的第二凹陷。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 固定所述上壳与下壳的螺 丝插入到所述第一环状凸起内, 所述第一环状凸起内设置有与所述螺丝相配合 的环状放置平台。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 所述蓝牙音箱还包括封闭 所述第一螺丝孔的塞子, 所述塞子通过所述第一螺丝孔插入所述第一环状凸起 内。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 所述上壳与下壳的固定端 设置有向外的翻折, 所述第一螺丝孔柱位于所述翻折的根部且与所述翻折的端 部保持一致。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的蓝牙音箱, 其特征在于, 所述下壳内壁设置有下凹 的环状平台, 对应的, 所述翻折的端部设置有与所述环状平台相配合的凸起。
