要发动汽车行车(用车)时,按下遥控器开启(“开”键)(电机反转的接键)——所述遥控器(的接收部分1711)给所述4个(“组”)直流电机开关闭合信号,(每组的)直流电机1408+限位开关(第一限位开关1714、第二限位开关1715)+电源1718+遥控器(的接收部件1711)的回路接通,直流电机1708(4个)旋转(转动),直流电机1708转动(通过各自的联轴器1709+(各自)轴1710)带动各自的遮挡部件1703卷进在卷进部件/安装管中,当遮挡部件不再遮挡汽车轮胎时,同时,所述安装在所述遮挡部件1703上的第一触动片1716触动所述第一限位开关1714断开,第一限位开关1714断开,回路断开(断开电源),4个直流电机不再转动,这样,遮挡部件就停在那儿不再遮挡住汽车轮胎。遮挡部件1703不再遮挡住汽车轮胎,有利于后面行车时正常行车安全。
本装置的优点在于:

3、本装置方便行动不便的人们(如孕妇)等,这些人不便搬石头提重物或者弯腰,本装 置使得他(她)们不需要提重物(如石头)或弯腰。
4、本装置安装在车上,与石块、木板等相比较,较不容易丢失。

8、主要区别点导致的特别优点:本实施方式与第十六实施方式的主要区别在于,本实施方式采用限位开关+触动片作为直流电机的控制器(之一,含有遥控器),结构简单、节省成本。(一般来说,同等情况下(达到相同或相近技术效果),限位开关较PLC等等要便宜。

本发明针对背景技术中提到的很多人很注意隐私,在使用所述装置时,仅仅希望在当有人需要挪车——需要挪车电话的时候,粘贴在所述遮挡部件上的个性化贴膜上——挪车电话——才出来问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是,如何既要考虑避免狗把狗尿直接撒在汽车轮胎上(不让小狗把狗尿直接撒在汽车轮胎上,这里,所说的汽车,通常指的是有4个车轮的汽车)同时不影响需要使用车时方便取车,而且,注意隐私,在使用所述装置时,仅仅希望在当有人需要挪车——需要挪车电话的时候,粘贴在所述遮挡部件上的个性化贴膜上——挪车电话——才出来问题。
这里将“直流伺服电机(/直流步进电机/直流电机)+直流伺服电机(/直流步进电机/直流电机)驱动器+联轴器+轴+遮挡部件”概括为1套遮挡部件。
那么背景技术中所提到的方案就可以概括为:1个遥控器+1个直流伺服电机(/直流步进电机/直流电机)控制器+4套遮挡部件方案。
本发明提供汽车轮胎遮挡装置。该装置能遮挡住汽车轮胎,让小狗不直接尿在汽车轮胎上同时需要行车时又不影响需要使用车时方便取车,同时,在使用装置时,装置的遮挡部件间歇式被释放出(伸出)或者当有人需要挪车——只有需要挪车电话的时候,粘贴在所述遮挡部件上的个性化贴膜上——挪车电话——才出来,注意保护隐私。
本发明提供的技术方案是,
1个遥控器+1个直流伺服电机(/直流步进电机/直流电机)控制器+至少5套遮挡部件的方案;即“一个遥控器、(至少)五套所述遮挡部件”的装置,其中,多出来的(至少)1套遮挡部件上含有挪车电话,该(至少)1套遮挡部件与其他所述遮挡部件轮流被释放出(伸出)或者被感应装置控制,只有当有人靠近时,所述遮挡部件才(被)释放出来。

1、本装置至少含有5套(个)所述遮挡部件,(给4个轮子汽车的4个轮子(轮胎),多出来的至少1套所述遮挡部件与已有的遮挡部件轮流升降——间歇性升降,既可以避免狗把狗尿直接撒在汽车轮胎上(不让小狗把狗尿直接撒在汽车轮胎上)同时不影响需要使用车时方便取车,而且,在使用所述装置时,仅仅只有在当有人需要挪车——需要挪车电话的时候,粘贴在所述遮挡部件上的个性化贴膜上——挪车电话——才出来问题,注意隐私。
另外,所述遮挡部件(从上面俯看)为U形,这样遮挡时能遮挡住轮胎的前后面——而不仅仅是侧面,增加了遮挡面积(位置)。
2、本发明含有安装管时,所述安装管缝为U形缝,增加了遮挡面积(位置)——轮胎前 后都遮挡住——而不是仅仅侧面。所述安装管既起到保护安装在安装管内部的卷进部件不被雨水、泥水侵蚀的作用,又起到给遮挡部件导向的作用。
3、采用限位开关作为控制器的本发明,使得本发明结构简单,成本降低。
4、本发明有轴承时,所述轴承给轴提供支持,让轴更牢固(让轴在转动时不振动、不晃动),使电机运转时更平稳。

所述安装部件为螺钉。
所述遥控器包括发射部分、接收部分;所述遥控器接收部分与所述直流步进电机控制器信号相连;
所述装置包括6个个性化贴膜,所述个性化贴膜由可弯曲材料制成(材质为塑料,其中 一面有双面胶),粘贴在所述遮挡部件上;所述个性化贴膜一个所述个性化贴膜上印有“挪车电话xxxxxxxxxxx”,其他4个印有“xx”广告语;
粘贴印有“挪车电话xxxxxxxxxxx”个性化贴膜的遮挡部件与其相连的卷进部件安装在汽车两个前轮下;其他4个粘贴印有“xx”广告语的遮挡部件与其相连的卷进部件每一个汽车车轮轮胎安装一个。
本装置还含有一个感应装置,所述感应装置感应到有人靠近汽车时,给信号所述直流步进电机控制器——所述感应装置与所述直流步进电机控制器信号相连——控制所述印有“挪车电话xxxxxxxxxxx”个性化贴膜的遮挡部件被释放下。(同时,m秒后,所述直流步进电机控制器控制所述印有“挪车电话xxxxxxxxxxx”个性化贴膜的遮挡部件被卷进卷进部件。)
所述遮挡部件与卷进部件相连是通过按扣相连。
所述装置还包括安装管(6个),每一个所述安装管下侧有缝,所述安装管缝为U形缝,所述缝可以让所述U形遮挡部件通过。所述卷进部件安装在安装管内,所述安装管及缝可以对遮挡部件进行(提供)“导向”功能,还可以对安装在其内部的卷进部件有(提供)保护作用,避免雨水、泥水等的侵蚀。安装部件将安装管(含卷进部件)安装在汽车车身上内侧——汽车轮胎的正上方处;所述安装管形状是空心长方体。
所述装置还包括轴承(6个),每一个所述轴承与一个轴相连,对所述轴提供支撑;让轴更牢固(如,让轴在转动时不晃动、不振动);所述轴承安装在所述安装管内,所述安装管再由所述安装部件安装在汽车车身上——内侧——汽车轮胎正上方处。
所述装置还有坠物,所述坠物连接在每一个所述遮挡部件上,坠物使所述遮挡部件更容易被释放下,所述坠物还可以使遮挡部件不随风摆动,以减少遮挡部件的可能撕裂。
所述直流步进电机控制器(2个)、直流步进电机驱动器(6个)、直流步进电机(6个),遥控器(1个)为:

本发明既可以避免狗把狗尿直接撒在汽车轮胎上(不让小狗把狗尿直接撒在汽车轮胎上)同时不影响需要使用车时方便取车,而且,在使用所述装置时,仅仅只有在当有人需要挪车——需要挪车电话的时候,粘贴在所述遮挡部件上的个性化贴膜上——挪车电话——才出来问题,注意隐私。安装管既起到保护安装在安装管内部的卷进部件不被雨水、泥水侵蚀的作用,又起到给遮挡部件导向的作用。轴承给轴提供支持,让轴更牢固(让轴在转动时不振动、不晃动),使电机运转时更平稳。所述遮挡部件通过纽扣、按扣、拉链与卷进部件活动相连时,可以在行车时如果遮挡部件被比如车轮扯到,容易“断裂”开,而保护卷进部件,也即保证行车安全;同时,纽扣(钮扣)、按扣、拉链等活动相连时,方便对遮挡部件进行更换(如撞车后,遮挡部件被破掉、损坏);或,易维护(遮挡部件老旧时,更换遮挡部件比如容易、便(bian)宜)。所述个性化贴膜既保护遮挡部件,被弄脏了还方便进行更换。还可以构成广告位——成为一种广告位风景线,有潜在的经济价值。
本发明的实施例都是为了说明本发明的,而不是为了限制本发明的。其他人采用其他不同的直流伺服电机(直流步进电机)、直流步进驱动器等等或者变形的方案都是等同或等效的技术方案,都在本发明的权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (27)

  1. 汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    至少5个遮挡部件,该遮挡部件由可弯曲材料制成;
    至少5个卷进部件,所述卷进部件将所述遮挡部件卷进卷曲,或者,释放;
    控制部件,控制卷进部件将遮挡部件进行卷进卷曲或者释放;
    安装部件,将所述卷进部件安装在汽车车身上、内侧——汽车轮胎正上方处;
    每一个所述遮挡部件与一个所述卷进部件相连;
    被释放下的所述遮挡部件遮挡在汽车轮胎外侧;
    至少一个个性化贴膜,所述个性化贴膜粘贴在所述遮挡部件上,至少一个个性化贴膜上有挪车电话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡部件有5个;
    所述卷进部件是5个直流伺服电机+5个直流伺服电机驱动器+5个联轴器+5个轴;
    所述控制部件为1个直流伺服电机控制器和1个遥控器;
    所述遥控器分为发射部分和接收部分;所述遥控器接收部分与所述直流伺服电机控制器信号相连;所述直流伺服电机控制器分别与所述5个直流伺服电机驱动器相连,5个直流伺服电机驱动器每一个(共5个)再与一个直流伺服电机(共5个)相连,一个直流伺服电机(共5个)再通过一个联轴器(共5个)与一个轴(共5个)相连,一个轴与一个所述遮挡部件(共5个)相连,即1个遥控器+1个直流伺服电机控制器+5个直流伺服电机驱动器+5个直流伺服电机+5个联轴器+5个轴+5个遮挡部件;5个卷进部件分别安装在所述汽车4个轮胎正上方处汽车车身上内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述直流伺服电机控制器为1个六轴伺服控制器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述六轴伺服控制器为品名:六轴伺服步进控制器,型号:CL-06C,生产厂商:飞力美(北京)自动化技术有限公司。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述直流伺服电机驱动器为型号:FWS400,生产厂商:飞力美(北京)自动化技术有限公司。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述直流伺服电机为直流无刷伺服电机,型号:60JSF2030CF,生产厂商:飞力美(北京)自动化技术有限公司。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡部件为为6个;
    所述卷进部件是6个直流步进电机+6个直流步进电机驱动器+6个联轴器+6个轴;
    所述控制部件为直流步进电机控制器和1个遥控器和2个感应装置;
    所述遥控器接收部分与所述直流步进电机控制器信号相连;所述直流步进电机控制器分别与所述6个直流步进电机驱动器相连,6个直流步进电机驱动器每一个(共6个)再与一个直流步进电机(共6个)相连,一个直流步进电机(共6个)再通过一个联轴器(共6个)与一个轴(共6个)相连,一个轴与一个所述遮挡部件(共6个)相连,即1个遥控器+直流步进电机控制器+6个直流步进电机驱动器+6个直流步进电机+6个联轴器+6个轴+6个遮挡部件;6个卷进部件分别安装在所述汽车4个轮胎轮胎正上方处汽车车身上内侧;
    所述感应装置与所述步进电机控制器相连;当有人靠近所述汽车时,所述感应装置感应并给信号给所述直流步进电机控制器——所述直流步进电机控制器控制使所述印有挪车电话的个性化贴膜的遮挡部件被释放下。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述直流步进电机控制器为1个两轴运动控制器和1个四轴运动控制器;所述两轴运动控制器为型号:TC5520;生产厂商:北京多普康自动化技术有限公司;所述四轴运动控制器为型号:TC5540,生产厂商:北京多普康自动化技术有限公司。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述直流步进电机驱动器为:多普康自动化,两相混合步进电机驱动器TC8645,生产厂商:北京多普康自动化技术有限公司,或,型号:FWS400,生产厂商:飞力美(北京)自动化技术有限公司。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述直流步进电机为TOPCNC,42BYGH40(1.80,1.7A,0.4N.M),生产厂商:北京多普康自动化技术有限公司。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述感应装置为热释电红外线感测器,型号:D203S,品牌:普恩。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,用及直流电机及直流电机驱动器代替所述伺服电机和所述直流伺服电机驱动器;所述直流电机为PM-33246000-90K(24V,1110260082),或,直流电机,型号:63ZY48-001,生产制造商:常州合联电机有限公司;所述直流电机驱动器为型号:FWS400,生产厂商:飞力美(北京)自动化技术有限公司。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,用PLC或单片机或嵌入式主板和电机驱动器代替所述直流伺服电机控制器和直流伺服电机驱动器。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述PLC为德国西门子公司S7-200或德国西门子公司S7-300,或中外合资无锡华光电子工业有限公司SR-20/21或中外合资无锡华光电子工业有限公司SR-400;所述电机驱动器为型号:QZ-DCC9010QZ-DCC9010。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述单片机为STC89C51单片机;所述电机驱动器为L298N驱动芯片。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡部件(俯看)为U形,遮挡时能遮挡住轮胎的前后面。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述个性化贴膜由可弯曲材料制成;所述个性化贴膜上印有老虎图像或者商业广告。
  18. 根据权利要求1或者权利要求16所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述可弯曲材料为塑料膜,锡箔纸,雨布,皮革任意之一。
  19. 根据权利要求2~15所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述轴为塑料棒或金属棒。
  20. 根据权利要求1~19所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述安装部件为螺钉或螺栓。
  21. 根据权利要求1~19所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡部件与所述卷进部件相连是通过铆接、销连接、纽扣、按扣、拉链中的任意一种连接。
  22. 根据权利要求2~15所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述遥控器为发射部分,产品品牌:华方,产品型号:HF401-B;接收部分,产品品牌:佳景,产品型号:GV-RK03SA-12。
  23. 根据权利要求1~22所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述装置含有电源,所述电源为蓄电池或干电池。
  24. 根据权利要求1~23所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括安装管;每一个所述安装管每一个下侧有缝,所述缝可以让所述遮挡部件通过;每一个所述卷进部件安装在一个安装管内,所述安装管(含卷进部件)再由所述安装部件安装在汽车车身上内侧——汽车轮胎的正上方处。
  25. 根据权利要求1~23所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括轴承, 所述轴承与所述轴相连,对轴提供支撑;所述轴承安装在汽车车身上或者安装在安装管内(若有)。
  26. 根据权利要求1~25所述的汽车轮胎遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括坠物,所述坠物安装在所述遮挡部件上。
  27. 一种汽车,其特征在于,该汽车含有如权利要求1~26任一所述汽车轮胎遮挡装置。
