Description

发声器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及发声器材部件技术领域,尤其涉及一种微型发声器。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,音频设备也不断快速发展,人们对音频设备的功能性要求越来越高,对于发声器,越来越多人对其结构的牢固性能提出了较高的要求,以避免损伤而保证更好的使用效果。相关技术中,振动系统及振动系统中的音圈是必不可少的结构,且为了保证音圈振动发声的质量,通过针对音圈设置骨架这一支撑结构来减弱振动时音圈的摇摆,进而保证声音的效果。同时,音圈引线由于用于音圈接入电信号而同样必不可少,在现有的结构中会造成音圈引线设置于骨架和音圈之间而造成音圈引线对骨架结构的干涉,音圈会通过音圈引线传递压力到骨架,影响到骨架的固定,造成固定连接的脱落,尤其骨架结构需要胶合到FPC上时。
因此,有必要提供一种发声器,来解决上述音圈引线干涉骨架固定的问题。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种通过在骨架上设置让位缺口以对音圈引线实现让位的发声器。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种发声器,其包括盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统和振动系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架上方的振膜、收容于所述盆架内并驱动所述振膜发声的音圈和支撑所述音圈的骨架;所述音圈包括音圈本体和与所述音圈本体相连的音圈引线;所述骨架包括本体部、支脚部以及连接所述本体部和支脚部的连接部,所述本体部包括与所述振膜固定连接的第一端部和自所述第一端部朝远离所述振膜方向延伸并与所述音圈本体固定连接的第二端部;所述连接部自所述第二端部朝远离所述第二端部方向弯折延伸,所述支脚部自所述连接部朝远离所述振膜方向延伸,所述支脚部包括贯穿所述支脚部设置的让位缺口,所述音圈引线位于所述让位缺口处以使所述音圈引线与所述骨架不产生挤压。
优选的,所述本体部为具有圆角的矩形结构,所述连接部位于所述本体部的圆角位置处。
优选的,所述骨架还包括自所述支脚部朝远离所述音圈本体方向延伸的固定部;所述振动系统还包括柔性电路板和由柔性电路板驱动振动的辅助音膜,所述柔性电路板包括固定于所述盆架的第一边框部、与所述固定部连接的第一连接部以及连接所述第一边框部和第一连接部的弹性臂。
优选的,位于所述让位缺口处的所述音圈引线与所述柔性线路板电连接。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过在骨架上设置让位缺口对应到音圈引线位置,以在结构上实现对音圈引线的让位,在原理上避免音圈通过音圈引线对骨架产生压力,进而不影响骨架的固定设置,保证骨架的稳定性,以保证使用效果。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参考图1到图2所示,一种发声器,包括盆架1、收容于盆架1内的磁路系统3和振动系统2。
所述振动系统2包括固定于所述盆架1上方的振膜23、驱动振膜23发声的音圈21、支撑所述音圈的骨架22。如图3所示,所述音圈21包括音圈本体210和用于接入电信号的音圈引线211。
如图4-图8所示,在本实施例中,所述骨架22包括本体部221、支脚部223、和连接所述本体部221和支脚部223的连接部222。所述本体部221包括与所述振膜23固定连接的第一端部2211和自所述第一端部朝远离所述振膜方向延伸并与所述音圈本体210固定连接的第二端部2212;所述本体部221与所述振膜23和音圈本体210固定相连以用于将音圈本体210的振能传递给振膜23;所述连接部222与所述音圈本体210相连以用于支撑所述音圈本体210,进而,将音圈本体210悬置于所述盆架1内中由磁路系统形成的磁间隙36中。所述连接部222自所述第二端部2212朝远离所述第二端部方向弯折延伸,从而形成连接部222类似于平台状。所述支脚部223与连接部222相连,并自所述连接部222朝远离所述振膜23方向延伸。

本实用新型实施例中,振动系统2作为发声器的基本部分,通过自身振动以发声,其中具体是通过音圈21通电后在磁场中振动以发声。音圈21接入电信号通电是通过音圈引线211连接到电路实现的。基于结构上设置的必要,音圈引线211需要从音圈21上向外引出。让位缺口224沿着音圈引线211的设置,避免了音圈21的挤压作用力通过音圈引线211到骨架22上,进而更好地保证了骨架22的设置稳定性,进而保证发声器的使用效果。

  1. 一种发声器,其包括盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统和振动系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架上方的振膜、收容于所述盆架内并驱动所述振膜发声的音圈和支撑所述音圈的骨架;所述音圈包括音圈本体和与所述音圈本体相连的音圈引线;其特征在于,所述骨架包括本体部、支脚部以及连接所述本体部和支脚部的连接部,所述本体部包括与所述振膜固定连接的第一端部和自所述第一端部朝远离所述振膜方向延伸并与所述音圈本体固定连接的第二端部;所述连接部自所述第二端部朝远离所述第二端部方向弯折延伸,所述支脚部自所述连接部朝远离所述振膜方向延伸,所述支脚部包括贯穿所述支脚部设置的让位缺口,所述音圈引线位于所述让位缺口处以使所述音圈引线与所述骨架不产生挤压。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于:所述本体部为具有圆角的矩形结构,所述连接部位于所述本体部的圆角位置处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于:所述骨架还包括自所述支脚部朝远离所述音圈本体方向延伸的固定部;所述振动系统还包括柔性电路板和由柔性电路板驱动振动的辅助音膜,所述柔性电路板包括固定于所述盆架的第一边框部、与所述固定部连接的第一连接部以及连接所述第一边框部和第一连接部的弹性臂。
