Abstract

本发明涉及水质检测器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型水质检测器。 【背景技术】
人们生活中与水息息相关, 比如: 饮用水、 游泳池水、 水产养殖等等, 随 着人们对水污染或二次污染的重视, 越来越多的人开始使用水质检测器检测水 是否符合饮用或使用要求。 但是, 水质检测器体积大, 不便于携带, 尤其是外 出时。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于携带的水质检测器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型水质检测器, 包括 壳体、 设有用于放置水中的检测头的电路板以及电池, 所述电路板上设有控制 开关和用于显示检测值的显示屏, 所述壳体上设有用于避让所述显示屏的第一 通孔。
优选的, 所述壳体一端设有用于避让所述检测头的第二通孔, 所述壳体沿 所述第二通孔周围侧壁设有凸沿。 壳体沿第二通孔向外延伸凸沿, 凸沿包围检 测头, 从而防止检测头受损。

优选的, 所述电路板上还设有用于锁定检测值的锁定电路。 防止微型水质 检测器从水中拿出时检测值变化, 保证其精确性。
优选的, 所述电路板上还设有用于显示温度的温显电路。 显示温度, 增加 功能, 方便使用。
本发明由于微型水质检测器为微型结构, 体积小, 便于携带和使用; 检测 头放置在需要检测的水中, 电池供电, 电路板的显示屏显示检测值, 从而实现 检测水质的目的; 微型水质检测器体积小, 可把其放置在包内、 口袋内或其它 处, 从而就便于携带。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型水质检测器, 如图 1至图 4所示, 包括壳体 1、 设有用 于放置水中的检测头 21的电路板 2以及电池 3 , 所述电路板 2上设有控制开关 和用于显示检测值 24的显示屏 22, 所述壳体 1上设有用于避让所述显示屏 22 的第一通孔 11。 本发明由于微型水质检测器为微型结构, 体积小, 便于携带和 使用; 检测头 21放置在需要检测的水中, 电池 3供电, 电路板 2的显示屏 22 显示检测值 23 , 从而实现检测水质的目的; 微型水质检测器体积小, 可把其放 置在包内、 口袋内或其它处, 从而就便于携带。
如图 2、 图 3和图 4所示, 微型水质检测器还包括一固定在壳体 1表面上的 扣件 7, 扣件 7—端通过卡扣固定在壳体 1上, 扣件 7另一端设有一凸点, 凸点 和卡扣设置在扣件 7的同一面上, 通过扣件 7方便将微型水质检测器佩戴在使 用者的皮带上或其它位置。 当然, 本实施例也可以在壳体 1 上设置挂孔, 同样 也方便携带。
如图 1和图 3所示, 所述微型水质检测器还包括一封闭所述第一通孔的保护 层 5 , 所述保护层 5对应所述显示屏 22透明设置, 设置保护层 5防止灰尘等进 入显示屏 22上, 进而防止显示屏 22受损。
如图 3和图 4所示, 所述壳体 1一端设有用于避让所述检测头 21的第二通 孔, 所述壳体 1沿所述第二通孔周围侧壁设有凸沿, 壳体 1沿第二通孔向外延 伸凸沿, 凸沿包围检测头 21 , 从而防止检测头 21受损。 所述壳体 1另一端设有 第三通孔 12,所述电池 3通过所述第三通孔 12固定在所述壳体 1内与所述电路 板 2连接, 电池 3通过五金片 8与电路板 2连接; 所述微型水质检测器还包括 一封闭所述第三通孔 12的电池盖 4, 这是电池 3固定的一种具体方式, 这样固 定电池 3方便更换。
如图 4所示, 所述凸沿设有条形的开口, 凸沿上设置开口便于检测头 21放 置在水中时水进入凸沿内部; 所述凸沿上设有第四通孔, 凸沿上设置第四通孔 进一步便于水进入到凸沿内。 所述第四通孔为圓形结构, 圓形结构便于成型。
本实施例中, 所述电路板 2与所述第二通孔周围侧壁通过胶水粘合, 胶水粘 合密封效果好, 防止水从壳体 1与电路板 2的连接处进入到壳体 1内部。 示温度的温显电路, 设置锁定电路防止微型水质检测器从水中拿出时检测值 24 变化, 保证其精确性; 设置温显电路增加功能, 方便使用。 如图 1、 图 3和图 4 所示, 控制开关、 温显电路、 锁定电路以及显示屏 22相邻设置, 微型水质检测 器还包括分别与控制开关、 温显电路以及锁定电路配合的按键 23 , 通过按键 23 方便控制和使用。
本实施例中, 电路板 2还设有用于自动控制关闭的自关电路, 自关电路板设 定关断时间为十分钟, 一旦在十分钟内使用者没有使用微型水质检测器, 自关 电路启动关闭微型水质检测器, 从而防止浪费电池 3电量, 方便使用。
如图 1至图 4所示, 微型水质检测器还包括一从凸沿处套接在壳体 1上的盖 子 6, 壳体 1设有用于限位盖子 6的限位平台, 盖子 6套接在壳体 1上终止于平 台处, 盖子 6套接在壳体 1上保护检测头 21 , 在不使用时防止检测头 21受损。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体一端设有 用于避让所述检测头的第二通孔, 所述壳体沿所述第二通孔周围侧壁设有凸沿。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述微型水质检测 器还包括一封闭所述第一通孔的保护层, 所述保护层对应所述显示屏透明设置。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体另一端设 有第三通孔, 所述电池通过所述第三通孔固定在所述壳体内与所述电路板连接, 所述微型水质检测器还包括一封闭所述第三通孔的电池盖。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述凸沿设有条形 的开口。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述电路板与所述 第二通孔周围侧壁通过胶水粘合。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的微型水质检测器, 其特征在于, 所述凸沿上设有第 四通孑
