Description

洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具备洗净门体单元的喷头的洗衣机。
背景技术
设置于一般家庭或者投币式洗衣房等的洗衣机配设有用于洗涤物的投入取出的门体单元。而且,该门体单元为了能够观察到内部的洗涤物的状态而多采用将玻璃材料成型了的单元。
在配设了这种门体单元的洗衣机中,本申请的申请人提出了一种洗衣机,其具备能够使注入到旋转滚筒内的水不会集中到一处,而是从旋转滚筒的前部到后部均匀地注水的喷头(参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
上述专利文献1中公开的技术为具备一种具有以不同的角度形成的导向面的导向板的技术。从该导向面喷出的洗净水碰到玻璃构件的肩部扩展成扇状进行扩散并喷射到旋转滚筒内。由此能够从旋转滚筒的前部到后部均匀地注水并提高排水性能、漂洗性能等。像这样采用上述专利文献1中公开的喷头,意图在于通过向旋转滚筒内注水从而提高洗涤功能,但不是以洗涤槽内的洗净为目标。
然而,在洗衣机中洗涤槽内的卫生管理是很大的问题。为了应对这种问题,提出了例如使用除去在旋转滚筒的背面产生的黑霉的专用洗剂。另一方面,在洗涤槽内因洗剂所致的皂垢的产生也是一个问题。这就是,当洗剂的溶解性降低时会残存未溶解的肥皂颗粒,或者自来水中所含的钙、镁等金属离子与肥皂成分进行化学结合成为惰性且无洗净作用的被称为金属皂的皂垢。
这样的肥皂颗粒、皂垢的产生虽然因软水或是硬水的水质、或者因季节而异 的水温而导致产生的程度不同,但是反复进行漂洗、脱水能够减少对洗涤物的附着。可是,在洗涤槽内的漂洗水不能到达的狭窄的阴角部,该滞留会加剧并成为卫生问题的产生要素并且降低美观。特别是门体单元的玻璃封接体的安装部由于与用于保持水密性的门体密封垫紧贴以致狭窄,因而成为漂洗水不会到达且加剧肥皂颗粒、皂垢的滞留的部分。
像这样由于漂洗水不能到达门体单元的玻璃封接体的尤其是顶部,而且不会与洗涤物接触来擦拭表面,因而肥皂颗粒、皂垢的滞留的程度变重而形成污染层,妨碍透视洗涤槽内部。当变成这种状态时清洁感降低,只能强行进行以每次洗涤运转为单位进行清扫这种麻烦的操作。然而,姑且不说一般家庭,像投币式洗衣店这样期待由不特定的使用者进行清扫操作就无法实现,存在卫生状态降低的问题。
本发明是为了解决这种现有的问题而完成的,是以每次洗涤运转为单位通过喷淋洗净来除去滞留在门体单元的内表面的如肥皂颗粒、皂垢这种污染成分的洗衣机。其目的在于使其成为由此能够维持门体单元的清洁感、美观并且不会降低从门体单元透视洗涤槽内的功能的洗衣机。
本发明为一种洗衣机,其具备:接水槽,由主体弹性支承;旋转滚筒,在所述接水槽内由倾斜或水平的旋转轴能绕轴旋转地支承;门体单元,具有用于向所述旋转滚筒中投入取出洗涤物的玻璃封接体;门体密封垫,保持所述接水槽和所述门体单元的玻璃封接体之间的水密性;以及喷头,固定于所述接水槽并朝着所述门体单元的玻璃封接体和门体密封垫所紧贴的阴角部喷射洗净水。
本发明中,所述喷头形成有进入的洗净水的导向槽,该导向槽的开放端成为用于将所述洗净水朝着所述阴角部呈薄膜状喷射的排水口。
本发明的特征在于所述导向槽的横向宽度从基端朝着排水口渐渐变宽。
本发明的特征在于所述导向槽的纵向宽度从基端朝着排水口渐渐变宽。
本发明的特征在于所述喷头固定于接水槽的开口凸缘的背面。
根据本发明,由于设计成具备将洗净水呈薄膜状喷射的喷头,朝着门体单元和门体密封垫所紧贴的阴角部喷射漂洗水,因而能够以每次洗涤运转为单位通过喷淋洗净来除去滞留在门体单元的玻璃封接体上的如肥皂颗粒、皂垢这种污染成分。由此能够维持门体单元的清洁感、美观并且能够使从门体单元的外部透视的功能不会降低。
而且,喷射出的洗净水在强力洗净了门体单元的玻璃封接体的顶部之后, 洗净玻璃封接体的整个面并且向底部流下。由于该洗净水向接水槽流下,因而洗涤槽内不会被包含肥皂颗粒、皂垢的洗净水弄脏。
此外根据本发明,由于为了喷射进入所述喷头的洗净水,形成了横向宽度以及纵向宽度朝向顶端渐渐变宽的导向槽,因而能够将洗净水以薄膜状进行喷射。这样洗净水的薄膜状的喷射与通过一根水柱进行的局部喷射不同,即使在因地域或者设备环境而导致水压发生大的变化的情况下,也可以进行门体单元整体的洗净。
此外根据本发明,由于导向槽形成为横向宽度从基端朝着排水口渐渐变宽,因而能够将洗净水以薄膜状进行喷射。由此可以进行门体单元整体的洗净。
此外根据本发明,由于设计成将喷头固定在接水槽的开口凸缘的背面上,并使洗净水以薄膜状并且倾斜地进行喷射,因而即使在洗涤槽由于洗涤物或洗涤水的重量而下沉或者角度发生变化的情况下,也可以进行门体单元整体的洗净。
此外根据本发明,由于设计成将喷头固定在接水槽的开口凸缘的背面上,并使洗净水以薄膜状并且倾斜地进行喷射,因而能够不受门体单元的形状的限制地进行门体单元整体的洗净。

具体实施方式
以下关于本发明的实施方式参照附图进行说明。图1为表示作为本发明的实施对象的倾斜滚筒型洗衣机1的外观的图,以图2表示其内部构造的概况。 如图1所示,在洗衣机1的主体2的前表面配设用于投入取出洗涤物的圆形的门体单元3,在其上部具有用于运转菜单的选择等的控制面板4。
在洗衣机1的内部如图2所示,以倾斜状态配置有洗涤槽5。该洗涤槽5由在主体2上通过弹性构件8弹性支承多个位置的接水槽6、以及在该接水槽6的内部进行旋转的旋转滚筒7构成。设计成在该旋转滚筒7上形成有多个通孔7a,其通过配设于接水槽6的背面的滚筒电机9进行旋转,能够进行洗涤物的洗涤搅拌以及离心脱水。
在洗涤槽5的下方,盘着与泵10相连的排水软管11,将该排水软管11固定于基座12的卡定部12a,并将顶端与洗涤槽5连接。此外,在洗涤槽5的上部配置有控制从水龙头13导入的自来水的供给的供水阀14。该供水阀14连接有使所述自来水在洗涤槽5内以成为洗涤水的方式进行供给的供水软管15、和以成为后述的喷淋用的洗净水的方式进行供给的供水软管16。
所述门体单元3如图3所示,构成为以玻璃封接体30为主体。该玻璃封接体30的筒部30a、阶部30b、肩部30c、以及底部30d各部位连续并一体地进行成形。所述筒部30a的开放端的整圈通过铰链固定于固定在主体2上的框体31上。
由此,能够进行通过门体单元3进行的主体2的开口的开闭。由此,当关闭门体单元3时,筒部30a与安装于接水槽6的开口凸缘6a的门体密封垫17紧贴而确保水密性,底部30d面对旋转滚筒7的凸缘7b内。此外,在玻璃封接体30的前表面开口部配设有透明保护板32,以进行玻璃封接体30的保护和防止尘埃等的侵入。
接着,关于本发明的喷头20的结构进行以下说明。喷头20如图3、图4所示,制作成安装在接水槽6的开口凸缘6a的背面。图5、图6为表示喷头20的组装状态的图,将导板22通过螺钉25紧固于水路构成体21的螺钉支承轴套21a上并如图7以及图8所进行一体化。
在所述水路构成体21上形成有洗净水的导水路21a,在该导水路21a的开口部21a-1和形成于接水槽6上的通孔6b之间夹装密封垫23。进而使其如上所述连接供水软管16的端部而能够进行洗净水的供给。此外,所述水路构成体21和导板221也可以同时一体成型。
在所述导板22上形成有朝着其顶端扩展的下倾斜的导向槽22a,在将该导板22固定于水路构成体21上时,该水路构成体21的导水路21a的开口端以位 于所述导向槽22a的内部中央的方式构成。此外,在水路构成体21的下端形成有与所述导向槽22a的开放端等长的肋21b,通过该肋21b和导向槽22a之间的开放端形成排出口24。
由此,如图7、图8的箭头所示,从导水路21a压送出的洗净水在引导槽22a内扩散并成为扩展成扇状的薄膜状的喷淋水SW,如图3所示向玻璃封接体30的筒部30a喷射。喷射出的喷淋水SW强力地洗掉附着在玻璃封接体30上的肥皂颗粒、皂垢等。然后,从玻璃封接体30的顶部流下的洗净水洗净玻璃封接体30的整体并回收到接水槽6中。
由于如上设计使洗净水成为扩展成扇状的薄膜状并向斜下方喷射,因而即使在将洗涤物投入旋转滚筒7,由于其重量而使接水槽6下降的情况下,喷淋水SW的喷射范围也不会发生大的变化。由此,无论接水槽6在什么位置上喷淋水SW都会向玻璃封接体30的筒部30a、阶梯部30b可靠地喷射。
此外,由于像这样喷射喷淋水SW,所以即使在洗净范围因玻璃封接体30的形状而异的情况下也能够不做任何设计变更地得到洗净性能。
接着,基于图9所示的流程图对本发明的洗衣机1的运转过程的一个例子进行以下说明。
当通过洗衣机1的使用者的控制面板4的操作而指示运转开始时,喷淋水SW从喷头20向玻璃封接体30喷射,初期喷淋洗净过程开始(步骤Sl)。由此在残存了前次运转时的肥皂颗粒、皂垢等的情况下,能够通过该初期洗净洗掉。
当这样做后结束初期洗净时,移至投入到洗涤槽5内的洗涤物的清洗过程(步骤S2)。在该清洗过程中控制供水阀14,将来自水龙头13构成洗涤水的自来水经由供水软管15供给到洗涤槽5内。当规定量的洗涤水存积于洗涤槽5内时,滚筒电机9开始驱动,旋转滚筒7往右旋转以及左旋转交替进行反转而进行洗涤搅拌。
当这样做后结束规定时间的洗涤搅拌时,脱水过程开始(步骤S3)。在该脱水过程中通过滚筒电机9使旋转滚筒7进行单向的高速旋转,将洗涤槽5内的洗涤物包含的洗涤水进行离心脱水并排出。当结束该脱水过程时,旋转滚筒7的旋转停止,控制供水阀14从水龙头13将自来水供给到洗涤槽5内并开始漂洗清洗过程(步骤S4)。
当漂洗清洗通过所述漂洗清洗过程结束时,驱动泵10将洗涤槽5内的剩余水从排水软管11排出。当这样做后结束排水时,将喷淋水SW从喷头20向玻 璃封接体30喷射从而开始结尾喷淋洗净过程(步骤S5),结束玻璃封接体30的洗净。然后再次开始滚筒电机9的驱动,通过旋转滚筒7的向单向的高速旋转再次开始脱水过程(步骤S6),进行洗涤槽5内的洗涤物的离心脱水,结束一系列的过程。
像这样根据本发明的洗衣机1,由于能够对门体单元3的玻璃封接体30进行集中洗净,因而能够以每次洗涤运转为单位可靠地除去肥皂颗粒、皂垢,不需要进行特别的清扫操作,就能够维持门体单元3的清洁感、美观,能够使之成为从门体单元透视洗涤槽5内的功能不会降低的洗衣机。此外,因为通过使洗净水的喷射为薄膜状,从而即使相对于玻璃封接体的喷头的相对位置发生变化也可以进行门体单元整体的洗净,所以不进行设计变更就能够对应大小不同的洗衣机。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具备:
    接水槽,由主体弹性支承;
    旋转滚筒,在所述接水槽内由倾斜或水平的旋转轴能绕轴旋转地支承;
    门体单元,具有用于向所述旋转滚筒中投入取出洗涤物的玻璃封接体;
    门体密封垫,保持所述接水槽和所述门体单元的玻璃封接体之间的水密性;以及
    喷头,固定于所述接水槽并朝着所述门体单元的玻璃封接体和门体密封垫所紧贴的阴角部喷射洗净水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述喷头形成有进入的洗净水的导向槽,该导向槽的开放端成为用于将所述洗净水朝着所述阴角部呈薄膜状喷射的排水口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述导向槽的横向宽度从基端朝着排水口渐渐变宽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述导向槽的纵向宽度从基端朝着排水口渐渐变宽。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4的任意一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述喷头固定于接水槽的开口凸缘的背面。
