【技术领域】
本发明涉及音响领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型音响。 【背景技术】
本人已设计一种微型音响, 包括壳体、 固定在壳体内的喇叭、 电路板和为 微型音响提供电源的电池; 所述的壳体包括上壳、 中壳与下壳, 喇叭用螺丝固 定在中壳上, 中壳上设置有环所述喇八的第一环状凸起, 上壳内壁设置有套在 所述第一环状凸起上的封闭圏, 封闭圏将喇八密封在微型音响内形成封闭的前 音腔, 而下壳与中壳之间形成后音腔, 前音腔与后音腔配合, 有效的改善喇叭 的重低音的共振效果从而提高微型音响的音质。 在壳体上设置有用来固定挂绳 的穿线孔, 通过穿线孔将挂绳固定在微型音响上。 此方案未公开。 为了保证微 型音响的正常使用, 喇叭和电路板需要保持清洁。 但是灰尘会从穿线孔进入到 壳体内部, 进而污染喇叭或者电路板。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种挂绳固定装置的微型音响。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型音响, 包括壳体和 设置在所述壳体上的两个穿线孔和固定在壳体内部防止灰尘从穿线孔进入到壳 体内的盖板, 所述盖板上设置有下凹的穿线避让位。
优选的, 所述微型音响的中间宽两端窄, 所述壳体包括位于底部的下壳、 中部的中壳和顶部的上壳, 所述穿线孔设置在所述下壳上。 在正常使用情况下, 下壳与放置部接触, 而微型音响的中间宽两端窄, 将穿线孔设置在下壳上, 中 壳挡住下壳, 可以防止上部的灰尘落到下壳上, 可以避免上面的灰尘落到盖板 的穿线避让孔上。

本发明由于在壳体上设置了用来连接挂绳的穿线孔, 通过穿线孔将挂绳与 微型音响连接在一起, 方便通过挂绳将微型音响与其他物体连接在一起; 又在 微型音响内设置防止灰尘从穿线孔进入到壳体内的盖板, 这样即使设置了穿线 孔, 灰尘也不会从穿线孔进入到壳体内。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至 3所示, 微型音响包括壳体、 固定在壳体内的喇叭、 电路板和为微 型音响提供电源的电池; 壳体包括上壳 1、 中壳 2与下壳 3 , 喇叭用螺丝固定在 中壳上, 中壳上设置有环所述喇叭的第一环状凸起, 上壳内壁设置有套在所述 第一环状凸起上的封闭圏, 封闭圏将喇八密封在微型音响内形成封闭的前音腔, 而下壳与中壳之间形成后音腔, 前音腔与后音腔配合, 有效的改善喇叭的重低 音的共振效果从而提高微型音响的音质。
微型音响的中间宽两端窄, 穿线孔 4两个设置在下壳 3上。 在正常使用情况 下, 下壳 3与放置部接触, 由于微型音响的中间宽两端窄, 将穿线孔 4设置在 下壳 3上, 中壳 2挡住下壳 3 , 可以防止上部的灰尘落到下壳 3上。 微型音响还 包括覆盖穿线孔 4的盖板 5 ,在盖板 5与穿线孔 4相对面上设置下凹的穿线避让 孔(图中未示出), 盖板 5两端均设置有一个热熔孔 51 , 下壳 3设置有横跨所述 穿线孔 4两个热熔柱, 盖板 5下壳之 3的热熔固定。
下壳 3从部逐渐向外凸终止于所述下壳 3上端, 穿线孔 4分别下壳的侧壁和 底部。 盖板 5呈方块状, 盖板 5的一侧设置有与下壳侧壁相配合的避让位 52。
当然, 穿线孔也可以设置在下壳的一端; 或者, 位于下壳的侧壁上或者位于 下壳的顶部。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型音响, 其特征在于, 所述微型音响的中间宽两 端窄, 所述壳体包括位于底部的下壳、 中部的中壳和顶部的上壳, 所述穿线孔 设置在所述下壳上。 在正常使用情况下, 下壳与放置部接触, 而微型音响的中 间宽两端窄, 将穿线孔设置在下壳上, 中壳挡住下壳, 可以防止上部的灰尘落 到下壳上, 可以避免上面的灰尘落到盖板的穿线避让孔上。

6、 如权利要求 5所述的微型音响, 其特征在于, 所述盖板呈方块状, 所述 盖板的一侧设置有与所述下壳侧壁相配合的避让位。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的微型音响, 其特征在于, 所述穿线孔位于所述下壳 的一端。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的微型音响, 其特征在于, 所述穿线孔位于所述下壳 的侧壁上。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的微型音响, 其特征在于, 所述穿线孔位于所述下壳 的顶部。
