背景技术
扬声器作为将电能转变为声能的常用电声换能器件,其在声放系统中起着不可或缺的作用。扬声器在声放系统中是一个最薄弱的器件,而对于声放效果而言,它又是一个最重要的部件。扬声器的种类繁多,音频电能通过电磁,压电或静电效应,使其纸盆或振膜振动并与周围的空气产生共振而发出声音。因此,正是有了扬声器的出现,人们才得以听到美妙声音。
扬声器被应用于终端设备,当终端设备掉入水中或以其它形式接触到水时,水会经终端设备外壳上的声孔从扬声器的出声孔进入到扬声器的振膜上部的空间,即进入到扬声器的前腔的空间内,如果振膜与扬声器外壳之间密封不严,进入到前腔内的水会从二者之间进入到终端设备的内腔中,会导致终端设备的零部件电路损坏。
因此,为满足扬声器或终端设备的性能及可靠性的要求,越来越多的产品要求具有防水功能,而在现有的扬声器结构中,引线避让槽直接设置在振膜下方的外壳上,存在漏水隐患。其中,当产品前腔充水时,因引线避让槽处的振膜部分处于悬空状态,振膜很容易被水冲开或者冲掉,造成产品防水失效。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种扬声器,以解决目前扬声器的外壳结构存在防水失效隐患的问题。

在本发明的一个具体实施方式中,振膜2进一步包括与中壳4和上壳1固定连接的固定部(位于振膜的最外围)、与固定部一体设置的凹/凸结构的折环部以及设置在折环部内部的平面部(位于振膜的最内部),补强部3设置在振膜2的平面部,主要用于调节扬声器的声学性能,为降低振动系统的总体质量,通常在振膜平面部对应补强部3的位置设置去料,补强部3则覆盖在该去料位置。其中,固定部粘结固定在上壳1与中壳4相向的两个端面之间,振膜2与上壳1和中壳4之间不存在缝隙,能够有效避免前腔内的水进入到扬声器内部。
此外,本发明实施例的扬声器,还包括收容在上壳1、中壳4和下壳6内的磁路系统;其中,磁路系统包括与下壳6固定连接的导磁轭11、固定在导磁轭11中心位置的中心磁铁8、围绕中心磁铁8设置的边磁铁10、与中心磁铁8和边磁铁10对应设置的中心华司7和边华司9。
具体地,磁路系统包括用于固定磁铁并修正磁力线的导磁轭11,粘结固 定在导磁轭11中心位置的中心磁铁8以及围绕中心磁铁8设置的边磁铁10,在中心磁铁8远离导磁轭11的一侧贴设有中心华司7,在边磁铁10远离导磁轭11的一侧设置有边华司9;其中,中心磁铁8和中心华司7与边磁铁10和边华司9之间存在的间隙即为磁间隙,音圈5悬设在该磁间隙内,当处于磁场中的音圈5有音频电流流过时,会受到一个交变推动力产生交变运动,从而带动振膜振动,进而反复推动空气而发声。
在本发明的另一具体实施方式中,边华司9设置有两个,在各边华司9上分别设置有压边和限位凹部,压边和限位凹部注塑固定在下壳6的侧壁内,能够使边华司9与下壳6在水平方向和垂直方向上均有包紧力,避免华司与下壳6剥离,不仅能够确保边华司与外壳之间的牢固结合,还能够增强外壳自身的强度及可靠性。
此外,本发明实施例的扬声器,还包括注塑在下壳6上用于连接扬声器的内外部电路的弹片,音圈引线51从下壳6的引线避让槽61内引出后与对应的弹片电连接,进而通过弹片与外部电路电连接。
通过上述实施方式可以看出,本发明提供的扬声器,在扬声器上壳和下壳之间设置中壳,振膜固定在中壳和上壳之间,从而将位于下壳上的引线避让槽与振膜进行隔离,振膜不易被水冲开;同时,能够有效避免水从引线避让槽进入扬声器内部,能够提高产品的防水性能,规避引线避让槽造成的防水隐患,提高产品的稳定性及合格率。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述根据本发明的扬声器。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的扬声器,还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括上壳和下壳、收容在所述上壳和所述下壳之间的振动系统,其中,所述振动系统包括振膜以及贴设在所述振膜一侧的音圈,其中,
    所述扬声器还包括固定在所述上壳和所述下壳之间的中壳;
    所述振膜固定在所述上壳与所述中壳之间,在所述下壳上设置有引线避让槽,所述音圈的引线通过所述引线避让槽引出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中,
    所述引线避让槽设置有两个,两个引线避让槽设置在所述下壳的与所述中壳相接触的侧壁端面上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中,
    在所述下壳的角部位置设置有四个定位凸台;
    所述中壳为环形结构,在所述中壳上设置有与所述定位凸台相匹配的避让缺口。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中,
    在所述中壳的与所述上壳相接触的端面上设置有凸起或凹部,在所述上壳上与所述凸起或凹部相对的位置设置有凹部或凸起。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的扬声器,其中,
    设置在所述上壳的端面上的所述凹部或凸起为环形结构。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中,
    所述振膜包括最外围的固定部、与所述固定部一体设置的凹结构或凸结构的折环部,以及位于所述折环部内的补强部;
    所述固定部粘结固定在所述上壳与所述中壳相向的两端面之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的扬声器,其中,
    所述固定部的上表面与所述上壳的所述凹部或凸起的底面之间、所述固定部的下表面与所述中壳之间、所述上壳的下端面的边缘部与所述中壳之间均通过胶层粘结固定。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,还包括收容在所述上壳、所述中壳和所述下壳内的磁路系统,其中,
    所述磁路系统包括与所述下壳固定连接的导磁轭、固定在所述导磁轭的中心位置的中心磁铁、围绕所述中心磁铁设置的边磁铁、与所述中心磁铁和所述边磁铁对应设置的中心华司和边华司。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的扬声器,其中,
    在所述边华司上设置有压边和限位凹部,所述压边和所述限位凹部注塑在所述下壳的侧壁内。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的扬声器,其中,
    所述边华司和所述边磁铁与所述中心华司和所述中心磁铁之间形成磁间隙,所述音圈悬设在所述磁间隙内。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,还包括注塑在所述下壳上用于连接所述扬声器的内外部电路的弹片,其中,
    所述弹片与所述音圈的引线电连接。
