随着无线耳机技术的日益成熟,人们对无线耳机及其保护套的消费需求不断增加,但目前无线耳机保护套功能单一,仅起收纳作用,实用性不高。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种实用性高,具保护、无线充电双功能的无线耳机无线充保护套。

可选的,所述第一安装槽和所述第二安装槽分别设置在所述内壳两相对侧表面。
可选的,所述无线充控制板与所述充电接头通过软电路板电连接;所述第二安装槽内壁设置有与所述软电路板配合的第二开口。
可选的,所述内壳底部设置有与所述充电接头相对应的第三开口和安装固定所述充电接口的安装块。

本实用新型较佳实施例的无线耳机无线充保护套如图1至4所示,包括外壳1、内壳2和硅胶上盖3;外壳1与硅胶上盖3配合盖紧,外壳1与内壳2固定连接并位于内壳2外部;内壳2上设有无线充控制板200、无线充电接收线圈201和充电接头202,无线充控制板200和无线充电接收线圈201电连接且均固定连接在内壳2上,充电接头202与无线充控制板200电连接且处在内壳2底部,无线耳机放入内壳2后,其上的充电接口与内壳2内的充电接头202进行连接,外壳1与硅胶上盖3配合盖紧,对无线耳机起保护作用,同时还能通过无线充电接收线圈201、无线充控制板200和充电接头202向无线耳机充电,实现高实用性,集保护、无线充电双功能于一体。
如图1和图2所示,内壳2外表面设有与无线充电接收线圈201相对应的第一安装槽204,和与无线充控制板200相对应的第二安装槽205;第一安装槽204内壁设置有与内壳2外表面连通的第一开口206,安装便捷,散热性良好;第二安装槽205内设置有多个限位块207;无线充控制板200设置有与多个限位块207一一对应的多个定位孔208,安装时仅需将定位孔208和限位块207对应,便可进行后续的固定,安装方便快捷。
如图1至图2所示,第一安装槽204和第二安装槽205分别设置在内壳2两相对侧表面,避免一侧厚度较厚,保证了产品的美观。
如图1和图2所示,无线充控制板200与充电接头202通过软电路板209电连接,即焊锡连接方式;第二安装槽205内壁设置有与软电路板209配合的第二开口210,既保证了供电顺畅,又有较好的散热性。
如图2所示,内壳2底部设置有与充电接头202相对应的第三开口211和安装固定充电接口的安装块212,安装更准确和便捷。
如图2所示,无线充控制板200上设置有指示充电状态的充电指示灯213;外壳1上设置有透光按键100和导光孔101;透光按键100用于将充电指示灯213的光导出;导光孔101用于安装透光按键100,充电指示灯213与无线充控制板200电连接,直观了解无线耳机的充电状态。
如图2和图4所示,上盖3包括固定连接的硅胶盖30和硬胶上盖31;硅胶盖30的尾端设置有安装用的连接扣32;外壳1上设置有与连接扣32对应的扣合槽102,利用连接扣32和扣合槽102连接,安装稳固且操作简易。
如图2所示,第二安装槽205内设置有启动无线耳机配对的配对按键214,配对按键214的上端固定,下端悬空,当用户使用时直接按压,配对按键214与无线耳机盒上的触发按键接触,启动无线连接配对;无线充控制板200上设置有与配对按键214对应的第四开口215;透光按键100套设在配对按键214外围,透光按键100既能将充电指示灯213的光导出,又能通过套在配对按键214上起保护作用。
如图4所示,外壳1设有挂绳孔103,便于携带及吊挂。
如图4所示,硅胶盖30和硬胶上盖31粘接固定,安装方便快捷。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无线耳机无线充保护套,其特征在于,所述第一安装槽和所述第二安装槽分别设置在所述内壳两相对侧表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的无线耳机无线充保护套,其特征在于,所述无线充控制板与所述充电接头通过软电路板电连接;所述第二安装槽内壁设置有与所述软电路板配合的第二开口。
