Description

外贴电池的无线耳机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及手机配件,特别涉及无线耳机的结构设计。
背景技术
现有无线耳机一般都配有充电盒,用于耳机充电,但由于无线耳机结构设计的要求,一般都设计的比较小,这样的要求,就无法让耳机长时间工作,用过一段时间后,必须放入充电盒中进行充电,然后才可以继续使用,这样就为使用者带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型在现有耳机的基础上,设置在耳机上外贴的电池,可以延长耳机的工作时间,解决现有技术中耳机工作时间短的技术问题。
本实用新型为实现上述目的而设计的这种外贴电池的无线耳机,包括设置有出音口的前壳部、与该前壳部扣合为一体的背壳部以及设置于所述前壳部与背壳部之间中空空间内的控制及播放部,所述背壳部设置有可用于连接外贴电池的连接部,所述外贴电池通过所述连接部活动连接于所述背壳部上,并电连接所述控制及播放部。
所述连接部设置有连接所述控制及播放部的第一电极接点,所述外贴电池上设有与所述第一电极接点对应连接的第二电极接点。
所述外贴电池与所述连接部之间通过磁吸机构连接;所述磁吸机构包括设置于所述连接部上的磁铁,还包括设置于所述外贴电池上的铁磁性材料,或者所述磁吸机构包括设置于所述外贴电池上的磁铁,还包括设置于所述连接部上的铁磁性材料,再或者所述外贴电池与所述连接部之间通过卡扣机构连接。
所述外贴电池与所述连接部之间设有密封机构,所述密封机构为设置于所述外贴电池或所述连接部上的密封圈,或者所述密封机构为设置于所述外贴电池或所述连接部上的卡扣密封装置。
所述外贴电池的外表面还设置有触摸开关,所述触摸开关通过连接部电连接所述控制及播放部。
该无线耳机还包括有充电盒,所述充电盒包括有容纳无线耳机充电的耳机充电腔以及用于为所述外贴电池充电的电池充电腔。
本实用新型采用上述的技术方案,可以为无线耳机外加一个供电电池,可以延长无线耳机的工作时间,本专利的技术方案用于TWS(True Wireless Stereo)耳机。

具体实施方式
结合上述附图1-6说明本实用新型的具体实施例。
本实用新型外贴电池的无线耳机,包括设置有出音口11的前壳部10。与该前壳部10扣合为一体的背壳部20以及设置于所述前壳部10与背壳部之间中空空间内的控制及播放部30,所述背壳部20设置有可用于连接外贴电池40的连接部21,所述外贴电池40通过所述连接部21活动连接于所述背壳部20上,并电连接所述控制及播放部30。本实用新型中利用外贴电池为无线耳机提供电源供应,延长无线耳机的使用时间,方便使用者长时间使用,其中外贴电池另外配置的,可以在需要时使用,不需要时可以拆下(如图2所示)。
所述连接部21设置有连接所述控制及播放部30的第一电极接点22,所述外贴电池40上设有与所述第一电极接点22对应连接的第二电极接点41(图3和图4所示)。
所述外贴电池40与所述连接部21之间通过磁吸机构50连接(如图2至图4所示)。其中之一是所述磁吸机构50包括设置于所述连接部21上的磁铁,还包括设置于所述外贴电池40上的铁磁性材料;其二是所述磁吸机构50包括设置于所述外贴电池40上的磁铁,还包括设置于所述连接部21上的铁磁性材料。本实用新型中设置磁吸机构,用于方便外贴电池40与所述连接部21之间的连接。也可以所述外贴电池40与所述连接部21之间通过卡扣机构23连接(图中未显示),使用时将外贴电池按压在连接部上,通过卡扣与耳机连接,取下时将电池抠下即可。
为使耳机具有更好的防水性能,所述外贴电池40与所述连接部21之间设有密封机构60(如图2至图4所示)。其中方案之一是所述密封机构60为设置于所述外贴电池40或所述连接部21上的密封圈,或者所述密封机构60为设置于所述外贴电池40或所述连接部21上的卡扣密封装置23,外贴电池安装在连接部上时,挤压密封圈实现密封;而卡扣密封装置则是通过卡扣迷宫的结构实现密封(如图5所示)。
所述外贴电池40的外表面还设置有触摸开关42,所述触摸开关42通过连接部21电 连接所述控制及播放部30,一般耳机的开关设置于耳机背部,当在该处安装电池时,势必将遮挡开关的使用,本专利特意在电池背面设置触摸开关,电池安装在耳机上时,电池上的开关并联于耳机背部的开关,起到控制的作用,也可以通过控制程序,当电池安装时,由电池上的触摸开关完全取代耳机原有开关。不影响功能的使用。
本实用新型无线耳机更加设计有充电盒70,所述充电盒70包括有容纳无线耳机充电的耳机充电腔71以及用于为所述外贴电池40充电的电池充电腔72:不但可以为耳机充电,同时还可以为外贴电池充电(如图6所示)。

  1. 一种外贴电池的无线耳机,包括设置有出音口(11)的前壳部(10)、与该前壳部(10)扣合为一体的背壳部(20)以及设置于所述前壳部(10)与背壳部之间中空空间内的控制及播放部(30),其特征在于:所述背壳部(20)设置有可用于连接外贴电池(40)的连接部(21),所述外贴电池(40)通过所述连接部(21)活动连接于所述背壳部(20)上,并电连接所述控制及播放部(30)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:所述连接部(21)设置有连接所述控制及播放部(30)的第一电极接点(22),所述外贴电池(40)上设有与所述第一电极接点(22)对应连接的第二电极接点(41)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:所述外贴电池(40)与所述连接部(21)之间通过磁吸机构(50)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:所述磁吸机构(60)包括设置于所述连接部(21)上的磁铁,还包括设置于所述外贴电池(40)上的铁磁性材料。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:所述磁吸机构(50)包括设置于所述外贴电池(40)上的磁铁,还包括设置于所述连接部(21)上的铁磁性材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:所述外贴电池(40)与所述连接部(21)之间通过卡扣机构连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述外贴电池(40)与所述连接部(21)之间设有密封机构(60)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:所述密封机构(60)为设置于所述外贴电池(40)或所述连接部(21)上的密封圈,或者所述密封机构(60)为设置于所述外贴电池(40)或所述连接部(21)上的卡扣密封装置(23)。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:所述外贴电池(40)的外表面还设置有触摸开关(42),所述触摸开关(42)通过连接部(21)电连接所述控制及播放部(30)。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述外贴电池的无线耳机,其特征在于:该无线耳机还包括有充电盒(70),所述充电盒(70)包括有容纳无线耳机充电的耳机充电腔(71)以及用于为所述外贴电池(40)充电的电池充电腔(72)。
