Abstract
一种油田减速机的自动供油装置包括齿轮箱,齿轮箱内设有主动轮(1)、左右旋齿轮(2)和从动轮(6),所述左右旋齿轮(2)经齿轮轴(3)串接于齿轮箱内,主动轮(1)与左右旋齿轮(2)啮合传动,齿轮轴(3)与从动轮(6)啮合传动,所述齿轮箱箱体的内壁上设有油槽(9),油槽(9)的两端分别与齿轮轴(3)及从动轮(6)对应的轴承(4)联通,所述从动轮(6)的内侧设有多个集油盒(7),从动轮(6)一侧或两侧设有接油盒(5),左右旋齿轮(2)轮齿侧面设有刮油器(8),所述接油盒(5)及刮油器(8)均倾斜导向油槽(9)。从动轮(6)上多个品字形集油盒(7)从齿轮箱底部的油池内带出润滑油,随着从动轮(6)的转动将又洒入接油盒(5)内,接油盒(5)将油导向油槽(9),油顺油槽(9)流向左右旋齿轮(2)及从动轮(6)对应的轴承(4)润滑,润滑油量充足,润滑充分。
Description
本发明速机领域,具体涉及油田减速机的自动供油装置。
油田减速机作为抽油机的重要组成部分,发挥着主要作用。由于油田减速机的自动供油系统存在供油不合理或存在油田减速机高速轴漏油的情况,需要频繁地检修维护。专利号201020635387公开的减速机轴承部件的自动供油装置,其技术特点在于,在箱体内设有集油盒,集油盒内的油经输油管送至轴承。该技术方案的局限处在于:1.集油盒收集箱体内飞溅的润滑油后用于润滑,飞溅的润滑油数量有限,不足以对轴承充分润滑;2.集油盒经输油管连接各轴承,输油管还设有过滤网和调节阀,滤网及调节阀极易堵塞,需经常清洗维护。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种供油充分,不易堵塞的油田减速机的自动供油装置。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种油田减速机的自动供油装置,包括齿轮箱,齿轮箱内设有主动轮、左右旋齿轮和从动轮,所述左右旋齿轮经齿轮轴串接于齿轮箱内,主动轮与左右旋齿轮啮合传动,齿轮轴与从动轮啮合传动,所述齿轮箱箱体的内壁上设有油槽,油槽的两端分别与齿轮轴及从动轮对应的轴承联通,所述从动轮的内侧设有多个集油盒,从动轮一侧或两侧设有接油盒,左右旋齿轮轮齿侧面设有刮油器,所述接油盒及刮油器均倾斜导向油槽。
进一步地,所述齿轮箱内箱壁上设有伸至主动轮正下方的接油盒,所述接油盒倾斜设置导向主动轮对应的轴承。
进一步地,所述集油盒为品字形盒体。
再进一步地,所述接油盒包括导向板和调节板,所述导向板斜坡状倾斜设置,导向板上设有漏油孔和两条滑槽,所述调节板覆盖于导向板上表面,调节板经限位钉与滑槽限位,调节板在导向板上滑动呈遮挡或部分遮挡或开启漏油孔的状态。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:
1.主动轮与左右旋齿轮啮合时,左右旋齿轮自齿轮箱油池带出的润滑油滴至主动轮下方的集油盒内,由集油盒导向至主动轮对应的轴承润滑;从动轮上多个品字形集油盒从齿轮箱底部的油池内带出润滑油,随着从动轮的转动将有洒入接油盒内,接油盒将油导向油槽,油顺油槽流向左右旋齿轮及从动轮对应的轴承润滑,润滑油量充足,润滑充分。
2.接油盒为为斜面状平板,过油面积大,不会油路堵塞现象,减少维修保养成本。
3.接油盒导向板和调节板,通过调节板在导向板上滑动遮蔽漏油孔对油量调节,防止润滑过量导致油溢出污染设备。

如图所示,油田减速机的自动供油装置包括齿轮箱,齿轮箱内设有主动轮1、左右旋齿轮2和从动轮6,所述左右旋齿轮2经齿轮轴3串接于齿轮箱内,主动轮1与左右旋齿轮2啮合传动,齿轮轴3与从动轮6啮合传动,所述齿轮箱箱体的内壁上设有油槽9,油槽的两端分别与主动轮1及从动轮6对应的轴承4联通;所述齿轮箱内箱壁上设有伸至主动轮1的正下方的接油盒5,所述接油盒5为U型截面的折弯板,所述接油盒5倾斜设置导向主动轮1对应的轴承;所述从动轮的内侧设有多个品字形集油盒7,从动轮两侧分别设有接油盒5,左右旋齿轮2轮齿侧面设有刮油器8,所述接油盒5及刮油器8均倾斜导向油槽9。所述接油盒5包括导向板51和调节板52,所述导向板51斜坡状倾斜设置,导向板51上设有漏油孔501和两条滑槽502,所述调节板52覆盖于导向板51上表面,调节板52经限位钉53与滑槽502限位,调节板在导向板51上滑动呈遮挡或部分遮挡或开启漏油孔501的状态。
Claims (4)
- 一种油田减速机的自动供油装置,包括齿轮箱,齿轮箱内设有主动轮、左右旋齿轮和从动轮,所述左右旋齿轮经齿轮轴串接于齿轮箱内,主动轮与左右旋齿轮啮合传动,齿轮轴与从动轮啮合传动,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱箱体的内壁上设有油槽,油槽的两端分别与齿轮轴及从动轮对应的轴承联通,所述从动轮的内侧设有多个集油盒,从动轮一侧或两侧设有接油盒,左右旋齿轮轮齿侧面设有刮油器,所述接油盒及刮油器均倾斜导向油槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的油田减速机的自动供油装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱内箱壁上设有伸至主动轮正下方的接油盒,所述接油盒倾斜设置导向主动轮对应的轴承。
- 根据权利要求1所述的油田减速机的自动供油装置,其特征在于,所述集油盒为品字形盒体。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的油田减速机的自动供油装置,其特征在于,所述接油盒包括导向板和调节板,所述导向板斜坡状倾斜设置,导向板上设有漏油孔和两条滑槽,所述调节板覆盖于导向板上表面,调节板经限位钉与滑槽限位,调节板在导向板上滑动呈遮挡或部分遮挡或开启漏油孔的状态。
