Abstract

【技术领域】
本发明涉及检测器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型水质检测器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种微型水质检测器, 包括壳体、 电路板和电池, 电路板上 设有用于检测水的检测头以及用于显示检测值的显示屏; 壳体包括通过螺丝固 定的面壳和底壳, 且电路板通过螺丝固定在面壳上, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安装 和拆卸, 面壳端部设有用于避让检测头的避让口。 此方案未公开。 但是, 检测 头和壳体连接处有空隙, 当检测头插入到水中时, 水易进入到壳体内部, 从而 影响其正常工作。

本发明公开一种微型水质检测器, 如图 1至图 2所示, 包括设有检测头 21 的电路板 2、 电池 4以及壳体 1 , 所述壳体 1设有用于避让所述检测头 21的避 让口, 所述电路板 2和避让口周围侧壁通过胶水粘合。 本发明由于检测头 21部 位的电路板 2与壳体 1的避让口周围侧壁通过胶水粘合, 胶水把电路板 2与壳 体 1之间的空隙封闭粘合, 从而在检测头 21放置在水中时防止水进入到壳体 1 内部。
本实施例中, 所述避让口位于所述壳体 1一端, 所述壳体 1另一端设有用于 所述电路板 2插入所述壳体 1 内的放置口, 所述微型水质检测器还包括一封闭 所述放置口的封闭盖 5, 这样壳体 1一体式设置, 相比两个壳体固定在一起就无 缝隙, 防止水进入到壳体 1内部。
如图 1和图 2所示, 所述电路板 2设有用于显示检测值 24的显示屏 22以及 按键 23, 按键 23 包括用于控制微型水质检测器的控制开关、 用于锁定检测值 24的锁定按键以及显示温度的温度按键; 所述壳体 1设有用于避让所述显示屏 22的避让孔; 所述微型水质检测器还包括一覆盖所述显示屏 22的保护层 3, 保 护层 2封闭避让孔, 不仅保护显示屏 22, 而且防止水或灰尘等进入到显示屏 22 上。
本实施例中, 所述壳体 1在所述避让孔周围设有用于放置所述保护层 3的凹 陷, 设置凹陷增加保护层 3 固定的牢固性; 所述保护层 3通过胶水粘合固定在 所述凹陷处, 胶水粘合固定牢固, 通过胶水粘合使壳体 1与保护层 3之间无缝 隙。
在本实施例中, 所述凹陷的高度等于所述保护层 3的厚度, 使壳体 1与保护 层 3之间保持平整, 使壳体 1外表美观。
本实施例中, 所述壳体 1沿所述避让口周围侧壁设有凸沿, 设置凸沿保护检 测头 21 , 防止检测头 21受损。 所述凸沿上设有开口, 便于检测头 21与水接触。 如图 1和图 2所示,所述微型水质检测器还包括一从所述凸沿套接在所述壳体 1 上的盖子 6, 不使用时盖子 6套接在壳体 1上, 防止检测头 21受损。 所述壳体 1设有一限位平台, 当所述盖子 6套接在所述壳体 1上时终止于所述平台处, 设 置平台限位盖子 6。 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能 认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技 术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述避让口位于所 述壳体一端, 所述壳体另一端设有用于所述电路板插入所述壳体内的放置口, 所述微型水质检测器还包括一封闭所述放置口的封闭盖。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述电路板设有用 于显示检测值的显示屏以及控制开关, 所述壳体设有用于避让所述显示屏的避 让孔; 所述微型水质检测器还包括一覆盖所述显示屏的保护层。
