【技术领域】
本发明涉及音响领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种便携式迷你音响。 【背景技术】
本人已设计一种便携式迷你音响, 包括呈圓筒状且适合手部大小设置的主 体; 固定在主体内部的电路板、 喇八和电池; 固定所述电池的电池仓, 所述电 池仓的两侧设置有向外凸出的长条状的凸起, 所述主体的对应位置处设置有用 来所述卡住凸起的滑槽, 电池仓卡在主体内部; 所述电路板包括设置有 TF卡接 口和 USB接口的主电路板和控制主电路板的按键电路板, 主电路板用螺丝固定 在电池仓的底部且按键电路板用螺丝固定在电池仓的一端。 主体的一端设置有 开口, 将喇叭通过开口直接放置在主体内部, 按键电路板通过电池仓固定在主 体的开口端, 该便携式迷你音响还包括一用来保护按键电路板的按键板, 按键 板适合开口设置用固定圈牢固的固定在开口端。 此方案未公开。 由于喇叭直接 放置在主体内, 可能会在使用或者携带时晃动, 而喇叭与电池以及电路板之间 均用导线连接, 在晃动时可能会出现导线接触不良从而影响该便携式迷你音响 的正常使用。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种喇叭牢固固定的便携式迷你音响。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种便携式迷你音响, 包括 呈圓筒状且适合手部大小设置的主体和固定在所述主体内的喇叭、 电池以及电 路板, 所述主体的喇叭固定端设置有第一开口, 所述喇叭用胶水固定在所述主 体的第一开口端内。
优选的, 所述主体的第一开口的相对端设置有第二开口, 所述主体的第一 开口端内设置有凸出的呈圓环状的喇叭限位台; 所述喇叭通过第二开口用胶水 固定在所述喇叭限位台内。 设置喇叭限位台可以更好的用胶水固定喇叭而且可 以限定喇叭在主体内的安装位置, 设置第二开口是为了将喇叭安装在主体内。
优选的, 所述喇叭的出音口的边沿设置有向外凸出的环状凸起, 所述环状 凸起用胶水固定在所述喇叭限位台上。 设置环状凸起可以增大喇叭的出音口与 喇八限位台的接触面积, 更好的用胶水固定喇八。
优选的, 所述便携式迷你音响还包括一设有出音孔的喇叭网, 所述喇叭网 适合所述喇叭限位台设置且用胶水固定在所述喇叭限位台的外侧。 设置喇叭网 可以保护喇叭。
优选的, 所述喇叭网的外径等于所述主体的内径。 这样设置也是为了增大 喇叭网与喇叭限位台的接触面积, 更好的用胶水将喇叭网固定在喇叭限位台上。
优选的, 所述喇叭网的边缘设置有向后的翻折。 这样可以增强喇叭网的受 力强度, 防止在安装时喇叭网变形。
优选的, 所述翻折的长度小于所述喇叭限位台到第一开口端的距离。 这样 喇叭网在固定以后位于主体的内部, 可以在一定程度上保护喇叭网。
优选的, 所述出音孔为圓孔且均勾设置在所述喇叭网上。 这是出音孔在喇 八网上设置的具体形式。
优选的, 所述喇叭网为五金材料。 五金材料的硬度大, 使得喇叭网受外力 的强度增强。
优选的, 所述主体的第一开口端处设置有挂绳孔, 所述挂绳孔设置在所述 喇叭限位台的外侧。 设置挂绳孔可以在需要时通过挂绳孔将该便携式迷你音响 与挂绳连接, 将挂绳孔设置在喇叭限位台的外侧可以防止灰尘从挂绳孔进入到 主体内。
本发明由于将喇叭用胶水固定在主体的一端, 胶水固定牢固, 这样喇叭不 会在使用或者携带时在主体内晃动。 【附图说明】

【具体实施方式】
一种便携式迷你音响, 包括呈圓筒状且适合手部大小设置的主体和固定在 所述主体内的喇叭、 电池以及电路板, 所述主体的喇叭固定端设置有第一开口, 所述喇叭用胶水固定在所述主体的第一开口端内。 本发明由于将喇叭用胶水固 定在主体的一端, 胶水固定牢固, 这样喇叭不会在使用或者携带时在主体内晃 动。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至 4所示, 便携式迷你音响包括呈圓筒状且适合手部大小设置的主 体 1、 固定在主体 1内部的电路板、 与所述电路板电连接的喇叭 3及为喇叭 3和 电路板提供电源的电池 4。 将主体 1设置成圓筒状这样当使用者用手握住主体 1 时不会杠着使用者的手部; 主体 1 适合手部大小设置这样不会出现握不住的情 况。 主体 1外侧设置有平緩的凹陷 101, 在这里凹陷 101就相当于一放置面, 可 以使该便携式迷你音响横放时不会在放置部上晃动。
喇叭 3固定在主体 1的一端, 在主体 1的喇叭固定端设置第一开口, 主体 1 的另一端设置有第二开口, 在主体 1 的第一开口端内设置有凸出的呈圓环状的 喇叭限位台 (图中未示出); 喇叭 3通过第二开口用胶水固定在喇叭限位台内。 喇叭 3的出音口的边沿设置有向外凸出的环状凸起 31,环状凸起 31用胶水固定 在喇叭限位台上。 设置环状凸起 31可以增大喇叭的出音口与喇叭限位台的接触 面积, 更好的用胶水固定喇叭 3。
便携式迷你音响还包括一设有出音孔 21的喇叭网 2, 喇叭网 2适合所述喇 叭限位台设置且用胶水固定在所述喇叭限位台的外侧。 喇叭网 2 的外径等于主 体 1的内径。 这样设置可以增大喇叭网 2与喇叭限位台的接触面积, 更好的用 胶水将喇叭网 2固定在喇叭限位台上。 喇叭网 2的边缘设置有向后的翻折 22。 这样可以增强喇叭网 2的受力强度, 防止在安装时喇叭网 2变形。 翻折 22的长 度小于喇叭限位台到第一开口端的距离。 这样喇叭网 2在固定以后位于主体 1 的内部, 可以在一定程度上保护喇叭网 2。
如图 4所示, 出音孔 21为圓孔且均勾设置在所述喇叭网 2上。 在该实施例 中喇叭网 2釆用硬度较强的五金材料冲压而成。 主体 1的第一开口端处设置有 挂绳孔, 挂绳孔位于喇叭限位台的外侧。 设置挂绳孔可以在需要时通过挂绳孔 将该便携式迷你音响与挂绳连接, 将挂绳孔设置在喇叭限位台的外侧可以防止 灰尘从挂绳孔进入到主体内。
便携式迷你音响还包括一用来固定电池 4的电池仓 8, 电池仓 8适合主体 1 设置。 电池仓 8呈长条状, 在电池仓 8的底部的两侧设置有向外凸出的卡块, 主体 1 内部设置有与卡块配合的卡槽, 将电池仓 8卡在主体 1 内。 在电池仓 8 的两端分别设置有用来固定导通电池正负极的五金片 11,通过五金片 11与电路 板和喇叭连接, 这样方便组装。
电路板包括设置有 TF卡接口和 USB接口的主电路板 9和控制主电路板 9 的按键电路板 5。 主电路板 9用螺丝固定在电池仓 8的底部, 按键电路板 5用螺 丝固定在电池仓 8的一端。在该实施例中, TF卡接口和 USB接口设置在主电路 板 9的一端, 在按键电路板 5上设置有用来避让 TF卡接口和 USB接口的避让 孔。 该便携式迷你音响还包括一用来保护按键电路板的按键板 6。 按键电路板 5 和按键板 6适合主体 1部设置。 该便携式迷你音响, 还包括一固定按键板 6的 固定圈 7, 在主体 1的按键电路板 5固定端内部设置有旋转螺纹, 固定圈 7适合 主体 1设置, 旋转固定在主体 1的端部。
