具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将对本发明进行更全面的描述。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技 术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在背夹电池的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1至图5,为本发明的一较佳实施方式的电子设备保护壳组件,包括一可拆卸连接的电池主体100和框体900,框体900用于固定在电子设备上对电子设备进行保护,电池主体100通过可拆卸连接的方式固定在框体900上为电子设备充电。电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑等手持设备,在本实施例中,电子设备为手机。
所述电池主体100包括第一盖体10、第二盖体20、安装在第一盖体10及第二盖体20之间的电芯30、电连接电芯30的电路板组件40、电连接电路板组件40的电源线50。在本实施例中,所述第一盖体10相对第二盖体20靠近所述框体900设置;第一盖体10朝向所述框体900的表面上设有线槽11,所述线槽11用于容置所述电源线50;当需要使用电池主体100对电子设备进行充电时,先将电源线50从第一盖体10的线槽11拉出,通过电源线50使得电池主体100与电子设备电连接,实现充电。具体地,电池主体100大致呈矩形设置,与框体900的形状尺寸对应设置。
具体地,所述第一盖体10为下盖体,所述第二盖体20为上盖体。第一盖体10具有底面,该底面背向第二盖体20设置,并用于朝向所述框体900安装。在本实施例中,所述线槽11设置在第一盖体10的底面上并与第一盖体10的内部连通。线槽11包括一存线段110及一连通存线段110的出线段115,存线段110与出线段115的连接处与第一盖体10的内部连通。该存线段110包括连接器段113、及连通所述出线段115及所述连接器段113的线材 段114;具体地,存线段110呈L形设置,连接器段113与线材段114相互垂直设置;线材段114的长度大于出线段115的长度,以方便需要充电时,电源线50从线槽11翻转到出线段115中后有足够超出第一盖体10的长度进行充电。
第一盖体10的底面的一端中部设有一按键孔154及若干显示孔156;第一盖体10的底面的另一端还设有一缺口158以配合手机的摄像头。
第二盖体20为上盖体,形状与第一盖体10对应相似,以与第一盖体10装配后形成收容腔容置所述电芯30及电路板组件40。第二盖体20的周缘呈倒圆角设置,以增加第二盖体20的立体平滑感。第二盖体20靠近电路板组件40的底端设有一第一连接器接口21,以供外部电源对电池主体100进行充电时外部电源的插头插入连接所述电路板组件40。当然,在其他实施例中,为电池主体100充电的方式也可以是无线充电,或者通过触点接触的方式充电,而无需设置该第一连接器接口21。
第二盖体20的另一端对应第一盖体10的缺口158处设有穿孔25。在本实施例中,第二盖体20上还安装有一摄像头配件28,该摄像头配件28呈漏斗状设置,对应连通第二盖体20的穿孔25及第一盖体10的缺口158,以方便手机的摄像头外漏拍摄或者照相。
电路板组件40包括连接所述电芯30的电路板41及连接电路板41的按键件45。电路板41上设有对应所述第二盖体20的第一连接器接口21的充电连接器410、连接电源线50的供电连接端(图未标);具体地,电路板41上还设有按键按钮和显示灯(图未示),所述按键件45对应设置在电路板41的按键按钮上并对应穿设所述第一盖体10的按键孔154,从而控制整个电池主体100的开关;所述显示灯对应所述第一盖体10的显示孔156,以显示电 池主体100的电量多少。可以理解地,所述显示灯与显示孔156之间还设有第一垫片。
所述电池主体100内还装有若干第一磁吸件60。在本实施例中,所述第一磁吸件60分成两组设置在电池主体100内部相对两端;所述第一磁吸件60可以是磁铁或者铁片。具体地,各组第一磁吸件60的数量可以为四个,间隔设置在电池主体100内;可选地,第一磁吸件60还可以根据需要设置为四周分布。各第一磁吸件60呈圆柱状设置或者其它形状,其中一端分布卡设在第一盖体10内表面,另一端通过第二垫片与所述第二盖体20的内表面抵顶。
所述电源线50包括连接所述电路板41的连接器52、及连接连接器52的线材53;所述连接器52用于连接外界的电子设备如手机。所述线材53包括内置线材530及外置线材536,内置线材530设置在电池主体100内部,所述外置线材536设置在所述第一盖体10的线槽11的存线段110内。连接器52与外置线材536远离内置线材530的一端连接。在本实施例中,外置线材536与内置线材530通过一连接段533连接,外置线材536相对内置线材530可翻转设置,从而外置线材536可从线槽11的存线段110翻到出线段115。
在本实施例中,该电源线50为iPhone电源线,连接器52为8pin的lighting公端;在其他实施例中,该电源线50还可以是安卓手机的电源线或者数据线或苹果数据线,其中连接器52为mirco USB端子或者c-type USB公端或者lighting公端。
在本实施例中,为了将电源线50更好地固定在线槽11中,所述电池主体100内还设有磁铁块65,该磁铁块65安装在第二盖体20对应所述连接器52的位置。
请再次参阅图5,所述框体900包括第一壳体70、围绕第一壳体70的外侧周缘的第二壳体80、及连接第一壳体70朝向电池主体100的侧面的安装板90。所述第一壳体70或第二壳体80用于用于固定连接所述电子设备,环绕电子设备的边缘,可以在碰撞或跌落时保护电子设备。所述安装板90固定在第一壳体70上以后,内侧面朝向所述电子设备,外侧面用于供所述电池主体100可拆卸安装固定。在本实施例中,第一壳体70为内壳,第二壳体80为外壳。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,所述第二壳体80可以省略不用。
所述第一壳体70及第二壳体80在本实施例中均为TPU材料制成。第一壳体70的一端设有第二连接器接口71及播放器接口72;第一壳体70的一侧设有音量调节凸块73及开关通孔74。第二壳体80的一端对应所述第一壳体70设有第三充电插孔81及播放器接口82,第二壳体80的一侧设有音量调节槽83及开关通孔84。通过以上设置,可以在保护手机的同时不影响手机的使用。
所述安装板90在本实施例中均为PC塑料制成。安装板90上对应所述电池主体100内的第一磁吸件60的位置分别安装有第二磁吸件91。所述第二磁吸件91可以是磁铁或者铁片,但是需要保证第一磁吸件60和第二磁吸件91中至少有一个是磁铁;具体地,所述第二磁吸件91分布于安装板90的相对两端。各第二磁吸件91呈长条形设置。各第二磁吸件91可以是磁铁或者铁片或其它磁性体,用于对电池主体100内的第一磁吸件60进行吸附,从而当电池主体100贴近安装板90时将电池主体100吸附固定在安装板90上。其中一第二磁吸件91上设有摄像孔910,以配合手机的摄像头外漏。
所述框体900组装后,安装板90的顶面低于第一壳体70或者第二壳体80的顶面,从而与第一壳体70或者第二壳体80的内壁围成一收容槽,用于 容置所述电池主体100的部分,使得电池主体100的四周与第一壳体70或者第二壳体80内壁抵靠,检索电池主体100相对框体900活动。
当安装在框体900中的手机或者其他电子设备需要充电时,将电源线50的线材53的外置线材536及连接器52从线槽11的存线段110翻出放入到出线段115中,部分外置线材536及连接器52从电池主体100的一端穿出;然后将电池主体100放置到框体900的安装板90上,通过第二磁吸件91与第一磁吸件60的相互吸引从而将电池主体100固定在框体900上;最后将连接器52插入到手机的充电接口中,进行充电。此时手机与整个电子设备保护壳组件可以一起使用,方便简单。充电结束后拔出连接器52,直接取下电池主体100,可减少手机的重量。
请参阅图6至图8,本发明的另一实施例的电子设备保护壳组件中,除了框体900和电池主体100外,还包括一装饰板600,该装饰板600用于当框体900无需连接电池主体100时,通过装饰板600贴设所述安装板90,从而填满框体900的收容槽,达到装饰的作用。装饰板600朝向所述安装板90的一面的相对两端设有若干第三磁吸件660,并通过钢片(或铁片)661盖住,从而实现装饰板600与框体900的可拆卸连接。所述第三磁吸件660可以是磁铁或者铁片,但是需要保证第三磁吸件660和第二磁吸件91中至少有一个是磁铁。
该实施例中,装饰板600与框体900吸合在一起形成一个完美的保护壳。通过框体900与装饰板600的组合式吸合设计,装饰板600背向框体900的一面上可以印上不同的图案,或是用不同的材质如皮质,木质,布纹材质,通过第三磁吸件660与第二磁吸件91吸合后,呈现不同材质风格或是图案的保护壳,增加保护壳的美观度和可玩性;从另外一个角度,这种组合式的设 计,框体900作为手机功能延伸的一个平台,通过可拆卸连接的方式可以选择装饰板600或者电池主体100,从而呈现不同的功能,例如选择连接装饰板600时组成不同图形或材质的保护壳,选择连接电池主体100时组成一个背夹电池。
在上述描述中,框体900与电池主体100及/或装饰板600的可拆卸连接方式为磁吸连接;在其他实施例中,框体900与电池主体100及/或装饰板600的可拆卸连接方式还可以是卡扣连接、魔术贴方式连接等。
在其它实施例中,所述电池主体100及/或装饰板600还可以是其它的模块,比如投影仪,摄像头,或者存贮设备之类的模块,从而使得本电子设备保护壳组件具备更好的功能。
可以理解地,在另一实施例中,所述电子设备保护壳组件也可以包括框体900和若干装饰板600,而不包括电池主体100;而且,所述框体900上设有收容槽,各装饰板600的形状、大小和厚度与收容槽相匹配;所述框体900可选择性地只与其中一个装饰板600可拆卸连接;此时,框体900可以匹配多种不同材质或不同图案的装饰板600,从而得到更多的组合效果。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子设备保护壳组件,用于安装在电子设备上,其特征在于,所述电子设备保护壳组件包括:
    电池主体,所述电池主体包括第一盖体、第二盖体、安装在第一盖体及第二盖体之间的电芯、电连接电芯的电路板组件、电连接电路板组件的电源线;以及
    框体,所述框体包括第一壳体及连接第一壳体的安装板,所述第一壳体用于套设在所述电子设备的外部,所述框体适于与所述电池主体可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述电池主体上安装有若干第一磁吸件,所述安装板上对应所述第一磁吸件的位置分别安装有第二磁吸件,所述框体与所述电池主体通过所述安装板的第一磁吸件与第二磁吸件相互吸引实现可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述第一磁吸件分成两组且分别设置在电池主体的相对两端;所述第二磁吸件对应于所述第一磁吸件设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述电子设备保护壳组件中还包括至少一装饰板,所述装饰板用于与所述框体可拆卸连接;所述框体只与所述电池主体及装饰板中的其中一个连接;所述框体上设有一收容槽以容置所述电池主体或者装饰板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述装饰板具有若干第三磁吸件;所述安装板上分别安装有第二磁吸件,所述装饰板与框体通过第三磁吸件与第二磁吸件相互吸引实现可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述第一盖体相对第二盖体靠近所述框体设置;所述第一盖体朝向所述框体的表面上设有线槽,所述线槽用于容置所述电源线;所述线槽包括一存线段及一连通存线段的出线段,存线段与出线段的连接处与电池主体的内部连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述电源线包括连接器,及连接所述电路板组件和连接器的线材;所述线材的长度适于使所述连接器伸出所述线槽之外。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述电池主体内还设有磁铁块,该磁铁块安装在第二盖体对应所述连接器的位置,以对所述连接器磁吸固定。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述连接器与所述线槽通过过盈配合或嵌合的方式固定。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述存线段包括连接器段、及连通所述出线段及所述连接器段的线材段,所述线材段的长度大于出线段的长度。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述框体与所述电池主体通过魔术贴粘接或者卡扣卡接的方式实现可拆卸连接。
  12. 一种电子设备保护壳组件,用于安装在电子设备上,其特征在于,所述电子设备保护壳组件包括:
    电池主体,所述电池主体包括第一盖体、第二盖体、安装在第一盖体及第二盖体之间的电芯、电连接电芯的电路板组件;所述电池主体用于对所述电子设备充电;所述电池主体上安装有若干第一磁吸件;
    框体,所述框体包括第一壳体及连接第一壳体的安装板,所述第一壳体 用于套设在所述电子设备的外部;所述安装板上对应所述电池主体内的第一磁吸件分别安装有第二磁吸件;及
    装饰板,所述装饰板对应所述安装板的第二磁吸件的位置设有若干第三磁吸件;
    其中,所述框体选择性地只与电池主体或装饰板可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述第一磁吸件分成两组且分别设置在电池主体的相对两端。
  14. 一种电子设备保护壳组件,用于安装在电子设备上,其特征在于,所述电子设备保护壳组件包括:
    框体,所述框体包括第一壳体及连接第一壳体的安装板,所述第一壳体用于套设在所述电子设备的外部,所述框体上设有收容槽;及
    若干装饰板,各装饰板的形状、大小和厚度与收容槽相匹配;所述框体可选择性地只与其中一个装饰板可拆卸连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述安装板具有第二磁吸件,所述装饰板对应所述安装板的第二磁吸件的位置具有第三磁吸件;所述安装板与所述装饰板通过第二磁吸件与第三磁吸件相互吸引实现可拆卸连接。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备保护壳组件,其特征在于:所述安装板与所述装饰板通过魔术贴粘接或者卡扣卡接的方式实现可拆卸连接。
