优选的, 所述的电路板用螺丝固定在所述面壳内表面, 所述的电路板上还 设置有 U盘接口和 U盘读取模块。 由于迷你音响内部设置了可以充电的电池, 那么设置了 U盘接口, 迷你音响就可以在电池有电的情况下使用 U盘播放 U盘 内部的音乐了。
优选的, 所述的面壳的内表面设置有向下凸出的外距等于所述主体内距的 第二插入部, 所述的面壳的第二插入部上设置有与所述 U盘接口形状相适应的 第二避让孔, 所述的主体上设置有与所述 U盘接口形状相适应的 U盘插口。 这 样电路板上的 U盘接口才能够起到作用。
优选的, 所述的振动膜固定框与所述 U盘插口之间的最短距离大于或者等 于所述电池的厚度。 喇叭是固定在盖板上的, 这样振动膜与喇叭(音源)之间 的距离是最大的, 而音源与振动膜的距离在一定范围内越大, 迷你音响的音质 越好。
优选的, 所述电路板上设置有控制开关, 对应的, 所述第二插入部上设置 有与所述控制开关形状相适应的第三避让孔。 由于设置了电池, 设置控制开关 可以控制迷你音响的工作状态, 这里可以在不使用迷你音响时将迷你音响关闭, 可以省电。
优选的, 所述的控制开关为推拨式开关, 所述的控制开关存在两者状态, 分别对应所述迷你音响的开和关两种工作状态; 所述迷你音响还包括一套接在 所述控制开关上的开关保护壳, 所述的开关保护壳套接在所述控制开关上; 所 述的开关保护壳包括一块状板、 设置在所述块状板底部的凸出的围骨和设置在 所述围骨相对面的向外凸出的条状的扣手位, 所述围骨与所述推拨开关的形状 相适应; 所述的主体上设置有与所述开关保护壳形状相适应的开关保护壳避让 孔。 设置开关保护壳既可以保护电路板上的控制开关, 又方便我们控制迷你音 响的工作状态。
优选的, 所述的电路板和电池之间用导线连接, 所述的电路板和喇叭之间 也通过导线连接, 所述的导线通过连接器与所述的电路板连通, 所述的连接器 包括固定部和插入部, 所述的固定部焊接在电路板上, 所述的插入部与导线连 接。 采用连接器连接导线与电路板比焊接的牢固。
本发明由于在迷你音响的内部设置了电池, 电池有电的情况下, 离开电脑 迷你音响也可以正常使用, 且电池是可以充电的, 在电池没电的时候我们可以 用 usb数据线使用电脑对迷你音响充电,这样迷你音响就可以在户外或者别的没 有迷你音响的情况下使用了。

【具体实施方式】
一种迷你音响, 包括壳体和固定在所述壳体内部的可充电的电池。 本发明由 于在迷你音响的内部设置了电池, 电池有电的情况下, 离开电脑迷你音响也可 以正常使用,且电池是可以充电的,在电池没电的时候我们可以用 usb数据线使 用电脑对迷你音响充电, 这样迷你音响就可以在户外或者别的没有迷你音响的 情况下使用了。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1-13所示, 迷你音响 1包括壳体和固定在壳体内部的喇叭 7、 电池 12、 电路板 11及固定在喇叭 7与电路板 11之间的振动膜 5。 壳体包括两端分别设置 有第一开口 21和第二开口 22的主体 2和固定在第一开口 21处的盖板和固定在 第二开口 22处的面壳, 主体 2的内部是中空的, 主体 2呈方块状, 主体 2的长 和宽相等。
如图 3所述, 电池 12呈长条状。 电池 12的长度与主体 2的内距相同, 电池 12的宽小于电池 12的长。 电池 12用胶水固定在振动膜 5与电路板 11之间, 且 电池 12的一侧与振动膜固定框 6的一侧直接接触, 电池 12就有受力点, 不会 在迷你音响 1 内部晃动。 电池 12与电路板 11之间用导线连通, 喇叭 7与电路 板 11也是通过导线连通, 导线通过连接器固定在电路板 11上。 连接器包括一 焊接在电路板 11上的固定部和设置在导线端部的插入部, 采用连接器连接导线 与电路板 11比焊接的牢固。电池 12为可充电电池,通过设置在电路板 11上 usb 接口对其充电。
迷你音响 1还包括固定振动膜 5的振动膜固定框 6, 振动膜固定框 6与主体 之间紧密配合, 将振动膜固定框 6用胶水固定在主体内部, 且振动膜 5用胶水 固定在振动膜固定框 6上。 由于振动膜 5固定在喇叭 7和电路板 11之间, 喇叭 7与电路板 11之间通过导线连通,所以在振动膜固定框 6上设置有导线避让孔, 方便导线通过震动膜固定框 6。
盖板 3 包括中间设置有出音孔 32的面板和设置在面板的一面的向外凸出的 外距等于主体 2内距的第一插入部 31 ; 盖板 3采用插入的方式固定在主体的第 一开口 21处; 出音孔 32的孔径小于喇叭 7的直径, 在盖板 3上还设置有一与 出音孔中心相同且内径等于喇叭 7直径的环状的第一限位凸起 33 , 那么第一限 位凸起 33与出音孔 32之间就形成了一个外径等于喇叭 7的直径且内径小于喇 叭 7 直径的喇八放置平台, 这样用胶水将喇叭固定在喇八放置平台上就可以将 喇叭固定在盖板上了。
如图 7所示, 第一插入部 31中间位置处设置有长条状开口, 第一插入部 31 的根部的内侧设置有凸出的条状加强筋, 且第一限位凸起 33的高度与第一插入 部 31之间的高度相同。 盖板 3采用塑胶注塑一体成型, 在盖板 3的面板的边缘 设置大于 90度小于 180度的倒角,可以防止在使用时,盖板 3刮伤使用者的手。
为了方便描述, 在这里固定盖板 3设置有第一插入部 31的面为盖板的背面, 与背面相对的面为正面。 迷你音响还包括一喇叭网 8。 喇叭网 8固定在盖板 3的 正面, 喇叭网 8覆盖出音孔 32, 且喇叭网 8的形状与盖板 3的形状相适应。 由 于主体 3呈方块状, 那么盖板 3与喇叭网 8均呈方块状, 在喇叭网的四个拐角 均设置有向外凸出的且与喇叭网 8相互垂直的插骨 81 , 盖板 3的面板上设置有 与插骨 81相对应的插孔。 为了保证喇叭网 8固定后面板的平整度, 在盖板 3的 正面设置有与喇叭网 8厚度相同的下凹的喇叭网放置台 36。金属铁的硬度较好, 在这里喇叭网采用金属铁注塑而成。
面壳 4的形状与主体 2的形状相适应, 呈方块状, 面壳 4的长度与宽度也相 同等于主体 2的长度。 面壳 4的一面设置有向下凸出的外距等于主体 2内距的 第二插入部 41 , 面壳 4插入固定在主体 2的第二开口 22处。 为了方便描述, 将 面壳 4设置有第二插入部 41的面定义为面壳 4的背面, 与面壳 4的背面相对的 面定义为面壳 4的正面.电路板 11的形状与面壳 4的形状相适应, 电路板 11上 设置有螺丝孔, 对应的, 面壳 4的背面设置有向后凸出的螺丝孔柱 42, 电路板 11用螺丝固定在面壳 4上。 电路板 11的宽度等于第二插入部 41之间的距离, 的螺丝孔位于所述电路板 11的边缘, 螺丝孔柱 42位于第二插入部 42内且与螺 丝孔的位置相对; 第二插入部 41的高度等于螺丝孔柱 42与电路板 11的高度之 和。
迷你音响 1还包括与电脑连通的 usb数据线。 迷你音响 1具有播放 u盘和内 存卡上的歌曲的功能, 同时在插入耳机时, 迷你音响还可以作为收音机使用。 在电路板上设置有 usb接口、 u盘接口、 内存卡接口和音频输出孔, 对应的, 在 电路板上还要设置有与其功能相对应的功能模块电路。 usb接口、 u盘接口、 内 存卡接口和音频输出孔位于电路板的一侧, usb接口和音频输出孔并排设置在电 路板的一侧面上, 内存卡接口与 u盘接口和音频输出孔的位置相对。 为了方便 描述, 在这里规定, 将电路板设置有 u盘接口和音频输出孔的面定义为电路板 的正面, 将电路板设置有内存卡接口的面定义为电路板的反面。 由于内存卡接 口与 u盘接口和音频输出孔的位置相对, 只要在第二插入部 41的对应位置处设 置有根部低于内存卡接口的第一避让孔 46和与 usb接口的形状相适应的第二避 让孔 47就可以了; 在主体 2的对应位置处设置有与 usb接口、 音频输出孔、 u 盘接口和内存卡接形状——对应的 usb插口 23、 耳机插孔 24、 u盘插口 25和内 存卡插口 26, 在对应的插口的旁边添加与其插口相对应的标记。
为了防止内存卡在插入内存卡接口时插偏, 从而造成电路板 11 的损坏, 迷 你音响 1还包括一设置在内存卡接口处的内存卡保护罩 15,内存卡保护罩 15呈 长条状, 内存卡保护罩 15内部设置有与内存卡接口相适应的内存卡避让孔, 内 存卡保护罩 15内部的宽度等于内存卡接口的高度。 内存卡保护罩固定在第一避 让孔 46所在处, 内存卡保护罩 15高度等于第一避让孔 46的边缘与所述 usb接 口根部的最短距离; 第一避让孔 46的长度大于内存卡接口的长度且等于内存卡 保护罩 15的外部的长度, 当然第一避让孔 46的长度也可以大于内存卡保护罩 15的外部的长度。 第一避让孔 46的根部与所述第二插入部 41的根部齐平。
在电路板 11 的背面设置有与迷你音响功能相对应的功能键, 所述的功能键 包括模式键、 上调节键、 下调节键和暂停键, 调节键与模式键配合使用可以调 节音量、 歌曲的播放顺序和广播台; 模式键还可以调节歌曲的播放模式。 功能 键为设置在电路板上的向外凸出的 DOOM片。 由于 DOOM片比较容易损坏, 如果直接用手或者别的物体按压 DOOM 片可能会造成 DOOM 片的损坏且 DOOM片体积较小, 电路板与面壳之间由设置在面壳上的螺丝孔柱隔开, 这样 当固定电路板以后, 功能键在面壳的内部, 不方便用手操作功能键, 迷你音响 1 还包括设置有与功能键相对应的按键保护壳 10。 如图 13所示, 按键保护壳 10 一体式设计, 包括中空且一面设置有开口的按压件 101 ,按压件 101的开口所在 面设置有一条状的与功能键相接触的按压骨 105 , 和连接按压件 101 的连接件 103。 在面壳 4的对应位置处设置有按键避让孔, 按压件 101的外径等于按键避 让孔的内径且按压件 101的开口处设置有向外凸出的环状平台 102, 按压件 101 的高度大于功能键到面壳 4外表面的距离。 按压件 101呈长条状且按压件 101 的长度大于按压件 101的宽度; 按压骨 105与按压件 101的宽所在边的方向相 同, 且按压骨 105凸出按压件 101。 连接件 103包括设置在按压件 101的长所在 边的一侧且向后凸出的竖状杆和连接竖状杆的横杆; 竖状杆的长度相同, 且竖 状杆的长度与横杆的宽度之和与按键避让孔到面壳内壁 (也就是面壳上的第二 插入部的内壁)的最短距离相等。横杆上设置有向外凸出的圓环状的定位孔 104 , 面壳 4上设置有所述定位用波点配合的凸起。 在功能键上还设置一用胶水固定 的按键贴纸, 按键贴纸的宽度等于功能键的宽度且按键贴纸的长度等于功能键 的总长度, 这样可以避免 DOOM片直接与按键保护壳 10直接接触, 且不会影 响功能键的灵敏度。
电路板 11 上设置有控制开关, 控制开关为推拨式开关; 存在两者状态, 分 别对应迷你音响的开和关两种工作状态。 对应的, 第二插入部 41上设置有与控 制开关形状相适应的第三避让孔。 控制开关可以控制迷你音响 1 的工作状态, 这里可以在不使用迷你音响 1时将迷你音响 1关闭, 可以省电。 在控制开关上 设置了一个如图 12所示的开关保护壳 13 , 开关保护壳 13套接在控制开关上; 开关保护壳 13包括一块状板 131、 设置在块状板 131底部的凸出的围骨 132和 设置在围骨 132相对面的向外凸出的条状的扣手位 133 ,围骨 132与控制开关的 形状相适应; 主体上设置有与控制开关形状相适应的开关保护壳避让孔 27。 设 置开关保护壳 13既可以保护电路板上的控制开关, 又方便我们控制迷你音响 1 的工作状态。
迷你音响 1还包括歌词显示功能。 迷你音响还包括一歌词显示模块, 歌词显 示模块包括设置在电路板 11上的歌词显示功能模块电路和显示屏 9。 在面壳板 上设置有显示屏 9形状相适应的显示屏避让孔, 显示屏 9呈方块状, 对应的, 显示屏避让孔也呈方块状。 显示屏避让孔的端部设置有向面壳 3 内部凸出的环 显示屏避让孔的显示屏固定框 43 ,显示屏固定框 43的高度与显示屏 8的厚度相 同, 显示屏固定框 43之间的距离与显示屏 9的宽度相等; 在显示屏固定框 43 的根部设置有横跨显示屏固定框 43的显示屏固定部 44, 显示屏固定部 44与的 显示屏固固定框 43相互垂直; 且显示屏固定框 43的根部距面壳 4外表面的最 短距离与显示屏 9的厚度相同, 这样当显示屏 9的外侧涂上胶水固定在显示屏 固定框 43内, 且显示屏 9在固定后与面壳的外表面保证齐平。 显示屏 9与电路 板 11之间通过柔性电路板连通, 在显示屏固定部 44上设置有出线孔 45。 出线 孔 45位置与面壳 4上的按键避让孔的位置相邻。 在显示屏固定部上还设置有减 重孔 48, 可以减轻迷你音响的整体重量, 方便携带。 为了方便描述, 将显示屏 9与显示屏固定部接触的那一面定义为显示屏 9的正面,显示屏 9的正面的相对 面为显示屏的方面, 为了避免显示屏 9与面壳 4直接接触造成的显示屏 9的磨 损, 在显示屏 9的背面设置一张与显示屏 9形状相适应的纸张, 而且纸张较薄, 几乎不占空间。
迷你音响 1还包括一设置在面壳 4上且覆盖显示屏 9的镜片 14; 镜片 14的 形状与显示屏 9的形状相适应, 镜片 14的宽度大于显示屏 9宽度, 且镜片 14 的宽度小于面壳 4的宽度。 镜片 14覆盖整个面壳 4, 在面壳上设置有下凹的与 镜片 14大小相同的镜片放置台, 镜片放置台两端部之间的距离与镜片 14的厚 度相同。 镜片 14用胶固定在镜片放置台上, 且选用的胶为双面胶, 这是由于双 面胶的粘性较好, 且不像液体胶在按压时会发生溢出的情况, 不会污染显示屏。 在镜片 14上设置有与电路板上的功能键形状相适应的避让孔。 为了使镜片 14 更好的固定在面壳 4上, 在镜片 14的拐角设置有倒角, 对应的, 所述的镜片放 置台的拐角也设置有倒角。 镜片 14与面壳的组合后的示意图如图 10所示。
在主体 2上设置有挂绳孔 28 ,挂绳孔为两个且位于主体 2四个拐角的其中一 个拐角的端部, 这样方便将挂绳固定在主体上的挂绳孔 28上。 由于主体呈方块 状, 主体的拐角是有棱角的, 在主体 2的拐角设置有倒角, 可以避免磨坏挂绳。 由于主体 2的拐角设置有倒角, 对应的, 固定在主体 2上的盖板 3和面壳 4的 拐角也设置有倒角。
挂绳孔 28位于主体 2的第二开口 22所在的端部, 而面壳 4固定在主体 2的 第二开口 22处, 在第二插入部 41的对应的位置处设置有第二挂绳孔避空位, 且第二挂绳孔避空位的宽度大于挂绳孔之间的距离, 这样挂绳才能从主体 2 内 部引出。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述迷你音响还包括固定 在壳体内部的电路板和振动膜, 所述的电池固定在所述振动膜和所述电路板之 间。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述的壳体包括两端分别 设置有第一开口和第二开口且中空的主体和封闭所述第一开口的盖板和封闭所 述第二开口的面壳, 所述的迷你音响还包括振动膜固定框, 所述的振动膜固定 框用胶水固定在所述主体的内部; 所述的电池用胶水固定在所述振动膜固定框 的一侧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述主体的长度与宽度相 同, 所述的电池的长度等于所述主体的内距, 所述电池的宽度小于所述主体的 内距。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述的电路板用螺丝固定 在所述面壳内表面, 所述的电路板上还设置有 u盘接口和 u盘读取模块。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述的面壳的内表面设置 有向下凸出的外距等于所述主体内距的第二插入部, 所述的面壳的第二插入部 上设置有与所述 u盘接口形状相适应的第二避让孔, 所述的主体上设置有与所 述 u盘接口形状相适应的 u盘插口。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述的振动膜固定框与所 述 u盘插口之间的最短距离大于或者等于所述电池的厚度。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述电路板上设置有控制 开关, 对应的, 所述第二插入部上设置有与所述控制开关形状相适应的第三避 让孔。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述的控制开关存在两者 状态, 分别对应所述迷你音响的开和关两种工作状态; 所述迷你音响还包括一 套接在所述控制开关的开关保护壳; 所述的开关保护壳包括一块状板、 设置在 所述块状板底部的凸出的围骨和设置在所述围骨相对面的向外凸出的条状的扣 手位, 所述围骨与所述推拨开关的形状相适应; 所述的主体上设置有与所述开 关保护壳形状相适应的开关保护壳避让孔。
