本人已设计一种迷你音响, 包括两端分别设置有第一开口和第二开口的主 体和封闭所述主体固定在所述第一开口和第二开口处的盖板和面壳, 所述的主 体呈方块状, 所述的盖板和面壳的宽度等于所述主体的宽度, 所述盖板上设置 有外部距离等于所述主体内部宽度的第一插入部, 所述面壳上设置有外部距离 等于所述主体内部宽度的第二插入部, 所述的盖板和面壳采用插入的方式分别 固定在所述主体的第一开口和第二开口处; 还包括振动膜、 喇叭和电路板及振 动膜固定框、 电池; 所述的振动膜固定框的形状与所述主体的形状相适应, 所 述振动膜固定框的宽度等于所述主体内部的宽度, 所述振动膜固定框上设置有 与所述振动膜形状相适应的振动膜避让孔, 所述的振动膜用胶水固定在所述振 动膜固定框的振动膜避让孔的边缘, 所述的振动膜固定架用胶水固定在所述主 体的内部; 所述的电路板与所述面壳的形状相适应, 电路板的宽度等于所述第 二插入部内部的宽度, 所述面壳的上设置有凸出的螺丝孔柱, 所述的电路板上 设置有螺丝孔, 所述的电路板用螺丝固定在所述面壳上, 所述第二插入部的高 度等于所述螺丝孔柱的高度与所述电路板的厚度之和; 所述喇八与所述盖板的 形状相适应, 所述的喇八的直径等于所述第一插入部内部的宽度, 所述的盖板 上设置一出音孔, 所述的出音孔的孔径小于喇八出音口的直径, 所述盖板上设 置一与所述出音孔位于同一中心的向外凸出的环状的第一限位凸起, 所述的第 一限位凸起的内径等于喇叭出音孔的直径, 用胶水将喇叭固定在盖板上; 所述 的电池为可充电电池, 所述电路板的长度等于所述主体的宽度, 所述电路板用 胶水固定在振动膜固定框与所述电路板相对的一侧, 所述的电路板紧贴所述的 振动膜固定框; 所述的电池与电路板通过导线连接, 所述的喇八与振动膜之间 通过导线连接, 由于喇叭和电路板分别固定在所述振动膜固定框的两侧, 所以 在振动膜固定框上设置有导线避让孔; 所述的迷你音响不仅可以与电脑连接, 还可以播放内存卡和 U盘内的音乐, 同时具有收音机功能, 在所述的电路板上 设置有功能键, 所述的功能键采用 DOOM片, 在面壳上设置有与所述功能键相 对应的按键避让孔。 此方案未公开。 但是, DOOM片比较容易损坏, 如果直接 用手或者别的物体按压 DOOM片可能会造成 DOOM片的损坏且 DOOM片体积 较小, 电路板与面壳之间由设置在面壳上的螺丝孔柱隔开, 这样当固定电路板 以后, 功能键在面壳的内部, 不方便用手操作功能键。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有按键保护壳且方便操作的迷你 音响。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种迷你音响, 包括面壳和 固定在所述面壳上的电路板, 所述的电路板上设置有与所述迷你音响功能相对 应的功能键, 所述的功能键为设置在电路板上且凸出的 DOOM片, 所述迷你音 响还包括与功能键相适应的按键保护壳按键保护壳, 对应的所述的面壳上设置 有与所述按键保护壳形状相适应的按键避让孔。
优选的, 所述的功能键为多个且并排设置在所述电路板与所述面壳的接触 面的一侧, 所述的按键保护壳包括中空且一面设置有开口的按压件, 所述按压 件的开口所在面设置有一条状的与所述功能键相接触的按压骨, 所述按压件的 外径等于所述按键避让孔的内径且所述按压件的开口处设置有向外凸出的环状 平台, 所述按压件的高度大于所述功能键到所述面壳外表面的距离。 这是每个 功能键保护壳对应的具体结构。
优选的, 所述的迷你音响还包括用胶水固定在所述功能键的按键贴纸, 所 述按键贴纸的宽度等于所述功能键的宽度且所述按键贴纸的长度等于所述功能 键的总长度。设置按键贴纸,可以避免功能键 DOOM片与按键保护壳直接接触, 且按键贴纸较薄, 几乎不占空间, 不会影响功能键的灵敏度。
优选的, 所述的按压件呈长条状且所述按压件的长度大于所述按压件的宽 度; 所述的按压骨与所述按压件的宽所在边的方向相同, 且所述的按压骨凸出 所述的按压件。 这是按压件的具体设置情况。
优选的, 所述的按键保护壳一体设置, 所述的按压件之间设置一连接杆。 将按键保护壳采用一体式设置, 方便固定按键保护壳; 且在按压件之间设置连 接杆, 是按键保护壳一体式设置的一种具体形式。
优选的, 所述的按键保护壳一体式设置, 所述的按键保护壳还包括一连接 件, 所述的连接件包括设置在所述按压件的长所在边的一侧且向后凸出的竖状 杆和连接所述竖状杆的横杆。 这是按键保护壳的一体式设置的一种具体形式。
优选的, 所述的竖状杆的长度相同。 这样可以保证连接件的横杆与按压件 是平行的。
优选的, 所述的竖状杆的长度与所述横杆的宽度之和与所述按键避让孔到 所述面壳内壁的最短距离相等。 这样面壳就可以对按键保护壳进行限位。
优选的, 所述的横杆上设置有向外凸出的圓环状的定位孔, 所述的面壳上 设置有所述定位用波点配合的凸起。 这样能够更好的固定按键保护壳。
优选的, 所述的定位孔设置在所述横杆的一边, 且位于所述竖状杆之间的 横杆上。 这是定位孔的具体设置位置。
本发明由于在迷你音响上设置了与功能键形状相适应的按键保护壳, 而在 面壳上设置了与按键保护壳相适应的按键避让孔, 那么按键保护壳既可以与功 能键相接处且露在面壳的外面, 我们可以直接用手按压按键保护壳, 操作和控 制迷你音响了。

【具体实施方式】
一种迷你音响, 包括面壳和固定在所述面壳上的电路板, 所述的电路板上设 置有与所述迷你音响功能相对应的功能键, 所述的功能键为设置在电路板上且 凸出的 DOOM片, 所述迷你音响还包括与功能键相适应的按键保护壳按键保护 壳, 对应的所述的面壳上设置有与所述按键保护壳形状相适应的按键避让孔。 本发明由于在迷你音响上设置了与功能键形状相适应的按键保护壳, 而在面壳 上设置了与按键保护壳相适应的按键避让孔, 那么按键保护壳既可以与功能键 相接处且露在面壳的外面, 我们可以直接用手按压按键保护壳, 操作和控制迷 你音响了。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一 如图 1-13所示, 迷你音响 1包括壳体和固定在壳体内部的喇叭 7、 电池 12、 电路板 11及固定在喇叭 7与电路板 11之间的振动膜 5。 壳体包括两端分别设置 有第一开口 21和第二开口 22的主体 2和固定在第一开口 21处的盖板和固定在 第二开口 22处的面壳, 主体 2的内部是中空的且呈方块状, 主体 2的长度与宽 度相等。 面壳 4的形状与主体 2的形状相适应, 呈方块状, 面壳 4的长度与宽 度也相同等于主体 2的长度。 面壳 4的一面设置有向下凸出的外距等于主体 2 内距的第二插入部 41 , 面壳 4插入固定在主体 2的第二开口 22处。 为了方便描 述, 将面壳 4设置有第二插入部 41的面定义为面壳 4的背面, 与面壳 4的背面 相对的面定义为面壳 4的正面.电路板 11的形状与面壳 4的形状相适应, 电路板 11上设置有螺丝孔, 对应的, 面壳 4的背面设置有向后凸出的螺丝孔柱 42, 电 路板 11用螺丝固定在面壳 4上。 电路板 11的宽度等于第二插入部 41之间的距 离, 螺丝孔位于所述电路板 11的边缘, 螺丝孔柱 42位于第二插入部 41内且与 螺丝孔的位置相对; 第二插入部 42的高度等于螺丝孔柱 42与电路板 11的高度 之和。
迷你音响 1还包括与电脑连通的 usb数据线。 迷你音响 1具有播放 u盘和内 存卡上的歌曲的功能, 同时在插入耳机时, 迷你音响还可以作为收音机使用。 在电路板上设置有 usb接口、 u盘接口、 内存卡接口和音频输出孔, 对应的, 在 电路板上还要设置有与其功能相对应的功能模块电路。 usb接口、 u盘接口、 内 存卡接口和音频输出孔位于电路板的一侧, usb接口和音频输出孔并排设置在电 路板的一侧面上, 内存卡接口与 u盘接口和音频输出孔的位置相对。 为了方便 描述, 在这里规定, 将电路板设置有 u盘接口和音频输出孔的面定义为电路板 的正面, 将电路板设置有内存卡接口的面定义为电路板的反面。 由于内存卡接 口与 u盘接口和音频输出孔的位置相对, 只要在第二插入部 41的对应位置处设 置有根部低于内存卡接口的第一避让孔 46和与 usb接口的形状相适应的第二避 让孔 47就可以了; 在主体 2的对应位置处设置有与 usb接口、 音频输出孔、 u 盘接口和内存卡接形状——对应的 usb插口 23、 耳机插孔 24、 u盘插口 25和内 存卡插口 26, 在对应的插口的旁边添加与其插口相对应的标记。 在电路板 11的 背面设置有与迷你音响功能相对应的功能键, 所述的功能键包括模式键、 上调 节键、 下调节键和暂停键, 调节键与模式键配合使用可以调节音量、 歌曲的播 放顺序和广播台; 模式键还可以调节歌曲的播放模式。 功能键为设置在电路板 上的向外凸出的 DOOM片。 由于 DOOM片比较容易损坏, 如果直接用手或者 别的物体按压 DOOM片可能会造成 DOOM片的损坏且 DOOM片体积较小, 电 路板与面壳之间由设置在面壳上的螺丝孔柱隔开, 这样当固定电路板以后, 功 能键在面壳的内部, 不方便用手操作功能键, 迷你音响 1 还包括设置有与功能 键相对应的按键保护壳 10。 如图 15所示, 按键保护壳一体式设计, 包括中空且 一面设置有开口的按压件 101 ,按压件 101的开口所在面设置有一条状的与功能 键相接触的按压骨 105, 和连接按压件 101的连接件 103。 在面壳的对应位置处 设置有按键避让孔, 按压件 101的外径等于按键避让孔的内径且按压件 101 的 开口处设置有向外凸出的环状平台 102, 按压件 101的高度大于功能键到面壳 4 外表面的距离。 按压件 101呈长条状且按压件 101的长度大于按压件 101的宽 度; 按压骨 105与按压件 101的宽所在边的方向相同, 且按压骨 105凸出按压 件 101。连接件 103包括设置在按压件 101的长所在边的一侧且向后凸出的竖状 杆和连接竖状杆的横杆; 竖状杆的长度相同, 且竖状杆的长度与横杆的宽度之 和与按键避让孔到面壳内壁 (也就是面壳上的第二插入部的内壁) 的最短距离 相等。横杆上设置有向外凸出的圓环状的定位孔 104, 面壳 4上设置有所述定位 用波点配合的凸起。 在功能键上还设置一用胶水固定的按键贴纸, 按键贴纸的 宽度等于功能键的宽度且按键贴纸的长度等于功能键的总长度, 这样可以避免 DOOM片直接与按键保护壳 10直接接触, 且不会影响功能键的灵敏度。
迷你音响 1还包括固定振动膜 5的振动膜固定框 6。 振动膜 5用胶水固定在 振动膜固定框 6上, 且振动膜固定框 6与主体 2之间紧密配合, 振动膜固定框 6 用胶水固定在主体 2的内部。
由于振动膜 5固定在喇叭 7和电路板 11之间, 喇叭 7与电路板 11之间通过 导线连通, 所以在振动膜固定框 6上设置有导线避让孔, 方便导线通过震动膜 固定框 6。
盖板 3 包括中间设置有出音孔 32的面板和设置在面板的一面的向外凸出的 外距等于主体 2内距的第一插入部 31 ; 盖板 3采用插入的方式固定在主体的第 一开口 21处; 出音孔 32的孔径小于喇叭 7的直径, 在盖板 3上还设置有一与 出音孔中心相同且内径等于喇叭 7直径的环状的第一限位凸起 33 , 那么第一限 位凸起 33与出音孔 32之间就形成了一个外径等于喇叭 7的直径且内径小于喇 叭 7 直径的喇八放置平台, 这样用胶水将喇叭固定在喇八放置平台上就可以将 喇叭固定在盖板上了。
第一插入部 31中间位置处设置有长条状开口, 第一插入部 31的根部的内侧 设置有凸出的条状加强筋, 且第一限位凸起 33的高度与第一插入部 31之间的 高度相同。 盖板 3采用塑胶注塑一体成型, 在盖板 3的面板的边缘设置大于 90 度小于 180度的倒角, 可以防止在使用时, 盖板 3刮伤使用者的手。
为了方便描述, 在这里固定盖板 3设置有第一插入部 31的面为盖板的背面, 与背面相对的面为正面。 迷你音响还包括一喇叭网 8。 喇叭网 8固定在盖板 3的 正面, 喇叭网 8覆盖出音孔 32, 且喇叭网 8的形状与盖板 3的形状相适应。 由 于主体 3呈方块状, 那么盖板 3与喇叭网 8均呈方块状, 在喇叭网的四个拐角 均设置有向外凸出的且与喇叭网 8相互垂直的插骨 81 , 盖板 3的面板上设置有 与插骨 81相对应的插孔。 为了保证喇叭网 8固定后面板的平整度, 在盖板 3的 正面设置有与喇叭网 8厚度相同的下凹的喇叭网放置台 36。 金属材质的硬度较 好, 在这里喇叭网采用金属材质。
为了防止内存卡在插入内存卡接口时插偏, 从而造成电路板 11 的损坏, 迷 你音响 1还包括一设置在内存卡接口处的内存卡保护罩 15 ,内存卡保护罩 15呈 长条状, 内存卡保护罩 15内部设置有与内存卡接口相适应的内存卡避让孔, 内 存卡保护罩 15内部的宽度等于内存卡接口的高度。 内存卡保护罩固定在第一避 让孔 46所在处, 内存卡保护罩 15高度等于第一避让孔 46的边缘与所述 usb接 口根部的最短距离; 第一避让孔 46的长度大于内存卡接口的长度且等于内存卡 保护罩 15的外部的长度, 当然第一避让孔 46的长度也可以大于内存卡保护罩 15的外部的长度。 第一避让孔 46的根部与所述第二插入部 41的根部齐平。
如图 3所述, 电池 12呈长条状。 电池 12的长度与主体 2的内距相同, 电池 12的宽小于电池 12的长。 电池 12用胶水固定在振动膜 5与电路板 11之间, 且 电池 12的一侧与振动膜固定框 6的一侧直接接触, 电池 12就有受力点, 不会 在迷你音响 1 内部晃动。 电池 12与电路板 11之间用导线连通, 喇叭 7与电路 板 11也是通过导线连通, 导线通过连接器固定在电路板 11上。 连接器包括一 焊接在电路板 11上的固定部和设置在导线端部的插入部, 采用连接器连接导线 与电路板 11比焊接的牢固。电池 12为可充电电池,通过设置在电路板 11上 usb 接口对其充电。
电路板 11 上设置有控制开关, 控制开关为推拨式开关; 存在两者状态, 分 别对应迷你音响的开和关两种工作状态。 对应的, 第二插入部 41上设置有与控 制开关形状相适应的第三避让孔。 控制开关可以控制迷你音响 1 的工作状态, 这里可以在不使用迷你音响 1时将迷你音响 1关闭, 可以省电。 在控制开关上 设置了一个如图 12所示的开关保护壳 13 , 开关保护壳 13套接在控制开关上; 开关保护壳 13包括一块状板 131、 设置在块状板 131底部的凸出的围骨 132和 设置在围骨 132相对面的向外凸出的条状的扣手位 133 ,围骨 132与控制开关的 形状相适应; 主体上设置有与控制开关形状相适应的开关保护壳避让孔 27。 设 置开关保护壳 13既可以保护电路板上的控制开关, 又方便我们控制迷你音响 1 的工作状态。
迷你音响 1还包括歌词显示功能。, 迷你音响还包括一歌词显示模块, 歌词 显示模块包括设置在电路板上的歌词显示功能模块电路和显示屏 9。在面壳板上 设置有显示屏 9形状相适应的显示屏避让孔, 显示屏 9呈方块状, 对应的, 显 示屏避让孔的宽度也呈方块状。 显示屏避让孔的根部设置有向面壳 3 内部凸出 的环显示屏避让孔的显示屏固定框 43 ,显示屏固定框 43的高度与显示屏 8的厚 度相同, 显示屏固定框 43之间的距离与显示屏 9的宽度相等; 在显示屏固定框 43的根部设置有横跨显示屏固定框 43的显示屏固定部 44, 显示屏固定部 44与 的显示屏固固定框 43相互垂直; 且显示屏固定框 43的根部距面壳 4外表面的 最短距离与显示屏 9的厚度相同, 这样当显示屏 9的外侧涂上胶水固定在显示 屏固定框 43内, 且显示屏 9在固定后与面壳的外表面保证齐平。 显示屏 9与电 路板 11之间通过柔性电路板连通, 在显示屏固定部 44上设置有出线孔 45。 出 线孔 45位置与面壳 4上的按键避让孔的位置相邻。 在显示屏固定部上还设置有 减重孔 48, 可以减轻迷你音响的整体重量, 方便携带。 为了方便描述, 将显示 屏 9与显示屏固定部接触的那一面定义为显示屏 9的正面, 显示屏 9的正面的 相对面为显示屏的方面, 为了避免显示屏 9与面壳直接接触造成的显示屏 9的 磨损, 在显示屏 9的背面设置一张与显示屏 9形状相适应的纸张, 而且纸张较 薄, 几乎不占空间。
迷你音响 1还包括一设置在面壳 4上且覆盖显示屏 9的镜片 14; 镜片 14的 形状与显示屏 9的形状相适应, 镜片 14的宽度大于显示屏 9宽度, 且镜片 14 的宽度小于面壳 4的宽度。 镜片 14覆盖整个面壳 4, 在面壳上设置有下凹的与 镜片 14大小相同的镜片放置台, 镜片放置台两端部之间的距离与镜片 14的厚 度相同。 镜片 14用胶固定在镜片放置台上, 且选用的胶为双面胶, 这是由于双 面胶的粘性较好, 且不像液体胶在按压时会发生溢出的情况, 不会污染显示屏。 在镜片 14上设置有与电路板上的功能键形状相适应的避让孔。 为了使镜片 14 更好的固定在面壳 4上, 在镜片 14的拐角设置有倒角, 对应的, 所述的镜片放 置台的拐角也设置有倒角。 镜片 14与面壳的组合后的示意图如图 10所示。
在主体 2上设置有挂绳孔 28,挂绳孔为两个且位于主体 2四个拐角的其中一 个拐角的端部, 这样方便将挂绳固定在主体上的挂绳孔 28上。 由于主体呈方块 状, 主体的拐角是有棱角的, 在主体 2的拐角设置有倒角, 可以避免磨坏挂绳。 由于主体 2的拐角设置有倒角, 对应的, 固定在主体 2上的盖板 3和面壳 4的 拐角也设置有倒角。
挂绳孔 28位于主体 2的第二开口 22所在的端部, 而面壳固定在主体 2的第 二开口 22处, 在第二插入部的对应的位置处设置有第二挂绳孔避空位, 且第二 挂绳孔避空位的宽度大于挂绳孔之间的距离, 这样挂绳才能从主体 2内部引出。 实施例二 与实施例一不同的是, 在按压件之间设置一连接杆将按键保护壳一体式设 置, 其余的与实施例一皆相同, 在此就不——赘述了。

1、 一种迷你音响, 其特征在于, 包括面壳和固定在所述面壳上的电路板, 所述的电路板上设置有与所述迷你音响功能相对应的功能键, 所述的功能键为 设置在电路板上且凸出的 DOOM片, 所述迷你音响还包括与功能键相适应的按 键保护壳按键保护壳, 对应的所述的面壳上设置有与所述按键保护壳形状相适 应的按键避让孔。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的迷你音响, 其特征在于, 所述的功能键为多个且并 排设置在所述电路板与所述面壳的接触面的一侧, 所述的按键保护壳包括中空 且一面设置有开口的按压件, 所述按压件的开口所在面设置有一条状的与所述 功能键相接触的按压骨, 所述按压件的外径等于所述按键避让孔的内径且所述 按压件的开口处设置有向外凸出的环状平台, 所述按压件的高度大于所述功能 键到所述面壳外表面的距离。
