本实用新型提供了一种手机防水保护壳,包括:上壳,包括侧边框和透明的手机屏幕保护膜,手机屏幕保护膜的周向边缘与侧边框的上侧边缘密封连接,侧边框的下边缘的内侧设置有突出的防水圈,侧边框的下边缘处形成有上壳卡扣;底壳,包括底板和围绕底板的周向边缘设置的底壳卡扣,底板上还突出地形成有环状的密封压紧筋;底壳通过上壳卡扣与底壳卡扣之间形成的卡合结构与上壳的下边缘处卡合连接、同时密封压紧筋与防水圈抵接形成防水结构。本实用新型可利用上壳和底壳组成一个用于封闭手机的防水腔体,且上壳和底壳采用卡扣结构,因此不需要工具可以轻易拆装,不但能够保证手机各项功能的正常使用,并且具有防水的功能。

本实用新型涉及手机配件领域,特别涉及一种手机防水保护壳。
现有技术中虽然有各种各样的手机保护套,但这些手机保护套一般都是对碰撞进行保护,以防止手机在碰撞时发生损坏,但却无法对手机进行防水保护。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种手机防水保护壳,以解决现有技术的手机保护套无法对手机进行防水保护的问题。
为解决上述问题,作为本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种手机防水保护壳,包括:上壳,包括侧边框和透明的手机屏幕保护膜,手机屏幕保护膜的周向边缘与侧边框的上侧边缘密封连接,侧边框的下边缘的内侧设置有突出的防水圈,侧边框的下边缘处形成有上壳卡扣;底壳,包括底板和围绕底板的周向边缘设置的底壳卡扣,底板上还突出地形成有环状的密封压紧筋;底壳通过上壳卡扣与底壳卡扣之间形成的卡合结构与上壳的下边缘处卡合连接、同时密封压紧筋与防水圈抵接形成防水结构。
优选地,防水圈的自由端的朝向密封压紧筋的一侧形成有导角。
优选地,密封压紧筋的自由端的朝向防水圈的一侧形成有导角。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型可利用上壳和底壳组成一个用于封闭手机的防水腔体,且上壳和底壳采用卡扣结构,因此不需要工具可以轻易拆装,不但能够保证手机各项功能的正常使用,并且具有防水的功能。

以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明,但是本实用新型可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种手机防水保护壳,包括:上壳1,包括侧边框2和透明的手机屏幕保护膜3,手机屏幕保护膜3的周向边缘与侧边框2的上侧边缘密封连接,侧边框2的下边缘的内侧设置有突出的防水圈4,侧边框2的下边缘处形成有上壳卡扣5;底壳6,包括底板7和围绕底板7的周向边缘设置的底壳卡扣8,底板7上还突出地形成有环状的密封压紧筋9;底壳6通过上壳卡扣5与底壳卡扣8之间形成的卡合结构与上壳1的下边缘处卡合连接、同时密封压紧筋9与防水圈4抵接形成防水结构。例如,上壳1可由硬胶及软胶一体注塑,其中,软胶为防水圈4。
请参考图3,安装时,将手机10放置在上壳1的腔体内,然后再将底壳6盖在上壳1上从而将上壳1的腔体封闭起来,同时,在底壳6的密封压紧筋9的作用下,防水圈4受到挤压并与密封压紧筋9之间发生过盈配合,从而形成一个图4所示的防水密封。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型可利用上壳和底壳组成一个用于封闭手机的防水腔体,且上壳和底壳采用卡扣结构,因此不需要工具可以轻易拆装,不但能够保证手机各项功能的正常使用,并且具有防水的功能。
优选地,防水圈4的自由端的朝向密封压紧筋9的一侧形成有导角11。优选地,密封压紧筋9的自由端的朝向防水圈4的一侧形成有导角12。由于设置的导角11和12,因此有利于装配导向及密封稳定性,消费者每次拆装时轻松效果都一致,因而,改善了消费体验。

- 一种手机防水保护壳,其特征在于,包括:上壳(1),包括侧边框(2)和透明的手机屏幕保护膜(3),所述手机屏幕保护膜(3)的周向边缘与所述侧边框(2)的上侧边缘密封连接,所述侧边框(2)的下边缘的内侧设置有突出的防水圈(4),所述侧边框(2)的下边缘处形成有上壳卡扣(5);底壳(6),包括底板(7)和围绕所述底板(7)的周向边缘设置的底壳卡扣(8),所述底板(7)上还突出地形成有环状的密封压紧筋(9);所述底壳(6)通过所述上壳卡扣(5)与所述底壳卡扣(8)之间形成的卡合结构与所述上壳(1)的下边缘处卡合连接、同时所述密封压紧筋(9)与所述防水圈(4)抵接形成防水结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手机防水保护壳,其特征在于,所述防水圈(4)的自由端的朝向所述密封压紧筋(9)的一侧形成有导角(11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手机防水保护壳,其特征在于,所述密封压紧筋(9)的自由端的朝向所述防水圈(4)的一侧形成有导角(12)。
